Now listen to me. I wantyou to listen to me very carefully right

(04:35):
now, as I moved deeper intothe sinister plot for the slow moving and
dangerous plan to destroy freedom as itkeeps it keeps encroaching on our country,
here in the United States, they'relimiting. There's a plan of foot that
they want to take away your freedom. The US attorney for the state of

(04:59):
Delaware, now you know this probablyalready well. He's a fellow by the
name of David Weiss. Mister Weisssays he was only allowed to charge the
President's son, Hunter Biden, withno more than a misdemeanor crime of being
late in paying his federal income taxesand also for failing to admit that he

(05:23):
lied on a firearms purchase application byomitting legal drug use on that application that
he filled out to purchase a gun, and for which unless the appointed Judge
Mary Ellen Norika on July the twentysix chooses otherwise, Hunter will only be

(05:46):
sentenced to two years probation as partof a plea margain agreement with Delaware Prosecutor
David Weiss. In other words, you're letting him off eacy. But of
course, Hunter Biden's alleged committed othercrimes as well, more specifically for allegedly
carrying bride money back to his father, President Joe Biden, and other Biden

(06:09):
family members from communist China and othercountries as well. The prosecutor. White
says he was not allowed to bringmore charges against Hunter for those crimes because
they were committed in other jurisdictions. But according to US Attorney General Merrick Garland,
if you want to believe him,Darlin says, Wie could have charged

(06:32):
the Hunter for those misdeeds beyond thestate of Delaware. But White says otherwise,
claiming Attorney General Merrick Garland would havehad to appoint him as a special
prosecutor, which Garland did not doand thereby limited what White says he could
prosecute Hunter Biden four within the stateof Delaware. So the income tax crime

(06:59):
was supposed he committed in California, and the bribe crimes were in other jurisdictions
as well. So did mister Weissfailed to charge Hunter Biden with more crimes
on purpose or was he just doingwhat Attorney General Merrick Garland was allowing him
to do. And if that wasthe case, why didn't Merrick Garland appoint

(07:21):
mister Weiss as a special prosecutor, which if he had, mister Weiss would
have been able to pursue alleged crimesfrom other jurisdictions. In other words,
they're limiting what the what what theprosecuting at the government attorney and Delaware is

(07:42):
allowed to prosecute Hunter Biden for andyou know, so Biden's gonna get off
with a slap on his hand. But Garland, you know, saying that
Weiss could have charged the president's sonwith more. But but see he couldn't
do it. That there's an argumentbetween between these two guys as to who

(08:05):
can get him the authority to prosecutethe president's son. Right, understand that
it's a little confusing there. Well, this is going to come go ahead
later this summer when Attorney General MaryGarland is called to testify before congret on
the matter. All of this hasgrown thicker with intrigue after I are answer

(08:26):
officials and whistle blower Gary Shapely overthawthe agency's role in the investigation of Hunter
Biden's income tact and Shapely also claimshe was to die to promotion and retribution
for his calling out the Hunter Bidentax issue. As for David Weiss,

(08:46):
who now claims to have been repulsedby top federal prosecutors in both Los Angeles
and DC when he first raised thequestion of pursuing charges against Hunter Biden in
those two other jurisdictions, and bythe way, Weiss was appointed as the
US attorney by former President Trump. And while all the other prosecutors are Biden

(09:09):
appointees, including of course US AttorneyGeneral Mary Garland, who has relentlessly pursued
questionable charges against former President Trump sincefirst becoming Attorney general, and who has
become the most partisan Attorney General ofthe United States in recent history. And

(09:31):
from the standpoint of how the developmenthave been unfolding, it appears the US
Justice Department under Mary Garland has becomethe most partisan attorney general in recent memory.
As he has he's constantly looked atthe other way when allegations are made

(09:52):
against current President Joe Biden, hisson Hunter, and other members of the
Biden family ball maintaining a constant it'san unrelenting attack against former President Donald Trump,
as of other Democrats state attorney generalsin both matt and Hatty and Georgia,
as well as Garland's appointment as aspecial prosecutor. Now Garland appointed Special

(10:15):
Prosecutor Jack Smith, who managed tohave a grand jury and dike President Trump
under the Espionage Act, which hasseldom been used against any American since it
was passed over a century ago andprimarily used for the deportation of immigrants during
World War One and during the ColdWar with the Old Soviet Union back in

(10:39):
the nineteen fifties. So this iswhere we are at this juncture in American
history today, ladies and gentlemen. Is the communist plot to overthrow the federal
government appears to be moving along ata very rapid speed under the Biden administration.
And where we begin this more's bottomlying report. In the last week,

(11:03):
ladies and gentlemen, we celebrated America'sfounding. And while we were eating
hot dogs, drinking our favorite beverages, and shooting off firecrackers celebrating our freedom,
the hardcore left wing Democrats within theBiden administration, under the guidance of
Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, continued tocarry out the socialist communist conspiracy to destroy

(11:28):
American freedom within the United States,in a plot reminiscent of something right out
of Joseph Stalin's communist Polite Bureau inthe Old Soviet Union. Mister Smith continued
his pogrom of Americans, this timeon lawyers who supported former President Trump in

(11:48):
the aftermath of the twenty twenty election. We'll be back with more right after
this. We're just trying to turna nickel into what. That's the bottom
line. If you owe the IRSfive thousand dollars or more, don't call
an unknown eight hundred number. Insteadpersonally meet with us to review your IRS

(12:11):
problem. And if you want topay the IRS nothing or less than you
owe, we can set up afresh start agreement with the IRS. We
can help you. Ladies and gentlemencan call us whole free at one eight
six six seven two eight three sixnine seven. We're just trying to turn
aniple into one dime. That's theBottomLine. People will down from the people

(12:46):
will ride that. People can't evenwote the tree when the world that boat.

(13:09):
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen youare listening to. That's the bottom
line. Your weekly radio broadcast onkl VII. That tells it like it
is. You know, it's ashame, as I was saying in the
last segment there that this plot ofwhat Jack Smith is doing. He's the
special prosecutor that Marrit Garland appointed toprosecute Tresident Trump for any number of things.

(13:33):
You know that he is more specificallythe Espionage Act. They're just going
after Trump on everything that they can. It's just reminiscent of how the fellow
there in the old Soviet Union, when Stalin told him to prosecute a political
enemy, you know, he wouldsay, show me the man, and
I'll show you the crime. Andthat's happening right here in the United States

(13:56):
right now. You know, it'sjust something right out of the old Soviet
Union. It should it should reallybother all of us because you know that
Democrat Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is goingafter lawyers who have represented President Trump in
the past and who defended him,and it has a twofold attack on Trump

(14:20):
because what they're trying to do isalso by going after lawyers you have represented
him, that's violating the attorney clientprivileges. They don't care about that.
And then the second thing that they'redoing is there by threatening lawyers in general,
they're making it difficult for Trump toget the legal assistants legal help to

(14:45):
fend off all everything that they're they'reworking on doing right now to prevent him.
You know, what they want todo is they want to lock the
president up. And there this isreally a big deal in the United States.
They're taking away freedom, its speech. And like I said, it's
just reminiscent of everything that was goingon in Stalin's Communist you know, when

(15:09):
he was running the Soviet Union backin the nineteen fifties. So you be
the judge of that whenever you're tryingto put two and two together in your
own thinking as to what's going onin this country and how dangerous it really
is. And I'm old enough toremember another thing too. You know,
when young adults work their way throughcollege and earned enough money to pay for

(15:33):
their college education, right they don'twant to do that anymore, do they.
The latest episode of college loan forgivenesstruck down by the US Supreme Court
a few weeks ago, is asit should be in my opinion. Think
about it. Why should American taxpayersput the bill from other people's children to

(15:54):
attend college by forcing them to payhigher taxes. You know, if someone
borrows money for any reason, they'reobligated to repay it. At least that's
how I see it. And foryoungsters who apply themselves in high school and
earn good grades, you know, many can qualify for scholars chip some people,

(16:14):
some young people of modest means volunteerfor military service and as such can
qualify for various college education programs, you know, through what has been referred
to in the past as the gidialof rights, and what the Biden administration
is really doing is trying to bribeyoung people to use taxpayer money to finance

(16:37):
their college educations, you know,to borrow the money and not have to
pay it back. And he's doingthat to get them to vote for the
Democrats. The US Supreme Court wasRights' was right to strike it down and
Biden's attempt to cancel college loan debts. Let's face it, you know,
the things that we value most inlife are the things that we earned through

(17:03):
work in diligence. In America, through hard work, determination, and skill,
anyone born into poverty can rise outof it and achieve unparalleled success.
That's what it means to be anAmerican. And that's been the story of
America from its inception. Anything elsecheapens a person's success. In fact,

(17:27):
people who work hard and are successfulare admired more than someone born with the
so called silver spoon and the voldand we need to look no further than
the administration given to you, theadmiration, i should say, the admiration

(17:48):
given to professional athletes who have gainedsuccess through hard work or in any other
field of endeavor. What Biden andthe Democrats are pushing is a modern of
communism and socialism, which ultimately willdestroy what we Americans have worked so hard
for in our country's journey. FormerBritish Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher summed up Varies

(18:12):
succinctly when she once said, theproblem with socialism is that eventually you run
out of other people's money. Youknow, once that happens, that our
proud American civilization, like so manyothers that came before us, something canna
end up on the scrap heap ofhistory. Nothing is valued as much as

(18:36):
something that was hard to achieve becauseof the sense of accomplishment that earning it
actually brings you feel good when youaccomplish something. You know, when a
sneaky, self serving politician like Bidentalks about giveaways from government, it's not
coming from him, It's coming fromsomeone else's hard earned Remember that when you

(19:02):
hear these conniving politicians trying to takecredit for something that has nothing to do
with them directly, and is simplyno better than stealing something that does not
belong to them and given it tosomeone else in the first place. There
are volumes of lessons hidden away inhistory books the world over where great civilizations

(19:23):
arose from humble beginnings to greatness, only to grow soft and slowly declined.
So the next time you hear apolitician like Biden talking about giving people something
that he's taken from others, rememberit wasn't his to begin with, and
he deserves no credit for it nonewhatsoever. Hypocrisy is bad enough in its

(19:47):
own right, but it also makesus resistant to the call. It makes
us resistant to anything, even torepent for our own sins. When we
condone hypocrisy, we're not fooling God. The religious leaders of Jesus day made
a great show of public righteousness andtelling other people how to live lives.

(20:10):
Jesus, you may recall, manytimes, exposed hypocrisy, and this was
one of the reasons for which theyhated him so much. So you kind
of keep that in mind, leaguesand gentlemen, whenever you're listening to everything
that's going on these days and everythingthat the political people were working. Listen

(20:33):
to me. There's something else Iwant to mention to you this morning.
Biden has appealed a Louisiana judge's orderto Judge Jerry Doherty order he ordered.
He made an order that blocks socialmedia outlets from censoring free speech, or

(20:56):
more correctly, disallowing free speech onthe Internet. That disagrees with the Biden
administration. Biden, they had whatthey Biden wants to do is he wants
to get in there and he wantsto send people in there to go ahead
and tell the Internet people what theycan and cannot print. And this judge
over Louisiana said, no, youcan't do that. And the judge made

(21:18):
that decision based on after two attorneygenerals won in Missouri and force the Louisiana
as well, and he forced theyand that that really that violates the your
Amendment to freedom of speech in theUnited States. But Biden says he's appealing
that decision because he wants to beable to have his cronies go in there

(21:41):
with the Internet people and tell themwhat they can and cannot report. So
how do you like that? We'regoing to be back with a lot more
on today's program. So you staytuned. We're just trying to turn a
decle into what that's the BottomLine.I want to invite our listeners to find

(22:03):
out what a risk number can dofor them. Visit what is My Risk
Number? Dot com? And whileyou're there you will find more information and
if you click the link on thefront page, a quick bite minute process
will give you your risk number forfree. Visit what is My Risk Number?

(22:23):
Dot com? Now to take controlof your investments and make them do
what you want them to do witha very high degree of certainty. That
is what is my risk number?Dot Com? Again, what is my
risk number? Dot Com? We'rejust trying to turn a decle into what
do That's the bottom line. Welcomeback, ladies and gentlemen you're listening to

(22:49):
that's the bottom line. Your weeklyradio show on Kale the Eye that tells
it like it is. And it'snow for the segment that we refer to
as the Dirty Little Secret. Andhere it is Stuart Rhodes, the head
of the Texas based oath Keeper's organization. He's now serving an eighteen year sentence

(23:11):
for sedition, the first edition, and he gave a jail house interview now
that he was arrested during the youknow, the January sixth, after the
twenty twenty election, whenever they hadthat all that disturbances there in the nation's
capital wenty how Stuart Rhodes, he'sthe head of the Texas based oath Keeper's

(23:33):
organization, and he had a jailhouse interview recently from his confinement on the
part that he played in the Januarysixth, twenty twenty one protests. Rhodes
claims the federal government under Biden hasno intention of ever giving former President Trump
a fair trial, and all theprosecutors now being prepared, all the prosecutions,

(23:56):
I should say now being prepared,is to carry out an organized plan
which involves using the law to breakthe law and doing it primarily for the
purpose of instituting a reign of fearin the United States where average Americans will
no longer feel free to speak becausethey will be intimidated and if they say

(24:22):
anything that contradicts federal authorities, they'regoing to be sent to prison, as
is the case in third world countriesnow. He according to Rhodes, he
adds this threat. He said, the threat is specific to the plan to
essentially lock up. They will lockup Donald Trump without any ever having any
hope that he would be able toget out of prison. And that's really

(24:48):
you know, we just celebrated IndependenceDay last week, and look at where
we're going, in what direction we'regoing in this country, and we better
wake up and smell the coffee. You know. The anti American pro communist
left during the Vietnam War had hada slogan which was used to promote not
serving in the US military. Youremember that, don't you. I'm sure

(25:12):
many of you doom. And itwent something like this. It said,
uh, suppose they gave a warand nobody came. Well, a lot
of people went to that war. They showed up, and they they even
made it. Back then, theymade a movie by that title, Suppose
they gave a war, Nobody came. It was used, as many other
anti war commentaries were during that periodin American history, mostly by anti war

(25:40):
activists and hippies. They were allagainst the they were all against the war,
so they were they were the heroesof that day, I guess,
or at least, you know, the anti heroes for the for the political
left nowadays, a lot of thosehippies from by gone, eras are embedded
in the federal government, where theycontinue to threaten the fabric of God and

(26:03):
country with more and more un Americannonsense. You know, recently I read
an article about how Biden and ascronies now want to remake the US auto
industry by phasing out gasoline powered combustionengine automobiles. They don't want them anymore.
They want that all phased out inthis country. They want y'all driving

(26:25):
electric vehicles by twenty twenty seven. You think that's possible, I don't.
In some automobile companies though, they'rethey're threatened, so they're already beginning to
lay off workers and anticipation that it'sgonna this is gonna happen. But how
many Americans are going to be ableto afford to purchase electric vehicles by twenty
twenty seven? Anyhow? You know, forget for a minute that Joe Biden

(26:49):
is just a figurehead puppet who probablydoesn't even know what day of the week
it is, and who just pretendsto be the president. But nonetheless,
if he does as he's told bythe Politburo, he's going to be allowed
to remain president and keep the bridemoney he's received over the decades while he's
been in political office, right,so they'll be able to do all that

(27:12):
stuff behind the scenes and he'll justbe the figurehead president. That's really what's
going on. And of course, you know, they want to transition the
United States into a country without amiddle class, and they want us to
become a country comprised of the twotiered systems, those of the halves and
the have nots, which of courseis all part of the reason the Biden

(27:33):
administration is flooding the country with uneducated, illiterate illegals to serve as the serfs
to the communists at the top.And for the rest of you stand your
place unless you want to end upat a gulag somewhere. Electric vehicle appealed
mostly to the affluent. That's who'sdriving them. You know, mister and

(27:57):
missus, middle class, hard workingAmericans, Well, there's no room for
you, and they're in this upperclass pollard hero the two tiered system that
I'm warning you about. There's noroom for you in that system. So
listen to me very carefully, ladiesand gentlemen. All that's yesteryear and gone

(28:19):
with God, with the wind,so to speak. Right, we know
that, but it's a dim picturethat communists China isn't worried about the air
pollution that Biden's worried about, becausethey want all they want. They want
a population, they want population control, they want a population that they abase
them. They're after world domination.Democrats are saying electric vehicles are the way

(28:45):
of the future, but few Americansare going to be able to afford them,
at least not in the short turnup by twenty twenty seven, So
what's going to happen? And also, you know as well as I do,
that solar panels and windmills that theyare promoting these days, well,
they're all made in China, aren'tThey simply put you cannot do the job

(29:07):
here, So they're putting the cartbefore the horse. That's what I think.
They're telling you that we need solarenergy and we can do all this
and keep the air clean. Butthey're just doing it to benefit the communist
Chinese who don't worry about clean airor dirty water. So there's going to
come a day when mankind will inventI'm sure a perpetual energy machine. I'm

(29:32):
sure they're working on things that theycould eventually produce abundant clean energy, but
it has to be invented first, and then it has to be mass produced
so that it is both practical, efficient and affordable for everyone. Not only
efficient, but also affordable for everyfamily in the land. And for the

(29:53):
moment, it's just not there yet. And until it is, you know,
they're going to try and force iton every one, and they're just
going to keep you, keep you, And I guess they want you like
we're going to throw a hot summerright now. I guess they want you
without no ac in the summer andprobably less heat in the winter. Stop
them. Think about it, ladiesand gentlemen. I think that's the era

(30:15):
that we're in right now. Youknow, ladies and gentlemen, I am
all for clean air, but notat the expense of hard working American families
losing their livelihoods just so rich democratscan drive around and electric vehicles and jets
set about the country and their privatejets. Think about that. You know,

(30:37):
people like John Kerry al Gore orand others who feel they're better than
the rest of us, Well, they're not better than the rest of us.
You know, we are You know, most Americans, let me put
it this way, most Americans workhard for their families and want to enjoy
the fruits of their labor, andthey're not willing to see their standard of
living diminished by the elite who thinkand act like they're better than the rest

(31:03):
of us. So listen to me. Abandoning combustion engines for electric motors is
just not yet it ready, justnot yet ready for prime time, at
least not now, and so wehave to It's fine to do it eventually,
you know, to build all kindsof modern conveniences and conveyances and anything

(31:26):
that you want that's going to beable to help you your life be a
little easier and keep the air andwater pure and clean. I'm all for
that, but I'm not for doingputting the cart before the horse. You
know, as I often say,the United States have been married. Right
now is still a work in progress, and we're gonna win. We're gonna
come out of this and we're goingto be great again. Trust me,

(31:48):
we'll be back with more right afterthis. We're just trying to turn a
necle in. That's the bottom line. This is Gene Valerati of asset growth
Associates. If you've been watching recentnews, a few banks have had a
run where customers panic and withdraw alltheir money at once, causing the banks

(32:10):
to fail. If that isn't worryingenough. On January first, twenty twenty
three, the Federal Reserve set anew low reserve trump for net transaction accounts
to six hundred and ninety one pointseven million dollars, meaning that banks with
net transaction account balances up to thisamount are subject to a reserve requirement ratio

(32:37):
of zero percent. You heard meright, zero reserve requirements Forget fractional reserve
banking. How about zero reserve banking? Why would the Federal Reserve create this
environment of uncertainty? If this isof concern to you, and it should

(32:57):
be, we can show you howto protect yourself health and how to locate
and unilize financial institutions with very realreserves, not zero reserves. Give us
a call an Asset Growth Associates oneeight six six seven two eight three six
nine seven. That's eight six sixseven two eight three six ninety seven.

(33:20):
You can also reach us locally inBeaumont, Texas by dialing four O nine
eight four h sixty nine hundred.Give us a call. You'll be glad
that you did. We're just tryingto turn a decle into a die.
That's the bottom line. Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. You're listening to

(33:40):
that's the bottom line. Your weeklyradio show on kld I. That tells
it like it is brought to youby Asset Growth Associates of Texas. All
right, listen up, listen tome, very very carefully. Right now.
This is a solution that's going tohelp you because I'm gonna give you
some advice on making some money. You know, In the study of financial

(34:05):
risk taking, we often learn thatmany people have a hard time evaluating the
true magnitude of risk financial risk. The brokeriage industry has done a good job
conflating risk with savings. But listento me, savings and investing are really
two separate issues, aren't they. When investors send their money into a system

(34:29):
of buying stocks and bonds, theyabsolutely will encounter risk. So some investors
are more risk averse than others.Right, Some people are willing to take
more risks, some are not.Often, high risk taking is due to
either a failure to assess the levelof danger or simply a willingness or a

(34:50):
desire to engage in an activity regardlessof the level of danger involved. For
example, it's one thing for afiremen to fearlessly running into a burning building,
or for a soldier to charge fearlesslyagainst an enemy position, but the
same level of courage doesn't necessarily applyto investing because financial risk is a completely

(35:15):
different It's completely different than physical risk. Sending money aside today to grow over
time and then be used at alater date is saving. Sending money aside
today to be risked in the hopeof a better return is what investing is
all about. But fortunately for many, there are accounts indexed to the stock

(35:37):
market capable of returning growth without exposureto risk. You heard me right,
You can have growth without exposure torisk. Now. Determining how much of
a financial risk an individual is willingto take depends on the individual, doesn't
it an Asset Growth Associates, Inaddition to traditional investing and tax planning and

(36:04):
tax filing, we also offer whatare called principal protection accounts see we mix
it together for the client based ontheir risk profile. Plans index to the
stock market and bond markets designed tocapture gains and add them to the original
principle and retain the gains by beingguaranteed against losses. Are guaranteed against losses

(36:30):
caused by a market downturn. Inother words, the contract's original principle in
its earnings are retained, so themoney is never lost during a downturn.
They can't beat that. That's hardto beat. And the worst thing is
that can happen in these accounts isthat they do remain flat for a given
period, but you're not losing moneywhen the markets down. You may not

(36:53):
make any money, but you don'thave to go backwards and then make it
up in the future. So that'ssomething you know. There's no gap in
value to make up because there's nevera loss to be reckoned. With a
