Another indictment against former President Donald Trumpfor apparently exercising his right to free speech

when he challenged the twenty twenty presidentialelection back on Anuary the six, twenty
twenty one. That's when Trump spoketo a crowd of supporters and he told
them to peacefully protest the irregularities ofthe vote counts. Following the twenty twenty
election, after Biden was declared thewinner, Special Prosecutor Jack Smith charged Trump

with conspiracy to object to an officialproceeding for essentially exercising his rights to freedom
of speech. Legal experts reacted,and the legal experts reacted to this latest
attempt to prosecute Trump as an assaulton his First Amendment right to free speech.

Rout a very dangerous slope. Ladiesand gentlemen, You're losing your rights
too, if this sham indictment againstTrump stands. The Democrat special prosecutor announced
this latest charge probably to give coverto the crimes being uncovered against our current
President Joe Biden. You know,according to Devin Archer, who was associated

with President Biden and his son HunterArcher, verified President Joe Biden was involved
in the bribes and kick back scheamsthat lavish the Biden crime family with millions
and millions of dollars in illegal paymentsfrom an assortment of countries including Communist China,

Russia, the Ukraine, and otherforeign potentates yet to be announced,
but only if the current congressional investigationgoing on gets any traction. Because the
Republicans in the House are investigating Bidensimultaneously while the Democrats have this special prosecutor

the ire almost seems that crazy.By now, we should also know that
the Federal Bureau of Investigation the USDepartment of Justice are not really interested in
justice as much as they're as muchas they're currently mostly the allies of the

Democrat Party. Sadly, the reallybig news is that we probably shouldn't expect
much to happen to the Bidens unlessthe US Department of Justice pursues criminal charges
against the criminal activity of the Bidencrime family. And hey, let's face
it, it's very dubious with theobviously corrupt Attorney General Barrick Garland running the

US Justice Department. Devin Archer tolda Congressional panel President Joe Biden, while
serving as Obama's vice president, participatedin phone calls with this sun hunter during
their shakedowns for money for foreign countries. Archer testified that President Biden was put

on the phone to help his son, Hunter Biden sell what President Biden called
his brand. So Archer, whosoon will be spending a year in prison
on other charges, spilled the beingso to speak on the Biden illicit gain
operation. And who what was Bidendoing. He's betraying the American taxpayers.

He's betraying law abiding citizens by usinghis office when he was vice president to
enrich himself and they're still doing it, and his family members are getting rich
too, literally selling out the UnitedStates pretty serious in my opinion. But
of course, the liberal news media, the so called mainstream press, is

continuing to circle the wagons to protectthe Biden presidency and worship at the altar
of the false gods of filthy lucrethe golden calf of empty premises. And
by that I'm referring to how mostof the media tries the whitewash Biden's criminal

activity and do as much as possibleto help many elected Democrats. But you
circle the wagon, so to speak, to protect Biden and his criminal elements,
and also the criminal elements of theFBI and the US Justice Department as
well. What the media and theDemocrats are most concerned with is protecting Biden's

criminal activity at the expense of wethe people. The only thing the media
and the elected Democrats are interested inis retaining power and hiding their political crimes
from the American people and pursuing thecontinued attempts to keep accusing former President Trump
have made up criminal charges in theirunending efforts to prevent a Trump from retaining

the presidents who are at least regainingthe presidency of the United States. The
enemies of freedom and justice are incontrol of the federal government and moving just

from Georgia, the state of Georgia, where another Democrat judge recently rejected Trump's

effort to halt the criminal investigation thatDemocrats are mounting against him. There As
elsewhere, Democrat judges and prosecutors arecontinually piling on attempt after attempt to prevent
efforts by former President Trump defend offthese false charges or alleged false charges and

on, and I hope everyone realizeswhat is going on. On the bright
side, we still find former PresidentTrump literally continuing to fight alone in his

Street Journal. Farah is a longignored law dating back to nineteen thirty eight.

It's one of those old laws seldomused. But occasionally a prosecutor,
without enough evidence, without enough evidenceto bring charges against a political rival,
will refer to this old Parah lawand use it to charge someone with the
crime. For example, listen carefully, I'm going to take you back in

time a little bit. Robert Mullertried unsuccessfully to use it against former President
Donald Trump during the Muller witch huntagainst him shortly after Trump won the twenty
twenty election, and for which consumedthe first two years of Trump's presidency,
but in the end it failed.Now allow me to explain further. Listen

to me carefully. If an Americandoes work for a foreign government, the
American doing so is legally obligated toregister with the federal government. First,
Paul Manaford, President Trump's warmer campaignmanager. He was charged, convicted,
and jailed for lobbying and receiving moneyfrom the Ukraine. Former General Michael Flynn

was also charged under violating the FarahActs ship Lee for making comments on behalf
of the Turkish government. Donald Trumpeventually issued pardons because they convicted you know,
those Washington, DC Democrat juries.They convicted Flynn, put him in
jail. No, they didn't putFlynn in jail. They put Manaford in

jail. But anyhow, President Trumpoffered he'd actually pardon both of those men,
and they didn't. They got outof jail. But it's just they
both these guys suffered considerably at thehands of unscrupulous Democrat prosecutors. That's what

I'm trying to say. As longas fairh was targeting people in the Trump
or but listen, whenever that wasgoing on, as long as they were
going after Trump's people, you know, Flynn or Maniport, Democrats chaired such
prosecutions. But just recently after JudgeMary Ellen Rika they may charge. Now

she's got Hunter Biden's got to goback on his tax evasion charges before this
judge, and that's going to happenhere in about a month or so,
and she may charge Hunter Biden withviolating Farah in his dealings with accepting bribes
from the Ukraine, China and otherforeign entities. The Democrats now are having

a connection fit. Suddenly, theDemocrats are screaming foul play when the law
they used against their political rivals maynow be turned onto of their own,
namely Hunter Biden and of course hisdady, President Joe Biden. Arrah is
usually used selectively and is too easyfor slimy prosecutors to exploit against their political

enemies. So if turnabout is fairplay, and any feel that it is,
Democrats are already squealing like stuck pigsthat Farah may now be possibly used
against Hunter Biden and possibly against PresidentBiden himself, who we all are aware

was allegedly involved with his son Hunterin their influence peddling kickback schemes, many
of which flirted with treason when involvingpotential enemies of the United States. Until
Devin Archer made his comments behind closeddoors last week, President Biden confidently said

he had no connections with his sonsor influence and these peddling operations, but
having his son traveling with him toforeign countries while he was serving as Obama's
vice president placed Old Joe smacdab inthe middle of Hunter's kickbacks and pride schemes
to enrich the Biden crime syndicate.This could end up being the straw that

breaks the canals back, so tospeak, for both Joe Biden and Young
Hunter. If nothing else, itwould certainly become an issue for the twenty
twenty four presidential race unless the Democratsforce Old Joe out and bring a new
candidate in to replace him. Atthe moment, we don't know what lies
in store for Hunter Biden's next appearancebefore Judge in her court, Norrica's judge,

Norrica's court. But the plot iscertainly thickening, and as they say,
where they're smoke, there's fire asfar as the news media, and
these new revelations, these daily newrevelations about the Biden family accepting bribes and
selling influence keep coming to the forefront, you know, but still being ignored

by most left leaning news operations,you know, and so a large part
of the American public probably doesn't evenaren't even aware. But you know that
the press keeps trying to impugne formerpro and Trump's character and prosecutors that you
know, they're constantly inviting Trump,but they don't have no idea if you

read the papers that all this,all the criminal, alleged criminal activity of
Biden, did the Biden family,the Biden crime said that kit you might
as will call it is going on. You know, Trump and all those
to remain in his employee and hisformer associates as well, may never ever

see true justice carried out again,unlessen until justice is restored in the United
States equally, then there's little wecan hope for it. At least if
indeed the misdeeds of the Biden administrationare finally exposed and dealt with. Well,

out and take someone's freedom of speechaway from them, like the special prosecutor
is doing against the former President Trump. You just can't do that. Freedom

using its freedom to just circle thewagons and try to protect the Democratic Party.
I wonder if half of them eventhough what they're what they're doing,
and what they're potentially doing whenever theyactually protect but you know what amounts to
the criminal operations. And you know, Joe Biden himself is behind all of

this, as much has been said. He's the one that's whispering in Garland's
ear. You do this, youdo this, you do this, you
do this. So they just wantto retain power. They want to just
do what they want to do.So it goes without saying the countries in
a lot of troubles. The Bidenadministration continues its attempts to fall on unfair
criminal charges, and former President Trump, you have to admit that's what's going

on. The Democrats are not pursuingjustice. They're trying to turn the United
States into a third World country ofanna republic. Hopefully our legal systems are
strong enough to withstand the assault onthe Bill of rights that's occurring. But

broke about President Biden being on thosephone calls with his son Hunter soliciting bribes,
what happens. Special Prosecutor Jack Smithcomes out with another indictment against Trump

for essentially using his First Amendment rightto free speech in another example of unbridled
power. Last week, Biden's legalteam projected that his son Hunter Biden will
still likely be able to get hissweetheart probation deal for income tax invasion,
but not one with all the trimmingsthat you know that grants this absolute indulgement

indulgence, I should say, Andthey're looking for an absolute indulgence of all
past and future crimes, you know. On the other hand, I'm sure
Biden's crooked Special Prosecutor Jack Smith isstill dreaming up other charges to keep piling
on to President Trump, and he'smaking Smith is making tactical errors by knock,

you know, when he makes whenhe gets out there and he makes
those announcements that no one's above thelaw, and he gets on television with
that solemn face. He's been leadinga lot of stuff out and now he's
having to backtrack a little bit too. Then there's this other backdoor reason about
Smith. Prosecutor Smith is probably indictingthese low level employees on the staff the

Trump's Marilago estate to He's you doingthat as a tactic, and he's going
to eventually probably offer them immunity ifthey agree to testify against their boss,
Donald Trump. That's why you know, the guy, the maintenance guy Marilago,
who's moving the boxes, that's whyhe gets indicted. They're doing that

on purpose, and then they'll say, well, listen, we'll let you
off if you agree to testify againstDonald Trump. It's it's done all the
time from what I understand. Andhere's something else to ponder. How shocking
was it when we learned Justice Departmentprosecutors conspired with Hunter Biden's defense attorney to

try and slip one over on JudgeMary Ellen Norreika, which which would have
granted Hunter Biden immunity from being prosecutedfor any crime he ever committed. That's
what they were trying to do.She stopped them, and he's got to
go back to court. But youknow he's still going to get off easy.
And here's something else, the possessionof secret documents. I know I've

said this before, and I knowi'm writer. I wouldn't say it.
The possession of secret documents it's bya former president for which Donald Trump is
indicted for, isn't illegal. They'reallowed to keep them three years before returning
them to the National Archives. Themedia will not report that, and neither

will anyone reference when former President BillClinton retained secret documents, and they challenged
Clinton and a federal judge rule thatit was perfectly legal for a president to
do so, to retain their documentsafter they leave office. You know,

they gotta they retain those documents becauseafter a president lee's office, you know,
they have their they they build theyforget what they call it, but
they have their like little museum ofsources that retains all the information of their
their presidency. So I'm surprised noone in the media has just called out

what I just told you. Sowe must admit that we really do have
a double standard justice system, andit's so obvious it should frighten each and
every one of you, whether you'rea Democrat or a Republican. Truth is,
it's a double standard for those whoare politically connected. If what's occurring

now is allowed to proceed unchallenged,then we have no justice system at all,
and we've already lost our rights.You know, it seems as if
we're losing our rights outlined in theBill of Rights and for which Americans have
been fighting and dying for since seventeenseventy six, when our country was founded
and our four fathers fought a revolutionagainst injustice and taxation without representation. We

all should know by now the Bidenadministration is corrupt, as is the current
makeup of the US justice system,the FBI, and probably so as the
entire federal bureaucracy. This isn't politicalrick on my part. It's the truth.
If it's not nipped in the bud, then it will continue to grow

worse, and all our individual freedomsis guaranteed in the Bill of Rights will
eventually be gone. When the UnitedStates was founded, Benjamin Franklin declared,
we have founded a republic. Ifwe can keep it, well, can
we keep it? Or will weallow corrupt politicians to take it away from
us and our posterity as well?Don't forget that the price of liberty is

eternal vigilance. So I hope we'reall paying attention to what's going on and
how the tenets of our founding documentsare being ignored by a political class in
Washington, DC. As has beenpointed out by people a lot more intelligent
than me, and they've said,the only thing necessary for evil to triumph

in the world is good men donothing. And I just quoted those words.
They were spoken by Edmund Burke inthe seventeen seventies. The only thing
necessary for evil to triumph in theworld is that good men do nothing.
So expect the unending fabricated accusations againstformer President Trump to continue and for Washington

DC political corruption to continue trying todestroy the United States. They want to
take away the Bill of Rights,much of that's really what they're working at.
They want to rule over us.We're supposed to that. They're supposed
to be our servants, not ourmasters. That's the way the country was
founded, and much of the politicalclass remains unresponsive to the real needs of

we the people. I just hopewe'd all wake up and smell the coffee
in time to recognize the threats thatare occurring to our way of life.
