Pene blande, ridotte ulteriormente dall'indulto, per cui uno solo degli imputati sconterà la pena, peraltro in detenzione domiciliare.
Ma non c’è sentenza o risarcimento che possa riparare il dolore dei famigliari. I quali costituiscono il Comitato 8 Ottobre per promuovere il miglioramento della sicurezza negli aeroporti, perché non ci siano altre sciagure simili.
