Description: Dr. Branch interviews Jena D'souza who is a former student that displayed authenticity and positive energy in a way that was contagious to everyone in the class. Jena knew from a young age at 13 that she wanted to become a therapist after discovering the field of psychology. Her supportive parents, especially her father, encouraged her dreams. Jena made the bold decision to move from India to the United States at the age of 17 to pursue her education, building a community for herself in the process. Jena has a strong belief in manifestation and the universe working with her to achieve her goals. Her father instilled this mindset in her from a young age. Jena has navigated balancing her religious upbringing with developing her own spiritual practices, finding a way to integrate both. Jena describes her future self as fully embodying her power and moving accordingly. She has a clear vision of who she is becoming.

Lifework:
- Write down an affirmation or mantra that resonates with you, similar to Jena's father telling her "I'm a rich man, so money comes and goes." Repeat this affirmation daily and notice how it shifts your mindset.
- Reflect on your intuition and how often you follow it. Make a commitment to never disregard your intuition. Observe how trusting your intuition guides you.
- Visualize your future self. What does this version of you look like, smell like, wear, and embody? Write a detailed description and refer back to it regularly to keep that vision alive.
The key is to take action on these lifework assignments, not just read them. Implement them and notice the changes in your life.
