È difficile credere che siamo arrivati fin qui!
Oggi vogliamo ringraziarvi per averci accompagnato in questo viaggio, condividere qualche riflessione e, chissà, dare uno sguardo al futuro.
Quando abbiamo iniziato questo podcast, non avremmo mai immaginato quanto sarebbe stato arricchente. Abbiamo parlato di fiducia, conflitto, leadership gentile, sicurezza psicologica, cultura dell'errore e feedback e passato in rassegna i principali processi aziendali dalla selezione passando per l'omboarding, per la formazione e per le tematiche più attuali che riguardano il benessere aziendale!
In questo percorso abbiamo riso, ci siamo emozionati, e, spero, abbiamo imparato qualcosa insieme. Ogni puntata è stata un'occasione per condividere con voi la nostra visione della cultura aziendale orientata ai principi della scienza della felicità!
