Parar dá-nos um novo elã, uma nova força, um novo ânimo.
Parar é um momento de criação essencial para o movimento seguinte, seja ele um gesto, uma palavra, um pensamento.
Nos meus cursos chamo sempre a atenção para a necessidade de fazermos transições, paragens entre uma tarefa e outra, permitindo-nos deixar ir tensões que essa tarefa possa ter acumulado.
Momentos cruciais para parar são aqueles em que mudamos de papel, do papel trabalhador para o papel na família, por exemplo. Quantas vezes não dizemos o que não queríamos a um dos membros da família, só porque esse elemento acionou as emoções que estavam presas a um momento mais tenso do dia de trabalho?
Parar ajuda-nos a digerir, a libertar para podermos receber algo novo.
