Speaker 4 (05:34):
So we're not gonna take a long time.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
We're gonna die right over there. An apostle.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Tonight's thing is Apostolic women on the front lines speaks
directly to your mantle, your mission.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
You've been a pioneer and a.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Voice and women for women in ministry for years, for years,
So let's start. We're gonna go ahead and start and
diving to these questions because I know some people that's
been anticipating this all days, waiting for this day to
get here. So we're gonna start off with our first question, So,
(06:14):
how do you see Alpostolic women shaping the culture of
today's church?
Speaker 3 (06:21):
First of all, first of all, I'm just let me
just let me let me say right here, I'm so
happy that you said yes to do this. Ha hallelujah.
So this is so so good, hallelujah. But the way
that I see Apostolic women shaping the culture of today's
church is that I see how that God has been
(06:45):
normalizing women being in the forefront.
Speaker 4 (06:50):
I know that.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
We we know that when you look at the church
and you look at the demographics of the church, that
it is really you know, it's not even a fifty
to fifty thing. It's really like ninety percent of the
church is women and ten percent of the church if
if ten percent is men. And we see what I
(07:13):
can see with the women shape in church culture today
is I see a great resurgence. And I'm saying researchers,
because you know, there was a lull where we saw
women in ministry. But there seems to be a resurgence
of women stepping into place and position to walk out
(07:33):
that Apostolic call.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
And the way that I see them shaping culture is
that they are raising up mighty.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
Sons and daughters who are not weak, who are not scared,
who are sure about themselves, you know, and who are
ready to step into their assignment. And so I think
that it's it's a there's a different spirit on to day,
you know what I'm saying, and on today's culture, and
(08:04):
on the women who are stepping into position today.
Speaker 4 (08:08):
And so that tenacity, that.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
Heart of consistency, that dog get mindset that I'm not
gonna quit, I'm gonna do what God says, you know
what I'm saying. That's how I see women, these apostolic
women shaping the culture today, that there is a determination
to raise up sons who can take something.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
And it's not just sons, but daughters as well.
Speaker 3 (08:34):
When I say sons, I'm talking about daughters too, and
I might being gender specific in that because we are
all sons of God. So I see I see sons
being birth into the kingdom. I see them in today's culture,
you know, women who are comfortable with the mantle that
is on their life, and they're raising up sons that
(08:55):
will stand the test and are not gonna back down
no matter what's happening.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
I think that is so so good because you know
before you would see just you know, the leaders want
you to come and just sit in the church and
just that's it.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
You come and take up a seat.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Right, But now it's to raise up sons and daughters,
to propel them to go out to do what God
has called them to do. And so I think that's
so so good and so important because that's what God
tells us to do. He said, make disciples, right, and
we have to recreate. We have to multiply so that
(09:34):
we take dominion. We can't take dominion by ourselves, right,
So that's so so good for that, and I think
it's so important today in time right that we have.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
To be we have to be trained and equipped so
that we won't be renegade. We won't think.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
That you know, we just got it all together and
we just go and flying by the seat.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Of our pants, right all right?
Speaker 4 (10:03):
Right, you know we.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
Want to sit and be taught and be raised up
to then. I think that's very very good. So we're
gonna go right into question two. What does being on
the front lines look like in your personal ministry?
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Myny God, what does that look like in my personal ministry?
Speaker 4 (10:30):
Wow? I know what these questions say but still wow.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
For me, And I know that it is different for everyone,
but for me, right, being on the front lines means
that this is not leading from the back, This is
not this is not waiting for somebody else to do it.
Speaker 4 (10:58):
This is not.
Speaker 3 (11:01):
Taking on the mindset that maybe God wants me to,
maybe God doesn't want me to.
Speaker 4 (11:06):
That's not the that's not the mentality at all.
Speaker 3 (11:10):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (11:10):
Being on the front lines for me looks like sacrifice.
It looks like it looks like.
Speaker 3 (11:18):
Sold out, living a life that is sold out, and
and and constantly being in the place of evaluating and
reevaluating whether or not my heart is sold out, and and.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Being in the place and something that the Lord said
to me earlier today.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
And I was sitting and just meditating on the Lord
this morning, and some of the Lord said to me today.
He said, with all of the things that He is
getting ready to do and the promises that He is
is fulfilling in this moment, and sometimes it doesn't seem
like God is fulfilling, and he is right, He still
is even when it doesn't look like he is. We
(12:03):
are still walking in fulfillment. But the Lord said to
me to always remain true to who He has called
me to be, and so that to me is what
being on the front lines look like. It looks like
remaining true to who I know that God has called
me to be and not becoming somebody else. I just
(12:24):
let me just shout out. Let me just shout out
my girl, Missy, Hey, mister.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
God, not Lee Hollylia.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
And you know, it looks like it looks like not
letting life and circumstance change me. I didn't say I'm
not gonna let God change me, because I want God
to change what he wants to change, but I'm not
going to you know, being on the front line, you
gotta you gotta have a mindset that no matter what comes,
no matter what goes, no matter who comes and who goes,
(12:52):
you gotta stay true to what God have said. You
gotta keep focused, and the main thing always has to
be the main thing, you know. And sometimes we get
caught up in peripheral stuff, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
And it's easy to get caught.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
Up in peripheral stone because you see a lot of
stuff going on on the side of your head, you know.
But for me, being on the front line looks like
taking the first step. It looks like doing what God says.
Sometimes it looks like doing it by myself. Sometimes it
looks like doing it afraid my God. It looks like
doing it without all the answers. Sometimes it looks like
(13:31):
doing it without all the money and waiting until you know,
and doing it until until God shows up with whatever.
You know what I'm saying, That's what it looks like
for me, It's always looked like that. For me, it
always has right. But He always shows up. He always
shows up with with resources. Whether that resource is a person,
(13:52):
or if it's finances, or if it's favor, he always
shows up.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
And I said, listen, and I can agree to you
because I can testify that.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
This is all of you, like this is all.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Of you, and this is what you teach us to be.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
To show up. You got to show up no matter what.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
It doesn't matter who's with you, who's not with you.
You got to show up. And you've got to be
true to who God has called you to be. And
I think if we keep that right here in the
forefront of our mind and here, then nothing will be
able to shake us.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
No matter what kind of circumstances come. You know what,
kind of wind blow. It doesn't matter.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
It may have been to the left and to the right,
but we will not break because we got our focus
on g We got it right in the fore front
of our mind.
Speaker 2 (14:52):
This is who called me to.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
Do and to be, and there is a mandate on
my life that I'm fulfilled.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
Yes ma'am, Yes ma'am, and yes ma'am and yes ma'am again.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
And I know other people look too, you know, some
of my sisters and brothers look at you like, how
did this.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Lady do all of this? Like it's something you just
it's like a you know, you just keep going, keep going,
no matter what.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
And there's always if there's something that comes in to
break in the in the road, in the pathway, you
you right there with the strategy that we're gonna you know, we're.
Speaker 2 (15:34):
Gonna pivot and keep on going.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
But we still gonna get on the other side because
where we were mandated to go. And so I think
that it's very very important for us to show up
and be true to who God has called us to be,
no matter what Sally looked like, no matter what John
looked like, no matter what they said, no matter.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
What this other person over here telling you.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Now you know you wasn't called to do that. That's
not what you know. This is what God said, And
I'm gonna move and do what God said.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
This is already this already, So.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
This is so so good.
Speaker 1 (16:17):
You see, I got.
Speaker 2 (16:20):
Out there, got they pen and got the paper. They notes,
and you are.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
Taking notes because this is so important.
Speaker 2 (16:28):
And you got to be able to go back.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
And reference these notes because sometimes you may get weary, you.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
May get at you know, frustrated, but you can go
back and look at these.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Notes and say, listen, I got to be true to
who got ha r to be. You got to see
it and say it out your mouth so that you
can move in that thing.
Speaker 2 (16:46):
And so this is very very good.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
So how do applestolic women carry unique strategies for evangelism
and outreach?
Speaker 3 (16:58):
Now see why hear this right here is a good
question because sometimes we don't we don't understand fully right
that we carry that or or you know, how.
Speaker 4 (17:11):
To execute in.
Speaker 3 (17:13):
Those things that God has put on the inside of us.
And so it this is this is something that I
was really thinking about this question today, you know, and
I think that the way that we understand that is
that number.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
One we know.
Speaker 4 (17:32):
We know that.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
A lot of times us as women, we have a
strong sense of insight how God speaks to us.
Speaker 4 (17:40):
He reveals things to us spiritually ripe.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
And a lot of times when we start talking about outreach,
we're not just talking about logistics. So we got to
get our eyes off of just logistics. A lot of times,
because we are women, right and we are sensitive to
what God is saying to us about people or the
community that we're reaching out to, we take to start
moving into those things as the Lord starts revealing things.
(18:04):
I know that for me, when I start thinking about
outreach and I start thinking about evangelism, because those are
two different things. Evangelism outreach is not the same thing,
because you can do outreach without evangelism and vice versa,
and I think that the two need to meet. And
so a lot of times our strategies often have a
(18:25):
kind of a prophetic edge, you know what I'm saying,
because we're tuned into what God is saying, you know,
the practical things that God is saying to us. Also
because of us, you know, Apostolic women, we are we
are builders by nature, many of us are. If you
are an Apostolic woman. You are builder by nature, it's
in you. You want to build something, you want to
start something.
Speaker 4 (18:45):
So we are.
Speaker 3 (18:46):
Good at establishing structures and frameworks that make outreach sustainable.
You know, you got to have a plan, right, So
a lot of times.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
You'll see us not just doing a one off.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
We're not talking about just Okay, we're gonna do a
little outreaching and that's the end of it.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
No.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
Right, Usually we're building entire programs. We're talking about making
evangelism and outreach. How do we carry these strategies because
we're looking to God to show us how to build
an entire program or a network that keeps going. We're
not trying to do something one time, right. You might
you know, and I know for myself. We'll go into
(19:27):
setting up trainings or creating opportunities for other.
Speaker 4 (19:31):
People to be able to come in and get mentorship,
or we might form teams and so, you know, things
that we can do.
Speaker 3 (19:38):
Even if it's something that you put together ad hoc,
so that you can multiply the outreach effort. So so
basically for us, we bring that unique combination of spiritual sensitivity,
practical building skills, right, and we don't just deliver the message.
But we always find ourselves creating paths, the ways right
(20:01):
so that the structures that God has given to us
carry the message further, and not just carry those messages further,
but we make sure that it lasts. We're not just
doing it just for one service. This is not a
one time thing.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
We're looking to build and be sustainable.
Speaker 3 (20:18):
We're looking to and so if we are Apostolic women,
we carry how do we carry those strategies? The way
we carry them is we are not just trying to
create something all We're gonna do this one time.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
No no, no, no no no.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
We're doing this to build something that is sustainable, that
is going to last. That now that we did this,
we're already planning on number two, number three, number four, what's.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
The next thing, right.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Sustainable programs, sustainable our outreaches, sustainable ways to be able
to to start and keep going. I don't know anybody
who has a heart full outreach or evangelism that wants
to do something one time. Many of us who have
a heart for outreach and evangelism find ourselves, you know
(21:06):
what I'm saying, doing something on a regular you already
you're doing the one thing, But your heart is already
on what's next, because you want to be able to
continue reaching your community with you know what I'm saying,
something that's going to continue, and they will be able
to receive the love of God, be able to hear
the gospel of Jesus Christ, have their needs met, you
(21:26):
know what I'm saying. So we're always coming together some
kind of way to develop a framework to build something
that lasts, and not just last, but outlasts us. Because
I don't know about anybody else if you tell about
Apostolic ministry, we want ministry to outlast us. We don't
want this to be something that we do. And then, oh,
you know, since the Sally was annoyed and she was powerful,
(21:47):
but she didn't leave nothing. There's no legacy. Legacy is
not just money. Legacy is ministry that outlives you. And
so we want to make sure that those are the
kind of things that we do.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
When we start talking about an apostolic woman.
Speaker 3 (22:01):
That that that carries a strategy for outreach and evangelism.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
You should have something that's going to outlive you. You
should be looking for successors to pour into.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Amen, I like that because you know, sometimes you see
people they go and they may do one thing in
the community and that's it, you know, and that's not
that's not an apostolic woman. You want to build. You
want something that's sustainable. You want something that last, that's
gonna continue to grow, because after we help this community,
(22:35):
we can go to the next community, and we can
go to the next community. Right.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
And so it's to.
Speaker 1 (22:40):
Build, right, raise people up, and carry along so that
you continue the mission of evangelism and outreach. And and
I think that's so so important for it to be sustainable.
So we must build properly and have strategy.
Speaker 2 (23:01):
Yes, to be able to do that.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
And so so when we blend the two together, can
you talk about that, blending the two together, blending the
evangelism and the outreach.
Speaker 4 (23:17):
Well, because we, like we said, there are two different things.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
So the evangelism is us preaching the gospel to those
that are lost and who need to hear the word,
and outreach is meeting the needs of the community. So
when we are blending the two, like how some of
the things that we do, if we talk about like
what we do at the cafe we have you know,
I was praying, I'm like Lord you know.
Speaker 4 (23:39):
When we first started doing that, I'm like, Lord, we
need to be able to preach these people. The outreach
is us feeding them.
Speaker 3 (23:45):
The outreach is you could come and get food from
the food pantry.
Speaker 4 (23:50):
That's outreach.
Speaker 3 (23:51):
The outreach is you could come and get closed you know,
if you need to have clothes.
Speaker 4 (23:55):
We got clothes that they can.
Speaker 3 (23:56):
You know that they sometimes they put them out on
the table, or socks when it gets cold or whatever
the case is, you know, or warming stations on the days,
you know, in the winter time or whatever.
Speaker 4 (24:05):
That's outreach.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
But the evangelism part was what I felt a burden for.
And as we were starting it, I was like, Lord,
we got to have a way to be able to
preach to these people as they are coming in.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
And so I'm in there in the beginning when we
first started, and.
Speaker 3 (24:20):
I'm cooking food, but I'm praying, like we need somebody
to preach, and I can't cook and preach at the
same time, you know, and I'm trying to figure out how.
Speaker 4 (24:29):
Are we going to get this done.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
And at that moment, as I'm praying, that somebody reached
out to me from one of the chaplaincy organizations here
in our community that were saying, Okay, we found out
that you guys are doing the cafe or whatever whatever,
and we have a chaplain that we wanted to be
(24:51):
able to see if we can send over there to
help out if you have space for that. And I'm like,
oh my god, this was the answer to prayer.
Speaker 4 (24:59):
And so the Lord bless us.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
And we have Chaplain Lawrence, and we also have past
Brother John who comes on Friday.
Speaker 4 (25:05):
So Chaplain Lawrence comes in during the week and.
Speaker 3 (25:09):
She goes from table to table and first of all,
and Brother John does.
Speaker 4 (25:13):
The same thing. He comes in, they pray, say grace
over the food.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
And you know, but Chaplain Lawrence was the answer to
the prayer that I was praying for that evangelism piece.
Speaker 4 (25:22):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (25:23):
I didn't want to suggest meet their needs because you
can have social service organizations do that. Adama doesn't. But
if I am, let me just park here for a second,
because we talk about Apostolic women. So our vision I
don't know about some of y'all, So let me just
hit this right here because.
Speaker 4 (25:40):
Maybe this might speak to you.
Speaker 3 (25:42):
Our vision is invade, occupied, transform, So how if we
invade a territory and we occupy with our programs, we
occupy with our services, we occupy by taking up space.
But the only way that you're gonna transform is you
got to preach to people. That's the apostolicity. That's what
makes us apostolic in nature. So without that preaching piece,
(26:07):
without that gospel piece, there is no apostolic there is
no transforming. And in order for that to happen, we
have to have somebody preaching. And so I'm thankful for
how that came together and God answered prayer for us
to allow us to be able to merge the evangelism
and that outreach portion because I didn't just want us
(26:28):
to meet everybody's needs. I want us to meet the
need and save the soul at the same time. And
as a result, we have had people come from the
cafe who have gotten saved, who have gotten baptized, who.
Speaker 4 (26:42):
Have joined the church.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
You understand what I'm saying, And that's the transformation. So
that has allowed us to be able to fulfill our assignment.
And that's what I was talking about earlier when we
were talking about how we carry unique strategies. It's not
just a one you know, it's not just it's building
something sustainable. So okay, you feed somebody once, then what
(27:07):
what's the plan? How are you gonna reach this community
or this region, or this nation or whoever you have
been called to.
Speaker 4 (27:15):
You gotta have a vision and you gotta have a strategy.
And I know that.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
Sometimes we as women, we are worried about well, how
am I gonna do this?
Speaker 4 (27:23):
This and that. This is why you got to go
to God and you gotta let God.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
Speak to you about what it is he's telling you
to do, right, because sometimes we're inspired and we think
inspiration is.
Speaker 4 (27:36):
The word of the Lord.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
Noaday, that's something else. I'm not even gonna get into that.
And I'm just saying you can feel inspired, but inspiration
or or feeling like, oh you know, I really would
love to that doesn't mean that God is telling you
to do that. So you gotta know what God is
telling you to do, because whatever God tells you to
build will be sustained. He's not gonna tell you to
(27:59):
build something that you don't have the capacity to carry
it to full term birth out and then multiply. Now
that's apostolic, that's apostolic. You gotta carry a full term
berth it out and it should multiply. And I don't
care how long it takes to multiply. It may not
turn into a thousand people in two years, but I
(28:20):
better see more than one. Hello, Praise God.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
This is good. You got to carry it to full term,
birth it out and multiplying.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
And you know what, I think, we get so antsy
and we be ready to give up and say, well,
maybe this wasn't the word of the Lord. Maybe this
is not what God said because it's not multiplied, it's
not happening right. But we got to stay right there
and do exactly what God said that it can be sustainable.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
This is this is good. This is good.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
So a fussle share share a testimony with us of
how your ministry has impacted people beyond the full walls
of the church.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Lord, I do have a lot of testimonies. I do.
I think that one of one of the things I
believe is.
Speaker 3 (29:34):
How God has opened doors for us to be able
to go into city hall and pray, you know, on occasion,
to be asked to come into city hall and to
be able to pray for our city council before their
meetings begin. To me, that was a monumental task and and.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
Was the favor of the Lord.
Speaker 3 (29:58):
A lot of times we're thinking about how how our
ministry impacts people, and we're looking at sometimes it's bringing
people to church. Sometimes it is, you know, causing people to.
Speaker 4 (30:12):
Follow you or whatever the case is.
Speaker 3 (30:14):
But a lot of times it is in other realms,
you know, and in that governmental realm, to be able
to be asked right to come in, you know, and
to be able to pray. And it's funny because we
had one of our inspectors who works for the City
(30:36):
of Zephyr Hills and he came and he actually volunteers
in our cafe on a regular basis, and he had
a book signing and so there's so many things that
is connected to just that one that first occasion of
going in and praying in city hall where going in
(30:56):
and sharing and praying, and that caused somebody to be
able to so seede until our ministry contact us looked
us up, found us and sold into the work that
we're doing in the cafe.
Speaker 4 (31:08):
That's one of the ways.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
Another way was the brother who is the who is
that inspector who comes in and volunteers right he was
writing a book asked.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
For when and did research on us.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
Right on our ministry, on things that I'm doing and
all the rest of that. Came back and asked me
to look at his manuscript and from there I gave
him input on his manuscript for his book that he
was writing. Then he asked me to write the forward
to his book. And then from there.
Speaker 4 (31:38):
This is not in this is not in church, this
is this is all from praying in city Hall.
Speaker 3 (31:44):
Right from there we he had the book sign and
asked me to come to the book signing and it
was like, well, Pastor Frank, can you can you open
up our book sign and can open up my book signing?
Speaker 4 (31:55):
Can you pray? And I was just coming to support.
Speaker 3 (31:58):
Little did I know that one of the board members
for the City of Zephyr Hills was gonna be there
at the book signing.
Speaker 4 (32:09):
And so when I saw him and he, you know,
came up.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
And he was say, oh, hey, pastor friend, I say, yes, sir,
how were you whatever?
Speaker 4 (32:16):
Whatever?
Speaker 3 (32:17):
He say, yes, you know you came and you prayed
at city Hall. That was a great prayer. He says,
you'll be back. And so to me, that's monumental because
people would touch it and it's a thirty second prayer.
I didn't get in there a little ta tabashi top
by Mama. I wasn't in there doing that right. I
(32:38):
prayed and ask God, what should I pray for before
I go in there, Lord, because I'm going to represent you,
So as I'm going in here, tell me give me
what to pray for.
Speaker 4 (32:51):
And so I would go in and pray as the
Lord gave.
Speaker 3 (32:53):
Me probably thirty seconds forty five second prayer, maybe a
minute if even that long, not even a minute, thirty
seconds forty five seconds, praying for the meeting, praying for
the outcomes, declaring scripture over our city as I'm praying,
and to me to be able to represent Jesus outside
(33:16):
the four walls and not have to compromise, and to
be able to be able to stand in the fullness
of my mantle of who God has called.
Speaker 4 (33:23):
Me to be standing in city hall. That blessed me.
Speaker 3 (33:26):
To me, that's God getting the glory in the secular realm.
Speaker 4 (33:31):
You know what I'm saying, and.
Speaker 3 (33:34):
That reminds me of what I was saying earlier about
what God was saying.
Speaker 4 (33:38):
Stay true to who I.
Speaker 3 (33:39):
Call you to be, Stay true to who you are
because because if they called you to the table, they
know what you're carrying. They called you because of that,
so you can't change that. They called you for that.
That's the thing that opened the door. So that's, you know,
one of the ways. How just connecting the dots to
(34:00):
how all of one occasion opened the door for all
of those different connections like that and has all and
has also blessed us and given us favor with the mayor.
You know, and that's amazing who she said to brother John, Oh.
Speaker 4 (34:17):
Yes, I know your pastor. That's my friend.
Speaker 3 (34:20):
So you know, to God be the glory for all
the things that he is doing.
Speaker 4 (34:25):
To God be the glory.
Speaker 1 (34:27):
Yes, yes, yes, that is so amazing. And you don't
have to force yourself. You didn't have to force it.
You didn't have to say, hey.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
Hery, look at me, look at me. No, it's none
of that.
Speaker 1 (34:40):
It's just being who God has commissioned you to be,
who he called.
Speaker 4 (34:45):
You to be.
Speaker 1 (34:46):
And people see that, they see and connect and see
the love and all of the things that you're doing
in the community. But here's the kicker, we have to
get outside.
Speaker 4 (34:57):
Yes, and can I and can I say this?
Speaker 3 (35:00):
A lot of times we get frustrated and we're waiting
for our time, and you know, we have these prophetic
words that are over our heads and different things of
that nature. I don't even remember, you know, I was
over here, minding my business, minded my business.
Speaker 4 (35:16):
Just preaching over here, doing what we were doing.
Speaker 3 (35:17):
We were doing outreach and doing what we were doing.
And that first invitation came in an email from the
mayor asking me to come and pray in city Hall.
And one of the things that you got to understand.
And let me say this to these episolic women that
are watching this right here. This ain't part of the question,
but this part is free. Come on, put this in
(35:38):
your pocket. Let me tell you this. As you look
throughout the scripture and you see those that God has
raised up, they never had to knock on the door.
Speaker 4 (35:49):
The door always came.
Speaker 3 (35:50):
And found them while they were minding their business, while
they were doing what God told them to do, while
they were operating, rolling in their role and functioning and
their function, doing what God called them to do, when
they were standing in their assignment. Come on here, somebody,
some of you waiting for the next big door. Can
I tell you the next big door is not coming
(36:10):
for you. You don't have to knock on it. It's
gonna find you as you are obeying God, as you
are doing what God has called you to do, as
you are standing in your assignment, that nobody else may
not know you.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
We came here to Florida. I didn't know.
Speaker 3 (36:24):
I knew a couple of people, right, but I didn't
know nobody in no city hall. I didn't know no
whole bunch of people in Tampa. How is it that
the doors that God is opening, the things that the
Lord is doing, because I was over here.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
Minding my business.
Speaker 3 (36:36):
And when you mind your business and you do what
God tell you to do, and somebody in life get blessed,
somebody gonna go say that they got blessed by your life,
and then they gonna bring somebody else so.
Speaker 4 (36:45):
That they too can be blessed.
Speaker 3 (36:46):
So you got to get in your assignment, Apostolic woman.
You got to stand in what God told you to do,
be obedient and fulfill what He told you to do.
Speaker 4 (36:55):
And while you are fulfilling what He told you to do,
you ain't got to knock on no door.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
The door's gonna come and find you and knock on
you so that you can walk Throughay.
Speaker 4 (37:05):
And these are facts.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Mighty God.
Speaker 4 (37:09):
Yes, in your time and.
Speaker 1 (37:11):
Function, in your function, and do what God has called
you to do.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
Yes, period, period, and clock that.
Speaker 4 (37:23):
Okay, come on, ladies, y'all know it.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
Yes, come on, let's get it.
Speaker 4 (37:35):
Yes it, that's it. That's it. That's it. Clocked that
right there? Thank you, Yana. Yes, absolutely, wow.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
This is so so amazing and so insightful.
Speaker 2 (37:51):
And for those that are not yet walking in that,
these are nuggets that they can take and walk in
those things and and.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
You know, be structured and do exactly what you're saying
to do on tonight because you have paved the way,
you have been there, you have done that, you're doing it,
and so I think it's so so awesome. So how
do you balance prophetic insight along with apostolic action?
Speaker 3 (38:19):
Listen, that is such a good question, because let's talk
to the apostolic women who get lost in their propheticness.
Speaker 4 (38:26):
Shot tah blah blah shah ti bye bayh shat time.
Let me tell you something.
Speaker 3 (38:36):
Your your prophetic is what it's going to give you
the insight, right, but your apostolic is what's going to
speak to you about how to build. So you you
gotta have you gotta be able to take what God
is showing you right and then put put framework to
(38:57):
it so that you can build from it. And so
that's how you have to balance that everything can be
God said, God said, God said, God, say that you
ain't building nothing off of what God said. Hello, because
because we are the prophetic.
Speaker 4 (39:15):
Junkies of twenty twenty.
Speaker 3 (39:17):
Five, God and many in the name of Jesus, we
love prophecy, and listen. I love prophecy, I love prophetic ministry.
Speaker 4 (39:25):
I love the.
Speaker 3 (39:26):
Flow of the prophetic. I love I love all things prophetic.
Speaker 4 (39:30):
I love it.
Speaker 3 (39:31):
But if there does not come with it a balance
to show you what to build because of what you
have seen. Okay, Scripture says write the vision what you
see right, so.
Speaker 4 (39:48):
That they that reader can do what run.
Speaker 3 (39:51):
There's action that comes behind what you see. So there
has to be a connecting of the two. So how
do we balance that. We balance that by not getting
caught up and does say after the Lord and not
doing no action. You know, it's always God said the Lord,
let me. The Lord is speaking to me, but you're
(40:11):
not doing nothing. There has to be some activity behind
the prophetic word, right, because the prophetic word is what's
supposed to spur you to action. And while I'm here,
let me talk to the prophets or shata'm an shah
ya hallelujah, let's talk to the prophets, right, because the
prophets love to prophesie.
Speaker 4 (40:30):
And you gotta understand that as you connect.
Speaker 3 (40:33):
To Apostolic women or Apostolic men, Apostolic houses, your.
Speaker 4 (40:38):
Job is to drive the church forward.
Speaker 3 (40:42):
If your gift is only to tell people what does
say after the Lord, but it's not driving the church
forward into her destiny.
Speaker 4 (40:49):
You're not in your office.
Speaker 3 (40:53):
So this is how you gotta balance prophetic insight right
with that postolic action. That means it's not all doing
and it's not all saying. They has they come together.
You start doing because of what God is saying. And
the Word is not.
Speaker 4 (41:12):
Just for you personally.
Speaker 3 (41:14):
For you to hear what God is saying so you
can start doing. Your gift belonged to the house. Your
gift belongs to the institution. What's the institution, the Church,
the Body of Christ. So you gotta understand that what
God has given to you is not for you. It's
not for your own personal ministry. God bless your life.
But it's not that means you're in your flesh. You're
(41:35):
not in your office.
Speaker 2 (41:36):
That's right.
Speaker 3 (41:38):
And so in order for you to operate in your office,
your office has to bless the house. Your office has
to bless those who are part of that apostolic house
to drive.
Speaker 4 (41:48):
The mission, the vision, the destiny.
Speaker 3 (41:52):
Of the church forward into the plans and the purposes
and intentions.
Speaker 4 (41:57):
Of God for his body. Glory be to God, Yes.
Speaker 2 (42:03):
Who, mighty, Mighty God.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
I felt that in my shin today.
Speaker 3 (42:08):
Oh yeah, I felt that.
Speaker 4 (42:13):
Boy, Come on here, somebody, mighty.
Speaker 3 (42:17):
We're in the We're in the We're in the time
of prophetic selfishness God in Jesus' name, where we're hearing
God for us. But your gift is not being worked
in the house. Your gift belonged to the house, not
to you, not to your ministry. My gift don't belong
to me. I belong to Christ, and my gift is
(42:39):
for the house.
Speaker 4 (42:39):
Go read Ephesians four.
Speaker 3 (42:41):
It tells you it's for the upbuilding of the Body
of Christ, for the equipment of the saints. So if
my job is to equip the saints, that means it's
not for my personal ministry. This is hard, and this
is why it's hard to get profits in their assignment
because we watch Facebook, we watch Instagram, we watch TikTok,
and we're not reading out Bible.
Speaker 2 (43:04):
Shit.
Speaker 4 (43:05):
Come on, so Hallelujah, bless your name.
Speaker 3 (43:07):
Jesus, cricket, Come on, your gift. Your gift belongs to
the institution. Your gift don't belong to you. I know
they promise you a honorarium, but that ain't what your
gift is for. Your gift is to sharpen the body
of Christ and to drive us into as you walk
(43:27):
along the side the apostle right profit, your gift is
for you to be able to help that house fulfill
the assignment.
Speaker 4 (43:37):
And this is why we got to raise profits up
right so that they don't abdicate their office for an
assignment outside.
Speaker 1 (43:49):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, so so important because you know,
we get we get excited and wanna wanna, you know,
walk on off and do our thing.
Speaker 2 (44:01):
But that's not what God called us to do. We
have to walk in our office in the offices for
the house.
Speaker 3 (44:06):
It's for the house, and we got listed that that
right there. That's how you balance prophetic insight and apostolic
action because you're not just going on what you feel,
you know, and it's hard. This is a difficulty, you
know what I'm saying. This is a difficulty because you
(44:29):
know what I'm saying, This world will say you trying
to stifle. But you gotta understand what your assignment is.
And we cannot identify our assignment based off of the
Facebook profits. We must identify our assignment based off of
the Bible and what we have seen. The scripture tell
us and show us what our prophetic is for. So
(44:52):
that's how we balance prophetic insight and apostolic action. The
word should bring action and those two come together for
the equipping of the saints and for the destiny of
the believers, that we would be able to walk in
the fullness of what God has called us to do.
(45:12):
A man.
Speaker 2 (45:13):
Amen. So the word brings action, yes, and the action
come on.
Speaker 4 (45:21):
Yes, indeed, yes, indeed, yes, indeed, glory.
Speaker 1 (45:29):
Yes, this is so so good and it is so rich,
you know, and it brings correction to those that.
Speaker 2 (45:39):
Are out you know, doing doing what they want to do.
Speaker 1 (45:42):
And they're not answering the call properly, you know. They're
not walking in the office properly. And so you know
you were speaking earlier about raising up sons and daughters.
And this is why it's so important for us to
be connected to an apostle, for us to be under
an apostle, so that we will not get we won't
(46:05):
get out of line.
Speaker 2 (46:06):
We you know, the correction can come and bring us
back on the like. Listen, sometimes we can stray.
Speaker 1 (46:11):
Away, right, and we wanna we want to do our
own little thing and think that this is what.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
Well, God called me to start my own ministry. God
called me to start this, and God called me to
do that.
Speaker 1 (46:22):
Well, no, the apostle, come on, astle, bring us right
on back. Yet, no, it's not your time. Yet you
still got to sit there. That's more work than you
can do in the house.
Speaker 3 (46:31):
Well, the reality is is this, And and you know
I've had the the and I still have the honor
of raising up pastors and prophets, apostles and whatever. You
know what I'm saying fivefold leaders, And.
Speaker 4 (46:44):
This is something that I say to those leaders as
I'm training them.
Speaker 3 (46:48):
If you can't be faithful in what I put in
your hand, forget about your own ministry. Because you if
you drop this, you're gonna drop yours. If you can't
take the pressure I'm putting on you, you're not gonna.
Speaker 4 (46:59):
Be able to take the pressure of your own ministry.
These are the actual factuals. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (47:05):
And we can sell ourselves a bill of goods and
believe our own press if we want to. Okay, Because
the people who pat you on your back when you
finish leaving their church, they're not gonna be there when
you're going through hell and the devil's attacking you.
Speaker 4 (47:18):
You understand what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (47:19):
As you start out doing whatever you said, come on,
preach daughter, preach yes Lord, Okay, And so you gotta
understand that you can have a ministry and God can
be calling you to start a ministry. Go and do
what you feel like God is calling you to do. So,
I don't want anybody to get the wrong idea. We
(47:41):
have launched people out into ministry and we do that.
It's apostolic to do so we want to be able
to do that. But as we are training leaders, one
of the things that you must understand is part of
your training, which we believe in voluntarining. Hello, because if
voluntarining is necessary, and if you can't handle the vibe
of this training, and I know this training is violent.
(48:04):
If you can't handle the violence of this training, okay,
if the footmen have wearied you what you thought you
was getting ready to do, these are the facts.
Speaker 4 (48:15):
And so if we come to the place and this
is this.
Speaker 3 (48:19):
Is what I have learned, and I've learned this from
my spiritual mother.
Speaker 4 (48:22):
She taught me very well.
Speaker 3 (48:24):
And I've learned that I am and she taught me
this no competition.
Speaker 4 (48:30):
Thank you, Apostle Carolyn Hicks. I love you, love you,
love you.
Speaker 3 (48:34):
I have been I have been taught that I am
no competition.
Speaker 4 (48:38):
For the Lord said, no competition.
Speaker 3 (48:43):
And if you tell me you saying that the Lord said,
and you are set on doing something because you said
the Lord said, and your leader said something other than
what you said the Lord said, because see we're in
the error now of God taught me and it doesn't
matter if my leader said it.
Speaker 4 (49:02):
You have to understand this that and this is what
I know.
Speaker 3 (49:06):
The voice of the Lord and the voice of my
father on one voice. I'm gonna repeat this one more time,
and let me say it in Spanish.
Speaker 4 (49:14):
With a pita's poor for word.
Speaker 3 (49:16):
Let me say it, hallelujah for the people gonna watch
the replay.
Speaker 4 (49:20):
The voice of the Lord and the voice of my
Father are one voice.
Speaker 3 (49:25):
If I can't through my ambition, through my desire, through my.
Speaker 4 (49:33):
What's the word, what's the word?
Speaker 3 (49:35):
Uh, the things that I would like to do on
my inspiration, the things that I feel inspired to do,
if through that, I can't hear the voice of the
Lord through my father, and I talk about my father
in heaven right right, I'm.
Speaker 4 (49:52):
Talking about spiritual fathers. If I cannot hear the voice
of the Lord in a no.
Speaker 3 (50:00):
And I still, then guess what we have to We
have to apostolic women. You have to be able to
allow people to make the choices that they need to make.
Speaker 4 (50:15):
You have to do that you.
Speaker 3 (50:17):
Can't make because you are no competition for the Lord saying.
And so you gotta understand. And it took me years.
Let me talk about this. It took me years to
get to this place. It took me years to get
to the place where I understood that a no is
for my safety.
Speaker 4 (50:38):
It took me.
Speaker 3 (50:38):
Years to understand that I had not lived long enough
nor see far enough in the spirit to be able
you know what I'm saying, to navigate in what things
I thought I was annoyed form. And then so we
we gotta you know, we got to be able to
(51:02):
I don't even know how you got me over here,
but anyway, we gotta be able.
Speaker 4 (51:07):
We gotta be able to hear God. And that's a
hard thing, especial because we feel like, you know, listen
to me.
Speaker 3 (51:14):
I went through my prophetic stuff where I was like,
you know, God told me x y and.
Speaker 4 (51:19):
Z and da da da da da da da. And
can I tell you what that brought me to. Let
me share with you.
Speaker 3 (51:24):
Let me be transparent with you, because this is the
Apostolic Women's broadcast, right, So let me tell you because
some of you may have to deal with sons and
daughters who go through this, and you gotta be patient,
you gotta you gotta let God show himself that he
is God. Come on here, come on here, right, And
(51:45):
what you gotta understand is right, it took me years
to come to this because what it brought me to
was it had to bring me all the way back
around and learn that I didn't know what I thought
I knew. I didn't see as much as I thought
I saw. I wasn't as sharp as I thought I was.
I wasn't as anointed as I thought I was. And
you know what I had to do. I had to
(52:06):
go back home and repent. I had to go back
home and stand up in front of the church and
tell the saints, I'm sorry for not being a good
example of a leader. I'm gonna talk about my church
I was pastoring at the time I'm talking about. I
went back to my spiritual mother and I went back
to the church there at the time to tell them,
(52:30):
you know why, because there's stuff that I botched because
I did not know how to balance prophetic insight and
apostolic action.
Speaker 4 (52:40):
I was anoyed.
Speaker 3 (52:41):
I was anoyed, but guess what, I didn't know how
to listen. And so when you are dealing with those
kinds of things and you understand the impetuousness of children,
I love you today. I love you today. I love
you today. The impetuousness of anointed children who can only
(53:02):
see as far as their drive. You got to you
got to let go of the reins and allow God
to get the glory we're talking about. We're talking about
walking in apostolicity. We're talking about fulfilling our assignment and
assisting others to be able to do the same. And
the only way you're gonna be successful is you're gonna
(53:23):
have to be able to get your hands off and
let God be God because we not God.
Speaker 4 (53:28):
Amen, I'm not God. You not God.
Speaker 3 (53:32):
The people that you lead, you not God. To them,
you gotta let them be able to hear God. And
when they cannot hear God in your voice, you gotta
be quiet. Come on, eat that word. Come on, eat
this right here, this is you gotta take you. Come on,
take a deep breath and take this in right because
some of us are leading people and we don't know
(53:53):
how to balance the prophetic insight that we have with
apostolic action. We don't know how to balance that balance
it by knowing what to move into and what not
to move into, even as it relates to people that
you leave.
Speaker 2 (54:08):
That's good, that's good.
Speaker 3 (54:12):
Come on, I'm still learning every single day, every single day,
every single day that I'm laughing at the possim I'm
looking at. Yes, yes, come on, come on, come on,
(54:33):
do the TikTok video on that one.
Speaker 4 (54:38):
Come on, this.
Speaker 1 (54:41):
It's really really good apostle, very very good insight. So
what global or culture shifts do you believe God is
positioning women apostles for right now?
Speaker 4 (54:57):
Listen, listen to me, Listen to me. I believe that globally,
God is positioning us to take territory and not be afraid.
I believe that the Lord is calling more women. And
I know that we have seen it in the times past.
Speaker 3 (55:15):
We saw you know, the Joyce Myers, and we saw
you know, the different ones going forth and doing missions
and stuff, and you know, launching their conferences and standing
by themselves and you know, having their own thing and they.
Speaker 4 (55:30):
Are the keynote speaker on their.
Speaker 3 (55:32):
Own conferences and not having five other speakers on their
thing right on, you know, on their itinerary.
Speaker 4 (55:41):
And I believe that what I believe that God.
Speaker 3 (55:45):
Is doing now and how He's positioning us right now,
is to be fearless and stepping into taking territory and
building what He's telling us to build, you know, globally
as well as you.
Speaker 4 (55:58):
Know, culture really not allowing because.
Speaker 3 (56:03):
Some people don't notice. Let me just let me just
speak to this for a second. I want you hold
on to your panty holes for two seconds, Okay, because
because I don't want you, I don't want you to
take this the wrong way.
Speaker 4 (56:12):
I know some of y'all we love our president. He's
our president. We honor him because we honor authorities. But
let me explain something to you right.
Speaker 3 (56:20):
About what is happening right now and why it is
necessary for us to see apostolic shifts in the culture
with women. Because Project twenty twenty five is trying to
take us back to nineteen twenty five.
Speaker 4 (56:34):
I need you to go back and study it.
Speaker 3 (56:37):
Project twenty twenty five is trying to take us to
nineteen twenty five.
Speaker 4 (56:42):
They are trying to marginalize women.
Speaker 3 (56:44):
And I ain't talking about abortion rights and all the
rest of that portion of it, but there are things
in Project twenty twenty five that is trying to take
us back to all mindsets about women, all mindsets about
women in the thought right, patriarchy, right, that kind of thing.
Speaker 4 (57:04):
And so you gotta understand and Project.
Speaker 3 (57:06):
Twenty twenty five did not just come out last year
or the year before that. This has been out since
I think the seventies. Okay, Project twenty twenty five, and
a lot of people don't understand that all the things
that we're seeing taking place with isis arresting people on
the streets, and.
Speaker 4 (57:26):
The tariffs, all of this stuff, shutting down the government.
Speaker 3 (57:30):
And causing these programs like food stamps and all of
that stuff.
Speaker 4 (57:37):
All of that is in Project twenty twenty five.
Speaker 3 (57:40):
What we are experiencing right now is already written and
not in the Word of God. I'm talking about in
Project twenty twenty five. Why am I bringing this up
Because you must understand that we stand for the Kingdom
of God. And though you may not be called to
a to be a politician, you must understand that there
(58:00):
is a political arm to the Kingdom of God because
you represent another king with a different agenda. And so
if you don't understand the agenda of the God of
this world and what he is trying to drive us into, you,
as an apostolic woman, are not going to be able
to understand the shift globally and culturally that is necessary
(58:25):
for us as women to take on. Because Jesus lifted women,
Jesus freed women, Jesus anointed women, Jesus mantled women, Jesus
a man positioned women in apostolic ministry. Okay, and So
if we follow the trend of our time, we are
(58:47):
going to miss what God has ordained for us. So
what we have to do is stand in our identity
as Apostolic women.
Speaker 4 (58:54):
And I believe that this what we are doing right
here is a move of God. It's a move of.
Speaker 3 (59:00):
God about identity, especially in an hour, in an hour
where identity is up for question, where you could be
a car or a house, or a dog or cat. Okay, hello,
where you could be you could be non binary, which
not binary was numbers on the computer.
Speaker 4 (59:19):
I don't understand. It is stupid. So that for lack
of anything intelligent to say is stupid. Okay, So I
just want to be able to say that.
Speaker 3 (59:28):
But right now, right now, the cultural shift that I see,
and the things that I see globally happening, is that
God is positioning women who know who they are, who
know what they know and know the heck out of it,
who are unapologetic about the mantles that they carry, who
do not care whether family or the government or since
(59:51):
the booboo, and them don't believe that they are called,
but they know what God has said in his word,
and they are so sure of their identity in Christ
that they are willing to move heaven.
Speaker 4 (01:00:03):
And earth to obey God and do what God said do.
Speaker 3 (01:00:07):
And so this is what I believe that God is
doing globally and culturally.
Speaker 4 (01:00:12):
By positioning Apostolic women so.
Speaker 3 (01:00:14):
That we will be able to stand in what God's
word says, no matter what laws have passed.
Speaker 4 (01:00:20):
Even if they say you can't.
Speaker 3 (01:00:21):
Be a soldier because you're weak and you're a woman,
Listen to me.
Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
Listen to me. Women have been soldiers without uniforms for eons.
And let me tell you something. We in the army
of the Lord.
Speaker 3 (01:00:31):
If you never in the US Army or the Navy,
or the Air Force or the Marines.
Speaker 4 (01:00:36):
And if they kick us out because they say that
we can't do it, no more. There's certain things that
we can't do. That's even better.
Speaker 3 (01:00:43):
No worries, but you're not gonna take us back to
nineteen twenty five. We are a man preparing for the
return of the Lord, and we want to stand in
the fullness of our identity so that we can fulfill
our assignment. Not because we feel like we are a
report placement for somebody else. No, we was God's choice
from the beginning, from the beginning, from the beginning, from
(01:01:08):
the beginning.
Speaker 4 (01:01:10):
So what is the shift.
Speaker 3 (01:01:12):
The shift is that we are not gonna let government
identify us. We're gonna see what God is saying, and
we are gonna identify.
Speaker 4 (01:01:20):
By the word of God. That's what we're gonna do.
Speaker 3 (01:01:24):
I don't care if it's project twenty twenty five, project
twenty thirty, project never ever worry.
Speaker 4 (01:01:29):
I don't care what it is. We're gonna stand on
the word.
Speaker 3 (01:01:31):
Of God and we are who God says we are,
and we're gonna stand in that no matter if they
scared about AI, ABC, d efg LGBTQ or whatever.
Speaker 4 (01:01:44):
I don't care.
Speaker 3 (01:01:45):
Y'all can get the whole alphabet and put it together
and change the colors.
Speaker 4 (01:01:49):
In the rainbow, whatever you wanna do. Delight yourself, but
it's not gonna change what God said. And we see
women that.
Speaker 3 (01:01:56):
Are gonna take that position that and it is always
been women. I took a women's history class, and in
that I learned that women were always on the forefront
to every great move of God, even if they were
never given credit for it.
Speaker 4 (01:02:11):
So what do I see?
Speaker 3 (01:02:12):
I see women taking their rightful place culturally, apostolically, and
as well globally. No matter who's in charge, as long
as God is on the throne, we're gonna be able
to fulfill our assignment.
Speaker 1 (01:02:26):
Amen, Amen, Amen, So listen, are you courageous Apostolic women?
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
This is the.
Speaker 1 (01:02:34):
Time, then, time is now to stand in what God
has called us to stand in. Wow, this conversation has
been so powerful and.
Speaker 2 (01:02:46):
It's just been so amazing. Listen, all of you out there, listen.
Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
If this conversation has been powerful for you, I need
you to drop some fire emojis into chat.
Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
I need to see these fire emoss going through.
Speaker 5 (01:02:58):
The chat because this has been so so powerful, so powerful,
and why are you dropping those fire emotions in the check.

Speaker 1 (01:06:11):
So we're gonna continue our conversation talking about Apostolic women
on the front line.
Speaker 2 (01:06:18):
We're not gonna.
Speaker 1 (01:06:19):
Prolong the time We're gonna keep it right off moving
because I know y'all are ready.
Speaker 2 (01:06:25):
So here we go. This is our next question.
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
How can women and ministry partner with the men without
competition on comparison.
Speaker 4 (01:06:39):
Or we love this question? All right?
Speaker 3 (01:06:42):
Come on, come hold on to your penny holes for
this one too. I believe that the best way that
we can partner with men, you know, without competition and comparisons.
Number one, you know, we are who God has made
us to be right, and the brothers have been called
(01:07:04):
to do what the brothers have been called to do right,
and you know the women have been called to do
what they've been called to do.
Speaker 4 (01:07:12):
And what we need to understand is each of us
have our.
Speaker 3 (01:07:16):
Own unique abilities, and each of us have our own
unique callings that God has called us into for His glory.
Speaker 4 (01:07:24):
And we have to learn.
Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
How to be content with what God has anointed us
to do right. And you know, there's no reason to
compete with a man or a woman for that matter,
with anybody for that matter, but especially you know, competing
with the brothers. There's no reason to get into competition.
(01:07:46):
What we need to understand is that you know, God
has anointed you to do what he's anointed you to do.
So do what He's annointed you to do. How can
we work together see how what you're doing can be
a blessing to the man that you are having to
do ministry alongside.
Speaker 4 (01:08:02):
It doesn't always have to be your husband.
Speaker 3 (01:08:04):
It could be your pastor it could be you know,
it could be somebody that is in your church that
could be blessed by the gifts that you have.
Speaker 4 (01:08:12):
You know, we think that it always has to be
in some kind of you know, uh, a.
Speaker 3 (01:08:17):
Sexual relationship that you know, there's those dynamics, you know
what I'm saying. But we can learn how to get
along and not compete with each other by understanding that
your gifts are your gifts and my gifts are my gifts.
And and and I'm not trying to do what you
do right, and you not trying to do what I do.
Speaker 4 (01:08:36):
I think that.
Speaker 3 (01:08:36):
Women need to learn how to embrace and love their
femininity right. You know, for some time there has been
you know, you don't see so much of it today
as it was, you know in times past where women would.
Speaker 4 (01:08:52):
Be up preaching like some of the men do.
Speaker 3 (01:08:54):
You ain't got to hack and hack and all the
rest of that stuff. If that's how you do, God
bless your life, that's fine, right, But I'm saying, you know,
a lot of times we're feeling like we have.
Speaker 4 (01:09:05):
To do double the work because we're not a man
or whatever. No, you don't. You don't have to. You
don't work.
Speaker 3 (01:09:12):
You don't have to work just as hard or harder
because you are a woman. You are graced by God
to be able to fulfill the office that God has
called you to do, apostolic woman.
Speaker 4 (01:09:24):
And you don't have to do it like anybody else.
Speaker 3 (01:09:26):
And there can be those who can say that you're
not gonna be able to do this, or you're not
gonna be able to do that. All you need to
learn how to do is embrace what God has called
you to do.
Speaker 4 (01:09:38):
You don't have to do it like a man did it.
Do it like how you would do it with the
grace that's on your life. Right.
Speaker 3 (01:09:45):
You're not trying to outdo anybody. Why would you do
that anyway, you know, Why would you waste your time
and your energy trying to outdo anybody. What you need
to do is fulfill the assignment that God has placed
upon your life.
Speaker 4 (01:09:58):
Do it with joy, do it with the peace of God.
Speaker 3 (01:10:02):
Do it and be a blessing to the brothers that
are called to either walk alongside you. And I want
to say this because a lot of times, you know,
there are people who feel that because you are a woman,
there's certain things that you cannot do. You cannot teach
(01:10:23):
a man a certain thing. You cannot, you know, minister
to a man a certain kind of way because you
are a woman. And listen, the scripture says that there's
neither male nor female in Jesus Christ. And I know
that this is gonna bust some bubbles, but however, I'm
just saying, you don't.
Speaker 4 (01:10:37):
Like it, tear it out right.
Speaker 3 (01:10:38):
This is psychology that teaches these kinds of things. But
in the realm of the Spirit, God can give you
wisdom to speak.
Speaker 4 (01:10:45):
To the life of whoever.
Speaker 3 (01:10:48):
If a man can raise a woman in ministry, why
can't a woman raise a man in ministry?
Speaker 4 (01:10:55):
That's my question, and I'm gonna leave it there.
Speaker 2 (01:10:58):
Amen. Amen, Amen a man.
Speaker 1 (01:11:03):
So we don't have to compare ourselves and we don't
have to compete, just stay right where we are and
function in our function.
Speaker 2 (01:11:10):
Yes, y amen, Amen.
Speaker 1 (01:11:14):
That's so good because you know I think a lot
of times we feel like that. We we have to,
you know, because the pressure and the weight of the
people that come that's looking at us, that's you know,
right there with us. They put pressure in weight that
try to make you compete against one another. But I
(01:11:36):
think that's very very good. We don't have to do that.
We're just gonna flow and do whatever we gotta do.
So tell me, apostle, what disciplines have you done to
stay sharp and effective while leading on multiple fronts?
Speaker 3 (01:11:52):
Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. Let me say this my and I
have said this to others. I say this all the time.
My appetite for spiritual things has to supersede what I
pour out.
Speaker 4 (01:12:09):
I have to eat more than I pour, right, And.
Speaker 3 (01:12:13):
So we used to say something some years ago about
you know, you are supposed to feed everybody from your overflow. Right,
So if you have a cup and a saucer, whatever's
in the cup is yours, but whatever hits the saucer
is for everybody else. And so some of the disciplines
for myself is number one. I thrive on force feeding.
(01:12:38):
You know how they do if you get sick and
you go to the hospital. If you can't eat, they're
gonna give you a tube down your nose. And if
that don't work after, why they're gonna put one in
your stomach. They gonna make you eat, okay, so that
you have sustenance, So that you are sustained. Right, And
so in order for me, for what I do on
a regular basis, so that I don't or an out,
(01:13:01):
so that I don't become redundant, so that I don't
miss the mark is I'm always eating, right, I'm always
listening to scripture, reading scripture, reading something engaged in some
kind of class. Right, I'm in, I'm in, I'm in
two classes right now.
Speaker 4 (01:13:21):
Right, I'm always eating.
Speaker 3 (01:13:23):
I'm sitting at the feet of mentors, just like I
encourage others to do the same. And so if you
are going to pour, what you eat must supersede what
you pour. You gotta have a prayer life. You got
to talk to God. You got to spend time with God.
And that means sacrifice. That means that there might be
times while everybody else is sleep where you have to
(01:13:45):
be up praying one more time for the people in
the back. Right, you may have to be up while
everybody else is asleep. If you want the anointing and
you want the responsibility that comes with the call that
you say that you're going to walk in, these are
the things that you have to do, and you have
to do it consistently.
Speaker 4 (01:14:06):
There are times.
Speaker 3 (01:14:07):
That you can say that you're exhausted, you're tired, or whatever, right,
but there have to be your disciplines have to outweigh
or push or push aside all of your I don't
feel like it, I don't feel good. I would rather
not I'm tired, I'm busy. Well, then you not ready
(01:14:30):
for your call. You got to eat more than you
pour out.
Speaker 4 (01:14:36):
You must. There is always something that I'm listening to.
There's different voices that I listen to.
Speaker 3 (01:14:41):
Honestly, they're not hearing America. We love America. I'm an American.
We give God praise for Most of who I listen
to is not even here because American Christianity nauseates me
most of the times, because.
Speaker 4 (01:14:53):
People are just they're cardinal. You're gonna say it. I
want to hear.
Speaker 3 (01:15:00):
I want to hear from somebody who is going through
and I know that your life is on the line
for your faith, so I want to listen to you, okay,
Because because I know the hell that I have been
through just to give God a yes, just to walk
in obedience. I know the things in my life that
it has cost me personally, right personally, in order for
(01:15:22):
me to walk this call out before I even gave
my life to Jesus, all of the things that I
had to endure, to be broken to come to the
place of living for Christ. You know what I'm saying.
And so I believe that you must have an appetite
for God, a hunger for God, to read, to study,
(01:15:43):
to pray, to be disciplined. How am I going to
be able to sit down and write a book every
thirty days If I don't sit still. It looks like
I'm not sitting still. But I'm sitting still. I'm working
while people are sleeping. I'll go home and take a nap,
and while everybody else is sleep, I'll sit up for
a couple of hours and work, you know what I'm saying,
Or pray and read you know what I'm saying, and
(01:16:03):
all of those things. Why Because I desire to be
a certain thing in God, and I want this with
all of my heart.
Speaker 4 (01:16:12):
So if I can sit up and watch a movie.
Speaker 3 (01:16:15):
I can sit up and talk to God. I can
sit up and study I can you know what I'm saying.
And for some of you, there's no excuse. You gotta understand.
You got you got audio books, you got audio Bible,
you got.
Speaker 4 (01:16:27):
Preaching online, you got podcasts.
Speaker 3 (01:16:29):
Find you somebody with a solid voice, right, who is
not a false teacher? Who is the life backs up
what they are preaching. Who is who has a word
in their mouth that is that is I'm not gonna
say relevant, because you know some people relevance is based
on culture, right, But they are preaching and teaching the
(01:16:51):
world of God with power and authority and passion.
Speaker 4 (01:16:56):
Find that for yourself.
Speaker 3 (01:16:57):
Who is speaking to you and and it's causing you
to go after God. That's how you know whether you've
been called to listen to certain people because what they
are excuse me, what they are saying to you is
driving you into God.
Speaker 4 (01:17:13):
It's making you hungry for God. It's making you want.
Speaker 3 (01:17:16):
To do honey, that's the kind of preaching I need
for me. I can't listen to this turn around touch
your neighbor three times. I could care less. I love
my neighbor, but I'm not sitting in church all service
talking about turn around. Touch my neighbor, You touch my neighbor.
I want to touch God. Okay, I'm just saying I
want to touch God.
Speaker 4 (01:17:36):
You touch my neighbor if you like.
Speaker 2 (01:17:39):
Yes, listen, you.
Speaker 4 (01:17:46):
Sleep, you sleep, and you know because you've been on
the mission field with me, so you know. You know.
Speaker 2 (01:17:57):
No time to sleep.
Speaker 4 (01:18:00):
And I often say, I often say, and I really,
and I believe in rest, and I do rest.
Speaker 3 (01:18:05):
I rest different. Everybody got their own way rest. I
rest different, and I do rest right. And I can
use a little rest right about now.
Speaker 4 (01:18:12):
I'll be ever. We're gonna get there right. However, let
me say this to you.
Speaker 3 (01:18:16):
I got plenty of time, plenty of time to sleep
when I'm dead, and I ain't dead yet, and I
don't plan on dying no time soon.
Speaker 4 (01:18:22):
So until that time, I'm gonna catch a nap and
I'm gonna finish my assignment.
Speaker 1 (01:18:28):
Because amen, Amen, because that's what's most important.
Speaker 2 (01:18:34):
That's what's most important.
Speaker 4 (01:18:35):
And I want to be balanced. I want to make sure.
I want to be what past, So you gotta be balanced.
I believe in balance.
Speaker 3 (01:18:39):
So I don't want you all think that, but your
balance and my balance to different balances.
Speaker 2 (01:18:44):
Remember yes, yes, now you you'll catch that nap too,
you you rod and being good and be like ohh
and bad really so yeah, this is very very good.
Speaker 1 (01:19:03):
And it is the Bible says, count up the costs, right,
this is the cost if we want to be impactful,
if we want to be influential, if we are called
to the nations, it takes all of these things. We
have to be disciplined. We don't need nobody that have
(01:19:25):
to pump us up just to read.
Speaker 2 (01:19:27):
Our words on or just to pray. Come on, No,
this is something, this is a necessity. It's essential for
us to do these things. And so this is very
very good, very very good. Gotta be disciplined, Gotta be disciplined.
Speaker 1 (01:19:45):
So what advice would you give women who feel called
to the nations but don't know where to start?
Speaker 3 (01:19:54):
Well, first of all, ask a good question, and I
would say, you know, you don't know where to start
because maybe you haven't prayed about where you should be starting.
One of the things that I believe is a powerful
tool is you gotta get with people who are doing
what you want to do, right, You gotta you gotta
(01:20:15):
get with somebody who's doing where your heart is. You
know what your heart desires. I I really you know,
and you gotta sew into that. You got, you gotta
sew into that. You have to position yourself, you know,
partner with people who are doing what you want to do.
And you should sew into it. Why because you reap
(01:20:36):
what you sew. And let's talk about how we sew.
Sometimes it's finances, but a lot of times it's time.
Speaker 4 (01:20:46):
M A lot of times it's it's time.
Speaker 3 (01:20:49):
It's making yourself available to the people who are doing
what you want to do.
Speaker 4 (01:20:55):
Right, you want to catch your mantle, position yourself. You
want to be able to be able to.
Speaker 3 (01:21:04):
Receive of the resource of the mantle of somebody who's
doing something that you desire to do.
Speaker 4 (01:21:10):
You gotta sit at they feed.
Speaker 3 (01:21:12):
And I know that's not popular today because you can
just chat gipt instructions. But baby chat gipt is not
gonna give you impartation. The rock is not gonna give
you impartation. Gemini don't have that right that comes from relationship.
And so we've got to learn how to sow into relationship.
(01:21:32):
And I know social media has made us unsociable, right
it has. It has made us to the point that
we don't really know how to socialize. And this young
generation does not have proper social social skills because they
spend a lot of time looking in their devices but
not looking in each other's faces.
Speaker 4 (01:21:52):
And so that's a situation.
Speaker 3 (01:21:54):
And so we have got to learn how to get
in relationship with people, learn how to take something hello,
because it's not gonna always be pretty. I want to
say something about my missions mentor that I waited for
years to sit at this woman's feet. Years, and every
time she was doing something, I wanted to get there,
and it was always something in the way. And then
(01:22:16):
this past year the door opened for me to be
able to get there. Okay, this woman has traveled all
over the world. Okay, she is well versed on missions.
She she's gone to all of these big old churches.
And I don't care about the big old churches I want.
I just wanted to learn from her, That's all I wanted.
(01:22:36):
I just wanted to learn from her. I wanted to
learn how did you do what you was doing? How
did you come out of nowhere? And it wasn't until
this year that she was having something and I was
able to get there, and I looked there was other
stuff that was coming up, and nope, I got to
get there, went by myself and didn't take nobody with me.
(01:22:59):
I didn't know nobody else that was gonna be there.
I was sleeping in the house with a bunch of
people I did not know. And guess what, I was
glad about it. You know why, because I was there
to sit at this woman's feet and learn from her.
Speaker 4 (01:23:10):
And thank God that, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (01:23:13):
I took that step because the Lord opened the door
for me to have relationship with her. And so I'm
thankful for that, because sometimes you just got to take
the risk. You can't worry about what other people say.
Oh well, you will suck up.
Speaker 4 (01:23:25):
I will be that. And when I'm walking in this mantle,
you're gonna be mad that you wasn't that suck up.
And so that's all right with me.
Speaker 3 (01:23:31):
And I learned that though I learned that a long
time ago. Right, people have always you know, they always
got something to say about people.
Speaker 4 (01:23:39):
Who have a heart to serve. You know what I'm saying.
They always have something to.
Speaker 3 (01:23:43):
Say, right, And I used to say this to my
spiritual mother as well, you know, and the times that
I would travel with her and I told her, I said,
I don't know what nobody else is here for, but
I know what I'm here for. There's not one word
that you're gonna say that's gonna hit the ground. Everything
you say, I'm gonna catch say. They could call me
a suck up, that could call me whatever you want
(01:24:03):
to call me. Come on, all right, but guess what
I am where I am today. I know what I
know today, and I had to take some hits for it,
still catch hits for it. I would not know how
to do the things that I'm doing today. Had I not,
you know what I'm saying, sat at her.
Speaker 4 (01:24:23):
Feet and learned. It took me.
Speaker 3 (01:24:25):
It took me learning, falling on my face, having to
go back home, all of that thing, all of the things.
You know what I'm saying, and I'm not sorry for
any over y'all could say, oh, well, you you went
and you said sorry. Your eyes sure dead. And I
don't care what nobody got to say about it, because
I was like Peter, my speech was betraying me. Everywhere
I went, people kept asking me to your apostle carty,
(01:24:48):
to you, oh my God, you sound like, oh.
Speaker 4 (01:24:51):
My God, you make me think of her. And you
know what, thank you Jesus.
Speaker 3 (01:24:56):
That means that what I sat at her feet before
I received didn't even realize it.
Speaker 4 (01:25:02):
And she says, out of her home mouse. She says,
Oh my God, this is my daughter.
Speaker 3 (01:25:07):
And I'm thankful for that that my mother recognizes that
what was on her fell on me.
Speaker 4 (01:25:14):
You understand what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (01:25:15):
And so we're in an age where people want to
do it theyself. Just because it comes in the bag
and you can mix it with water, don't mean it's homemade.
Speaker 2 (01:25:25):
That come on, come on, sink.
Speaker 3 (01:25:29):
That don't mean it's homemade. Just because you got it
out to drive through. That don't mean it's authentic. And
don't mean that you gotta you. Jesus did everything by relationship,
and that's what we are missing. That's that's what we're missing.
That's my advice. You want to get somewhere in God,
(01:25:52):
get at somebody's feet.
Speaker 1 (01:25:55):
I think that's so important. That's that's why I'm always
glued to yours.
Speaker 2 (01:26:06):
When those weeds get into ill.
Speaker 4 (01:26:08):
Miss up right now. Yes, yes, so I think.
Speaker 1 (01:26:13):
That's very, very important because even Jesus taught the disciples.
You've got to get under someone and learn every relationship
so that you can grow get impartations to be able
to do what God has called you to do.
Speaker 2 (01:26:29):
We all have to be taught. We have to be
eternal learners. Yes, period, we have to be eternal learners.
And so we're winding up because we've been all.
Speaker 1 (01:26:41):
For a good little minute and joined our conversation, and
we are coming down to the last question, And so, what.
Speaker 2 (01:26:51):
Do you.
Speaker 1 (01:26:53):
Believe God is saved prophetically to the Apostolic women in this?
Speaker 3 (01:27:02):
You know, I really did think about this, and I
really did pray about that, and I'm like, Lord, what
are you saying?
Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:27:09):
And I really believe that what God is saying is
you know that this is not the season to waste
your time. And hear me when I say this, right,
This is not the season to waste your time. This
is not the season to waste your emotions. This is
not the season to waste your oil.
Speaker 4 (01:27:31):
This is a season for you to make wise choices
about where you pour and upon whom you're gonna pour.
Speaker 3 (01:27:41):
The Bible tells us to lay hands suddenly on no man.
And for those of you who don't have a perspective
of that. It's not just because people can run crazy
and go do whatever. It's because once you release blessing,
you cannot take it back.
Speaker 4 (01:27:55):
The gifts and.
Speaker 3 (01:27:56):
Callings of God are irrevocable. And so this is why
you got You got to be mindful about where your
hands go. You got to be mindful of who you address.
Speaker 4 (01:28:08):
And who you second, who you affirm and confirm. So
I want you to discern the oil that you carry.
What is God saying?
Speaker 3 (01:28:18):
Discern the oil that you carry, Discern the mantle that
you stand under. And before anybody can honor you, you're
gonna have to learn how to honor yourself. You're gonna
have to understand the weight and the wealth of the
calling that you carry. And when you do, you will
not be so quick to give away freely. And when
(01:28:42):
I say freely, I mean there is a price. I'm
not talking about cash either. There's a price called faithfulness.
There's a price called proving yourself. These are things that
should be prerequisites and requirements.
Speaker 4 (01:28:56):
Before you pour oil.
Speaker 3 (01:28:57):
You gotta find worthy vessels pour the oil into right,
You're gonna You're not gonna take oil and just put
it in any vessel.
Speaker 4 (01:29:06):
You want to know that the oil is gonna be
able to sustain what you are.
Speaker 3 (01:29:10):
Pouring into You want to make sure that those that
you affirm and confirm that you know what I'm saying,
They're not just there to get the affirmation and the
confirmation and could care less about you know what I'm saying,
honoring where that confirmation and affirmation.
Speaker 4 (01:29:26):
Is coming from. And so in this hour, descern what
you are carrying. Desern who you are in.
Speaker 3 (01:29:32):
God, not in pride, not in arrogance, you know what
I'm saying, but in a space where you understand that
that God has charged you to be mindful with you
know of what it is that you are carrying.
Speaker 4 (01:29:47):
And He's gonna hold you accountable for what He has
poured into you.
Speaker 3 (01:29:51):
He's gonna hold you accountable for every hand, for every
head that you have laid these hands on. He's gonna
hold you accountable for every ordination certificate that you given,
for every person that you have released the ministry who
was a novice and wasn't ready come on here somebody,
For every renegade who sat at.
Speaker 4 (01:30:07):
Your feet and you knew that there was a renegade,
and you still release them. Listen to me.
Speaker 3 (01:30:11):
Be mindful of this, okay, So that so that you
don't live in the world of regret, and so that
you will be able to present those that God have
given to you. That you will be able to present
them to the Lord with joy, right and not with sorrow,
not with regret.
Speaker 4 (01:30:30):
Be mindful. You don't have to.
Speaker 3 (01:30:32):
You don't have to, you know, bend to people's demands
because you are afraid that you're not gonna be accepted.
Understand what you carry. Be okay with that every door
that comes open may not be for you. And be
okay with that too, right. Understand that if you go
(01:30:54):
through that door, you have a charge from God to
deliver what He has poured into you, and be ready
to do it. So pour into hungry vessels, pour into
worthy vessels. Desern those vessels before you pour. And if
they don't want the oil and they only want the.
Speaker 4 (01:31:09):
Influence, to leave them alone.
Speaker 3 (01:31:12):
Hear me would not say that if they only want
your oil but they don't want your influence, or I
should say, they only want your influence and not the oil.
Speaker 4 (01:31:21):
At the price for the oil, you pay the price
for the oil that you have. They two.
Speaker 3 (01:31:28):
Must learn how to pay a price. And Paul said
it like this, give yourself first to God and then
to others.
Speaker 4 (01:31:35):
By the will of God. And so you got to
know who it is that God has.
Speaker 3 (01:31:40):
Called you to give yourself too, because just because they
show up in front of you don't mean if you're
supposed to give yourself to them. So be mindful, Women
of God, be mindful, Be mindful. Don't be so eager
that you just be ready to pour it. I just
you know, because God call me, slow it down, hear God,
know what it is that you know your your call
(01:32:02):
is to those who sit in.
Speaker 4 (01:32:04):
The midst of you.
Speaker 2 (01:32:07):
Amen. Amen, Amen. This conversation has been so so rich
and so insightful. And I know that all those that
are listening have listen you see all my all my
just to look at the career right this this has
(01:32:27):
meant so so.
Speaker 1 (01:32:30):
For us, and it's so rich and it's needed. It's
needed for us to to hear this on tonight. And
I know that it has set a blaze on the
inside of every listener and those that will go back

everything that you went through, everything that you live, shows
us it's an example of a courageous Apostolic woman on
(01:33:15):
the front line.
Speaker 2 (01:33:16):
And so I want to say thank you, thank you
so much.
Speaker 1 (01:33:19):
Your words have empowered us, your words have propelled us
to the next level, and we are.
Speaker 2 (01:33:26):

Speaker 1 (01:33:28):

Speaker 2 (01:33:31):

(01:36:05):
spiritual sons and daughters, a lot of times you have
to understand everybody's not an Absalom, but there are absaloms
who come into your miss And so this is gonna
be a little controversial and some feelings might get hurt,
but praise God, hallelujah, some people might get delivered. And finally,
