Speaker 1 (00:00):
You, guys.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
I appreciate you and just all that you are doing
in the community for the women of God, encouraging us
to be healthy, whole and healed from the crowd of
our head to the souls of our feet, and down
in our souls too, Holley Lujah, and in our bodies too,
in Jesus' name. And so I thank God for the challenge,

(00:22):
because I'm still on the challenge. And so we thank God, amen,
Holley Lujah. And so I was say, well, we're here,
we might as well stay. So thank God, thank God. Yes, yes, indeed,
because we got goals and we're not gonna reach our goals.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
If we don't stay committed.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
And so want to thank God for your tenacity for
you know just how you.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Have been an encouragement. And so we just bless the Lord.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
We do have two other sisters who are here with
us that are not in the Google, but they're sitting
here in my office with me. So amen, we have
some other same tier with us tonight as well.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
And so we don't want to have an echo or whatever,
but they'll be able to hear and listen in Amen, say.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Thank you man. So we thank God. Now is it Okay,
if I share my screen because I did want to
share a PowerPoint? Is that alright? Fantastic? Because we love
a power point, we do. We love a PowerPoint. Let's
see if I could get that in here, Oh loujah.

(01:29):
All right. So I was looking at what your theme was.
Uh huh, it says, don't share my entire screen.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
I never used Google like that. But we're gonna work
it out. Hallelujah.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
I can see it. I can see it. Okay, very good.
So I just don't know how to turn that other
stuff off. Very good. All right, let's see we could
do this and get this right.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
And mad person at So it's the first time for everything.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
And we give God praise for the first time.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Holley lujah, there we go, Yes, glory.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
Now, I don't know if I'm doing this right. Let
me see.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
I wanted to put it in presentation more. We're gonna
get this together, all right.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
We're gonna get past our little glitches and things and stuff,
and we're gonna give God glory, Amen, praise the Lord.
All right.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
So I was looking at what you all were talking
about and what you were sharing in the group, right,
and then what you had written to me and so
less of me more of Him. Holley Lujah, Lord Jesus,
we can always pray and read and talk about that,
because that is absolutely a necessity for us. We definitely

(02:45):
need to be in the place where it is less
of us and more of God.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Let me see if I do this like this? Is
this right? I don't know? Were gonna see Hold on
for a second. We're gonna get this together. Is this right? Okay?
Did that make the screen bigger or no? And are
you in word?

Speaker 2 (03:05):
This is power point in a PowerPoint and the what
you call Microsoft Microsoft, Yes, it should be a little
thing at the top that says.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
I can't even see it's all right, we're gonna We're
gonna make it work.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
I was just trying to make it so that it
was larger here and that everybody be able to that.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
You know, we'll be able to see it like here.
But as long as we can see, we good. Praise Lord.
All right, very good.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
So this is where we're starting at on tonight and
pulling from the theme that you guys had already set,
you know, because for us as women of God, you
know what I'm saying, we want to be kingdom minded.
We wanna flow with the things that God is doing.
And we always talk about, you know, building this, building platforms,

(03:51):
building ministry, building businesses, building, building.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
All of that stuff, right, But one of the.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Things that we sometimes forget about is that ours, our assignment,
is not our ministry, it's not our calling, it's not
our achievements. It is us abiding in Jesus.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
That is our greatest calling. And so I wanted to
be able to.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Take the time on tonight to stick with the theme
with that and be able to.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Pull from the scripture when you said, James, you was.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Reading in James, We're gonna read a little bit of that.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
On tonight too.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
So that's why I was smiling, you know, because really,
as we look at the scripture, the challenge for this generation,
this generation of people is a different generation of people,
Father God in Jesus name. But the challenge for this
generation is not the lack of activity, because we have
a lot of activity.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
We got a lot of stuff that we're doing, a
lot of stuff that's going on.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
But the thing that is a challenge for us is
abiding in the presence of God, being still making time
to get with God and be with God and stay
there and so we've already mastered the art of performing.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
We know how to do that, you know.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
And whatever we don't know how to do, AI helps
us out, you know what I'm saying. So we mastered
the art of that. But we've lost our pastor of
being in the proximity of God taking time to just
get still, you know, and hear from God. We love
good preaching, we love good music, but sometimes you just
got to be chill and just hear the word and

(05:23):
hear what God is saying, and just getting God's presence
to be able to receive from him. And so God
has called us back, all of us that are his daughters,
you know. And I'm talking to us daughters tonight because
it's us women tonight.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
So He's calling his daughter's back, not to the stage.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Right, but to the secret place. We gotta get in
the secret place with him. And I say this even
for myself, you know, because no matter how much we pray,
we still need to pray more, no matter how much
time we spend with God, because we are in such
wicked times, because.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
The days are so evil, we need more time with God.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
And because we are up against so much, and because
the temptations are so great, and because there's so much
pulling for our affections, we gotta get ourselves in the
place where you know, we can be alone with God.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
And so tonight I want to take some time with
this teaching.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
And really this is an invitation, right, and and and
a correction for all of us. Invitation and correction me first,
meet second, me third, because I always got three places
in the line. So an invitation and a correction, right,
and a reminder for all of us that we can't
be fruitful. Fruitfulness is possible, but it's impossible without us being.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Intimate with Jesus.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
So we can be We can be gifted, and we
have gifts a dime a dozen, but some of us
are gifted but disconnected. We are annointed, but we're detached
from God. You know what I'm saying. We are visible
but spiritually distant. Right, Everybody can see us, they know
what we're doing, but there's still.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
That distance between us and God. And so I want
to go through.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
These power points and then I'm gonna be jumping back
and forth between the PowerPoint and my notes here. So
I want to be able to navigate here. You know,
this doesn't let me control this, So let me get
back here praise the Lord.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
All right, there we go. So here's the agenda for tonight.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
In this little teaching here that we're doing, I want
to talk about the invitation to abide. I want to
talk about how we can stay connected to.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
The source, which is Jesus.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
I want us to take some reflections, write and reflect
on God's heart for us, right, and then really just
release an invitation for us to really just take a
few minutes to just get in God's presence. I know
that we prayed as we opened up, but just to
be able to I mean, this is an intimate group
on tonight, so we can come together and really just
spend this time really just hearing from.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
God and connecting to the Lord.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
And I like intimate groups because this gives.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
Us the opportunity.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
There's no poper, no circumstance, there's no foolishness.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
It's just us and God.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
And so whatever God wants to do in our mens
as we are together, that's what we want him to
be able to do.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
And so we are here for it. We are here
for it, amen. So that's what we're gonna do. So
the first thing.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
That I want us to look at. Is that God
is calling us to abide. This is his invitation to us.
There's a call for us to get in his presence,
to be where he is, to abide where he is.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
To live where he is right.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
And so I want us to look at some verses
of scripture John chapter fifteen, verses one through eight, and if.

Speaker 1 (08:45):
Somebody could read that, that would be amazing. We want
to be able to read it. John Chapter fifteen is
one of my favorite verses. And I often say this.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
About the fifteenth chapter of John that when I there
was a period of time in my life where I
was just doing stuff, excited about doing something for Jesus,
you know, and then I learned that if it's not
bearing fruit, you shouldn't be doing it. If it's not fruitful,
shut it down. You know, it could be a good idea,
but it doesn't mean it's a God idea. Shut it down.

(09:13):
If God ain't doing it. You know, it might sound
you know, fabulous or whatever, but that don't mean that.

Speaker 1 (09:19):
God's hand is on it, you know.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
And you can have people following it and people not
following it.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
It's not a sign that God ain't in it, Okay.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
And so sometimes we take our cues from the things
that are external. Fruit is what matters, not so much
what people are saying or what it looks like on
the outside, even if they are passing through and their
lives are being changed through that pass through, then we
have done what God has caused us to do.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
And we've got to stop.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
Judging what God is doing based off of these things
that we see out here. You know what I'm saying
in these church streets, because that ain't necessarily what God
is saying. So let's look at John chap fifteen, verses
one through eight.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
Kid, somebody read that for us, and then we'll get
into that. I haven't thank you. This is also one
of my favorite questions. I love it. I love it.
This is a living translation.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Okay, he says, I am the true grape vine, and
my father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch
of mine that doesn't produce fruit, and he prunes the
branches that do not bear fruit so they will produce
even more. You have already been pruned and purified by
the message I have given you. Remain in me, and
I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce

(10:37):
fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you
cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Yes, I am the vine.

Speaker 3 (10:45):
You are the branches. Those who remain in me and
I in them will produce much fruit. For apart from me,
you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in
me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers.
Such branches are gathered into a pow to be burned.

Speaker 4 (11:03):
But if you.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Remain in me and my words remain in.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
You, you may ask for anything you want, and it
will be granted. When you produce much fruit, you are
true disciples. This frees great glory to my father.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
I love this because this verse is so.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Plain, and Jesus is not pulling no punches with everybody
who listening, and He's like, listen, I.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
Love you, but let me tell you the real deal,
the bill.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
If you don't abide me and every branch that does
not bad fruit and abide me, I'm.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Coming to cut it off.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
And So sometimes we look at we look at stuff
that looks like it's in its fullness. We look at
things from the external, which is what I was saying before.
We look at things that look like wow, this is amazing.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
Look at all those people. Look at how everybody's running
after that.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
That doesn't mean it's fruitful, you know, because so many
people are running after it. Right, And so Jesus is
the one who's coming to judge the fruit.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
That we are burying.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
And the world may be clapping for us, but is
God happy with us? That's something altogether different. And so
we have taken the applause of man to mean that
God is pleased, and that's not necessarily so. So I
want to deal with this word because he talks about
in the King James that this word is a bide,
This word.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Abide right or remain in me.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
This is from the Greek word men no meno means
to remain, to dwell, to continue, or to endure. Now,
see that's heavy talk right there, because we got too
many people who come into God and he's talking about
we're talking about getting along with God, staying with him,
saying connected to the source. Right when you get mad,

(12:52):
when you don't like it, when things are hard, when
things are happening that we don't like, that's going on
in our life throughout all of those things. To dwell,
can you still live with God when you don't.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Like to live with his decisions.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
See that's a thing right there, that's a thing right there.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
Can you still continue this work?

Speaker 2 (13:12):
Meno means to continue where you still continue in.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
Your faith with God, where you don't like.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
The outcomes that you have been given, So to remain
in relationship even when pruning comes.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Because pruning is coming, because God knows.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
That some of this stuff that looks like fullness in
our life has nothing to do with what He wants
us carrying in us. So this is the hard part
for us to dwell, to dwell in His presence until
what until transformation takes place, until we are transformed, not
just change, because if you change, you can change back.
Transformation keeps you from turning back to the state that

(13:51):
you left. You can never go back to what you
were once you have been transformed. Right, A butterfly can
never go back to a caterpillar stage ever ever, ever
he could wish he was still inching around on the ground.
All he wants to you cannot. You don't have the
makeup for that.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
No more right you got.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
You got to take off with these here wings God
has given you.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
And to endure this work, men No, to endure through
seasons of silence.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
I say, seasons with an ass seasons of silence without
losing faith. What do you do and God is not
saying anything. What do you do when you don't get
an answer? What do you do when these I say? So,
this is our invitation. This don't really sound like a
happy invitation, but it is a happy invitation, right because

(14:43):
our highest calling.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
I don't care how we make it look.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Our flyers might look fantastic, the people clapping, the praise
to worship team, the lights, the smoke machines, all of
that stuff. But our highest calling is not ministry.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
It's not before God sends us.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
He calls us to stay, and we have not learned
how to stay. Stay where in His presence, Stay where,
Stay in in the anointed, and stay in the world. Right,
we haven't learned how to stay.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
And we love this.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
I love these pictures of divine that is here right
in this PowerPoint. Divine gives frut only when the branch
abides and God invites us his daughters to exchange performance
for presence.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
We haven't gotten there yet.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
We haven't gotten there yet because we still got to
post five hundred pictures all day long. We still perform it.
We still wait for somebody to clap and pat us
on our back. All of us, we all got ego,
we all got flesh that need to be tamed, that
need to be killed. Right, we said less of us
and more of him. And let's talk about the realities

(15:53):
of some of our social media Facebook, What does that mean?
I want your face in the book. No, we need
to put that book down to pick up the word
of God.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Put our face in that book. That's what we need
to do.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
But we spent a lot of time putting our face
on the other book. Right, and so we got to
get out of performance and get in His presence so
we can draw near to what his heart.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
I want God's heart.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
You know, sometimes I sit down, I examine myself.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
I know I was praying and I'm trying to think
what day this was.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
This was recent, this was very recent, and I had
some things that had upset me and I had to
go to God and I was like, Lord, I need
you get.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
This stuff out of my spirit because this is not
the right heart. This is not the right spirit.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
I want to have it created me a clean heart.
You know, we like to say it because it sound good.
But it's hard for you to let the Lord do
that work in you to create in you a clean heart,
because your heart weare cat your heart nasty, your heart
full of art, heart full of grudget, all of the things,
because that's how our flesh is.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
And I was like, God, I just need you to
purge me.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
I don't want nothing abiding to me, nothing residing in.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Me that is not like you, that.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Does not give you glory. And sometimes we just gotta
be honest. Well all the time, we need to be honest.
But you know when you just go and you just
really just empty out, and like, maybe you might have
lost your temper that day.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
You wasn't abiden. Maybe maybe you.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
Was telling somebody off while you was driving down the highway.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
You not abiden.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Come on, somebody is in the line in front of
you at the grocery store and they take it forever,
God forbid is to check.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Out counter and they got fifty things.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
On the checkout counter and they don't know how to
use the scanner. Oh my God, help me to abide,
because we compete and patient, like what are you doing?

Speaker 1 (17:53):
And please don't let them be elderly, because.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
Then we forget respect and honor because they take it
too long?

Speaker 1 (17:59):
Who told them that they could be our way?

Speaker 2 (18:00):
They sons and daughters that why ain't nobody out here
helping us?

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Lord, please help me to abide.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Come on, these are the facts of the things right.
Our highest calling is intimacy, and when we come out
of this place of intimacy, we should be changed. We
should be changed, right, and so we gotta face a challenge.

Speaker 1 (18:26):
There's a challenge that is facing us. What is our challenge?

Speaker 2 (18:30):
That we will allow God to deal with those areas
of our life that we are saying are fruitful, but
there's no root in us. And in order for that
to happen, we gotta stay connected, and we disconnect when
things don't go right, we disconnect.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
You know, those moments are not praying, not really.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
You know, we do it out of duty instead of
out of devotion. We're doing because oh this, I know,
I got to pray. But where is that longing for God?
Staying connected to Him as we should even in the
midst of all of the crazy crazy that's going on
in our life.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
And we all got a little bit of crazy crazy
going on in our life. Lord, have mercy in the
name of Jesus.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
So abiding is too, is to remain, to dwell, to
endure in relationship with Christ even through pruning.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Ah, My God, do I stay still while you cutting me? Jesus?

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Do I let you do? I let you take from
me what I thought I needed? Do I let you
remove from me what I thought I couldn't live without?
That's hard, That's hard, that's hard.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
That's hard.

Speaker 2 (19:43):
Listen, I know of some stuff because I feel challenged.
OUI Jesus, hallelujah, right to to stay in relationship and
endure in relationship with him even through silence and seasons
of waiting. Right and Job said it like this, He said,
all of my days, of my appointed time, all of
my days, all of my days, which means that you

(20:04):
have more than one set of days, all of my
days and my appointed time. Will I wait until.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
My change comes? So we gotta be rooted if we're
gonna be successful.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
If you are transplanting a plant, the only way that
that plant is going to survive, those roots got to
take hold. And God is trying to do or work
in us and move in us and transplant some things.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
In our life. But we gotta let those roots take hold.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
True fruitfulness flows not from striving, but from connection. We
gotta stay connected. It's not how much we do. We
can have a to do list. Oh I gotta get
this done. I gotta do that, I gotta get this fly.
I gotta go to that service. I gotta be over here.
I gotta be over there. I gotta let them know
it's me. I gotta go over there and tell them
over there listen to me. If all of this striving,

(20:52):
when it's all said and done, the only thing that's
gonna matter is.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
What we connected.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
And I know there's things that we gotta do to
be but our gold can't be so heavy on building
brand that we don't build relationship with Jesus. So staying
rooted in the vine means that we're gonna have lasting
spiritual growth and we're gonna have power. We can't have
no power without standing still and staying connected to God. Right,

(21:22):
and so sometimes we have temporary fruit. Let's talk about that.
You ever see something look like, oh wow, this tree's
gonna bear a lot of food. Especially, we got fruit
trees down here in Florida.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
They got a lot of fruit trees. They got orange trees,
lemon trees.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
You know, and they got we call Papa was Papaya trees, right,
they got all of these trees down here.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
And sometimes it looks.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Like, you know, the little seed on the tree, the
little flower, it starts blooming a little bit, right, but
something happens that there's a disconnect between the root and
the branch and the flower, or the root and the
branch and the fruit, and that disconnection that that you know,
and this is what I found out, and this is
this is what happens. You see a little something blossom

(22:05):
on the tree. If that, if that, if that fruit
that is blossoming disconnects.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
From the vine, it.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Is not gonna grow. And this is what happens in
churches all the time. We see people they start blooming
a little bit and they want to disconnect. We see
people that we could be coaching them, we could be
mentoring them, and they.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
Start blooming a little bit. Or I don't need you
no more because I got it. Now.

Speaker 2 (22:32):
You just saw a little bud show up. You ain't
got it yet. It's a little bud. You You are
a whole tree, and you're gonna disconnect because you got
a flower from God.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
You a whole tree.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
Your life is supposed to bud. Your whole life is
supposed to bud so that people.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
Can eat from your life, so that.

Speaker 2 (22:56):
Every branch Jesus told me, he says, every branch.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
That does not bear. You can't get happy over one branch.
You can get happy over one bloom.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
And so sometimes we see temporary food and then it's
temporary because we disconnect.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
We get happy over one thing that's blossoming in our life.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
So we are praying for platforms, but we're not praying
for prune it.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Oh my, Jesus helped me.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
When's the last time we really went to God and say, Lord,
come on and prove me.

Speaker 1 (23:30):
Jesus, come on and cut away what you don't like.
That's some dangerous prayers. That's some praise. We don't like that.
Uh uh no, because God is not.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
Measuring our success by what we produce. He's measuring it
by how deeply we are remaining.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
How are you remaining? How deep is your connection you
used to be all worldly song? How deep is your.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Love all of that deep put your love for God?
How deep does that go? That nothing will separate you? Right,
Paul talked about that nothing separating us from the love
of God that is in Christ Jesus. So let's talk
about fruit without root. Pruning has purpose. God prunes us

(24:19):
not to punish us, but to prepare us. So we
gotta go through the prunin. We gotta let him clip
these branches. I know one time I was preaching the
message and I was showing our church about this tree
and what pruning looks like, and them pruning shears look
sharp that that man had that was, you know, close
to the branch that had to be cut off. And
he was showing about how some of the tree, the

(24:44):
branches that was in the tree, that were branches that
were inside, and there were branches that were outside, and
he had to clip some of the branches that were
on the outside because it was blocking the sun that
needed to touch the branches that were.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
On the inside.

Speaker 2 (24:59):
And man, I heard God through that thing, because there's
some stuff that the sun can't HiT's all in the
sun can shine on until God start clipping away that
stuff that's on the outside, that stuff that's outside.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
Of us that's in the way.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
So every cut refines our purpose and it makes room
for more fruit. It don't feel good, but it's making
room for more fruit. We might be crying right now.

Speaker 1 (25:25):
But it's making room for more fruit.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
We might not like it right now, we might be
uncomfortable right now, we might feel like we've been forsaken
right now, but it's making room for more fruit. And
so we got to endure for the growth because you
gotta be those who stay.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
Through the pruning. Why what happens to us?

Speaker 2 (25:45):
Those who stay through pruning multiply harvests in the next season.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
That's the catcher. Can you hold on till next season?

Speaker 2 (25:53):
This season might not have been so great, but can
you hold on till next season?

Speaker 1 (25:59):
You can't have the time and harvest in the same season.
They're different seasons. They're different seasons.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
So the pain of pruning precedes the joy of new fruit.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
We want that job gonna be happy.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Oh my god, the Bible says that day that's so
in tears, when we rejoy it, they coming happily with
carrying their sheaths with them.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Yeah, but did you read that verse.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
Day that's so and what day that's sow in tears?
You can't just wash past that first part of the
versus and get to the harvest part.

Speaker 1 (26:33):
Not gonna happen.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
So we gotta let God do what he wants to
do in us and through us. Right John fifteen and
two says, every branch of meat that does not bear
fruit he takes away.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
In every branch that bears fruit, he prunes it.

Speaker 2 (26:49):
Even if it's fruitful, I'm coming to cut it, aha, Jesus,
even if it looks good, so that is not bearing fruit,
he's cutting it away. And even that is bearing fruit,
he's coming to cut it because he sees, Oh, if

(27:10):
you can do this, when I finish cutting you, you're
gonna be able.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
To bear more than this. All that hurts. Oh God,
I can just cry.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
Right here, or Jesus, because because he knows, he knows.
He said, every branch in me that he's you in me,
but you're not bearing fruit.

Speaker 1 (27:27):
You love me, but you're not bearing fooit. You ain't
been a body like you should.

Speaker 2 (27:30):
So every branch in me that does not bear fruit
he takes away, and every branch that bears fruit he
prunes it that it may bear more fruit.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
What is he saying? I need you to yield to
your max.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
And in order for that to happen, I gotta come
with the prune and shears, and we.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
Gotta remember that pruning is not punishment. It's not because
God doesn't love us. It's not because God is mad
at us. It's not because you did something aful and
you gotta pay the price for it. Because you know
this theology today is all jacked up.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
He said, I chased it as many as I love,
and I'm pruding you because it's about your productivity. It's
not about punishment. It's because I know that if I
do this, you're gonna bear more fruit. Oh my God,
So abiding, if we're gonna abide in him, what does that.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Require of us? He requires surrender.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
You cannot say you are surrendered if you don't stay
in his hand, even when it hurts, even when you
don't understand, even when people lie on you, even when
people talk about you, and you know that seemed to
be the thing.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
We can't take it. When people start talking, Please go
ahead and talk.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
You are being in You are in the hand of God.
God is working on me through all your words. Go
ahead and talk. God is pruning something out of me
while you mistreating me.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
Or I love it.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
God is working something out of me. He teaching me
how to love while you.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Treat me like dirt. Wow.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
Jesus, he teaches me how to forgive because I say
I want to forgive, or I do forgive. Really, let
me see, let me take these prudent shares to your
branches and see if you really yield the fruit of forgiveness.
Do you really yield the fruit of love? Do you
really yield the fruit of patience? Do you really yield

(29:31):
the fruit of joy and peace?

Speaker 1 (29:33):
Can you yield that fruit? Or you get mad?

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Because he took the shares? And sometimes we are pleading
the blood against what.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
Is God, Jesus.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
We rebuking people who are doing stuff, but they are
in the hand of God for you, Esus, who they
are the servants of the Lord. They say, y'a'm a
serving of God. Yes, you are really the servant of
the Lord. And you are the servant of the Lord.
To bring a pruning in my life, because I can't

(30:04):
get to where God is calling me to unless he
use you to prone me, Jesus, unless he uses you
to try to test my heart, unless he uses you
to bring me to the place that I get to
the end of myself. And every time I get aggravated,
that's him with that prune is shar is here I

(30:24):
am because I need to get what's not like me
out of you, and I need to get what is
like me to come out of you some more.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
That's what he wanted.

Speaker 2 (30:35):
So in this our God is separating the abiders from
the visitors.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
We done have enough visitation. I need a visitation.

Speaker 2 (30:43):
We don't need no visation. Nope, we don't need no visitation. Right,
we're looking at this.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
What God is doing in us. Right, he is.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Measuring our success not by our activity, but by our depth.

Speaker 1 (30:59):
How deep do your roots go? How deep do your
roots go? How deeply we remain with him?

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Even when nobody sees you, even if nobody is you
know you ain't nobody calling you?

Speaker 1 (31:11):
Hey, sis, I will just think about you. I'm just
want to call.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Him, pray for you. You know you was on my heart.
What happens when nobody does that?

Speaker 1 (31:18):
What do you do?

Speaker 2 (31:21):
So he's calling us to be abiders and not visitors.
He didn't say those who visit me. He said those
that abide in me.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
We don't need no visitation. We need to live in
this place.

Speaker 2 (31:32):
This is the hour that God is separating us those
who want a visitation. You go right ahead. This is
the place where I gotta live. Visitors come and get refreshed.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
But and then they leave, But abiders remain. We remain.
We stay, We remain.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
We're waiting for transformation. We know that this transformation is
coming from His presence. We's not coming from thelves It's
not coming from a conference. It's not coming from a shouting.
It's not coming from us dancing. You know what I'm saying.
It's coming from us standing and waiting in His presence.

Speaker 1 (32:09):
Visitors are coming for the blessing. The biders are coming
for the oneness with God. They're coming so that they
could be one with God.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
He's raising up daughters, He's raising up women who are
not just here for his gifts, but for his gaze.
I need to gaze upon him, and I need him
to gaze upon me. I need to see his eyes.
I need God to look.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
At me and look into me and get everything.

Speaker 2 (32:37):
Out of me that's not like him. This right here
is not about my gifts. Gifts come a diamond dozen.
But can I gaze into.

Speaker 1 (32:45):
The beauty of His holiness? Can I let him do
with me what I need him to do with me?
Can I let him flow out of me? Can I
let him prove.

Speaker 2 (32:52):
Me, and I be still and let him do what
he wants to do in me and through me, abiding
through our difficulties to a heartache.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
Because every visitor is gonna depart. We know them.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
People that's come to the holidays is coming, and everybody's
coming to visit. They're not coming to stay. They're coming
to visit. And some of them were go like, thank
you Jesus. They leaving, Hallelujah.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
But Jesus is looking for some of.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
Us that are going to abide, Stay still, stay where.

Speaker 4 (33:21):
He is.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
So that we could gaze upon his beauty, so.

Speaker 2 (33:27):
That not just us gazing upon him, but he gazed
upon us, that we have an eye to eye with
the Lord.

Speaker 1 (33:35):
Come on, I want to see him and I need
him to see me. Glory be to God. I want
to see him and I need him to see me.

Speaker 2 (33:44):
That's what we was talking about, true devotion, being devoted
to this.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
This ain't this ain't about emotions.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
And we're gonna find out who's in it just for
you know what I'm saying, the fishes and the lows,
because when they can't have.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
That way, they're gonna walk away from God. When God
is not answering the prayers. They always got this. I
was feeling like I was gonna quit. I was. I'm
sick and tired of this.

Speaker 2 (34:08):
I just it don't make sense. They don't God it
makes sense. And if you've been living for God any time, you.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
Already know it don't always make sense. It's not about
how it makes sense.

Speaker 2 (34:21):
Maturity is what causes us to remain through stillness right
finding joy in the presence of God. That's what the
Lord desires for us and from us.

Speaker 1 (34:38):
And that brings us to coming to the place where.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
We can You know what I'm saying, reflect his heart,
not just being being churchy, being religious, reflecting our denomination.

Speaker 1 (34:52):
Nobody don't care about that. We need to reflect his heart.

Speaker 2 (34:55):
Second, Curntity is three and eighteen tells us, as we
beheld him, we are chained.

Speaker 1 (35:01):
Into his image.

Speaker 2 (35:02):
Wait a minute, as I'm looking at him, I'm becoming.
This is why we need to gaze. We need his gaze.
This is why we need to look at him, and
he gotta look at us. Because as I'm looking at him,
I become like him. As I abide in him, I
become like him. I'll become what I what I behold Jesus, hallelujah.

(35:28):
And so some of us are beholding stuff and we
becoming like that stuff that we.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
Beholder, But it ain't him Jesus.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
And so if we're gonna reflect his heart right, if
we're gonna be able to show compassion, if we're gonna
be able to walk through holiness, if we're gonna be
able to be obedience, we're gonna have to be able
to mirror his nature. How we gonna do that when
we're not looking at him? Were looking at Netflix, though,
we're looking at Hulu, we're looking at YouTube, But are

(35:58):
we looking at him?

Speaker 1 (36:01):
True transformation? And I was teaching some leaders on Saturday.

Speaker 2 (36:04):
True transformation gets in your behavior, your manner of living,
It gets in your conversation, It gets in everything. When
you have been really transformed, it gets in your emotions.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
It gets in your responses. When you thought you would
have cust somebody out, praise comes out of your mouth.
When you really would have.

Speaker 2 (36:27):
Went off on somebody because they thought they got one
up on you. You learn how to hold your peace. Second
Party is three eighteen says but we all were open face,
beholding as in a glass darkly the glory of the
Lord are changed into the same image, from.

Speaker 1 (36:47):
Glory to glory. That means that I'm not even gonna
stay in one state.

Speaker 2 (36:53):
There is one glory when I behold him, and then
there's another glory as I grow into being like him.
Then there's another glory, from glory to glory. And what
happens we get happy with this one, say the glory,
we don't press it for the next glory. We don't
press it for that next glory that.

Speaker 1 (37:11):
He has for us. You cannot reflect what you refuse
to behold. Oh God, Please.

Speaker 2 (37:22):
Some of the stuff that we are preaching is garbage.
It's garbage, it's feel good stuff.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
But it's not about us reflecting Christ.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
It's not about God dealing with our hearts and the
stuff that's in us that needs transformation, that needs Him
to come.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
In and bring a true conversion in our life. We
got to have that because we've been missing that.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
And so the closer that we draw to Him, the clearer.
Oh God, That's why he says, we beholding the glass rights,
and you beholding the glass darkly. Some one translation say,
beholding the glass. We look at in the glass darkly.
You don't see a full reflection is fuzzy because we
too far off.

Speaker 1 (38:08):
But the closer we draw to him, the clearer his
reflection becomes. And the less of us. That's what we get,
that more of me, more of him and less of me,
more of him and less of me.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
That's how that reflection. I become the man looking in
the mirror. And now I can see Christ because I've
been beholding him.

Speaker 1 (38:33):
Now, because I've been drawing close to him, he's bringing.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
He's bringing transformation in my life. And now my manners
are changing. Now, my attitude is changing now, stuff that
I would have quit about makes me, you know, push
further into his presence. And so we're gonna reflect his heart,
and it's gonna be less of us. That means our
responses have to be more like him. Lord help me,

(38:58):
Lord help me, Lord help me.

Speaker 1 (39:01):
Come on.

Speaker 2 (39:03):
Sometimes people make you mad, sister, cousin, husband, wife, brother,
our uncle, mom, dad, somebody, people driving down the highway
next to us, in front of us, behind us, people
at church saying.

Speaker 1 (39:16):
Dumb stuff, doing dumb stuff. What we're gonna do about it?
Our response is, that's how we reflect his heart.

Speaker 2 (39:24):
So that even if you if your flesh tell you
justified because you love him, because you're reflecting him.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
You don't give people what you think they deserve.

Speaker 2 (39:35):
Your compassion deepens beyond convenience.

Speaker 1 (39:39):
I ain't doing that because, honey, that's just gonna cost
me too much. I don't feel like it.

Speaker 2 (39:44):
You will be willing to inconvenience yourself because of the
heart of God and God's heart toward other people. Your decisions,
my decisions will reflect Kingdom values and not just our
own ambition. We're not just choosing because it's good for me.

(40:06):
You know. They have this saying, y'all gotta stop following,
you know, stop stop associating with stuff that don't serve you. Well,
why are you worried about what's serving you when you're
supposed to be the servant stuff that don't serve you.
Maybe I'm looking at the wrong way or something. I

(40:27):
don't know, but I don't get that.

Speaker 1 (40:30):
So we gotta do better about that. We need God
to deal with us.

Speaker 2 (40:33):
So let's talk about us bringing ourselves into apostolic alignment.
In the scripture right number one, intimacy, refuse our or
fuse our authority true power, Apostolic power, power that we
get from God, prophetic power.

Speaker 1 (40:47):
That power comes from lingering in God's presence.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Influence without intimacy is imitation, Oh God, the day. Influence
without intimacy is imitation.

Speaker 1 (41:06):
You putting on. It's a joke, it's not real, it's fake.

Speaker 2 (41:15):
And so we got we got to do better at this.
We gotta get in Him and let His word about
in us.

Speaker 1 (41:26):
You know, we.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
We we are often especially you know African American women
praise the law, Thank Jesus.

Speaker 1 (41:31):
We are often thought of as strong women. You know,
strong women.

Speaker 2 (41:35):
Black women are just strong and whatever, whatever. But cannot
tell you a real woman of God is not.

Speaker 1 (41:41):
Just a strong woman.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
She is a scent woman, a sent woman who has
been charged by God and our our authority that we
carry it always. It is always tied to us resting
in the presence of God, intimacy with him.

Speaker 1 (42:01):
The more we abide, the more accurately we can represent Him.
You know, sometimes people a worry about I hope I
don't blow it. God gonna open this door. I hope
I don't make a mess.

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Well, you're not gonna make a message, because you are
there to represent the King of kings and the Lord
of the lords.

Speaker 1 (42:14):
And if you've been in his presence.

Speaker 2 (42:16):
He's already given you your charge, and he's told you
you have been said so that you can go and
represent him. Well, he's already given you instructions. And we
have examples in scripture. Let's look at Moses Amen Exenus
thirty four to twenty nine. When Moses came down from Sinai,
he did not know that the skin on his face

(42:38):
has shone bright.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
He didn't even know.

Speaker 2 (42:44):
That his countenance had change. All he knew was he
had been with God. And it took somebody else telling him, hey, bru, what's.

Speaker 1 (42:51):
That on you? What is that you're glowing over here? Right?
And so we have a thing. Now we see people
that coming up to us, they don't see nothing on us.
What's on you?

Speaker 2 (43:02):
What has been smeared? Anointing is a smearing. What has
been smeared on you? We think annoying?

Speaker 1 (43:09):
It just a little dropper.

Speaker 2 (43:10):
Oh no, it's a This is God wiping something on
your life. He's smudging something onto your life. He's he's
embedding something in you and on you from being in
his presence. That's what happened to Moses, his whole face change.

Speaker 1 (43:29):
We have to see. No, so tomorrow looked at my hands,
and day looking new looked at my feet. They did too.
Ah ah, just my face, just my face, because I
was gazing on the beauty of.

Speaker 2 (43:42):
His holiness and he was gazing back at me, and
that eternal gaze changed my countenance. That's what he was
able to say. I remember when I was growing up
and I was in the church. You will be able
to see some people that, you know, people that we
in to church.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
With because people were praying.

Speaker 2 (44:03):
People you can look at them and see the glory
of God in their face. There was a look that
a holy man had. There was a look that a
holy woman had. And it didn't matter if she had
a makeup or not. There was a glow that collagen
and the last thing didn't put on her face. It

(44:23):
wasn't mac you know what I'm saying. It wasn't nothing
that she got from Alta.

Speaker 1 (44:28):
This was the glory of God.

Speaker 2 (44:32):
That's what we gotta get back to where people can
look at you and say it's something on you, something
on you.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
And nowadays we know that something on us and usually
it's pride. It is not the power of God. So
we gotta get that together.

Speaker 2 (44:50):
And so we are sent in God's image. I'm trying
to hear you up praise the Lord. We are sent
in His image, and we reflect his glory, and we
gotta carry some kind the evidence of being in communion
with Him.

Speaker 1 (45:02):
What is our evidence?

Speaker 2 (45:05):
You can't imitate the glory of God, Matt. Don't have
no no, no high glow foundation that's gonna make.

Speaker 1 (45:13):
You shine like that.

Speaker 2 (45:15):
All these moisturizers and all of these things about make
your skin look soft and supper and have dewey skin
and glowing and.

Speaker 1 (45:22):
All the honey.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
Get all the dew you want, all the glow you want.
But it ain't gonna let you be be glowing like
you're glowing in the Holy Ghost.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
You cue.

Speaker 2 (45:32):
But that ain't holy ghost. That's not holy spirit glow.
We need a holy spirit glow. You can't imitate the
glory of God. You gotta be sitting in it.

Speaker 1 (45:45):
You gotta absorb it.

Speaker 2 (45:48):
It's gotta be smeared on you from gazing on his beauty,
from gazing in his presence, which brings us a lesser
mean and more of Him, because that's what we gotta have.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
We got to kill self less of me. Lord.

Speaker 2 (46:09):
We don't like talking about crucifying this flesh Jesus, because honey.

Speaker 1 (46:14):
My flesh, cute, my flesh, lovely. No, we won't kill it.

Speaker 2 (46:19):
We won't kill that. That's all the more reason why
we need to kill that.

Speaker 1 (46:24):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
John three and thirty says, he must increase, but I
must decrease. We're the messages like that.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
Why we not preaching that? Because we can't turn around
and touch our neighbor and say that.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
And get a dun dun dunt on the keyboard.

Speaker 1 (46:46):
Ain't nobody gonna shout off of that. He must increase
and I must decrease.

Speaker 2 (46:52):
We're not dancing off of that, because that's weeping mold,
that's introspection. If we're gonna be true women of God,
we gotta confess, and we gotta confront our egos at
the altar, lay it down, because every last.

Speaker 1 (47:12):
One of us God one. I got one, and I'm
trying to kill her. She gotta go. She in God's way.
I love God.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
I want all that God had for me, But this
flesh got to die. And anybody that stands up in
preachers and is not telling the truth about themselves, they lion,
and they ain't as close to God as they trying
to purport, because every last one of us gotta be
able to say, in my flesh dwells no good thing.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
Holy Spirit live in my spirit.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
But this flesh jacked up, tore it from the floor,
gets in my way every single time.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
Blocks me from the move of God, hinders.

Speaker 2 (47:54):
Me from being able to endure the place of pruning
and abiding in His presence like he is commanded. I
don't care how annoying we sound. We gotta kill this flesh.

Speaker 1 (48:08):
Kill it.

Speaker 2 (48:09):
The Bible commands us to do it. Scripture says, mortify
the deeds.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
Of your body. That means you.

Speaker 2 (48:16):
Gotta put it to death. God is not coming down
out of heaven and say here, take the knife. No,
he not gonna kill your flesh.

Speaker 1 (48:24):
He gonna prune you. Pruning is his job. The killing
is yours. Father, help us today.

Speaker 2 (48:37):
So we are in the season of subtraction, and we
want God to add in our life while he's trying
to subtract from us. Abiding means that we are gonna
allow him to crucify our will every day, every single day,
dying to offenses, dying to ambition, dying to lying, dying

(48:59):
to the desire, years off our flesh, die into validation
from others, dying to approval of man, dying to all
of that stuff. But what if they don't like me, Well,
praise the Lord.

Speaker 1 (49:12):
They didn't like Jesus either. Truth be told.

Speaker 2 (49:18):
Paul said it like this in Relatious, chapter two, verse twenty.
He says, I am crucified with Christ. Nevertheless I live
yet not I, but Christ lives in me.

Speaker 1 (49:32):
So we're gonna be women of God.

Speaker 2 (49:34):
We gotta understand that we cannot God.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
Cannot feel feel us.

Speaker 2 (49:40):
If we're full of self, there's no room. We got
it empty. We got an empty out so that He
can pour in. We got a decrease for his increase.
We gotta surrender our life. And on the way we're
gonna do this is we gotta humble ourselves. Oh my God.

(50:02):
And humility is difficult. Can I tell the truth to
hold truth? Nothing but the truth?

Speaker 1 (50:06):
To t help me? God?

Speaker 2 (50:07):
Humility is difficult. We're not gonna be honest about it.
Humility is difficult. It's difficult to put yourself on the
ground and let people walk up the front of you
and down the back of you.

Speaker 1 (50:23):
That's hard. It's hard to submit.

Speaker 2 (50:28):
Now, let's talk about what real submission is, right, we
talk about accountability.

Speaker 1 (50:32):
Accountability and submission are not the same things. It's not
the same thing. I could be accountable for.

Speaker 2 (50:39):
My actions, but that don't mean that I submit myself
to the consequences, to.

Speaker 1 (50:45):
The price that I gotta pay for not following the instruction.
So many of us say, I want to be accountable,
but you don't want to be submitted though. It's a difference.
So we can't just be accountable to God.

Speaker 2 (50:57):
We got to surrender, have a surrender life everything in us.

Speaker 1 (51:05):
How is he gonna do this in me?

Speaker 2 (51:07):
How was God gonna do this work? How is he
gonna bring this transformation? You know how he gonna do it.
He's gonna transform us in death. The closer we come,
the smaller we become. The closer we come, the smaller
we become.

Speaker 1 (51:26):
It's all about him. We already know that. We can
say that, Oh, it's all about Jesus. It's not about me.

Speaker 2 (51:31):
Until it's about you. And then you gotta give it
up and give.

Speaker 1 (51:36):
It to him. That's the part that's hard.

Speaker 2 (51:41):
And so I was saying, this is a season of subtraction,
and we don't understand that this is a prophetic season.
We are in it right now, a prophetic season of subtraction.

Speaker 1 (51:50):
And there are things that.

Speaker 2 (51:51):
And people that God is trying to separate prune.

Speaker 1 (51:56):
It's a prudent.

Speaker 2 (51:59):
The light of the sun cannot get into those bows
that are in the middle, those branches, the bower of
the tree that's in the middle, because these branches that's
on the outside are in the way. Let him take
what he wants. We must experience subtraction before we experience multiplication.

Speaker 1 (52:21):
And I know this, and the Lord was saying this
to me in the beginning. We were talking about the
beginning of this Hebrew New Year.

Speaker 2 (52:27):
Coming into this Hebrew New Year, understanding that we know
that you know what I'm saying. This is about connecting, disconnected, reconnecting,
unconnecting all of that, because this is.

Speaker 1 (52:40):
What God wants us to do. This is what he
is removing what no longer resembles him.

Speaker 2 (52:45):
Let's not talk about what don't serve us, because us
don't matter. He is removing what does not resemble him.
This does not look like him. Pride masquerading like his
confidence to do not resemble him. Ambition that's disguised like
vision does not resemble him.

Speaker 1 (53:08):
God gave me a vision. No, it's ambition. Stop vision.

Speaker 2 (53:15):
Control that's disguised as stewardship. You won't let go, Let
it go, Jesus. Busyness that we mistake for fruitfulness.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
Jesus, I'm booked and busy are you? But are you
bearing fruit? Bless of me?

Speaker 2 (53:35):
He's after those of us women that are gonna say, Lord,
strip me until all that's left is you take away everything,
take away, take it all away. We used to sing
that song and pray that prayer. Lord, If you find
anything in me that's not like you, take it away, Well,

(53:55):
I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (53:56):
Songs like that no more.

Speaker 2 (53:57):
Were talking about instant God and me ain't no God,
how do you set our sister?

Speaker 1 (54:02):
Because because you ain't come close enough for him to
get in there. Jesus, look, we got we got to
get that together. I'm I'm I'm about done. I got
one more.

Speaker 2 (54:12):
I think I got one more slide and then we're
gonna go, because I know I gotta go.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
There is hidden oil. There is hidden oil, and the
only place you're gonna.

Speaker 2 (54:21):
Get this oil, This oil is formed in secret oil
is birth in the hidden place. We gotta get in
prayer to get this oil.

Speaker 1 (54:29):
Oh that was oily ooh she oily, ooh he oily.

Speaker 2 (54:32):
Well how they get like that because they've been gazing
upon His beauty. This oil is birth in the hidden
place of prayer and obedience, not on public platforms.

Speaker 1 (54:44):
It's not out on the platform. I don't care what
they say.

Speaker 2 (54:48):
Some ninety one and one says those who dwell in
the secret place of the Most I shall abide. Here's
the word abide again, under the shadow of the Almighty.
We always saying that scripture about safety. Listen, Yes, the
safest place is to be under the annointance. But guess what,
while we are abiding, He's annointing. Oil is formed in obscurity.

(55:14):
So we gotta let God keep us. Sometimes we want
to put us in a hidden place, keep us in obscurity.

Speaker 1 (55:19):
Why they don't know.

Speaker 2 (55:20):
About us, Why they didn't participate, why they didn't join us.

Speaker 1 (55:23):
Because God is forming oil.

Speaker 2 (55:28):
The more that we die to all of that outer noise,
the more Heaven is gonna amplify the voice of the
Lord that is in us.

Speaker 1 (55:37):
And we need God to do that. And God is
calling us to another place.

Speaker 2 (55:43):
Of intimacy in him, not just visitation, but habitation. He
wants to live there, not just doing more, but becoming
one with him.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
That is his desire, that we would become one with him.

Speaker 2 (55:56):
Crushing for the anointing, crushing releases, authentic oil and power,
real power. Listen, grace that is shaped in intimacy, not visibility.

(56:17):
And we think that the more we build, the more
they see us, the more it's gonna bless us, the
more we're gonna be blessed. But really, the less that
they see you, the more God can be glorified.

Speaker 1 (56:28):
And we have not gotten that principle. We knew it,
but we forgot it.

Speaker 2 (56:36):
See me, see me, see me, No, no, no, no, no,
you ain't gotta see me.

Speaker 1 (56:39):
Just know I'm in his presence. Just know I'm filling
myself up with the word. Just know I'm soaking in
his presence and letting him speak to me.

Speaker 2 (56:48):
Let it impour into me, because I want that hidden oil.
I want Heaven's endorsement. Doesn't matter if a man don't
clap for me, and if a man don't say that
I'm this, that or the other. And we know that
God uses people, but if he chooses to have a season.

Speaker 1 (57:04):
That he does not use people.

Speaker 2 (57:07):
I understand that if I abide in Him in that
secret place, I'll be able to carry authority in public
right from my devoted time with Him. That does not
come from somebody pating me on my back or somebody
standing with me saying, oh, yeah, you the one. So
this is the place that God is calling us to.

(57:28):
This is his desire for us. Our invitation.

Speaker 1 (57:31):
God is calling us.

Speaker 2 (57:32):
The habitation Scripture tells us to draw near to God,
and he will draw near to us. That has to
be our prayer. Lord, make me a dwelling place for
your presence. I want you to live here. I don't
want you to visit here. I want you to live here.
I want to be in you and you in me,

(57:53):
like Jesus said, And I don't want to say it
because it sounds something like it sounds like something good
to say, but because this is the right thing for
me to do, and I desire this, and so that
is my prayer. So Father, we pray that tonight that Lord,
that as we are leaving from this place, that you
would speak to our hearts, that you would help.

Speaker 1 (58:14):
Us want to abide.

Speaker 2 (58:15):
In You, even when things are difficult, even when we
don't understand what it is help us to remember that
you are pruning us, that you are preparing us, and
that God the secret place.

Speaker 1 (58:27):
We want to be able to gaze.

Speaker 2 (58:28):
Upon your goodness, your holiness, your presence, and we want
that reflection to rest on us everywhere we go. In
the name of Jesus, forgive us for not giving you
the time that you have desired of us.

Speaker 1 (58:43):
We want the sun to shine on us.

Speaker 2 (58:45):
We want you to prune everything that's not like you,
every mindset, every thought process, everything that's not like you.

Speaker 1 (58:52):
That you will be glorified through us.

Speaker 2 (58:54):
Help us to make the sacrifices that are necessary so
that we can hide ourselves in you. He that dwells
in the secret place of the Most High, the place
where the oil is is in the secret place.

Speaker 1 (59:05):
He that dwells in the secret place of the.

Speaker 2 (59:07):
Most High, The place where the power is is in
the secret place. He that dwells in the secret place
of the Most High, The place where the glory is
is in the secret place. If we get there, we'll
be able to abide, dwell, remain, and endure under the
shadow of the Almighty. In Jesus' name, Amena.

Speaker 6 (59:31):
Here just yeah, yeah, I can't put two words together,
Jesus literally like I know how Moses felt.

Speaker 7 (59:44):
Now, yes, yes, I know what Moses Jesus, And that's
what you did.

Speaker 4 (59:52):
You took us up in that place where in the
presence of God.

Speaker 1 (59:57):
That's what you did for us to night. You choose
us there. It was a calling. It was amy.

Speaker 4 (01:00:03):
It was like when Jesus was baptized and he in
the spirit summoned him into the wilding, and in the
wilderness was in a place where God.

Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
Was bored by in Jesus, like through the word that
he spoke.

Speaker 4 (01:00:17):
To to uh to submit and resist trying to tempt him.

Speaker 2 (01:00:22):
Oh my God, So you you just stealed us and
what it is to give.

Speaker 4 (01:00:29):
Us the power we need to be able to really
go to another place. You took us to another plate
that we weren't, but you took us to a whole
nother elevator.

Speaker 7 (01:00:41):
Submission, Jesus, when you said, honey, I was like what
you said, Accindability is totally different from submission.

Speaker 1 (01:00:56):
That's one thing that it's one thing to be he
had accountable.

Speaker 4 (01:00:59):
But when you submit to the responsibility of what it
is you being good.

Speaker 1 (01:01:02):
Ac Jesus, Jesus.

Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
Mighty God upon we'll be here all night. Thank you,
Thank you for allowing me to share. Thank you so
much so that.

Speaker 4 (01:01:21):
Even much more, more more much fruit of the fruit
that you need.

Speaker 1 (01:01:27):
May it be multiplied to you three times.

Speaker 4 (01:01:30):
My God, us tonight to God. Lord, you let themagine,
I mean, let us our find we were already on fire,
but our plans went up.

Speaker 6 (01:01:42):
Jesus, our plaians literally went out.

Speaker 4 (01:01:49):
The part that consuming fire.

Speaker 2 (01:01:52):
Jesus, my God, this right here you.

Speaker 1 (01:02:01):
Glory to God. The Lord is good.

Speaker 4 (01:02:06):

of God, mighty.

Speaker 1 (01:02:30):
Woman of God.

Speaker 4 (01:02:31):
And one of the things God taught me very early
on in ministry, and he had to really help you
to see.

Speaker 1 (01:02:37):
I would always say, oh, that's a powerful woman of God.

Speaker 4 (01:02:39):
That's what God just because of how they operate in
the gift, don't make them powerful.

Speaker 1 (01:02:46):
Come on, well, we he said.

Speaker 4 (01:02:49):
But the character of who they are and every moment
every day, rather people see them or not see them,
how they operate, Come on, who make them powerful, they
can pray, Heaven opens a character and how they live
to represent my heart as well. So I can truly

(01:03:13):
say it's not even about the message of what you
so to help elevate us and edify us in the short,
but I can tell where there's fruit.

Speaker 1 (01:03:22):
Thank you Jesus, Thank you Lord, this is.

Speaker 4 (01:03:26):
The fruit, because not only in your minicine and you're
telling us what is necessary. You even you are very transparent,
even in your own self and your.

Speaker 1 (01:03:38):
And holy yourself responsible to the word.

Speaker 4 (01:03:42):

Speaker 1 (01:04:10):
It's giving us even more clericy to a lot of things.

Speaker 4 (01:04:15):
And things we go through and even everything a part
of what the faith the Waightless Faith.

Speaker 1 (01:04:20):
Moving Group is.

Speaker 4 (01:04:21):
All about and why God call us to do these
worship encounters because what you said to not.

Speaker 1 (01:04:30):
If you got that right, you got that right. I
was thinking the same thing that they didn't. They need
to be on everyone. This is meing them. This is
what God is staying speaking, and this is who God said,
why we must have these monthly encounters.

Speaker 4 (01:04:51):
What it is that God want to release to us.
So taught us to stay in the place now that
keeps our sinner, that keep us both, so we will
not be out here wavering, going and down on and all.

Speaker 1 (01:05:07):

My soul has been Oh my God. I bless the Lord. God,
my sister, I bless the Lord. I appreciate the Lord
for you. Thank you, honor dot ated truth.

Speaker 4 (01:05:50):

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
