Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tell you what about doctor fran and s and she
he carries and aura a fire apostolic fire.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Jesus a man.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
She is a trail blazer and she likes to try.
She's not afraid of trying something new. A mad and
h she may tell you about some of her travels
at her leisure, but we're going to allow her to
introduce herself.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
But she's been around uh women in power.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
She's not a stranger to us. A man, doc and
that and us uh duc apostle a Nika, uh Sonetta,
all of us. We were running the highways for a
long long time. And somebody said, I've been running for
Jesus a long time and I'm not tired yet. A man,
(01:00):
just a puszle crid and a puzzle. If you would
go ahead and introduce yourself, God bless you.
Speaker 2 (01:08):
Amen, Amen, thank you so much. I appreciate you, uh
Doctor Cunningham. Amen. We appreciate the opportunity to be in
the midst of the Women in Power International AMN on tonight,
to be amongst my sisters, to share on tonight, and
to be able to uh just be able to fellowship
on tonight. And we honor the Lord. Amen. For all
(01:31):
of the women of God, for our uh doctor Cooper,
a man, we thank God for her. Amen, and just
all that the Lord has done through this great ministry,
through the women of God that are connecting and just listening.
As I was coming in as the as you all
were encouraging, I think it's Sister Amma, Sister Almah right,
(01:54):
and everyone is encouraging her. That is so women in power.
And I love that that as we and it doesn't
matter what the agenda is, if somebody is going through,
we're gonna take a minute and stop so that we
can pray, so we can encourage, so that we can
make sure that everybody is all right. And so I
love that about this sisterhood and about this fellowship, and
(02:15):
we just give God glory and honor for that. As
doctor Cunham was saying, Amen, I'm here. I'm actually in
Tampa Bay Area. I'm in Zephyr Hills. Our ministry is
here in Zephyr Hills, Florida, and we have this is
our headquarters church here. We have other ministries that are
part of our ministry that are here in the US
(02:37):
and in in Fiji and in Africa. And so we
just bless the Lord, for the churches that are part
of our fellowship, and the things that we get to
do for the Lord. And notice I said the things
that we get to do for the Lord, because it
is a blessing to be able to function in the
things of God and to be able to just share
(02:58):
the Gospel and to be a blessing to other leaders
as they are going forward and doing the will of God.
I am visionary of the Global Leaders University where we
teach and train and raise up leaders. We use that
that is the teaching arm of our ministry. We use
that as a means of being able to give instruction
(03:19):
and direction for those that are Fivefold leaders so that
they can go forth and do the will of God.
A lot of times we know that God has called us,
but we don't have the equipment, you know, and sometimes
we just need somebody to help us along the way.
And so that's what Global Leaders University does. And we
have tracks for all Fivefold leaders, whether it's a possible
profit pastor teacher, evangelists, whatever it is that you have
(03:41):
you are called to do, those areas of teaching and
training are available. We have several books that we have
that have been published I think it's number sixteen I'm
working on right now that will be released on the
eleventh of November. A Mask in the Spirit of Absalom
(04:02):
that comes out in November eleventh. There are several other
books that I have authored, and you can find those
books on Amazon dot com. I believe that when we
leave this earth, we need to leave a legacy, and
we need to be able to encourage others. And sometimes
you won't be able to touch people with your physical hands,
but you can touch them with the vision and the
(04:22):
insight and encouragement that God has given to you. So
that is the purpose of writing. As much as I can.
I'm trying to release one book every month by the
grace of God. So as the Lord gives me grace,
that's what I would do. So again, thank God for
all of you, and we just honor everyone here and
those that are coming in. We thank God for you.
I want to go ahead and get into the Word
(04:44):
on tonight and share some things with us on tonight.
And my prayer is for a great encouragement. And I
know that each of us are called to do different
things in the ministry, and some of us are called
into the marketplace to do ministry in the marketplace, and
even if you do a business in the marketplace, that's
still a ministry because when we have a godly worldview
(05:09):
and you are having Christ centered focused no matter if
you're doing business or not, you're still ministering and showing
forth the glory of God through your life. And so
tonight I want to share some things about us carrying
the weight of the mantle of God that is on
our life. Many of us have things that God has
called us to do, and sometimes we don't always know
how to work through all that stuff that comes with
(05:32):
our mantle that is placed on our life. And I
know that many of us are in different phases of ministry,
and I'm gonna try to talk through it and not
preach through it, and trying to take my time so
that we can come on through this lesson on tonight, Amen.
And so I'm going to read several verses of Scripture,
some things I'm going to give you as backdropping. You
(05:53):
can go back and read it in your copious free time.
And so let me just pray. I know that we
have had prayer, but I just want to take a
moment just pray just before I begin and so Father,
we thank you, we honor you, we bless you, Thank
you for Lord, this gathering of women, Father, that have
come together Lord to hear from you on tonight. And
so Father, we ask you, Lord that even as we
are gathered, that you would release encouragement, that you would
(06:15):
really strength, that Father, you at least release direction. In
the name of Jesus, we thank you, Lord that you
already know where each of us are. You know what
we are all carrying, You know what things we are
dealing with. Father. We even pray now for sister Amah.
We thank you, Lord for all the things that you're
bringing into Lord her life. And we thank you for
bringing everything into alignment. We cancel every assignment of the
(06:35):
enemy that will fight against each of these women. We
declare and decreed God that we are Lord, walking in
the mantles that you have placed upon our life, and
nothing Lord will prevent us from fulfilling our assignments. We
thank you for grace, We thank you for strength, We
thank you for encouragement. We thank you for having your
way in Jesus' name. Amen and Amen. And so I
want to talk real quick about what a mantle is.
(06:58):
And I'm sure we all know what it is, but
I'm just gonna, you know, take a minute to just
you know, explain it anyway. And man, so in scripture,
when we look into the scripture, we see that a
mantle is symbolic of divine authority, right, that comes from God.
It is something that is symbolic of your calling, is
symbolic of your spiritual responsibility. And I know that today
(07:20):
that's like using a cuss word. We don't always like
to hear the word responsibility when it comes to things
that God has given to us. But mantles come with responsibility, right.
And when we look at it in scripture, it was
both literal and it was a spiritual garment. And this garment,
you know, is what signified that God had appointed that
(07:43):
individual and had empowered that individual. And so we see
examples of that in scripture. And one that is familiar
is as we look into the Book of Second Kings,
chapter two, verses thirteen and fourteen, about how Elijah passed
his mantle to Elisha, right, and this was a symbol
of him transferring that prophetic authority from his life to
(08:06):
the life of the one he was mentoring and raising
up in that houm and so we understand that when
God gives us mantles, even though we're in social media
age and everybody is changing updating their status, we need
to understand that the mantle is not just something that
God gives us for status, but it is for service.
(08:26):
If you don't have anything to write, I would encourage
you to get something to write with because my prayer
is that we were able to share some things that
are going to help you, encourage you, impress you into
the things of God. I need you to know that
your mantle is not for status, is for service. It's
not a trophy, but it is a tool that God
has given so that we are able to walk in
(08:48):
the things of God, so that we can fulfill the
assignment that God has placed on us. Our teacher, class,
in our global leaders universities, mantles and mandates because every
mantle that God is given to us comes with a mandate.
You need to understand that before you were born, and
before you were in your mother's womb, God already had
(09:09):
a mandate for your life. He had already mantled you
for what He was sending you into the earthreom to
do whatever it is that He has set you in
the earth to do you have the responsibility to fulfill it.
And so this word mantle from the Greek and the Hebrew.
Let's get to the roots of these words. The Hebrew
root for this word is is adaract, which means glory.
(09:31):
It is a cloak. It is also it also means splendor.
And in the New Testament it's it means authority. Right,
So when you look at this word in the New Testament,
doesn't it doesn't just mean atharity. There's a word in
the New Testament in the Greek Exusia, right, which really
(09:52):
represents well what the mantle is. Right. It is delegated influence,
it is privileged, it is jurisdiction. This is what the
mantle represents upon your life. It is representative of the
influence and the power and the authority, the privilege. As
I said earlier, I get to do this for God. Right.
(10:14):
It's a privilege to be able to serve God. It's
an honor to be able to serve God. And so
our mantles come with that privilege of serving and honoring
God with our life. But it also comes with jurisdiction.
You have a sphere of influence that has been given
to you by the spirit of God that is placed
upon your life. Right, And as you grow in grace,
(10:36):
and as you grow grow in the knowledge of the Lord,
these things that God has placed upon your life is
you know, it expands as you grow. Right. Is it
possible that you are able to click this so that
this is in speaker of you, so that you can
spotlight while I'm talking, so that everybody can see me
(10:56):
while I'm talking. If that's okay. I know this is
like zoom stuff. So if we can do that, if
you can just hit those three little dots next to
my picture and just click on spotlight and then that
way it'll add me to the screen so that everybody
that's coming and they'll be able to see me and
they're not looking for who's talking? Amen. So let's talk
about the weight of the mantle. Right. Our mantles have
(11:17):
been given to us so that we might be able
to carry the glory of God. With every mantle comes weight.
We talked about that already, right, that this is what
we're talking about tonight, that we're talking about the weight.
There is weight. There is pressure. We don't like it.
It's hard, it's difficult. It don't feel good. But there
is weight that comes with our mantle. There is pressure
(11:41):
that comes with our mantle. Right, It's not just about
you carrying honor on your life, but there is a
heaviness hallelujah that comes with the call and with the mantle,
and with the mandate that God has placed upon your life.
What kind of weight do I have on my life
because of this man too? I'm glad you asked. Let
(12:02):
me tell you what it is. You have spiritual weight.
And I often talk about spiritual weight and spiritual wealth,
but I want to talk about spiritual weight on tonight. Right,
there is a weight on you to carry a word
from the Lord, the word that God gives you as
you're in the seating, the word that God plants in
your heart as you're seeking him, the word that God
gives you as you know, like even on tonight, there
(12:24):
is a wait for this word that God has placed
upon me for me to bring it to teach on tonight.
There is a weight that comes in the spirit for
the word that you receive when you get prophetic insight.
When God releases a word, that word comes with spiritual
weight when you get a prophecy, right, and and somebody
(12:47):
starts sharing with you what the Lord has said. Thus
saith the Lord. One of the things you have to
understand is that prophecy comes with weight. W E I
G HG. There is a pressure that come with the
word of the Lord. I know a lot of times
we just rejoice, we get happy. My God, the Lord
spoke to me. Hollylujah, I got a word right. But
(13:08):
we have to understand. Even the scripture tells us that
how Joseph received the word, and the scripture says until
the time that his word came to pass, God tested
him with what that word. Because there is a spiritual
weight that comes on you from the prophetic word that's
been released over your life. So that's number one. Number two,
(13:29):
there is emotional weight. How many times have you felt
the pressure and the burden right even in your emotional life,
down in your soul for what God has spoken to you.
You will have a burden for the thing that He's
called you to, a burden for the families. He's called
you to a burden for the souls. He's called you
to a burden for the region or the assignments that
(13:52):
He's placed upon you. And this is how you know
those that really are under the mantles that God has
placed upon them, because this is not light work. This
is not something that they just you know, doing this
and passing, But this is something that they are under
the weight of. And I often talk to our church
and the leaders here in our church about getting under
(14:13):
the weight of the house, getting under the weight of
the ministry. You cannot do anything unless you get under
the weight of what you sit under. You can be
under anointed leadership, but if you don't get under the
weight of that anointing that's in that house, all you're
gonna do is just you be in church. You're gonna
have a nice church. You're gonna shout, you might cry,
you might clap your hands, you might dance, but you
(14:34):
got to get under the weight of what you sit
underm So there's emotional weight. There is a carrying a
burden for regions, for people, for assignments, hallelujah, for souls
that God has called you to. And then number three
mental weight, Lord have mercy. And this is the most
(14:55):
difficult part right here, because there is warfare that with
your mantle. There is mental warfare, Halley lujah that comes
with your mantle. The moment you say yes to God,
then comes the mental battle. How many times have you
ask yourself, Lord, do you really want me to do this?
I thought I heard God? I really did I really?
(15:16):
You know? I just and then all of a sudden,
it's this battle, this going back and forth in your
mind about decision making about whether or not I should
or I shouldn't right because now God told you do something.
But sometimes the resources are not always there. And sometimes
the resources are not just money. It could be people,
(15:38):
it could be favor, it could be whatever, and so
sometimes those things are not always it doesn't seem like
all those things meet you in your assignment at the
time that you think that they should. So the weight
mentally of how do I do this? How do I
walk out this mental How do I walk out this assignment?
How do I fulfill this right? And the warfare that
(16:01):
comes in our mind This is why we got to
bring our minds in. We got to be transformed by
the renewing of our mind, because the enemy is coming
for your mind, hallelujah. And some stuff that you are
battling within your mind is sometimes it's not even just
the enemy. Sometimes it is stuff that you grew up
with it is you know, mindsets that were set in
(16:23):
you from childhood, things that you learned that now you
have to unlearn, and you got to pull the root
of those things up out of your mindset. So there
is mental weight, right and there is this There is
the battle when we start talking about mental weight. There
is the battle of leading others while God is still
(16:43):
healing you. I'm a pause right there for a second.
Jesus God Almighty. There's the weight of leading others while
God is still healing you. I can't tell you the
times that there were wounds. There were battles that I
was facing. There was things that was going on with
me personally. There were issues that I was trying to
traverse through. There was stuff that I was trying to
(17:06):
reconcile while God is still saying but I still called
you to lead, but I still said for you to
do this. But I still said that this is your assignment.
But I still said that this is the avenue that
you got to walk down. Hallelujah. And so you gotta
know that this is all the things that are that
are wrapped up in you, carrying your mantle, understanding the
(17:30):
way that rests upon you, when God calls you. And
even if you said, well, you know, I'm not preaching,
you know, but I got my business. Even if you're
stepping out into the realm of business, I can tell
you I'm an entrepreneur, okay, and I like to I'm
a serial entrepreneur. I'm always thinking about what's the next business, right,
So I own my own publishing company. We run a school.
(17:54):
When were talking about Global Leaders University, and we have
a Christian school. And sometimes there is the way of
how do we, you know, navigate and get through you
know what I'm saying. When you got people relying on
you for income. Hello, It's one thing if you go
into business for yourself. It's something else when other people
are relying on you for incoming. So there is the
weight of the mantle for that assignment. And so you
(18:16):
got to understand that if God called you to do
these things, even if it's in the business sector, you
got to understand that there's a weight to the mantle
for the assignment and the realm and the matron that
he's called you to. Because now let's go back to
what we said that the mantle is in the New Testament,
(18:38):
authority is symbolized by exusia in the New Testament. So
it's delegated influence, it's privileged, it's jurisdiction. Your place, even
of business that you are operating in, is a place
that you have been called to. I was talking to
one of the young ladies that I mentored, and we
were in the mental meeting on today, and she was
telling me about some things that she used to do,
and I begin to backtrack and show her how God
(19:01):
was using life experience in the secondar Realm to prepare
her for what he was calling her to do in
her apostolic call. And she had never seen it like that.
You know why, because God uses everything, He weighs nothing.
And so you got to understand that He's so serious
about your assignment. He's so serious about what he's mantled
you to do, that he will use every circumstance. He
(19:22):
will use every situation. He will use your growing up,
your mama, your daddy, or the lack thereof to prepare
you for what He's called you to do, to position
you for what He has anointed and mantled you to do.
And let me say this that this endowment that is
in your mantle, the tools that are in your mantle
(19:44):
are formed from the things that you have experienced in life.
That's where your skill set comes from. You don't know
that you can believe God until hell hit your house.
Come on here, somebody. You don't know that you got
to give the faith hallelujah until somebody gets sick and
you got to believe God for them and that somebody
(20:05):
could be you. Right. So these are things that God uses,
and these are the ways that He uses that weight
to propel us into our call. When we look in
the scripture, we have so many examples. But when we
look in the scripture, you look at Luke chapter twenty two,
verse forty four, and it talks about Jesus in Geft
(20:26):
seventy and the scripture says, and being in agony, God
help me, come on, think about it. What are you
in agony about? And being in agony? The scripture says
that his sweat was like drops of blood right falling
to the ground. And the scripture shows us how he
carried that mantle for us of redemption. That mantle of
(20:51):
redemption was heavy, Amen, that mantle of redemption was heavy.
There was we know the price was on the cross,
but to get to the cross, for Jesus to get
to the cross. And I often say that Jesus had
to die before he died. He had to die in
give semony. He had to die to his will, He
(21:11):
had to die to his own desires. And how do
I know that because in that same prayer he says,
if it be your will, you let this cup pass.
So there are things that we have to die to
because God has anointed us to do a work. And
as much as we want to live, only dead men
(21:32):
can fulfill assignments. Only dead men can walk in the
power of God. Only dead men, hallelujah, can't fulfill what
God has anointed and called them to do. So that
you know what I'm saying, Your flesh does not get
in the way of the mantle and the mandate that
is on your life. So let me come back to
some of these the weight of these things that we
(21:53):
were talking about, right, because there are pressure points. Come on,
put this in your notes because some of y'all might
know exactly what I'm talking talking about. There are pressure points,
right that come with your mantle. We already talked about
the weight, you know, the spiritual weight, the emotional weight,
the mental weight. But let's talk about how some of
these things that I've already mentioned, they don't just sit
(22:16):
on you as weight, but it sits on you as pressure.
Pressure hallelujah. Mental pressure, excuse me, hallelujah, that you experience.
And this is why we said this in the beginning
Romans twelve and two. Right, you gotta be transformed by
the renewing of your mind. Why because there can come
a time where you are fatigued in your mindset, when
(22:38):
you get tired, not physical tiredness, but mental pressure, the
pressure to quit. A lot of us don't experience pressure
to quit that comes from you know what I'm saying
other people outside stressing us, testing us, bothering us, you know,
tormenting us, taunting us. Uh uh. Some of us are
dealing with the mental pressure that we have to deal
(23:00):
with that comes from within, that says, you know what,
I don't know if I want to do this, because
this is hard. I knew I was about to pay
a price, but my god, I don't know if I
can afford this. Come on, amen, hallelujah. And so you
got to move from that place of mental pressure and
start praying for a strategy right and be able to
(23:24):
stay spiritually alert so that you can hear from God.
And you got to get in this word. I was
reading my Bible this morning, and even as I was
reading the scripture, and one of the verses that I
was reading this morning was talking about how we live
in hope, right. And I was sharing that with one
(23:45):
of my sons earlier today about you know, we are
experiencing testing and trial and different things that are happening
with us, and we are living in hope. We're not
wishing for nothing, okay. People that go out and play
the lottery a wishing that they hit the number, okay.
But when we live in hope, that means that we
(24:07):
have an expectation that what we are waiting for is
coming to pass. Yes, come on, Amen, If you going
out there buying your scratch offs, honey, let me tell
you something. You at the whim of the system, and
whatever the algorithm is and whatever the odds are, okay,
But if you are in expectation and hope, you know
(24:29):
that God Amen, is going to work things on your behalf.
There's an expectation, halleylujah. And the Bible tells us that
the expectation of the poor shall not be forgotten forever.
So we know that God is not gonna leave us
lingering for a long time. Amen, So we deal with
this mental pressure in the waiting. Then there's those just
(24:51):
like there's emotional weight, there's emotional pressure. Right when we
look back again at Elijah in First King's chapter in
nineteen verses three and four, Right, Elijah is calling down
fire out of heaven? Is he is? You know what
I'm saying, destroying the profits of bail? And then what
happens see him after that? He runs and hides in
(25:13):
the cave. He runs in fear, right, and in depression
from one woman. And so this shows us the emotional
pressure of our assignment, the emotional pressure of our the
mantles that we call that we carry that there are
times that you have to face the pressure of rejection,
the pressure of betrayal, the pressure of being isolated or
(25:38):
feeling by yourself, the pressure of being misunderstood by other people. Right,
that comes with the mantle that is on your life.
Have you ever walked with people and you're just like,
how they don't get it? Like you've been with me?
How long? How come you don't get this? Like We've
had this conversation a whole like how many times and
you don't get it. That pressure of being misunderstand and
(26:02):
then there are times that people will leave you because
they don't get it, and then that causes you emotional
pressure because now you feel like not only have you
misunderstood me, but now you have also abandoned me. And
this too comes with the mantle, and you gotta be
prepared for that. And I want to say to any
of you that are launch of ministries, doing ministry and
(26:25):
all the rest of the things, you got to be
ready for these things. Hallelujah. And I see my daughter
on here from from Australia. Amen, Apostle, Apostle Noah, blessings
to you. Glad to see you on here with us
on tonight. Amen, Amen. Amen. And so there's that emotional pressure,
then there's spiritual pressure. There is spiritual weight, and then
(26:47):
there's spiritual pressure. Epijian six and twelve tells us that
we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness and high places. Listen to me that
when you start saying yes to God, there is going
to be an increase in spiritual warfare. Can I tell
(27:09):
you that if you're not experiencing any resistance, you're not
doing something right. No, that's right, because because the enemy
resists those that have real authority, and these are facts,
these are facts. The enemy resists those that have real authority,
(27:33):
and the enemy will come to try to fight and
bind you and make you think that you're not going
to be able to accomplish what God saying he will
bring all kinds of spiritual warfare send. God will send
you into a territory, and it seems like the whole
territory just seizes up as soon as you get there.
Everything was nice while you was visiting, but when you
(27:55):
come back in there to plant that seed, it seems
like that whole thing just seizes up. Because there is
spiritual resistance to the things that God have called you
to do. But one of the things I want to
encourage your heart about is this that even if you
experience the resistance, you already know that God has given
you power over all the power of the enemy, because
(28:15):
again you're man told right. Hallelujah, Our New Testament. Example
of the mantle is exusia. It is delegated influence. That
means I am a representative of the Kingdom of God.
I don't represent myself. I represent God. I represent the
Kingdom of God. My agenda is not my own, It's
God's agenda. I'm not here to build my name. I'm
(28:37):
here to build his name. I'm not here to lift
myself up. I'm here to lift up the name of Jesus.
I'm here to extend and expand the Kingdom of God
in the earth reom. And so therefore this is my jurisdiction.
So now you have the war with that mentality. You
have the war knowing that God has given you this.
(28:57):
You have been man told for the assignment that you've
been called to. So even if you experience resistance, it's
all right. Stand in the jurisdiction that God has given
to you. Stand in the anointing and the influence that
God is extended to you from his kingdom. Hallelujah. So
we're not here to do our own thing. We're here
to do God's bidding. And then finally there is that
(29:20):
relational pressure. Lord had mercy. Listen, we look at the
scripture and we can see how even Mary, when she
was carrying Jesus right, and she endured the weight of
carrying the Lord, and she carried this, this, this promise
by herself. Scripture tells us that even as the Angel
(29:42):
of the Lord came and spoke to her, the Bible
says that there are things that she didn't speak of
out loud. Scripture says she pondered those things in her
heart because because who cannot tell this to How can
I explain that I'm a young woman and I'm not
married yet patrolled but I'm not married, married yet, right,
(30:03):
I'm engaged, but but I'm carrying uh uh, you know
that that has been born and and seated in me
by the power of the Holy Ghost. And I ain't
been with nobody, but they're not gonna believe me. They
not gonna think that this is really holy that I'm carrying.
And so so there are times that you can't explain
what you're carrying other people. There are times that you're
(30:23):
not gonna be able to have language to share with
other people. And so there is relational pressure, right, because
sometimes everybody does not understand your assignment, so you feel isolated.
Who I'm gonna share this with Lord Jesus, I wish
I could have get I get a friend? Can I
get a sister? Can I get a prayer partner? Just
(30:44):
want somebody. I'm not asking for a crowd. There are
times where God will calls you to walk by yourself.
There are times where God will call you to walk
in isolation. There are times where God will call you
to carry right. And we too, not in the same manner,
but we too are carrying the Lord. You are carrying
(31:06):
the presence of God. You are carrying the anointing of God.
You are carrying the glory of God. You have been
mantle by God. And everybody don't understand what you're carrying.
And everybody's not gonna rejoice hallelujah that you are big
and pregnant in the spirit with the thing that God
have seeded into your spirit. Everybody's not gonna be happy
(31:27):
about that. And you gotta be okay with that. And
there are times that you know people are not gonna
be clapping for you, and it's okay if they're not clapping. Lord,
I just want you to be pleased. Lord. I just
want to honor you because you have given me this
mantle on my life. And I don't want to fail you.
(31:47):
And I know that this thing come with wade. I
know that this thing comes with pressure, hallelujah. And I
want to make sure that what you have given to me,
that I carry it well. And we want to since
we are women and we are here together, I want
to talk to you, you know, and give us some
examples of some women who carried their mantles with grace,
(32:08):
and they carry their mantles with power. We already know
that Debora when we read in the Book of Judges
four and five. Right, she was a prophet, and she
was a judge. She was a warrior, but she carried
the mantle of governance right when it wasn't popular for
women to be in position. You may be in something
that's not popular for everybody else. You may be the
(32:29):
first of your kind in doing what you're doing. But
you gotta be all right with trail blazon. You gotta
be all right being the first of You might be
the first one in your family that was saved. You
might be the only person in your family carrying this way,
but you gotta be okay with that. Because God has
not only mantled you, he has graced you to be
able to carry this right. And so she did. She
(32:51):
did her job. She judged Israel right, and she sat
in prophetic insight and judged Israel. She led without a
power right, but she always led with wisdom. She always
led with desernment, and she led with grace. Listen to me.
Stop apologizing for being annoying it. Stop apologizing for being called.
(33:11):
Stop apologizing that it was you and it's not them.
Come on here, somebody, Holly Louis. Stop apologizing that it's
you and it's not them. God did not anoint you
as a backup plan. God has never had a backup plan.
You are not the backup plan. You have been the
plan from day one. Come on, and that's what you
(33:35):
have got to realize. And sometimes we think that, oh, well,
you know, because God couldn't get them, God is using me.
No sir, no ma'am, no turkey, no ham. That's not
how it goes. You have always been the plan. And
some people think that because of what happened in the garden,
God had to have a plan. B Well, if God
is omniscient and he is right and he knows all things,
(33:59):
he already knew what was going to happen. So that's
why there was already a plan for redemption from day one. Hallelujah.
And so from day one you at been God's plan.
Number two, we look at Esther's life, hallelujah. She carried
on her the weight of national intercession. She carried not
(34:23):
just the weight of national intercession, but the salvation of
her people. Can you imagine you just minding your business,
you get snatched up into assignment that you didn't even
know it was like this. You like, hey, I'm going
from poverty. I'm going into the palace. I got influence.
(34:43):
God is annoying me. This is fantastic. I get to
get these beautiful dresses, I get to you know what
I'm saying, have a little power. Now. I got people
waiting on me, handing for Look at God. I'm blessed right,
I'm living my blessed life. I'm doing all of these
things right, and I'm excited about it. But you gotta
(35:04):
understand that the palace that God has placed you in
was for the deliverance of the people right that were
coming behind you. Everything that God has done in your
life has been for you to bring deliverance to those
that are coming behind you. Even when you look at
her preparation, we'd be like, listen, I wish I could
give me some of them beauty treatments like she had.
(35:26):
She was going to get that head to toe you know, massage.
I could use massage right about now. Listen to me.
Listen to me. Those beauty treatments were the equivalent of preparation.
That was her season of preparation. She was prepared in silence, hallelujah.
She was under pressure, and it was under that pressure
(35:48):
when she realized the weight of her assignment, when she
realized the weight of her positioning, when she understood that
God didn't put her there for ease. He didn't put
her there just for her to have a good life.
I tell you, your beautiful house, your lovely car, your
nice money, your whatever you got, that is not just
for you, sins. God blessed you to be a blessing,
(36:08):
and it is your responsibility to find out why He
mantled you with that so that you could expand the kingdom,
so that you could be a blessing to others. Now,
I'm not telling you you gotta move your neighborhood into
your house, but I'm just saying you need to find
out why He put you where he puts you so
that you can use what He has given to you.
Everything he's given to you, you got to steward it
(36:30):
for his glory. So it's not yours. It's been given
to you on loan. God is loaned to you your influence,
loan to you your money, loan to you your house lord.
It's stewardship. You got to steward those things he has.
Remember we said, your mantle is your tools. Everything that
(36:52):
your house, your car, your money, your influence, all of
those are tools that have been given to you for
you to be able to your assignment to fulfill what
God has called you to do. God knew that you
had to live there in order to do what you
are doing. He knew that you had to be able
to work where you're working in order to meet who
(37:13):
you need to meet so that you will be able
to do what He's called you to do. And so
likewise with Esther, she had to be in the palace,
and it was under pressure. It wasn't in the mister
joy that she was able to say it, but it
was under pressure that she said, if a parish a perish,
it was under pressure of the mantle, understanding what God
(37:38):
had mantled her with, understanding that all those those massages,
those that was preparation, That was God getting me ready,
That was that was God right in the midst of
of a of a time that seemed like, oh, this
was a little rest period. Can I tell you, God
will give you rest before your battles, just so you
(38:04):
can catch your second win, just so that you can
be ready right for the warfare that is ahead of you,
your battles, right your You've been mantled and graced for
where He's called you. I don't care how hard it is.
You might say, this is too much for me. No, no, no,
He mantled you for this. He anointed you for this,
(38:25):
He called you for this. He has amen caught like
like you know, you go into the restaurant and you
put in an order, right, I would like to have
I want to salad and I don't want no onions.
You know, Can you give me some lettuce and tomato
and I will you know this little sprinkled cheese. You
know you put your order in how you want it.
That that's what God he have ordered. You said, your
(38:48):
steps the steps of a good man are ordered by
the Lord. Yes, ma'am, he have ordered you right into
the place where you are. It has been ordained before
the foundation of the world. Listen says that it is
written in his book. Where you are, your times, your
seasons have been written in God's book. I'm not talking
(39:09):
about the Lamb's book of life. I'm talking about, amen,
the book that God have in heaven that says that
you will do this, this, and this at this particular time.
When we read in the Book of Jeremiah Wright, the
first chapter talks about that God will bring us to
an expected end. It's not your expectations. His That means
he sent you here with an expectation to fulfill what
(39:31):
he put you here for, not for you to just say, well,
I have expectations. And we talked about the scripture that
the expectation of the poor shall not be forgotten forever. However,
let's talk about God's expectation. He has an expectation for
us and of us, that he has placed us in
this earth and has mantled and graced us to fulfill
(39:55):
what he has set us here to do. So now
we gotta start reading thinking all these resources that He's
placing in our hands, and all these connections that He
has given to us. Why did you give me these connections?
These are tools for me to fulfill my assignment. It
doesn't matter who's clapping for us, It doesn't matter who's
(40:16):
giving us thumbs down, it doesn't matter who's booing in
the booth section, doesn't matter about none of that, Lord,
All of this is about my assignment. And every time
I look at the scripture, I see that God has
patterns of preparation that no matter what I tried to
get away from, no matter what I try to you know,
what's the word make everything logical? In my own mind,
(40:39):
I can look back and see that every pressure, whether
it be emotional or spiritual, or relational, right or mental,
all of those pressures, I can see that these are
all preparation patterns that we see them in scripture, that
before the mantle comes into full manifestation, God walks us
through seasons of one obscurity. Don't nobody know you, don't
(41:03):
nobody want to know you, don't nobody want to sit
with you. You're the one sitting at the lunch table
by yourself. The Bible shows us Hallelujah. In one Samuel sixteen.
We see David in the field before he made it
to kingship. Right, we see him in his obscurity, by
(41:30):
himself in the backyard while everybody else is enjoying family time.
Why wasn't he at the table with everybody else? Because
sometimes your preparation is by yourself. Then there are seasons
of silence. Remember Elizabeth and Zacharias Luke chapter one, Right,
(41:53):
Zacharias he waited those years. They waited for years for
John's birth. But then there was a season. And will
God shut Zacharias's mouth? You can't talk about this. Just
be quiet until it comes. Just be quiet until I
broke this out. Just be quiet until I manifest this.
Just be quiet until I give you the proof. Just
(42:16):
be quiet until your promise manifest. Come on here, somebody.
Then there are seasons right before the mantle comes into
full manifestation. So we have seasons of obscurity, seasons of silence,
and seasons of isolation. Lord, Please, let's remember Moses in
(42:37):
the wilderness for forty years. We see that in Exodus three,
and in reality he had two stints of forty years
in the wilderness. So can you imagine him being in
the wilderness for eighty years, the first time when he
ran from Egypt and then the second time when he
went through with the children of Israel. Jesus. So when
(43:00):
we look at how God prepares her, there are patterns
in the scripture, and these patterns show us how God
shapes our characters so that we can hold the weight. Remember,
mantle at of wrath is glory, right, that Hebrew word
atarath is glory. How can you wear your mantle and
you have no glory. You got to be prepared for this, right,
(43:26):
you gotta be prepared. So these patterns shape our character
because God knows. Right. Listen, I was telling somebody about
who I was some years ago, Lord Jesus, Lord Jesus,
Lord Jesus, Thank God for deliverance. There was no way
that I could hold then what I can hold now
because there was seasons of isolation that I had to
(43:48):
go through, seasons of silence, seasons of obscurity, seasons of weeping,
testing and trial for God to try my heart. And
so this pressure. Write this down. My pressure is not punishment,
it's preparation. Yea man, My pressure is not punishment, it's preparation.
(44:12):
There have been times I felt like God kicked me
and it felt like, oh my God, what is this?
Why am I going through this? Now? I'm tired of
going through this? Can I see some peace? Can I
see some rest? Right? Not understanding? He's putting tools in
my man tool, he is sharpening me. He is putting
(44:34):
the weight of glory on my life. We want through glory,
but we got to go through to get it. And
I know we know it, but we forget it sometimes.
So you got to remind yourself this pressure is preparation,
It is not punishment. So you gotta be able to
(44:54):
navigate with grace. You gotta be able to navigate carrying
this weight. Do I do this? Luke eighteen to one says,
men are always pray and not faint. If you're gonna
navigate carrying this weight, you have to build an altar.
You have got to have your own all time. I'm
not talking about just the alter that you go to
when it's time to go to church on Sunday or Friday, Wednesday,
(45:16):
whatever day you go to church. I'm talking about you're
building your own alter, because prayer is what's gonna keep
your mantle pure. Prayer is what's gonna keep you connected
to God. Prayer, Amen, Going to God is what's gonna
keep you anchored, and it's gonna cause you to be
able to have the grace, to be able to walk
under the grace. That's necessary to fulfill your assignment. When
(45:39):
you're going through isolation, when you're going through obscurity, when
you're going through silence, when you're dealing with betrayal, when
you're dealing with lies, when you're dealing with misunderstanding, you
got to get in prayer. You got to seek God.
Halley Lujah. It's not gonna come from your favorite preacher.
We love our favorite preachers, God bless them. But you
(45:59):
got to have an alter for yourself. So that's one too.
You gotta stay rooted in your identity. Do you know
who you are? Colossians two and ten says to us
that we are complete in him. You gotta know who
you are so that when warfare comes, when criticism comes, Okay,
when you are dealing with pressure from all of these areas,
(46:23):
it doesn't just it's meant to crush you, crush your flesh,
but it doesn't crush your identity. You don't lose yourself,
you ever hear people say, you know, I was just
doing this students, and I just lost myself. How can we,
as people of God lose ourselves? How do you lose yourself?
You know how because you don't stay rooted in Christ.
(46:47):
As smart as we are, with all of our degrees
and all of our certifications and all of our connections, right,
we still cannot do this without God. We cannot do
this without God.
Speaker 1 (47:00):
God.
Speaker 2 (47:01):
It is impossible for us to do this without God.
It doesn't matter who we know, it doesn't matter how
many connections we might have, it doesn't matter how much
money we might have. We cannot do this without God.
So we must stay rooted in our identity in Christ,
understanding that we are complete in Him. Outside of Him,
(47:24):
I am incomplete outside of Him, I can do nothing,
So I must be rooted in that. Then our need
also to stay around Wise Counsel number three. Stay around
Wise counsel Ecclesiastic Chapter four nine and ten tells us
two are better than one. Come on, hallelujah. Mantles aren't
(47:49):
meant to be carried in isolation. You may go through
periods of isolation, but you are not meant to carry
this mantle in isolation. So all of these people who say,
if I'm tired of church, I ain't going back to church,
and you know, I'm just gonna watch church online. If
you had to watch church online, you know, then you'll
be like, Lord, I wish I could get the church.
(48:10):
And so now we have people who are saying, I
love God, but I just don't want to be in church.
How do you love God and don't love his bride Jesus.
How do you love Jesus but don't want to be
a part of his body. You cannot carry this. Your
mantle is not meant for you to carry it in isolation.
(48:32):
It's for those you've been called to. So anybody who
might come back and watch the replay and listen to
it or whatever you said, I'm tired of church, listen,
go be healed. We talked about a man having to
lead others while God was still healing you. Maybe you
need to sit down and be healed so that you
can fulfill your assignment. But you gotta pick up your
(48:52):
mantle again. And your mantle is not meant for you
to be carrying it in isolation. It is for the body.
It is four goals that God has called you too.
You need to be around wise counsel and the multitude
of counselors their safety. But when you get by yourself, sugar,
(49:12):
you in trouble. You in trouble because we already know
that this place comes with mental warfare, mental pressure. We
talked about that mental weight. How do you navigate that
with wise counsel? How do you come through that with victory?
With wise counsel? You may have to seek it out? Hallelujah.
(49:36):
And then there is stay in alignment. Staying in alignment
with your assignment right. Don't pick up false burdens. You know,
some people don't know how to say no to stuff.
You don't have to say yes to everything. You say
yes to what you are assigned to and know to
what you're not. I love you, but I can't help you.
(49:58):
Come on, you need to ask is dismantle for this season?
Or am I carrying somebody else's yoke. I raise a
pastors And one of the things I said to one
of the pastors as I was meeting with them and
I'm teaching them, when we were having a conversation, you know,
and I was explaining to them, I said, listen, sometimes
when you're dealing with people and people are going through
You cannot make heart decisions that I should say like this.
(50:21):
You cannot make decisions with your heart that you need
to make with your head that you need to think
and not feel right. You could be compassionate, but you
cannot make decisions based off of emotions. We know that
God is going to make a way for his people,
but you must desern whether or not you are that
(50:42):
way right and sometimes we always want to be the way,
But did God tell you to be the way? So
you gotta bring yourself into alignment, stay in alignment with
your assignment. Pressure will push you out of alignment of
your assignment. You'll be a somebody else's lane. You'll be
doing other people's stuff. You be trying to help everybody
(51:03):
this one, that one, and this one. And God didn't
tell you to do all of that, So you gotta
know what He's telling you to do. Don't pick up
false burdens. Well, you know I just got a burden
for them, But did God give you that burden? Or
all you being emotional? So you gotta ask yourself. Come on, amen,
Holley Lujah. So this is where we gotta go. We
(51:25):
gotta come to God, and we gotta ask God, Lord,
help me to embrace this pressure of my calling. Help
me to embrace it as preparation and not punishment. And
help me to look at myself. Help me to you know,
because we got to have periods of evaluation for ourselves.
You gotta evaluate yourself. It's good to have others help
you through the evaluation process, but you still gotta ask
(51:47):
yourself some questions. What kind of pressure have I been feeling?
Is it mental? Is it emotional? Is it spiritual? What
is it that I'm dealing with? You gotta desern it.
If you don't name what it is, you don't know
how to never through it. Right. And then you gotta
look at these seasons in your life. How has God
used these seasons of pressure to develop strength? You might say, well,
(52:11):
I can't take no more. God knows how much you
can take. Listen, scripture tells us says this is roumans.
He says that God will not tempt us above what
we are able. Somebody said that God won't tempt us
above what we are able, right, and then the scripture
says God will not tempt us above that that which
we are able, but he will with the temptation, make
(52:34):
a way of escape that you may be able to
bear it. Cannot tell you that sometimes the way of
escape is giving you grace to bear it. Sometimes the
way of escape through the temptation or the tests or
the trial that you are facing is not get me
out Jesus, it is help me endure through it. So
(52:59):
now you gotta start looking inward and asking God, what
are you developing in me? What am I fighting against
that You're trying to develop in me? Right? And then
who is my accountability partner, my my my wise counsel
that I can go to to say, listen, this is
(53:21):
what I feel like I'm carrying. Can you what do
you desern? What do you see? What do you hear? Right?
Ask yourself write this down to and you can ask
yourself these questions that you go into prayer. What preparation
season am I in right now? See? And if we
(53:41):
will take these times for introspection as we are in prayer,
what would happen for us is we would need somebody
to lay hands on us every Sunday because we're taking
time to hear from God for ourselves. You have the
Holy Spirit on the inside of you, which will lead
you and guide you into all truth if you let him,
(54:05):
if you let him. So, these are things that we
got to ask ourselves. What kinds of pressure am I feeling?
How is God using seasons of pressure in my life
to develop me? And what seeds developing? Right? And who
can I talk to about this? What so I can
ask them? Can you see what I'm carrying? Can you recognize?
Am I picking up false burdens? Is this the right thing? Can?
(54:27):
Should I put something down? Should I pick something up?
What do you see? And what preparation season am I in?
What are you preparing me for? What are you working
on me with? Father? I pray right now God for
every woman God that's here and under the sound of
my voice. Lord, you already know what things that we
(54:48):
have been enduring, What things we have been facing, what circumstances,
what kinds of pressure mentally, emotionally, spiritually, relationally, all of
these things the weight of the mantles that you placed
upon us. Help us that we would not run from
where you have ordered our steps to God in the
name of Jesus, Help us Father, that we would rest
(55:10):
in your promises and trust God that you or God
are ordering our steps even through the things that we
don't understand, the things that we may not like, the
things that are uncomfortable. And so God, we thank you
for the mantles that you're placed on us, whether it
be for business or ministry, or whatever it is, you
place these mantles on our life. Help us God, that
(55:31):
we are not gonna run from the weight. And we
ask you to forgive us for every time that we
ran from the weight that's on our life. We declare
over ourselves we will not run from this weight that
is on us. Hallelujah. But we would recognize the sign
of the weight that is on us as glory and
grace and as your preparation for what you're calling us
(55:54):
to do. In the name of Jesus. Strengthen our minds, God,
strengthen our resolved God, Strengthen on God, hallelujah, our faith.
Help us God to get in prayer, Help us to
get in the word. Help us God to walk with
wise counsel. Help us Father, that we would be fully
persuaded in our own minds about what you have said
(56:15):
to us, that we will not be moved by what
we see about what we feel. Help us God and
prepare us for what you've called us to do and
what you called us to carry. We bott in the
hand of the enemy everything that we're trying to speak
contrary to what you have said. And even though God,
anything that would come to try to snatch this word
out of our hearts. We thank you Father, that you,
(56:35):
Oh God, allowing this world to be embedded in us,
written upon the tables of our heart, so that we
would be able to follow you through our seasons of silence,
our seasons of obscurity, Holley Lujah, our seasons of isolation,
whatever season we might be in. We thank you that
you are preparing us to carry the weight of the
(56:56):
glory of God. We get to do this or your glory,
and we thank you that we get to do this
for your glory. We thank you that you have chosen us,
you have called us, you have anointed us, You have
appointed us for such a time as this. We thank you, Lord,
halle lujah, that you have placed your call upon us
in God. We thank you that we are not being
punished with being prepared. We thank you Lord that you
(57:17):
have chosen us for such a time as this, and
we will not shrink under the pressure. We are being
formed into purpose, Oh God, on purpose, God, hall lujah,
for your glory, that your name, Oh God, hallelujah, will
be glorified in us and through us. In the name
of Jesus, we declare over us that we will carry
these mantles with grace, with strength, Oh God, hallelujah, and
(57:40):
with power. In the name of Jesus. We declared that
what we carry will shift regions, it will shift nations,
it will shift territories, it will shift families, it will
shift ministries. In the name of Jesus God, we thank
you for it right now, and most of all, it
will shift our own lives Halley Lujiah and bird movements
(58:01):
for the glory of God. And we bless you for
it right now. We honor you and we exalt you,
and we declared that it is so, and we don't
accept anything less because your word declares that you're able
to do exceeding and abundantly above all that we ask
or think, according to the power that works in us.
And we declare that it is so, and so it
is in Jesus's name a man and a man hallelujah.
(58:25):
I wish somebody would put a praise and a little worship.
Halle lujah. Come on a man, on this word and
on what you have received on tonight. Halle lujah, halle lujah,
halleed lujah, praising God in advance that He's endowed you
with the grace to be able to endure no matter
what it looks like, no matter what it feels like,
(58:45):
no matter what's coming against you. You are grace for this,
halle Lujah. You have been created to be able to
carry the weight and the pressure of dismantle halle lujah.
Before the foundation of the world, God did this, Hallelujah,
that you would be able to glorify his name. Hallelujah
in the place that He's called you to in Jesus' name, hallelujah,
(59:09):
Amen and Amen, hallelujah. We're back in the hands amen
of our Presida on tonight. Amen. And I thank you,
hallelujah for the opportunity to be able to share with
you all on tonight in the name of the Lord. Amen.
