I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as…   Are we supposed to trust our gut feelings?  Plus…click bait.  Our gut feeling says its fake yet we still leap into its existence.  Fooled everytime!   I’m Arroe…  I am a daily writer.  A silent wolf.  I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate.  I call it The Daily Mess.  A chronological walk through an everyday world.  Yes, it’s my morning writing.  As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later.  When a subject arrives, I dig in.  It’s still keeping a journal!  By doing the research the picture becomes clearer.  This is the Daily Mess…

Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's just one of those things that I do. I
host seventeen different podcasts, so the question is where are they?
How can I find them on these digital platforms. Well
it's very easy now. Arro dot net a Roe dot net.
Thank you so much for all your support. I like
asking questions. The reason why is because the fund begins
when you start researching for answers such as are we

(00:20):
supposed to trust a gut feeling plus clickbait? Our gut
feeling says it's fake. Yet what do we do? We
leap into its existence fooled every time. My name is Erro.
I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf. That means I
stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen, study,
then activate. I happen to call it the daily Mess,

(00:42):
a chronological walk through an everyday world. Yeah, it's by
morning pages as a receiver of thoughts and ideas. We
as people tend to throw things to the side because
we think we're going to deal with it later on. Well,
when a subject arrives inside of me, it is time
to dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal, but
by doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is

(01:04):
the daily mess? Are we supposed to trust this thing
called a gut feeling. I mean, we all get them
right those moments when you are convinced that something good
or bad is about to play out, which decision do
we make to trust the gut feeling or do what
we can to divert the original plans and ideas. Trusting

(01:25):
your gut feeling is looked upon as being helpful. Our
intuition is based on experience. Most of us have been
in a situation before. Therefore, the brain is picking up
on subtle clues. The physical presence of a gut feeling
can sometimes be your subconscious recognizing a certain pattern. But but,
but but but. Gut feelings aren't always right yet they

(01:49):
have the power and the ability to influence your emotions
such as fear, anger, anxiety. Gut feelings don't always come
with the right amount of information. Yes, we continue to
move forward with that gut feeling. The best way to
approach a gut feeling is to always listen to it.
Then it's time to gather the facts, take a pause,

(02:13):
then use logic while building your path forward. Always listen
to a gut feeling. Hey, coming up next, clickbait. Now
there's a gut feeling at work. Is it real or
is it fake? Hey? Thanks for coming back to the
daily mess. Clickbait. It has become the tool of great use,

(02:35):
Yet in making it part of our day, we later
learn clickbait isn't actually news at all. It's fake, and
there's no way that you're going to get this time back.
Mental health experts say we shouldn't be afraid of clickbait,
but we should concentrate on being very, very cautious. Clickbait
stories are designed to get your attention. It stirs up

(02:57):
your emotions, your fears, anger, and shock. Your next step
is to automatically click in. The danger isn't the story,
but rather it's your way of thinking as well as behaving.
So how can we get into a more safer zone?
Always pause before reacting to clickbait material. Check your source

(03:20):
of information. Look and see if any big name reporters
are on it. If no major news outlets are reporting it,
then it's probably clickbait. Do not share it with anybody
else until you are one hundred percent sure that it's
a real story. Fear isn't the right response. Awareness is
the goal is to recognize the manipulation and do all

(03:43):
you can to not feed it. I'm erow and that's
the daily mess.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
