(05:24):
C. Washington, aka doctor willyour friendly neighborhood counselor. One of the
biggest things that I want to tellyou about is that I'm a health psychologist,
a leces of Professional Clinical counselor supervisor, an INDIAMA assistant therapist, a
Kennemy Assistant therapist, a psychedelic integrationperhaps specialist. I'm a researcher, a
(05:44):
mentor, a supervisor, and alsoan artist. One of the biggest things
about Washington's Institute is that I createdthis to modernize the way that we looked
into the world. And I hateto say it, but we're finally getting
rid of the old ways of thinking. I want to bring in the Silver
Age of psychology, and to dothat, I've even created a model called
(06:06):
restorative Enhancement modality that focuses on motiveand purpose to make healing and lifestyle.
I want to offer this to you. I'm on offer to the world and
to anyone that's ready to learn. So if you're ready, sign up today,
be kind to yourself and He'll alwaysall right. Welcome back, Isshagurty
(06:32):
gettus I mean Banks here on xNAM Virginy Gap podcast. Again, this
is what we talk about love, sex, relationship, culture differences and so
much more, right, bridging thegap between them, all them teaching the
world on sex, language, attitudeand spiritual uplifting. Hey, doc car
Mike, Right, So before thebreak, I said that, you know,
I was gonna, you know, kind of talk about a little bit
(06:53):
about the tensions what we just talkedabout on the season and stuff love and
the month made at the season andself love is using our words impeccably using
our words, and so one ofthe words that was intention and we kind
of broke the word intention down. You know a lot of times people say,
well, you know, I'm doingthings intentionally more you know, hopefully
(07:16):
in a more pure and positive way. Right, But sometimes when we don't
realize is that do we really knowwhat our intentions are, our attentions,
our intentions or our attentions are intentions? Look, I guess on tongue TI
Is it based off of an experienceor what we've learned from someone else?
(07:40):
Does that make sense? You know? So say, you know, I
want my pures, my intention isto do A, B, C,
and D. Now by me wantingto saying that, is that based off
of what is asking me? Whatis perceived that I should be doing?
(08:01):
Or is this something that I reallywant to do? Does that make sense?
Yeah? You know what I mean? And I know you like foraral
Naomi, are you about to break? But that is what we do over
there at the season and stuff.Well, we break things down so we
can better understand. Because if we'regonna heal, let's heal. Let's take
each one of these words. Let'stake each one of these expressions. Let's
take each one of these, youknow, affirmations that we speak and we
(08:24):
say, and let's break it downto where it relates to you who you
are in your life today. Doesthat make sense? You know? And
it was? It was It wasgreat sitting there talking to Vanessa and I'm
not gonna lie before she carried myenergy was crazy. I got up,
(08:45):
I cleaned up the house. Andwhat I do is when I have guests
come over, Yes, I cleansemy whole house. I sage, I
do a cleaning, you know.I do all of that stuff to make
sure that when they come in,they come in with a welcoming energy of
my mind. Does that make sense, you know? So when they come
in, it's like, okay, and know that it's a safe space to
(09:05):
come in. But also I knowthat people carry things with them, so
also it's a protection of myself aswell and my family. So when she's
when she come in, I waslike, okay, I gotta make sure
I saved myself because my energy wasn'tright. I went out for a drive.
I went out for a drive.I went to go get me a
hamburger. I shouldn't did that,but I did. I went up for
a driving back. I shouldn't havedid that. And then I came in
(09:28):
and I still kind of felt alittle funky, still felt funky. So
then I took my dog for along went to the pick up my mail
to get my mail to the time. I'm still waiting for my bibles.
Y'all send me the wrong thing, all right, But anyway, but you
know, I had to just kindof get my energy together. She arrived,
(09:48):
my energy was still off. Itwas still off, and I wasn't
sure on what it was. Soas we're sitting down there for a few
hours, for a few hours, you know, we've seen it talking and
my energy starts to you know, kind of like come down and come to
a better space, in a betterplace. I'm not understanding exactly what it
(10:11):
was that was happening with me,but we start talking about intentions. We
start talking about intentions, and Ibelieve I just wanted to make sure that
she knew even though we've known eachother for over shit fifteen years, maybe
since we've been since we've been inthe industry and out, but still in.
You meet a lot of people inyour life, and a lot of
(10:35):
times you only meet people for seasons, and sometimes that season is over,
whether it breaks up in a toxicway or a positive way. But through
that time we come in front ofdifferent people in those different relationship kind of
deter us from having a relationship withsomeone else. Does that make sense,
So it kind of makes us kindof, you know, be kind of
(10:58):
a little standoffish when it comes andnot open to receiving good from others.
Does that make sense? Yeah? You know, so in that process when
we were sitting there talking, Ijust wanted her to know that I am
always here. And actually, letme say this, this goes for any
of my good girlfriends and brother ifyou are even a phone now, even
(11:24):
if you are a phone now, that I am always here. Because whatever
time that we are in that phonemoment right now, trust and believe.
I know that either you were goingthrough something at that moment at that time
that you didn't understand, or Iwas going through something at that moment of
time that I did not understand. And by me going through this healing process
and this stuff love process, Ican take accountability for my shit. Yeah,
(11:50):
you understand what I'm saying. Andin that case, I take my
shit. That means that my dooris open to some, not all,
but to some is open, youknow. So I know y'all watch I
know some of y'all watch it,so it's open to some. Yeah yeah
yeah, but knowing that that's that'smy purest attention to come in in.
(12:11):
Yeah. So that's what the spillthat I want to say. So I
know you was getting ready to saysomething in the right and beginning before I
started talking about attentions or do youwant to take it back? No?
Yeah, all right, all right, I see that. My uh they
say they look they here, they'rehere, they're here to hear they're here.
All right, So our guest hasa riot here now this beautiful lady.
(12:35):
So let me give a little shorttake on this beautiful la. I
met this beautiful lady years and yearsago in another form and another life,
in another space. Now, mindyou, we've seen each other around.
We've seen each other around, butI think it was more of a high
end by so we never really satdown and had a conversation. Never I
(12:58):
was like, well that's we'll saythat, Oh that's cute. That's cute,
and then keep it moving and keepit passing. But I've always watched
her well. Once she came backon social media and I watched it,
I watched the way that she cheered. I was like, oh my god,
she seemed to be such a beautifulperson. And then I got to
sit down and talk with her andI said, yes, this woman is
(13:20):
beautiful. Oh but we're gonna introduceher like this. She is now a
help fitness instructor as well as theowner of Phoenix tried. I want to
make sure in the Joy that Phoenixtried fitness as well as the nutritionist.
She has competed nationally all over theworld for fitness. I mean, amazing
(13:43):
young woman. I know her asMarcy Scott. Y'all might know her as
something else, but I want tobring to the stage right now, miss
Mercy Scott, that beautiful Hi,honey, how are you. I'm so
sorry, I'm Late's no problem.Look, you can't control traffic. Cannot
I cannot. And I was tryingto make it out here going eighty five
(14:07):
ninety miles and I was like,am I gonna make it? No?
Like I said, be safe.As long as you made it safe,
that's that's all I that's all Icare about. Yeah, for sure,
we are here. My daughter ishere, My eldest daughter is here.
So if you hear little kids inthe background, the Airbnb that we're staying
in is a loft, so Ifeel like they're really loud. I got
(14:28):
my dog with me. Well, thank you for even taking the time with
me on here, because I knowyou and I we talked and we talked
about coming over to this platform, and I was like, are you really
are you comfortable with this? Becauseyou know, as we as we retire
and we try to, you know, transition over to somewhere else, you
(14:52):
know, we kind of our faceis mimable. That's a funny thing.
The funny thing is, I thinkI talked about it a little bit on
the last show where I gave outthe ways to reach me. Yeah,
and let me tell you, ittook me years after getting out of the
(15:16):
business. Right. I loved mytime in the business. I really did.
There's the good moments and the badmoments, obviously, right, you
know this, But because hindsight's twentytwenty, the good moments outweigh the bad.
But here's the thing. I've beenhiding, not hiding, but I've
been trying to distance myself from mypast for so dang on long. Yeah,
(15:37):
but I know people are still interestedin seeing that part of me.
First of all, I'm married,so ain't nobody gonna see no current boy
girl nonsense. Ever, however, people are still interested in just that entity
that was kitten, you know whatI mean. So I started my only
(15:58):
fans face were like, are yousure you want to do that? I
know, but I'm gonna do it, but can I tell you I'm doing
it a different way. I hadhelp from Cinnemon Love because we still talk
(16:18):
on a daily like we talk atleast two three times out of the week,
and she's pretty dominant on that platform, and so I asked her and
IM was like, you know, should I do this or should I get
some help? Babn. Let metell you right now, I'm on there,
but I have a manager who helpedme out, so I don't have
to constantly like at nine o'clock anight, let me tell you right now,
I'm in bed. I'm in bed, but people on the east,
(16:41):
on the West coast, they're stillout. My manager handles a lot of
that stuff and say out. Sofor me, I found that it was
it's advantageous for me to be ableto pay somebody to help me do this,
as well as still being able tohave conversations with people that are still
interested in that side of me,because that's been what I got out the
business in two thousand and nine. You are still interested in that, which
(17:03):
is crazy to me, Like, dude, that stuff has been long gone,
but people are so interested in that, and so it's like, well,
why not make money off of it. Yeah, you know, I
upload some of my old stuff, which is great. So it's like I'm
making residuals because you know, wedidn't get no dang on residuals, honey.
So I'm making residuals on that, right, And it's still giving the
(17:27):
people they want to see, andthen of course still keeping my fitness because
ultimately that is my first and foremostpassion. Right that was then, this
is now. But for those thatare still back then, okay, I
got something for you. For thosethat are really interested in in proving your
health and your your fitness, thisis where I'm at today. You know,
(17:48):
So both of the best worlds.I think, well, that's beautiful.
I'm glad. I'm in the sentiment. She does. She knows it
all. She does, he knowsit all. She is a walking book.
And she's doing so well with herstuff, you know what I mean.
Like she's she does, buy buyout, she did Miami just recently,
(18:08):
she was on a board for somethinglike she does so much. Like
I have nothing but the utmost respectfor that woman, and I'm so happy
that we're friends. Yeah, she'sa beautiful representation of us. She really
is I'm so proud and amazing.Yeah, yeah, we'll talk about her
(18:29):
later because she's just amazing, juston that one. Yes, let's talk
about the industry, and let's talkabout both. I want to ask you
questions on both both of the industries. What had been the most revealing thing
about yourself that you learned from beingfirst in the adult industry? You know,
again, while I was in it. I think that's a two part
(18:51):
answer. While I was in it, I think for me really enjoying sex,
right, and just being able tobe free to enjoy sex, and
being able to be free to notreally give up can I curse, not
really give you too flying fucks aboutwhat anybody else thinks about me? Right,
I got to the point where Iwas like, I don't care what
you think about me, because nomatter what, people, for whatever reason,
(19:15):
people are gonna judge no matter what. And that's the one thing that
I choose not to do. Youknow, I don't judge anybody because I
know how it feels to be judged. Right, to have friends saying well,
you know, my mama don't likeyou because da da da da da.
I mean I didn't know until youtold me, But thanks right,
and then looking back on it now, Na Helmie, I had some great
(19:37):
sets back then, because when you'rein it, you don't kind of know
it. Like I knew it wasgood, but I just uploaded a scene
with Luciano and I was like,I was taking that shit like a him.
Damn. I was turned my ownself on, NAILI come on,
(20:06):
grandpar Babby par par, I wasturning myself on. So when I look
back on it from where I'm atright now and being older and out of
the business, like I can seethe allure of what clients or not clients,
what fans saw right, because Isee it like I was just being
(20:29):
myself. I was having fun.I was enjoying it, which is one
of the reasons, one of tworeasons why I got out, because towards
the end, I stopped having fun. If it's not fun for me,
like why am I still doing this? And I knew second reason did not
want to do porn at the ageof fifty. Nothing wrong with anybody who's
doing it, but I knew thatI wanted something a little bit different for
(20:52):
my life moving forward, you know, to provide for myself and my children,
you know, So those are toomany reasons why I got out not
having fun anymore, and I didn'twant to be I didn't want to do
more. I didn't want that tobe the last thing that I did and
to have to solely rely on that. Because, as we know, the
older that we get, especially forus women and right the older that we
(21:12):
get, our money starts to dwindle, and our choices for whom we're working
with starts to dwindle too. Andyou know, I did my fair share
of you know, whatever raunchy titleyou can think of, and I've done
my fair share of higher echelon youknow, mixed vivid type films too,
And I knew I wanted to endit on a really good note so people
(21:33):
still had a good kind of amemory or idea of me, you know,
right now, for what's been themost revealing of you of your fitness
training, through your nutritionists, throughall that, what's been the most rebuilding
that you've learned through this journey?Do this? I don't ever know at
(21:55):
all. I don't know at all. Like I'm constantly still learning that there's
so many people out there that Ithink should know certain things, but that
they don't simple things right I geta lot of people saying to me,
I eat one I just did apost on this the other day, I
(22:15):
think it was yesterday. I onlyeat one meal to day. I should
lose weight. No, no,you shouldn't, because you're in starvation mode.
So I realize, especially within mybrown and black community, like our
generation, we weren't really taught howto eat properly, do you know what
I mean? We just and Iunderstand that. And so that's the one
(22:37):
thing that I've realized is that Ireally always want to help my black and
brown people, men, women, you know, and not just specifically black
and brown. But I have alove for that obviously because it's who I
am, right, and that Iwant to be able to provide all the
information that I can as much asI can for free, right. And
I don't have a problem doing itfor free because I know that my program
(22:59):
can work those if they're following itto ninety close. Right. So I
think that's what I've learned is thatone I'll never not know enough. I'm
always constantly looking for education and knowledge. And two I realized that a lot
of people really just don't understand justthe simple basics m all right. So
(23:22):
here's another question. You know,I get deep. I get deep from
here. So throughout your life's journey, which chapter can you say needed the
most healing. Porn? Yeah,I mean, let's be honest, right,
like porn and before I got intopoor I don't know many people know
(23:44):
this. Like I used to bea dancer. I was, so I
kind of went backwards how I startedoff, Like I started off escorting first
boom, I started off, andI'm using the nice word for it.
I started escorting. Then I gota dance. That's a nice word.
And then I got into dancing, and then I got into porn. So
(24:07):
I kind of went backwards, ifthat makes sense. I created my own
path and anything and everything that Idid, I did it because I choose
to. Right. I never didit because I didn't have a daddy at
home, which I didn't, butthat don't matter with the hello I I
didn't do it because I had enoughlove for my grandmother or my mom,
like it was a matriarch family,Like that was my foundation no matter what.
(24:30):
Grounded even through the moments where Iwas like I'm this, I'm that,
No bage, You're not. LikeI had a grounding forest and my
grandmother after she passed, her spiritalways pulled me back. She pulled me
back my shirt. Tell Maris, this is not what you're supposed to be
doing, you know. So forme, I think the healing really needed
(24:52):
to happen or has or in theprocess of still happening, because due to
porn, you know. And Ithink with me doing my only fans page,
that's me kind of not even kindof, it's me taking back my
power. M I feel powerful.I don't get as offended like so people
(25:12):
would like I turn all my commentsoff on Instagram because I would get a
lot of negative comments and I justdon't want to hear it, deal with
it, don't want to deal withthat energy. And a lot of times
people would just DM me and youknow, whatever they wanted to say,
and I would get this gut wrenchingfeeling in my stomach, you know,
and it would literally send jokes throughmy entire body, and I would have
(25:33):
this immediate knee jerk reaction like fuckyou, how dare you da da da
da? Well, I just gotone of those today, now, mind
you. I've been doing my ofsince March and I got one of those
today that simply said, you know, you can't escape your past. You
suck big and you're something, youdirty, rotten hole. And I just
(25:55):
simply laughed, and I was like, no shit, your life. Of
course I sucked dig. Who doesn'tsuck dig? And like I took it
with stride. Yeah, why Itook it with stride because you're right,
no matter where I go, mypast is still going to phone me,
no matter where I go. ThereI am. I know exactly what I
did. My husband knows what Idid. My eldest daughter knows what I
(26:17):
did. She was there, doyou know what I mean? Like she
paying for her ship. I gottago to work, you know. So
it's not like I don't. Idon't take such offense to people when they
have such negative comments because it's like, yeah, I know, and you're
not telling me anything different than Ialready know. Honey. Yeah, yeah,
you know. I hear you becauseI get that all the time.
(26:37):
I get that all the time withthat and I say, well, you
know what, that's right. Idid it, and I did it very
well. I got That's it's sad. I'm like, you understand what I
said, And it's like and Iat that moment I enjoyed doing but I
understood why I did it at thattime. So are you trying to shame
me? Well, are you shamed? You understand? Are you shamed because
(26:59):
you watch me? Because you watchedme triggering something ease? You am I
triggering something in you? They gotyour little things jumping up and down,
or you're getting a parent. Youunderstand what I'm saying. When you think
that you ain't supposed to be doingthat, you understand. And so it's
always try to remind you of whowho, of what you did. Because
the thing is, is that partof me is that part of you?
(27:21):
Yes it is, Yes it is. But that's what makes our story even
more dynamic, is that we canbe transitional into something totally different than new,
and it embrace who we was orwho we are. The thing is
is that we transform. Everybody transformed. We just changed. We just changed
(27:41):
the page of another chapter. Sowe're now in this chapter while still honoring
the other chapters that we've been throughand not stand in a judgment. So
let me say this, I applaudyou for doing that. And that's why
I love when I get my goodfolks over here and they able to embrace
who they are or what they've beenthrough in life, because trust and believe
(28:03):
there are a lot of people outthere that I'm done worse and been through
worse, and then they can hearstories like this or hear other stories that
other guests have been on here andsay, man, hold on, I've
been through something like that. Ican get through. If they get through
it, I can get through it. Yeah. You know, someone always
trying to throw some stones at somebodyin their house is just as glass as
(28:26):
yours, because how do you knowwho I am? Yeah? Agreed,
agreed, agreed, And like Isaid, it's taking me a minute.
It's taken me a minute to reallykind of just where I am right now.
Yeah, it's taking me a minuteto be okay with it. You
know, not to say that Iwas ashamed of it, but maybe deep
(28:48):
down inside I was. And it'slike, why why are you ashamed?
You know? Like the people aroundyou, around me, they embrace me
and love me for me, youknow, like I know my neighbor I
moved to Georgia. I told myneighbors about it. They were like,
and we see you as Marcy great, you know, because that's all they
(29:11):
know, they only know that ofme, which is you know who I
am. I'm the wife, I'mthe mother, I'm the dog mom,
I'm the cat mom. You knowwhat I mean? You know, like,
yes, I have a foul mouth, but so does she and she's
like she's normal, not normal, but she hasn't been born like I like.
I find people that are of mytribe of like minded thinking thinkings are
(29:37):
here. No, that's okay, that's okay, that is okay. So
let me ask you this. Ihad the beautiful ma Ree love on and
I had Jada on and you knowhow we all retired. Yes, yes,
we've all retired. And I know, like in the in the first
beginning of those stages, to say, the honeymoon stage of retiring from and
going into Ripley regular life. Nowyou're going back into the regular life for
(30:02):
you, how was that for you? Walk us through? When when ms
Kit said okay, I'm done andI'm through, what was that for you?
Because I'm now, but how wasthat for you? Then? The
last thing that I did, Iremember it very vividly. I had started
to I was dating a die atthe time, and I knew that I
(30:25):
was tired of being born, likeI wasn't having any more fun. And
I remember the last I started workingout. He started training me. I
started working out, I started takinggroup classes, so I knew I was
going through something. And so Iremember very specifically the last thing that I
did, which everyone says they lovewas me and dancing in the club.
I forgot what company was with blacktop, jan shorts or jing skirt dancing in
(30:47):
the club, and I just rememberlooking at myself on camera and I was
like, wow, look at thatmuscle, look at my thigh. Why
can see my quad? And Iwasn't there in the scene. I was
not there mentally, emotionally, physically, I wasn't there right, and I
(31:08):
knew. I was like, thatwas my last thing. That was it.
I was done. And when Itold the guy that I was dating
at the time, and I waslike, I don't want to do foreign
anymore, he was like, whatdo you want to do? And I
was like, I don't know,I don't know, I have no idea.
I went to try to go backto dancing. Nope, not doing
that. And I was like,I'm too old for this shit. I
ain't got no time to be tryingto dance for nobody for dollars. I
(31:30):
can't do it. Been there, done that, That's part of my past.
So I was really kind of stuck, and like maybe three to four
weeks, I kind of just wassitting and the one thing that I did
find comforting was going to the gymalworking out being trained, you know,
and he's like, why don't youbecome a trainer, Why don't I become
(31:52):
a trainer? Like I love it, Like I'm seeing improvements in myself.
I get people asking me all thetime for tips and things of that sort.
And he paid for my certification, things of that sort, and I
aced it and got my NASM certification. But that in itself I felt I
felt relieved but lost at the sametime, because is this going to work
(32:15):
for me? Right? Like Iknow I did well on film. I
know that right because I had alreadydone it, But is this new path
going to work for me? Itwas very I was very hesitant, but
knew that I needed it to workfor me because I did not want to
go back to port Yeah, thatwas a last resort and that's I'm sorry.
(32:36):
That was a no resort. Idid not want to go back.
What's the hot, so just hesitant, apprehensive. But when I passed my
certificate and I got my my mySERT, I was ecstatic over the moon
right, And my first job waswith Ballets when Ballets was still around.
(32:58):
I got hired at Ballets, andI also hired at twenty four our Fitness,
and then I got fired from Ballet'sbecause I don't remember my ex husband,
Mark Davis. He and I usedto live together as roommates after we
had already gotten divorced, and hewas stating this one girl who came a
little psycho, and so he askedme to step in. She was upset,
(33:22):
reached out to my manager at Bali's, showed them all the stuff that
I had done exactly do you seeher on going? And they ended up
firing me. I called, what'sthat woman? All right? The lawyer
all right said her name. Iwas like, this is unfair and she
(33:44):
was like, but this is ano fault stage. You really don't have
a case. And I was like, but my manager at twenty four our
Fitness, where I was doing spin, she was like, we all got
to pass. She was like,I ain't tricking off of that. Keep
going and that that moment right there. Knew that I was making the right
choice. Yeah, yeah, youweren't supposed to be at Badley's anyway.
(34:07):
I wasnt supposed to be at becausethey're not even around he see anyway.

And I'm not being funny like aphoenix rise and like now I am able

that's why the name of my companyis Phoenix R. It was always like

(39:04):
ready to call it in? Helloas Naomi, This is Reginald. You
know I've of course I had tocall in because I'm a huge fan of
you both, and and it's myfirst time calling in and talk to the
wonderful and multi talented Marcy Scott.I remembered you from your previous work.
(39:25):
I've been a fan. I waseven a member of your website back in
the day. So I'm like aday one fan and you may know me
as boucher or on Instagram because I'malways commenting on your Instagram. Remember the
last thing you mentioned about was walking. I said, yeah, I had
a really good walk too, andyou kind of liked it on your Instagram
(39:46):
thing. Yeah, yeah, Yeah, You're welcome and you're always stunning.
And I was wondering, basically, how long did it take you to train
for, like, let's say,the competitions, because I know that it's
to be very involved in very strictand what you can do and how to
(40:06):
get your mental as well as physical, you know, to get right for
that type of competition. So thefirst one that I did was twenty twelve,
and so I wanted to do itbefore my thirty fifth birthday. I
think it was yes, can hearyou? Can you hear us? Okay?
(40:30):
And it took me four months. It took me four months to get
on point. And I'm sorry,I'll just lie to you from It took
me five months from because I decidedI wanted to do it in January,
so January started and then the showwas I think May sometime. That was
the first time that I did it. I did it with my ex boyfriend.
He trained me and I did myown nutrition. It's really yeah,
(40:53):
And like like I said, I'vealways liked your your business deals and what
you with your sound device about likehealthy living and eating because I think that's
a really good balance. Even withyour trying to change your lifestyle. You
definitely want to eat right as wellas exercise, and I think and I
(41:15):
have a positive mindset and I tryto have that as much as I can.
And uh, that's why I appreciatedefinitely what you're doing now. And
I may have to check out yourown I'm a fan of that, fan
of your puse work too. Imean to pick that out as well.
But but yeah, it was justreally awesome to get to talk to you
(41:35):
and and and seeing you doing welland everything and and yeah, this is
this is pretty cool. So keepup, keep up the extraordinary work.
Okay, thank you so much.I appreciate it a lot. Thank you,
Thank you, you have a goodnight. Thank you, by I'm
going to actually do another show me. I'm going to do another body show.
(42:00):
I just talked to a competition coach. I'm going to do another one.
I need something to train for,Like I love that muscular physique.
And of course I train and I'vegot my clients and all that, but
sometimes you just need that little extraand so I've decided I'm going to start
in July. I'm going to startin July. I I'm so excited.
(42:23):
Okay, so let me ask youthis. I'm having difficulties, and where
my difficulties is coming in is becauseI am holding on weight water weight like
it. I'll go, I'll havea good two or three weeks where everything
is just whoom, and then allof a sudden they go, you know,
(42:45):
between there and so remember I toldyou I was doing the intermediate fascining,
so I stopped that. I stoppedthat, and so I'm kind of
more. I said, well, let me do build more muscle. So
it's like, now I'm want tobuild more MusD so then just you know,
just losing weight and slimming weight.I remember you're telling me about the
(43:07):
Credit Team, which I had startedtaking that and doing with that and working
with that to build the muscles. My problem with that is that I had
did some research and they had metake in the beginning, and I guess
because I probably listened to it wrongmore of bodybuilding, because my idea was
like, I want to have alittle bit more you know, muscle tones,
(43:28):
and especially me getting older and reallygoing through pre menopause, that that's
what I need to kind of figureout for you for me to try to
help with that waterway, What wouldbe your advice for me with that?
So if it's if you're noticing itonly happens around a certain amount of time,
it could be to the hormones.I don't know, if you've had
(43:49):
your talk to your doctor about yourhomones and have them checked out. That's
the first thing that I would say, because I'm not a doctor, right,
I would have that first. Andthen secondly, the most the the
food that I like to eat thatis a natural diuretic is asparagus. It
smells disgusting, it chases it,it changes your chemistry and your vagina all
(44:15):
of that. So if you're eatingit, just tell your man, look
if I taste a little weird,because I have asparagus. I'm just telling
you the truth, and it's nothorrible, but you could definitely tell it's
a little bit of more of anaesthetic kind of taste, only because I
taste myself all the time, LikeI need to know what I taste like,
so I know and understand what myman. I am not not at
(44:44):
you, I'm not like I don'teveryone him saying what's that taste? I've
been eating asparagus. So asparagus isdefinitely a water it's a diuretic. So
that's one thing that you can do. If you notice you've got a lot
of water retention. How much waterare you drinking? Do you know?
(45:07):
Don't drink about three bottles a day? Three of the os Is that sixty
six? All right? Yeah?Okay, okay, I mean I would
definitely say keep doing that, maybeincrease that. And then again, if
you're finding it that it happens ata specific time of the month, it
(45:29):
could just be because you are goingthrough the changes. It could be because
of that, you know what Imean, And then I would say during
that time, definitely maybe eat moreasparagus. I do twelve twelve stocks or
twelve seers for lunch. You know, you can always do it twice.
I don't think it's necessary. Ithink twelve is enough because if you drink
enough water, it's definitely going toget it out. The water retention will
(45:51):
be taken out of your system.Creatine. If you drink enough water,
it's not going to hold on totoo much water on your body at all.
Right, So when I take creatine, I take it twice a day.
I take it right before working out. I usually take that with like
anywhere between sixteen to eighteen ounces ofwater, and then I put it in
(46:13):
my shape with like green stuff andyou know, protein all that, and
I take it right after working out. And I haven't really found that it
gives me water retention. But Idrink I drink day near one hundred and
twenty ounces per day. Have youever seen me with that white bottle maybe
in my photos that you've seen,or that's like night, that's eighty four
(46:34):
ounces. Then I drink one anda half of those a day. Wow,
I'd be a lot, mean alot, And it will make you
pee for sure. But that's oneway to kind of get rid of that
water retention too. It's just youflush out your system by drinking an excessive
amount of water. Right, allright, all right, so let me
I'm gonna go back to this. You have said something, Let me take
(46:55):
something. I'm gonna tell you whathappened to me. And I don't know
how the rest of my listeners andyou're here when you said, but I
tasted my stuff when I takeing hairgo, We're gonna have to do this
afternoon. She wanted to get realwith it. I love it. Let
(47:22):
me take something cause I was like, I was like, no, do
I do I say her name myself? Okay, let me let me just
be you know. I was likefor real. I was like, let
me be on you know, likereal real soft water. You know you
can't right on hand. And Iwas like, whoa you? Oh my
(47:45):
gosh, Like literally, I waslike, I'm gonna you know, I
prayed about I prayed before every show, but I really I praidiced and make
sure that she feels comfortable. Girl. You came here kicking the door open
like well, I said, okay, it's a tigers a Cooper now like
the kiss get down right now?Okay? Do we have any more college?
(48:17):
We do? Oh? Okay?I think we do? Good?
Hello, Hello, can you hearme? Yes, we can? Who's
calling? I got if j Jwith the doll found much night going on?
JJ? You got a question fromYes, I do one. It
(48:43):
is a small world because I usedto go the twenty four business that work
from, so I used to seeyou all call the one on Parson or
the one in Hollywood of your workobviously, but then also I love your
finish journey. If i'm that,I actually want to try to be a
little or try to be a finertrain and that's that's the goal actually,
(49:09):
But one was which one was harder, like your first year in the industry
or your first year really be comingto train? All right, do me
a favorite? Did you hear him? What was harder being the first year
in the industry or the first yearand fitness? Is that what you asked?
(49:31):
Yeah, yeah, that was thequestion. Yeah, yeah, that
was the question. Okay, Sowhat was which was harder the first year
in the porn for the first yearin fitness. I think they were equally
(49:52):
hard but in different ways. Right, So let me give you an example.
So the first year of porn, you're like having sexual people you don't
know. Right, here's the thing, The first scene that I ever did
the first girl girls sing was withVanessa Bloom, but we were already friends
because we used to dance together inOrange County, so we were already friends.
(50:13):
And then my first male boy girlscene was with Mark Davis, who
then became my husband after But evenstill it's still trying to find your footing
and how to be on camera, not knowing where the camera's at, how
to cheat, how to you know, focus to the camera so that you
know the people can want. Butwith fitness, it was harder in the
(50:38):
sense that I had to walk upto people who were on. I had
to do cold not cold calling. It's prospecting. It is what it's called.
We had to walk to people whowere on like the machines, Hey,
how's your day going. I'm nota small type person at all,
Like if I don't know you,and I don't want to. If I
don't know you, I'm not gonnahave small talk with you. The limit
(50:59):
of my wall talk is Hey,what's your name? How are you doing?
That's it. That's all I gotlike other besides that, I'm not
going to ask anything else. Andso that for me was a challenge because
you had to do that in orderto try to get clients off the floor
so that they would want to workwith you. And so I think that
that was honestly, that this washarder because it's sucking a dick, like
(51:19):
I like fucking dick, but goingup to somebody random and cold, hey,
and when they're wearing bitch space right, And I don't just mean men
and women. Like men and women, they know what you're there for.
When you walk up with the trainershirt on, they know that you're there
to ask for money, to askfor you know, sessions, so you
(51:39):
know they're like giving short answers andif you're giving me a short answer,
well I'm going to give you ashort answer to I go off your energy.
So I think that that was actuallykind of harder. That was really
hard for me. You know, somebody walking them and saying, hey,
you need to suck this dick andthen turn over do badg you know,
Okay, kind of easier. Well, I guess that's the answer. I've
(52:02):
never had that question asked. Sothat thank you for that, and let
me know that training was hard. That's a damn shame. So let me
ask you this, was it evera time when you went and you did
the cold calling and you went upand they was like, hey, I
(52:25):
know you. And Hollywood. WhenI worked at the twenty four Fitness in
Hollywood, a lot of people wouldwalk up to and We're like, why
do you look familier? And myanswer would be depends on what kind of
movies you watch? And that wouldbe my answer. And they'd be like,
oh, yeah, can I getyour note? You sure can't.
(52:46):
You sure can't know you're for trainingor not? Like that is not what
I'm here for. That was thenthis is now you wanted training, and
you know, I give it alot. I can always tell when people
would recognize me because they would dolike a double take or they would stare
at me really hard. And thenI'd be like, Okay, okay,
(53:07):
you recognize me. That's great. Are you gonna stare at me? Or
are you gonna talk to me?Like? I don't, I don't know
what you're gonna do? Right? All right, ja Ja? You have
one? Do you have any morequestions? One more question? Maybe?
Do you have any more questions?Oh? No? I uh? And
then also who is your favorite blackYou're asking a load of questions, honey,
(53:38):
I get this a lot. AndI really honestly my black female because
a lot of names I don't rememberanymore black female. Uh crap, Okay,
black mail is easy, black mailwith let Steel, Mark Anthony.
(54:00):
I love Johnny Depp because I broughthim into the business and he was super
sweet and kind and what I mean, Julian's Saint Johnson was always fun.
That I say Byron Long, hewas fun. He was he was so
chill, right, like so dangon chill, like I loved his energy.
Yeah, that's off the top ofmy head. The black black male
(54:24):
actors, female actors. I'm alwaysgonna go to my girls sitting. I
mean we were like, we're likebff, so like, I can't Obsession.
Obsession was nice to work with.Did I work with Data. I
don't know if I worked with Dataor not. I think we were just
on the same set. But Ilove Data, so I can't. I
(54:45):
can't not include her. There's afew other people that I just can't think
of their names just because I haven'tI've been so far removed from it.
But those are off the top ofmy head. Those are the ones that
I can think of. You knowwhat, I'll do. When I start
looking for more upload, I'll startlooking for female female scenes and seeing who
they are so I can remember theirnames. I don't know, maybe they
(55:14):
didn't have a lasting impression like theother ones. Jasmine saying Jasmine, Uh,
Jasmine. She was good. Iliked her too. She was really
good. She was nice. Okay, all right, well JJ, thank
you Betty. You have a goodone. Thank you. J Welcome.
(55:36):
All right, my beautiful people. We are having so much fun here,
have fun. And I love thenew cut. I love the new cut.
I love the new cut. Ilove the new cut. Again.
You gotta listening to and watching podcast. I am Nami back here. I
am here with the beautiful miss MartyScott and she's been sharing her story with
(55:59):
us on trans brought me from theadult industry into her healthy lifestyle as a
nutritionist and lifestyle coach and fitness coachas well, and she's been doing amazing
work. She also shared with usthat she do have only fans. You
want to put that out there rightnow, so you know, folks can
know where they can find you atyou can find me only fans, fit
(56:21):
Marcy. I had to keep it, have to keep it. Had to
keep it a little in cot Negro, my manager. She asked me,
she goes, you want to goto a kid and I was like,
absolutely not, that is not whatI want to do. We're not going
backwards that far, honey. I'mtaking I'm putting. I'm taking like a
(56:44):
lunch step, so one foot's behindme, but the other leg is always
in front, moving forward. I'mdoing walking lunges with this. We're not
going backwards lunges. We're doing forwardlungees. So I was like, I'm
not comfortable with doing kitten. Soit's it's literally just it's fit Marcie.
Okay, So let me ask youthis. I want to go to kittens
(57:04):
for a fast. I want togo to kitten is What was the essence
of kitten? Oh, the essenceonce I found who I was. So
the name was given to me bythe father of my eldest. We were
high school sweethearts. He used tocall me his kitten all the time.
(57:27):
He was pissed off when I tookthat name. The born upset, but
I was like, dude, youcall me kittens. I'm going with kitten.
The essence of kitten was playful, happy, cheerful, a sex kitten
right at the same token, nottaking no shit, but I think that's
a part of who I am anyway. Right, So, kitten as a
(57:51):
Gemini, which is what I amas kitten, was just a persona of
me as a person, and Igot a chance to I got a chance
to be as free as I wantedto with the kitten ensemble, you know,
so again, just being just freesexually, not having any holds bar
(58:15):
not caring what anybody thought, youknow, enjoying sucking dick, enjoy inquisy,
enjoying that I am living, wasliving my best life at that moment
and being very present in it.You know. Like I said, there
were bad moments too, but ultimatelyit's just having fun, having fun and
(58:38):
just enjoying myself, enjoying my sexuality, enjoying understanding my sexuality. Yeah,
okay, My next one is what'sthe essence of Marcie. The essence of
Marcie is understanding who I am asa woman, as a mother, as
(58:59):
a grandmother, as a wife,as a caretaker, as a woman that
is still very sexual without it beingpersonified as kitten that still doesn't take no
shit but loves to laugh. Lovesto have fun. I'm a kid.
I'm like the biggest bird you'll evermeet. Like, I love fun,
(59:22):
I love dressing up, I lovejust being whole, you know. And
I think with me understanding at thatage or what I did and doing porn
translates into my life now because myhusband benefits on that shit all the time,
(59:43):
and those before him, like beforeI met my husband, they were
benefiting from that shit too, withoutit ever just being just oh my god,
I'm performing. No, this iswhat I enjoy doing. This is
the person that I am, andthat I could make your penis talk to
me in the same token and thenask you a serious question about you know
whatever, like recite me the encyclopediaresige me. You know, let's talk
(01:00:07):
about a musical. Like there's somany facets to Marcy that it just doesn't
stop with just being that kitten iswho I am, because it's not right
right. If you had any okay, what would be your advice for anyone,
any woman that's wanting to get intothe adult industry now who wants this
(01:00:31):
into it now? And business haschanged drastically. I'm glad I got out
when I did. All I cansay is be mindful of what you're doing.
Make sure you stack your money, because you can make a ton of
money. Make sure you're stacking yourmoney and saving enough, putting in four
one kids or whatever. Talk toyour financial advisor because you can definitely make
(01:00:52):
money and then use it to youradvantage, you know, and then understand
why you're doing porn. Don't doit because don't do it because whatever society
says that why women get into porn, whatever negative energy that they may put
on you, if that is whatyour story is, own that story,
(01:01:12):
right, Believe in yourself and knowthat this is fun. This is not
for a lifetime, and if youchoose to make it a lifetime, make
sure you're being smart about it.And try not to get caught up in
drugs. I mean, ultimately Iwas there. I got caught up in
drugs. I did all that stuff, but because I don't have an addictive
personality, it didn't stick, whichis great, and I'm glad that I
(01:01:34):
am here to live and to talkabout it. Right, There's so many
people that did not. So manypeople that I know personally that have died
from overdoses, you know, frombeing not just women, but men too.
That have died from OD while beingin the business, because it's hard.
It can be hard, and soyou have to be mindful and know
what you're doing, and be understandingof what you're doing, and be kind
(01:02:00):
to yourself yourself. My last question, what does healing look like for you?
Healing look like looks like for memeditation, meditation, not giving into
(01:02:22):
the little voice in my head thatsays that has negative talk, because we
all have it. It's all abouthow do we fight that and combat that
and turn that voice around. Healinglooks like for me spending time with my
daughters, my husband, my dog, even right walking in nature and not
(01:02:44):
listening or talking to anyone and justbeing at one with myself and understanding like
it's okay to be quiet, it'sokay to be marsty, it's okay to
have a past. We all haveone, and it's okay to be accepting
of that, you know, andlike what nobody else, what anybody else
thinks about me as a person, whether or not they think of me as
(01:03:06):
a whore, a dirty little wore, just a chick who did horn.
Their thoughts don't resonate with me.My thoughts resonate with me. How my
husband feels about me, resonating howmy friends think about me, resonates with
me. You know that's beautiful,it is, that's beautiful. And again,
(01:03:30):
thank you, thank you, thankyou. Beautiful. Share your your
fitness. You know I follow youand I'm watching everything that you do over
there with that, but she shehas that, she has tell me what
else you're doing on my Instagram?Like my Instagram is fit Underscore Marcie.
If you want to follow me,I'm also on Facebook under coach Marcy Scott.
(01:03:53):
I think it's one. I havetwo pages, one as my personal
don't even ask to be my friendon that because if you and I have
my number, you're not getting onit's not But I also have one where
my fitness coach Marci. It's alsoI do post personal stuff on there too,
so it's not just all business tokind of get people an insight to
(01:04:13):
my life, just you know, like I am human, like I'm not
just a machine. And then ofcourse I'm my only fans page, which
is again it's of slash fit Marcie. I got rid of my website due
to that. It's easier for mejust to have conversations and to build poor
with people through dms. So Igot rid of my website so I don't
have that anymore. But if youever want to kind of reach out to
(01:04:35):
me, yes, my comments areshut off. Everybody lately has been talking
about this that my comments are shutoff, and I shut them off for
a very specific reason because I gottired of the negative energy that was under
my photos, right regardless supporter, and so I I got to protect myself
first and foremost, right, andso I was like, I'm going to
(01:04:56):
shut all that off. If peoplereally want to reach out to me and
they're interest in talking to me aboutfitness or whatever, right, I don't
care that people say, oh mygosh, I used to watch you da
da da dah, I love you. That's fine. However, I just
got tired of all the comments,so all of them are shut off.
But if you want a dm meand you're interested in using weight, interested
in eating better, you can alwaysDM me on my Instagram as well as
(01:05:20):
my Facebook page. And if you'reinterested in just the past, you can
always put on my only fans.I mean, hell, I got both
of the best worlds for everybody,Like there's there's something for everyone, and
this is really not about me tryingto necessarily sell my services. There was
a young gentleman today that reached outbecause he saw one of my reels and
(01:05:44):
he said the nutrition word to DMme and we started talking. He was
just like, you know, yourinformation that you've been giving I'm doing a
lot of reals lately has been sohelpful. He was like, I'm going
to try to my own great likeI'm I want to produce valuable content for
people. Again, it's not necessarilyjust about trying to like always, you
know, take take take. Inorder for people to feel trust in somebody,
(01:06:09):
especially since it is on social media, one must deposit first in order
to be able to ask for something. And so that's why I'm always constantly
giving out free information because I wantmy people to understand like it's out there
right, But if you need guidance, like one on one help, then
definitely reach out to me. Well, thank you, thank you so much
(01:06:31):
sharing your story, being amazing withit and just being honest and open,
and I thank you, thank youfor giving me the space to do so
like this is amazing. I appreciateit. I appreciate you. You you
are so goot By Mike, youguys on the sun? Good? Great?
(01:06:55):

nature's diarretic eat twelve spears. Theyman, it will smell, but that's
why you get back and body worksa little spray in there. You ain't
(01:07:15):
got to worry about it. Butone question, nobody eats your calm afterwards
with it? Do I gotta eatthis spirit? Or I could just eat
how to lose weight? I mean, why would you not do both?
I don't know. That's cool,you know what I'm saying, Like why
(01:07:38):

I was going to come into thisinterview, and I wanted to really be
really soft with her, with withkid mittens, not no pun it.
But that is what I wanted todo because I didn't want to force anyone
(01:09:04):
to, you know, to speakor say, but I just wanted to
allow her to kind of lead in, right, And she came in,
kicked the door open. I thinkwe kind of got kicked out the face
back. Yeah, But what Ido is I love that she was very
honest about her past, a partof her journey and just embraced it all.
(01:09:31):
