com. Even better this morning,if you've got a question, we'd love
to have you on the air witha six O eight three two one thirteen
ten. That's six O eight threetwo one thirteen ten. Tim and I

(01:06):
remember I'm probably about five years agonow, when you and I were just
kind of chatting talking about doing someradio together. One of the things you
had you had stressed. You said, I want to make sure that we
get calls. I want to makesure that we can we can get questions.
And I think you said, canwe do that? And I think
I said absolutely. Then I said, can I incentivise it with a twenty

(01:27):
five dollars jift? Is that legal? And I said yes, yes.
Oh man, you know, questionsare the spark that ignites a journey sean,
And it sounds dramatic, but it'sso true. When it comes to
your health, the first step isasking someone a question on how to help

(01:48):
nourish, strength and treat whatever yourissue, struggle problem. And so if
you're sitting out there today and youhave something small, medium, large,
and you're curious what the natural worldhas to say about it, that's what
we're good at. What natural alternativesare working, What brands supplement wise are
good better, that's what forms ofingredients are most absorbable. All these things
matter, And today's a good dayto call six So eight three two one

(02:10):
thirteen ten. That's three two onethirteen ten gets you on the air with
Tim O'Brien from The Healthy Place, and yes, Tim will hook you up
with a twenty five dollars gift cardto the Healthy Place as a thank you
again. The telephone number three twoone thirteen ten. That's three two one
thirteen ten left to get you onthe air this morning with Tim O'Brien from
The Healthy Place mentioned the email aswell, and Jackson wrote in this I
think it's gonna a lot of peopleare gonna are gonna respond and perk their

(02:35):
ears up to this one Jackson's email, He says, and my last yearly
check out, my blood sugar levelwas in the pre diabetes range. My
doctor didn't seem very concerned and saidwe could discuss a medication when I inevitably
developed type two diabetes. I feellike there has to be something to do
to prevent my blood sugar levels fromcontinuing to increase. What are my options

(02:57):
for dealing with this in a morenatural way question Jackson. Yeah, you
know, people don't want to takethem at form in, the insulin,
the different pharmaceutical drugs because of someof the negative side effects. So from
a natural standpoint, there are supplementsthat actually take the glucose the x X
sugar levels and converts it into energy. So our lopoic acid is one of

(03:21):
my very favorite ingredients, Jackson,if you're listening, take our lopoic acid
universal antioxidant, so it's both waterand fat soluble. The anaccident does all
sorts of goodness for the body.Recycles vitamin C, vitamin E, COCU
ten, It passes the blood brainbarrier for more mental clarity and focus.
It strengthens your body's natural collagen production. So great for hair, skin and

(03:44):
nails, but for sugar levels forpre diabetes type to diabetes. Linus palling
Institute has some excellent science, excellentreason to believe that the lpoic literally converts
the glucose into energy, balancing yourinsulin out. So that is my very
favorite. The Linus Pauling Institute clinicaltrial was at six hundred milligrams twice per

(04:08):
day, so that's two capsules twiceper day. Sean, I've worked with
this recommendation for GALLI fifteen, maybecloser to even twenty years now, and
it has consistent results. If somebody'sreally stubborn, we'll recommend a second product
called Glucose Support, and that hasall your top nutrients for balancing sugar levels,

(04:29):
like chromium and cinnamon, your topherbal compounds working together with the arlopolic
acid. Often we just need thatfirst one though, So it's if you're
on our website, it's called Perfectten. Perfect ten has that three hundred
milligram capsule arlopolc acid and that wouldhelp you out, mister Jackson. A
great question, Jackson. And whenI saw his email come in this morning,

(04:51):
I thought, oh, this isbecause I know and I've you know,
you talked with folks that are experience, have experienced pre diabetes, talked
with doctors who have had patients, and kind of guidance on pre diabetes is
it's one of those areas where you'reat kind of that a good doctor and
working with somebody we'll talk with thesame things you talked about, tim as

(05:13):
saying listen, lifestyle modifications, properproper diet, proper exercise, proper supplementations,
these type of things can can helpyou avoid getting into that diabetic situation.
And anyone that's ever known someone orif maybe people I've personally had diabetes,
it is just terrible. Hero foryour whole body. It's just such
a just oh, it just justbrutal. I think of one of my

(05:34):
heroes in the natural supplement industry, doctor Whittaker. He used to oversee all
the food that came into the nation. He was the top dog for for
that whole process. And he knowshis stuff. So he's out. I
believe in California and he u marketsdiabetes type two diabetes that he can cure

(05:55):
it every time. And it waskind of interesting because it turned into a
bit of a of a lawsuit thatI believe it was the State of California
said hey, doctor Whittaker, youcan't be telling people that this is a
you know, degenerative disease. Youcan't be telling everybody that you can cure
type two diabetes. And so heshows up to court. He has a
file for each individual that he's curedof type two diabetes. And this they

(06:17):
needed a wheelbarrel to bring in theamount of files. He plopped it all
on the desk there in front ofthe judge and he won the case.
And it was just his point wasman, through diet, you can cure
type two diabetes, which is injured. I'm not saying that I'm like,
ah, that would get me introuble, but that's what he would say.
And what I've observed over the twentyyears that I've been in the natural

(06:38):
industry is folks that are type twodiabetic are no longer and it's very cool.
What can be done, I guessis the point through diet, through
supplementations, you don't always have togo the drugs and surgery route for X
y Z. So yeah, it'san exciting topic. Six eight three two
one thirteen ten. That's three twoone thirteen ten gets you on the air
with Tim O'Brien from the Healthy Place, and he will hook you up with
a twenty five dollar gift card tothe Healthy Play for your fantastic question again

(07:00):
tellfhen number six away three two onethirteen ten and two that brings us too,
by the way, an expression thatyou've that you've mentioned on the show
before, and I absolutely love itwhen you say, be the CEO of
your own health. And I thinkum that the diabetes conversation, the pre
diabetes conversation, really illustrates that isyou have an opportunity to really take charge

(07:24):
of your own health and do what'sbest for you, But you got to
take that first step, don't you. That's what blows my mind, is
this this cross, you know, fork in the road, and you can
go on the easy path of poordiet, no movement, no nutrients,
or you can go down this otherpath, which usually starts with a question,

(07:44):
usually just a phone call, stoppinginto our stores, live chat on
our find your Healthy Place dot comwebsite, and calling in on the radio
program like just asking a question, because that leads to an answer or at
least a direction that you can startto walk. And everything can change after
that moment shown because if you getbreakthrough in that little issue or big issue,

(08:07):
whatever it is, that will fanthe flame of your health and you'll
go, gee, maybe there's somethingelse I can do to feel better,
more energy, less stress, moremental clarity and focus, deeper, better
sleep I mean better pot more positivemood. Health. These are items we
all want more of and they're withinreach. You gotta be the CEO of
your own health, though. Yougotta recognize you gotta be aware of what's

(08:31):
going into your body, the impactand result that that has, whether it's
chemicals, whether it's food, whetherit's air I mean water, all of
these things can have good, better, best, and it's worth paying attention
to great data. Start dead journey, start dead conversation, head online,

(10:31):
decreasing over the past ten years.I don't have osteoporosis yet, but I'm
afraid it will happen soon. Whatcan I take to help my bones?
And that's from Sonia kind of alongthe same lines of our earlier email,
just about really taking control and takingcharge and preventing, working to prevent things
that could affect your life greatly.Absolutely, you know, we all have

(10:56):
health or the lack of health andquality of life is a really big deal,
and it's something that's worth remembering andthinking about on a regular basis.
Some have very difficult chronic conditions thatthey face on a regular basis that reminds
them of their lack of health ona regular basis. And so for those
people, I say, hey,you know, God bless you, be

(11:18):
strong, courageous, you know, maybe we can help. And then to
those that have seemingly nothing, well, hey, you know, things are
going pretty well. The doctor says, I'm I'm okay, and they kind
of just just march along life withoutconsidering or thinking of what's going in and
through their body on a regular dailybasis. The food, water, air,

(11:39):
etc. Like the impact of thatand over time, just like you
take a bite out of an appleand it turns brown, that's called accidentive
stress. That's actually happening to ourbodies. You know, the toxins,
the free radical damage, the herbicidessides, fungus sides, and the food.
The list could go on and on, and what I'm here sean part
to do is to point people inthe right direction. Man, You've got

(12:03):
to be thinking about your health ona regular basis. So I love this
question from Sonia. Hey my bones, I'm concerned about him. I don't
have osteoporosis, but I want tomake sure I'm doing the right things to
prevent fractures as I get older. And so I'd like to point to a
product called Osteo Awesome by Lively VitaminCo. It's called Osteo Awesome, and
I'm pretty proud of this formula.I worked with Dirt Henkel from the Family

(12:28):
Clinic of Natural Medicine in Madison hereand he put together this formula. And
when we were putting it together,he said, you know, what's your
goal? Is it to prevent fracturesor increase bone density? You know?
And I said, well, Iguess both. He's like, well,
if you had to choose which oneis more important, He's like, well,
preventing fractures. That's why people wanta stronger bones is to prevent fractures.

(12:50):
So it was interesting because from asupplement standpoint, you can target one
versus the other. More So,Osteo Awesome's design is to prevent bone fractures,
and there's over one hundred and fiveI guess it is one hundred and
five clinical trials. Last I checkedon melatonin with calcium, magnesium, vitamin

(13:11):
D, vitamin K. That combosignificantly lowered the risk of fractures. So
Osteo awesome has melatonin in it,making it important to take at night.
But Sonia, I would take twoservings or sorry, one serving before bad.
It's three capsules. It's a hardydose of calcium hydroxy appetite, which

(13:31):
is your most biavailable form of calcium. Or one of them has a nice
kick of vitamin D in there, magnesium and vitamin K two which all launched
the absorption of the calcium, andwrap it up with some melatonin. Some
very powerful clinicals over the last tenyears coming out of melatonin for preventing bone
fractures. And I think that wouldreally help you out. Great email,

(13:54):
great question, Sony, don't forgetif you ever have a question, of
course, you can email Tim itfind your Healthy place dot com. I'm
Tim T. I am at findyour Healthy place dot com. Even better,

can also order online shipping options available. It's a great, great website.
Find your Healthy Place dot com. That's fine your Healthy Place dot com.
And Tim. Before we wrap thisweek, I think something that's really important
is to share a little bit aboutthe mission at the Healthy Place. We
talk about the great work that youand your team do, the wellness consultants

(14:37):
in the store day in and dayout and helping people. Let's talk about
kind of how the mission of theHealthy Place runs throughout every every aspect of
the Healthy Place. Yeah, themission is pretty straightforward. It's impact,
empower and educate and our team ispassionate about that. We hire for passion

(14:58):
and integrity. That's where we artand you can train knowledge around our couple
hundred brands and thousands of products. You can train that integrity and passion is
something that you really you can't forcesomebody to have that. So our team
when you come into our stores, our wellness consultants. You know, we
do a non commission approach because wewant our team to be free to run
with their passion, their integrity onrecommending what they believe is best. And

(15:24):
as a team you start to discoverwhat works good, better, best.
You work with enough tens of thousandsof people with chronic pain, you start
to see what works good, betterand best, and we become really good
at that folks. I mean, there is such a large percentage dealing with
some sort of mental health struggle, whether that's stress, anxiety, depression,
that is a massive number in DaneCounty, and we have worked with again

(15:46):
tens of thousands of folks trying toreduce their stress naturally, and we become
really really good at it, whetherit's through CBD and THHC gummies or whether
it's through a Magnolia bark for balancein the cortisol stress hormone. Bottom line
is we have gotten really good atrecommending natural alternatives that work. And so

(16:07):
our mission is to help you.So if you're battling two things, you
know you're battling a health struggle acondition and you're curious what the natural world
has to say about it, oryou're doing pretty good, but you'd like
to see a little more energy, maybe minimize stress in your life, a
little bit more mental clarity, focused, deeper, better sleep. You're just
trying to enhance and strengthen your qualityof life, both of those reasons for

(16:32):
you. Or if you know aloved one, encourage them to stop by
one of our stores, give usa call, shoot an email at Tim
at find your Healthy Place dot comor you know, it doesn't even have
to be my company. Point isis your health is worth fighting for,
Your life is worth fighting for themboth our gifts that you gotta fight for.
And so that's what we're here inMadison for. And I thank you

(16:53):
Sean for pointing that out. Ourarmy of wellness consultants are waiting to help,
and we want to start that battleto strengthen your health. I mean,
that's what it's all about. Today'stoday. To start that, start
that journey, start that conversation, start solving those problems. Do do that
for yourself. It's so important again, get on in whether it's the West
Side or Fitchburger, Sun Prairie Location, the Healthy Plays or online find your

(17:17):
