Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello everyone, and welcome back to The Advisor. I am
Lisa Rabanski and I just had an amazing initial conversation
with this man who got me really excited about today's
show I have with me, Hassama Mina. This man lost
a one hundred and fifty five pounds naturally and became

(00:24):
the author of a book, as you can see in
his background, Captain Garda, A tale of bravery, kindness and
a big heart. He is amazing and today we're going
to talk a little bit about living in the present.
And he just gave me a teaser before I started
this episode that he's going to be sharing something amazing

(00:45):
with you all, so stay tuned for that. Before we
get started, I just want to send a special shout
out to Speaker and iHeartRadio for sponsoring this show. Without you,
this could not be possible. Welcome to the show, Hassan.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Y Smetya.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Yes, how are you doing today?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Totally fine? God, it's amazing today.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Good.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
And so we're going to talk about living in the
present and then later on you're going to be sharing
with us something really amazing. Correct, right, Okay, Well let's
get into it. Let's talk about living in the present.
What does that mean to you?

Speaker 2 (01:32):
Before Honor was Nagger, he said, why two percent succeeds
in the world a ninety eight percent don't I remember
he said before that because the two percent have a
clear vision like him. But there is a question how
the people could have a clear vision because the two percent,

(01:55):
like if you see honorch was nagger, Alo mask a
lot of people their daily life. They have a daily
life and this is the human nature. They go, exercise, enjoy,
go with friends like that one two three, and that's
why they succeed, succeed because they don't overthink about the future.

(02:17):
Most of the ninety eight percent, they think about, oh
my god, tomorrow I have bills, how can I pay
the bills? I know these struggles is important, but when
you did your best, you should know you cannot do
anything else. So it's better to move on for the

(02:37):
next step. But unfortunately most people, they waste their time. Well,
I wish situation there bad. Their situations is okay and great,
but they wasting their time thinking about the others that
this guy is achieved things, and this guy he makee
and I do nothing. From the ninety eight percent and

(02:58):
a few people, bad guys but imagine that few people
they believe about what adult hitlers said. Lie lie until
people believe you, so you believe yourself. And those bad
guys are few, not that much. But most of those
ninety eight are weak people. They don't have any power,

(03:22):
They don't have anything. That's why sometimes when one guy
from them was thinking right, everybody start and shocking. This
makes sense, this makes sense, and those bad guys recognize
them in our reality life. But from the ninety eight percent,
a lot of people they tried to get out to

(03:44):
live the prison. But those few bad guys, they tried
to stuck them in this icon to stay stuck in
the ninety eight That's why most people are fair because
most people they don't have the ability to continue. They
give up quickly. The same thing like with losing weight.
If you try to go to the gym to lose weight.

(04:05):
Uh maybe in the gym they will you will find support,
but outside the gym you will you will find struggles.
They with the people on the street. When you go restaurants,
they call you fat. That's why it's affects for those
people to stop. That's why. Uh So when we find

(04:26):
this environment, we need to change it. Or to change
our daily habits, like instead of calling restaurants, is better
maybe to go to like a coffee shop because we
could not see that thing. We could go instead the
lack of common coffee shop, we could go to something
with a book with uh, some good environment, people which

(04:49):
who can respect you. And that's why it's this is
from our accessible or from our ability to do that
any That's why we need if we want to be succeeds.
When we find struggles from the environment and we have
ability to change that, we have to change that. We
are not in a prison. We are like in a frequency.

(05:14):
The problem is our life is a movie and the
God wrote the script. We don't know about the script.
But the God give us the chance to choose the
right way, oh the wrong way. If you choose the
right way and you did your best, you're going to
find great results. If you choose the wrong way because

(05:36):
you're too much worried means you don't have faith, means
you gonna find bad results. This is the uniqueness of
the human being that he had the chance to choose that.
Most of the people, they think about the collusion and
they weigh I need thousands of video clips or YouTube.

(05:59):
Can't like that for nothing, especially like World War two.
Things happen. But today I'm going to share with you
something to prove that yny, we waste our time for nothing.
This document I found it before a couple of days accidentally.
If you check it, it belongs to the nineteen forty

(06:22):
six for the ship of the KGB. It's the Soviet
the SOVIETI onion time. He said in this message for
that the place of the death of Adolf Hitler in
the east of Germany with the Minister of Nazis media,
and he said that we should make these two bodies
disappear forever, because we don't want their bodies to be

(06:44):
a landmark for their new Nazis. And they were scared
for that because they want the Nazi's idea to disappear.
It's mean. This document is a proof that Adolf Hitler
died him a long time ago, and the idea that
he is still alive is totally fake. It's enough proof.
So imagine how much time we waste our time, which

(07:07):
is value for us, which is important for us, for
our family, for our kids, for our lifestyle, for our happiness,
for nothing a big idea that's why sometimes we need
to think. Right, it's not a problem if we think
nobody's gonna enter our mind and to ask us or
they will tell us we know what you're thinking. No

(07:29):
one knows. It's struck in our minds. So we need
to think. Sometimes you'll not losing anything. The problem when
the people overthinking about the future and not living the present.
These reach to a level they not able even to

(07:50):
put anything in their work. They're not focusing at work.
They're thinking too much in the future. Even when they
do the job, if they did it right, they do
like a not a like a machine, like a vehicle,
not even a human being. And that's like what happened
in South Korea when people a lot of people killed
in themselves because they don't give their humanity. They're overthinking,

(08:15):
over studying, over too much. This is not right. Yeah,
and for me, I don't have master degree. I just
have budch a degree. In Saudi Arabia or most of
our countries, such a degree is nothing. But I'm successful.
I believe I'm a succeed I don't need that much.
In other countries, it's more than enough. Some countries they
cannot get a degree. But unfortunately, this is what happened

(08:41):
and the realities.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Yes, yes, wow beautiful. I love that mindset so powerful. Yes,
please continue.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
The same thing when we like, for example, when we
buy the food and we're thinking too much for our health,
like that I have. I'll tell you something. What's the
difference between the baby formula and the milk powder? Only
want to think the baby formula contained more sugar than

(09:19):
the milk powder formula. What does it mean? I'll tell
you Before, long time ago, the wall didn't have a
factory for the milk to make it steamed or to
make it kill from bacteria or as a pursed. They
used to take it fresh from the farm and they
give it to the people, and that milk contained bacteria.

(09:40):
That's why the explanation date could be maximum three days
and expired or must be drink in the same day.
So the people when they bring it in the bowel,
they used to heat it to kill the bacteria. But
sometimes they don't eat it enough. That's why it's danger.
That's why they some but even that people can drink
the caw milk for their kids. But some people who

(10:03):
don't have the access for the fresh milk because at
that time, it's too expensive. That's why they create the
formula because it was cheaper. It's contained three ingredients cow
milk and sugar and vegetable oil, and it wasn't enveition
just to keep kids alive. That's the main goal of
the kid's formula offtually now these days is more expensive

(10:25):
if you buy fresh milk from the supermarket. The fresh
milk now these days, or the long lived milk is
already steamed and prepared and killed from any kind of bacteria.
So if you give it tightly for your kids is
totally safe. That's it. But some people they could say
I need the mother and milk and the carow milk.
The mother and milk contain more lactose than the cow milk,

(10:49):
but the babies infant produce more like days than the
adult like If I, let's say an example, I'm an adult,
I try to drink mother milk, it will affect for
my digesting and have the area a lot of problems
because my body as an adult is not ready, but
the kid is ready. So if we give them a

(11:10):
count milk, it's the same. But the difference is the spending.
But it's the same ideas generation to generation. The idea
is they don't take the same idea from the first generation.
Why you drink formula for the first time, that's the
whole idea.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Wow, that's yeah, that's the lightning.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
So and uh, the last thing is here. Sorry, I
h The God gives us, Yes, I said that God
gives us the ability to choose without any power, the
right thing or the thin or the wrong thing. Uh.
What you get by the right hand, you will pay

(11:59):
by the left hand. Yeah. Imagine the people who depending
on a salary, they are much better than the people
who have companies. Because the people who have companies or
banks or whatever, Yes, they have money, but they have
tibets need to pay yanny. Like most worldwide bank, every

(12:22):
dollar you own as a back owner, you have to
pay from twenty three to twenty five dollars. Imagine if
you think, as a normal guy, you have things like that,
and any disaster could happen will make you shut down
your business. That's going to kill you. But imagine they

(12:42):
can't control their mind. And this is really hard. So say,
thank god I don't have tibuts. I get I spend
hal that's it. Even Ella Musk he have millions, But
imagine how much diperts you have to pay. So if
you try to pay right now that it's from what
he has, maybe it's not enough from what he have,

(13:03):
so he's gonna get broken enough. Yeah, and even the
three hundred thousand, a three hundred billion dollars, it's not
all a cash funny, it's like an asset properties things,
so they calculated as a three hundred billion dollar.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
Right, Yeah, that's you're spelling it out. Yeah, that's so right,
this is true.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
This is the reality. And even the three hundred thousand,
three hundred billion dollars you have tippets need to pay.
So it's like nothing, he don't have anything. He's just
living on like us exactly.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
Mm hmmmm hm.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
So he's depending on the people trusts.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Yeah, So why is then mindset and living in the
moment so powerful.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
Living in the moment will make you focus, focus for
your dreams, focus for your goals. But when you're thinking
about the future so much and you don't take any
action for you present, like studying or working or workout
in the gym or just to attend the gym to
start losing your weight or whatever, you will never achieve anything.

(14:12):
H the same thing with me. If sometimes I'm not
focusing that right, but at least I'm doing something better
than nothing. I know that my performance is not one
hundred percent perfect, but at least next time it will
be much better.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
Right the action, when action.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
Starts exactly exactly when I choose to be a natural bodybuilder.
Natural bodybuilder is one of the hardest parts in the
world because it's about mindset control. It's not the other
people think just to build a body.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
So you lost, you lost one hundred and fifty five
pounds and you became a.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Post exactly a natural bodybuilder. That's because, to be honest
with you, I don't have money to steroids, so I
just decided to be natural and naturally it's more harder
than to be with the steroid.

Speaker 3 (15:07):
So tell us about that. Well, what did that look like? Uh?

Speaker 2 (15:12):
A natural but believe.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Or just your experience like for losing.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
Weight, yeah, losing, To be honest with you, losing the
weight for me, Uh, it was just a dream. I
thought it's right because everybody wished to lose weight naturally
without operation because not everybody has money to pay operation.
Seemed like me, I did not have money at that time,

(15:38):
So that's why I decide to do that naturally. But
I found it is really hard at that time or
should it It's like one of the impossibles until I
did it because one of my friends is a doctor.
He told me the problem why it did is totally
crazy because most people who lose weight, they lose bussels

(16:00):
and water because they did not. They did not discover
the right method for losing weight. They just discovered how
the weight, how the fatty acid broke. They spin like tears,
know how to fatty acid to break it, but what's
the right strategy They didn't know. But later I realized

(16:21):
that I used to eat a lot of product which
doesn't make sugar spike. I used to focus on it
as a carbo. I know it's important to focus on
proutein and other nutrition like fiber like that, but cargo,
if you cut it like the key to diet. After
you're gonna lose your weight, you can again fat faster
because your body sid me carbo for the black gen.

(16:44):
So that's why I used to depend on food doesn't
make sugar spike. And even if you want to use
food which could make a sugar spike, it's okay to
make it after cardio exercise immediately because you need to
fill refill your blacasion resource because usually it's naturally that
we have extra food to eat it daily. So the

(17:05):
extra food, what's going to happen. Two thirds is glycogene,
one third is fat. So when our GLI resources the
muscles is full complete, we didn't use it for any
kind of exercises of cardio. What's going to happen. We're
all going to be fat, that's the point. But when
we have a sugar spike, sugar spike affect for the

(17:28):
insular resistance, when we have insulin systems, we cannot break
the faty acid because the insult systems resistance or insular
systems become an army in front of the gate of
the fat. That's why it doesn't break. So it used
other resources like protein or the muscles of the body.
That's why most people they don't do it because the

(17:49):
sugar spike problem. But there are some products you can
use it to reduce the sugar spike, like if you
eat rice kin one or me. You know, all these
contains carbo and fiber, but this carbo doesn't make sugar
spike and also bake it beans, kidney beans, chucked beans,

(18:10):
all these products. If you eat it as a cooked
it has carbo but the carbo is doesn't effect for
the sugar spike. And if you want to check which
food matching for you is as a sugar spike or not,
you can go to the pharmacy have like the insulinous
system sensor to check how is your sugar spike? Happened?

(18:32):
To know which food is matching for your situation is okay? Not?
Because some food is not accessible in country. Some food
is accessible, so you can check the food which can
match in for you.

Speaker 3 (18:45):
Yes. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (18:47):
A strategy which I use it for my fitness academy
is I will teach you your food. I will give
you freedom to eat whatever you want and have wings
to fly the same like in the story. That's the
whole statically, just a food education plus to know your
daily life habits to change it. Now. Because this year,

(19:09):
this big achievement which I did at Handela, with my
life changing and everything, I decided to offer for all
my clients three months free membership, no need any payment
or credit cards to see the result in your reality life.
And later if you want to continue with me, You're
most wilcome.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Wow, was until the end of this year?

Speaker 1 (19:34):
Was that your amazing That was what you were going
to tell us, was your amazing surprise?

Speaker 2 (19:40):
Yes, this is all this surprising.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
Yeah, I love that so much.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
So three months they get to work with you and
better their life.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
No need any credit card. They can't contact me darkly
in my WhatsApp number because in the website you have
to make the full payments, so it can't contact me
darkly in the world. Up in the description and I
will offer for you this training including work up plan,
nutrition plan, one year support services, psychology support services without

(20:12):
any charge by all this platforms, and plus one year
follow up for weekly follow up. But within we are
talking about within the three months. The plan includes if
you later want to continue, it can continue. But I
can promise you within the three months you will feel

(20:33):
psychological changes and you'll feel happier. I don't promise for
losing weight, but I promise you'll feel more active. And
this is enough sign that you start losing your weight
by the right way. Because there are signs. We cannot
realize it by our eyes in the beginning. We need
to wait. But there are other science is enough that

(20:54):
we show us we are in the right way until
we found the lights to get out from the escape
from the dark cave.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
That's beautiful. Yah, So tell us, tell us about your book.
Tell us about your book and where can we find it?

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Captain Garuda, I tell Barbara and Kindness A Big Heart
is a story based on my true life story. But uh,
it shows us in a general idea that anyone can
be a real hero by just taking care of their
job and their daily life. I was, I was online

(21:39):
that there's like six times uh to use my book
in one of the public liabors in US to get
the name of the library for research purposes, they used
like Harvard standard I think twice or maybe three times,
I'm not sure, and they used a psychologist standard to
Chicka for research process. From my side, I would just

(22:03):
write it from my thinking. But I couldn't think that
it's something has deeper thinking like or something later about research.
While it's just thirty six pages and so many book
reviewers and good rids they say it must read it again,
even for adults. They said it's good for reading because

(22:24):
there are things we miss. We miss it, we miss
it as an adult in our life, which can make
us happier. But because some situations and some things happen
in all cases happen in our life, we make make
these ideas disappear. While it's coming from the humanity under

(22:45):
the humility or the when the human being born for
the first time. And that's why that was the idea
of the book. It's just a comic book tell us
about a baker man in Bandung, the bigger bakery in
Dedonesia is something like to be. But at the end
of his duty, he cannot sell the for the next day,

(23:07):
the extra brets, so he give it for orphan house.
When the orphans sees that bread, it got shocked and amazing.
Imagine a print make people happy because the value is
not the money. The value is what's made for it.
Like sometimes you could say a nice word or a
joke in the seats and this joke has a great

(23:29):
meaning and everybody laughs, and that's enough for him to
be happy. You don't need money, because sometimes people from
too much depressed, they need to change. I even me,
sometimes yanny eyes what make me able to continue the
gym that my bad moments in life. I used to

(23:50):
laugh on it in the gym. I try to create
the jokes, like there is one crazy guy. I think
you know seven eleven. It's a famous grocery store.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
Yeah, he tried to think out of my street.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
I know he is. I think he's Pakistan. I'm not sure.
He tried to think out of the books. He opened
a new grocery and he put the sign nine eleven Grocery.
After a couple of months, after the after a couple months,
the whole police station k to remove the sign, and

(24:26):
then he changed it to the silver era belongs to
to twentieth century. Well, I think this guy he loved
the twenty century, like the movies, the songs like that.
I think that's how it live. But he changed it
to silver era. Even the Americans in this in this area,
people got laugh while they already know it's it's a

(24:51):
bad history, but they laugh on it because it's time
to forget about The pass is finished. We cannot back
again and repeat or we stop nine eleven this from happening. Plus,
it's done, so it's time to figure out and think
about that. The God height for us, for us a
bitter future. I don't think it's a disaster. Pick up

(25:12):
what it's bitter.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
Yes, beautiful, beautiful, So tell us where we can find you?

Speaker 3 (25:19):
Where can we find you?

Speaker 2 (25:21):
The book is available in all bookstores in US, Amazon, Walmart, Nobles,
most common bookstores in US. You can't find it even
in Manhattan. It's everywhere almost even you can hold it online.

Speaker 3 (25:40):
Amazing, amazing.

Speaker 1 (25:42):
And what do you want to share with our audience
and listeners The number for your WhatsApp that they can
contact you at. We'll have it in the show notes.
But do you want to say it out loud for
people who are you really eager to get.

Speaker 3 (25:53):
In touch with you?

Speaker 2 (25:54):
No, it's okay. My number What's Up is plus ninety
six six five six four four seven three zero eight four.
That's my What'sapp number. Anyone can contact me at any time,
no problem. My hands is open for anyone want to
contact me with me. But by the way, don't les cameras.

(26:17):
That's it. Yeah, that's what that's saying.

Speaker 3 (26:21):
That's amazing.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
Uh. Do you want to know something funny? The last
four digits of your phone number are the same as mine.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Okay, Oli, Yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
So one last thing before we let everyone go for today.
If you were to leave our listeners with one really powerful.
Uh you know, tidbit, what would you tell them.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
About the life?

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Just something you want to leave people with, something that's powerful,
a message from you, something inspirational.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
One thing. Ah. If the genie came to your life
to make your dream came true, remember you will not
get anything because unlucky guy he found the geny. He said,
I'm gonna make one which came true for you because
he gave my freedom. He said, I want one million
dollar in my bank account. The dream came through and

(27:20):
the giny disappeared. The next day, the FBI was waiting
for him. Come easy, go for'm where I got this.
So don't think about the genie. Think about just for yourself,
for what you have in your hands. What you can make.
Think about is coming step by step and again and

(27:42):
make whatever he wants. Believe me like what I did,
and you have the same feeling, same disaster. Everything, this
a reality.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
Beautiful, beautiful.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
