Speaker 1 (00:02):

here to talk to us about his new app, his book,
and the Vegas NERD. So before we get started, I

(00:25):
just want to say thank you to our sponsors, doctor
Bradley Nelson, speaker in iHeartRadio, and to our fans and
our listeners. Thank you so much for your support. You

of podcasting in the world, and that is amazing. And
we are so excited to provide you with more exciting

(00:48):
content that can change your world in little ways. Information
is power. So welcome back, Hassan.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
Nice Meto.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Really good to see you again.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
So I took to rest for a couple of months
because it was the off season. In nineteen eight I
used to have about natural body midion competition, my first one.
But to be honest with you, because unnatural people used
to say that you should game fast weight. But in

(01:25):
the reality, after maybe more than on three months of
working and eating, I just maybe gained six pounds and
I lost three pounds. Now two months, in almost more
than three months, just again six pounds and I lost
in one week three pounds. That's crazy because the reality

(01:49):
that the athletes from one of the good signs that
the hormones balanced quickly. But the non natural it's hard
to That's why they could gain fast, they could lose fast,
and that's the difference. But the good thing that when
you when you prepare for any competition, you can lose

(02:10):
your fat in the good time and reach to the percentage.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Yeah, so when your body is operating optimally, it does
really amazing things. Okay, a lot of people don't.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
People say we are natural, but in the reety is
not natural because he gained fast that fats percentage because
the usually it's coming like unbalancing hormone because he tried
to make recovery. And that's the difference between the natural.
The natural keep in a specific physic and hard to
change for the long term. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Yeah, the body is adapting and it's just like a tree.
You plant a tree and it grows slowly and it
does things naturally. But when you put something.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
Like you can get fruits in a time of age
of the tree can get fruits faster than the age
of growing the tree, as you said, exactly like the
same thing in a level like a couple of kilograms
in a great percentage. But remember this is the the

(03:22):
old start from the scratch, slowly, slowly, and then what
you make it looks big, that's for you. Slowly and
in your opinion that I guess the natural guy or yeah,
the natural guy usually or the good guy usually. He

(03:43):
believed that, Uh, I'm a normal guy. I'm just a
normal guy. I'm not perfect. But the unusually why is
a lot of people they could feel especially so many
influences because when they start seeing themselves the human being
or is a mirror for his brother or his sister,

(04:05):
but he never been a mirror for himself. When he
starts seeing like that and he becomes crashed down. Yeah,
trying to talk now about the biggest system. Sorry for
maybe get out on the topic before. I used to

(04:27):
believe that the psychological problem, a psychiatic problem, is coming
from something we don't know or unknown. But later I
discovered everything related. For the biggest turn system is you
can call it from it's kind of paras sympathic parsympathetic
nurse and important nurse start from the brain and finish

(04:48):
in the left side of the colone. When we start
realizing that there is a problem in the biggest nerve system.
When we have a problem in the left side of
the colone and sometimes reach a in the like a
back pain in the middle side. When we have this problem,
that's means a serious problem for the biggest news system

(05:11):
to be answered with you. Most people who want to
reduce weight, they already have a huge storage of glycogen.
So if they want to focus for losing weight, they
can do it and they can make a great achievement
like what we said before, separating the workouts from the
day of the cardio, and they can make it for

(05:31):
the long term. But the athlete people who they become
strong athlete, the storage of glycosin, it's hard to keep
it in a good percentage for all the time because
you have to follow a stronger food system to keep
the storage. And that's why sometimes I have so many

(05:53):
problems with my bigsteners because I don't eat enough cards.
That's why I have to drink juice and do take
other carboy resource to fill that glacratary resource. That's why
sometimes when people heard about sugar spike. Sometimes they believe
it's always bad, but sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's bad.
It's bad if you have UH in sulinary systems, it's

(06:15):
bad and could be good if you want to refill
your glacratary resource, because that's operation saved the body from
a great danger, and that's not bad always. Sometimes it's
sukey to have, like a car, like if you see
an army. Sometimes some type of people in army, especially
when they started focus about fitness. When you see their food,

(06:39):
mostly it's carboy, it's not that much forteen yeah, but
if you see that's strong. They're strong. Why because they
don't reach unto muscle failing. They just want to focus
on fitness in general. As I see, their food is
like a poor guys.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
A lot of a lot of rice.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
But when some people who work with like need to
gain muscles like that, they give them a special diets
need to shame like they need to focus the routine
or whatever like ships that famous guy and so many others.
So UH. The main goal for the biggest NUR system

(07:23):
help to risk and digest and reduce the body. And
there are so many ways to how to help this
one or the nurve system to control it. But we
have to understood that our main problem for the for
the biggest neurve system is that our lifestyle these days,

(07:46):
because our lifestyle is a busy days, has too much
annoying and people fighting all the time, when you have
customers whatever, when we face so many bad experience, we
can not stop that. But we need to know how
to handle with that, how to face it, or we're
gonna die of course will not survive. So so it's

(08:10):
not just important for our psychological also for our body
to stay in a good condition, to stay healthy, to
stay in good fitness and everything. Also even for deep
sleeping is still important. Like when I used to have
the big week, I couldn't sleep well while because no
enough cargo. And that's affect even from my sleeping. Sometimes

(08:31):
when I sleep, I remember that I can open my eyes,
but I cannot move and I can hear my white
voice using the mobile phone. That's the weird thing I've
ever seen, and that's natural. That's why it's important to
predict it the me ways we could use it to

(08:51):
reduce the biggest the problem's biggest system that come for
cream like which we which we use it infects cream.
Usually people use it for the kids when they have
floud or cough, or they have a heat. They put
it to reduce the pain so they could have bitter sleep.
The same thing if you use it for your neck

(09:12):
in general, or if you put in the left side
of the colon, it can help to activate because the
heat of the comfort reactivate and make comfort for that nurse.
So you can all focus in your daily life. Because
this vegus nerve system is not only for our digestin

(09:34):
it's also for focusing, mentality, for our heart, for breathing,
for the clever, for almost everything. Is because it starts
from here to here. So when we have a problem
in this site the biggest nerve system, try to reduce
the power or the energy from the important part like

(09:57):
digesting or focusing or whatever to others something much more
important like the heart speeds to stay alive or for
the liver to stay alive. That's why if we want
to stay is even in exams. If you have an
exam and you have a problem in the biggest system,
mostly not be able to focus to give the right

(10:21):
and sometimes you need to relax, come down before you
go to exams. And one of the other ways. If
you don't want to use the compf come for are
you recommented, but not too much because if you use
it too much, maybe it could not It's like a painkiller.
Too much pain color is bad idea, So the same

(10:42):
thing time to time we can use it because like
a painkiller. But the main treatment to use it, you
can use like you do know the mixpery juice. Yes,
the mixpery juice, the mixed pirit juice is one of
the beast i They can use it because that's helped

(11:02):
to reduce the inflammation. Like if we back in the
history the British Truth worldwide, they used to have a
specific drink. It's called film too. It's like a big
spirit setup. They put it in a bottle and they
can storage it without refrigerating. When they need to drink it,
they drink it with cold water and they mix it
with the syrup and they drinking. They used to give

(11:25):
that drink, used to give it give them energy because
it's help with inflammation to fix it. And that's why
if you see it's coming almost worldwide, the film too,
even in the CC countries like in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
But that's a different case here because it came from
a businessman in India. And when the people discover it

(11:50):
in all the women's when they prepare the flour in
the farm, knocking like that with like a heavy tool.
People at that time used to it. It has eyes
and make a natural flash and they put it in
a plastic bag and they used to sell it for
the kids. Open it with a scissor and the kids
used to drink it like that because sometimes strow is

(12:11):
not accessible everywhere.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Right, Oh my god, I love that story.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
Natural slash. People know how to bake them in their mind,
but they used to buy the eyes from them manufacturers
because it's hard to purchase it or to make it
at home. And like a normal ice cubes. It was
hard because having rechanice wasn't accessible for everyone at that time.
But it makes sense how it is important in our

(12:39):
daily life and also other things we can use it.
The breathing when you do court, you breathing from your nose.
It helped to reduce opinion. Not the singers. They recommend it.
If you have time, like a break between for within singing,

(13:03):
try to take a breath from your nose to make
your belie fat go outside to make your vocals much better.
And this is the way the main strategy for good
vocals singing how they.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Sink and that does that also activate your vegas nerve.
I heard that humming, if you hum, it calms your
tone to your vegas nerve.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
Exactly. And the same thing with acting people who work
in filming industry, they recommend for them take a breath
in four seconds from your nose, hold it and then
breathe out from your mouth by four seconds, and hold
and so on until you relax, because that's help for
the veggest nerve system. Also to be answer with you.

(13:53):
When the people stay with good environments, it's helped to
be answered with you. One of my biggest mistakes I
repeat it again. Within the off season, I didn't go
to the gym that much, and I discovered that sometimes
maybe I'm not able to do the workout quite the
right way. That's why I decide to go to the gym,

(14:16):
even for doing nothing, even for go swimming pool for relaxing.
Imagine this is your resorts. Stay there, enjoy something better
than nothing, and by that time that environment is going
to change and be much better and you're going to
practical workout naturally. And this is the main point why

(14:36):
why most people they cannot continue the team after that
or they have a big failing. And this I have
to be honest with you, one of the nine mistakes
to be honest. I did it. But anyway, I life learning, continual,
non stop learning. The other thing. Also, remember when we

(15:00):
talk about magnesium, how it is important for the nerves
recovery the city. We think this sign because like for example,
my off season or bulking time, I need to increase
the magnanisium. And there's so many resources for the magnesim,

(15:21):
not only from the supplement. Also you can use it
from spainach, from so many other food resources contain the magnesium.
I remember I mentioned that before the date fruit, coconut
water or some banana. All these tough and also some
fiages when you make it as a soup. Sometimes I

(15:43):
make a lintus soup with mixed it with tom tomato
and squawk squash in a soup and become too thick
and I drink it like to prepare for my body
for eating bigger meals. But I don't put too much

(16:04):
liquid were because I want to make it take like
a sauce.

Speaker 1 (16:08):
I like to do. I like stick stuff like that
sounds delicious. I never knew how good coconut water was
for the body until very recently, and so I started
using it too for my fashion. It's supposed to be
really good for hydration. What do you use coconut water
for exactly?

Speaker 2 (16:32):
And usually to be the fire because within the bulking season,
I eat some more fruits for compelling my body to
eat something big meal. Uh, And like for example, watermelon watermelon,
if you sometimes mix it with cotta cheese, it can
be a natural electrolyte to keep the body hydrated. Carbo carbo,

(16:58):
it's from the world carhigh to make the body hydrated.
Without carbohydrates, you cannot protect the water in our body
and keep your body hydrated. And the possibility for dehydration
is increasing, right, And that's the main point of carbohydrate.

(17:18):
But the idea is not the food itself. It's just
how to balance when it's the right time to eat.
That's why you could see so many influence that they
could eat burgers sometimes because they need to prepare the
body for something bigger meal. Like for example, I remember
when I went to the gym. After I finished the exercise,

(17:39):
I made at home French toast, but I didn't like
sweets too that much, so I make it sported French toast.
It just egg, egg wash, and I mixed it with
tomatoes and some ingredients like chopped green onions like that,
and I put it. I make like egg wash and
I prepare it and the rest of bag. I cook

(18:01):
it to eat it. But later I feel like after
two hours, a few hours, I was starving, really hungry.
I've been to a good chicken restaurant. I ordered a
whal chicken. I couldn't believe. In just five minutes, I
finished the chicken without trying that anything that was insane,
like you know that the lick of the chicken, it

(18:22):
was like a lot of pop in just one seconds disappear.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Yeah, I love I totally I get it. I totally
get it. I totally get it. My food when I
eat it's just like, especially if it's made really well,
I just gulp it down. But I get it when
you eat a really good meal, Oh my god, it's
just so satisfying. And something that you said really kind

(18:47):
of hit home for me is that the food that
we have can be used as medicine, like it's food
is medicine. If we use it properly, we don't need
to supple with all this other stuff that people are
selling out there, like people are selling an idea that
we're not getting enough nutrients from our food. But really,

(19:11):
if we eat specific way, it's very healing for the body.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
If we try to think about the curiatin, curating is
already found in fish product, in the meats, in the chicken,
and it's simply we're almost even the egg is quotin creatin,
which is made uh, the liquid stuck in the muscles.
But sometimes we could take it additional because we did
not take it enough from our natural food. That's not something.

(19:40):
But it's okay, Ynie, I believe that. And also it
can be used as a treatment. We have some cases
it's too low. It's okay to have it supplements, so
I don't mind to have it. It's okay because it's
legal at least better than coffee. The coffee make insiete.
So from my opinion, yeah, it m hm so the

(20:01):
same thing. To be honest with you before I continue,
for anything I need to talk about because connected for
our bigger for the our topic. It's about the negative
ideas in our mind or negative thinking. Negative thinking is
the worst thing. I can destroy a human being and

(20:23):
he destroy his life. Like just try to think about it.
Before two days ago, I've been to a Jewish shop
because I was thinking later to buy for my wife.
It's a Gewohop, collect a Gucci do Sikabana. This luctive
brand is because sometimes these shops make a discount as

(20:46):
not a nomledge like a famous shop, famous branning or
famous famous story in our country. I just try to
ask because I'm planning to purchase on my wife. I
always look serious. It doesn't look like something else. Now
she showed me a couple offers, like we have this option.
It's made from diamond, its cause four hundred dollars. Said's great,

(21:07):
And I have these options two hundred dollars like a
gold eighteen carat okay. When I asked you about the
credit cardstonment, she said, yes, it's option, this option is available.
We have this, this, this, this one. While I was
talking like a normal customer, doesn't look like weird, she's
stating a quiet voice. I didn't expect that. She said.

(21:29):
The shop is watched by CCTV cameras read you a record.
I'm stealing you that for your your right side. Then
I look at that, then impact to look at her.
What's wrong? Okay? And already all shops have CICITYV. Can
my fief? Then I left a fit is like a trap.

(21:52):
I talked to the operation manager said what because she's
in forty years old, it looks like a mother if me,
I couldn't believe that. When he checked the city, he said,
you're right, but the voice, we make the voice louder.
He heard the voice exactly what she said. Then he
put they put like three situations, but from the whole

(22:16):
time they said, we'll give you apologize, and in the
same time he tried to defend on her. I didn't understand.
He looks Yanni in his face. He looks serious that
she's a good woman. She didn't do anything, she didn't
mean anything. Maybe so I want to try to think,
is it tried to forgive or should I make a

(22:38):
complimint because this is serious, it's not a joke and
anyone could fight in the shop. Try to think, Try
to think. Almost two days and then today was watching
a couple of influences who fall down like Salt Bay,
like liver King, like so many others. Maybe we could
see in the camera something, but what happened behind the camera,

(22:59):
we don't know. That's why sometimes I try to think
that the award is a circle. We will back to
the same circle and will be in the positions of others.
So I said, why nothing happened to me? It is forgiveness.
Time to forget. And I said, imagine that nothing looks

(23:23):
happened and I didn't hear anything, and I'm totally fine.
Don't worry about me, and I forget. I didn't expect that.
But uh, to be honest with you, maybe it's a
main reason for almost everyone because a lot of people
who are working in delivering food delivering people or people

(23:43):
who work in restaurants, these mistakes could be happened, but
it could be not a reason to make a complaint
or to get fired this guy, because we don't know
what's going on there. So even sometimes if the food
fall down on you by mistake, try to get and
try to say it's okay because you did not go

(24:03):
to fight with outside to enjoy, to have fun with
the people, to have a joy moment. So when we
fight with if with every tiny mistake, because too much
negative thinking, we could make a mistake and we phone
the mistake. Sometimes we need to reduce that because this

(24:25):
is seriously. The people didn't go to the wrong way
because they from nothing, not because too much negative. He
believed it and then he follow it like adult friddler.
Unfortunately he said lie, lie until you believe yourself. Everybody
believe you. That's the biggest mistake, and that's why make

(24:47):
Germany fall down from from nothing because lying to what
you will believe anything, and you will believe yourself and
you will fall down in your mistakes. So that's why
sometimes don't ever lie, because you can destroy yourself, like
what happened with the liver King. But I wish for
him to be answer with you, and I pray let
be honest to recover because I heard that he looks

(25:09):
like not fine. So I don't wish anything bad for
anyone else. I wish the best for everyone. Maybe that's
could be hard to believe, but I cannot do anything else.
There are brothers and sisters from Adam, and if what
can I do? You need to be answered with you.
The kids born with faith and have things we cannot

(25:34):
believe with yany with my wife when we have financial problems.
From two weeks ago, my daughter another she give me
her piggyback and she said, take bab, but this is
my money. Help h please? I said, no, no, thank
your money, It's okay, keep it.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
I don't want I couldn't believe that. My kids never
think about the money you think about, so why not
we do that like our kids. We want to go
to the heaven with them. So it's just sometimes to
think in an other way, to think in the positive way.
That's why most people they failed because they cannot continue

(26:14):
because too much negative thinking.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
I used to be an handicapp person and I survived,
and I become a body builder and also play Calistanic.
How I did that? And a month rudder and person
with handicap and that's impossible. I know it's by medison,
but everybody believed that's impossible. But I did it. So
it's time to stop thinking like that. It's time to

(26:38):
think in a positive way. And the last thing, when
I tried in a philosophical, philosophic way, for every weakness
a power like let me let's try to talk about
Superman Kryptonite Superman is strong, that man is stee it,
but when the Kryptonite come they feel weak and everybody

(26:59):
hit him easily. The same thing with us. Like sometimes
even me, I feel when I'm fem weakness. I go
to my bit and try to sleep in the position
of the baby and the stomach of his mother, And it
means the weakest situation for human being. And I remember
that one day week, one day strong, one day week

(27:22):
and strong like that, So I don't think that you're
going to stay strong forever. One day you get back week.
So you have to do the right thing with almost
every everyone the same thing. When do you try to
get excuses a thousand times for your brother or for
your sister. That's why I all start to think like that.

(27:45):
This is the main message when I try to talk
about the the veiggest NEP system. If you want to recover, forgive,
time to forget, because when you not forgive, you will
get more, You will get more anxiety and it will
never be fine. That's why when I learned to teach myself.

(28:08):
Everyone is good, or most people are good, but maybe
they don't know the right ways. Okay, by the time
they will learn and when you forgive. I feel fine,
and that's why I feel peaceful. Now. I just have
one wish.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
One day.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
I just have one wish one day to have it.
One day I wish, I prayed the God. I wish
to see an angel one day come to my house.
I wish. I wish. One day, I wish. I know
it looks like crazy, but one day I wish. But
you don't know, maybe the God accepted. That's why I

(28:47):
try to forget about it about the past, because the
past is done, finished and never come back. Try to
think about the present for my future. That's it. I'm
just them from the beast.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
That's beautiful. I honestly truly believe that if you close
your eyes and you ask the universe to bring you
an angel, that angel will come into your presence, because
I believe that we're all surrounded by angels and we
can talk and communicate with them, and sometimes it's just

(29:26):
a feeling, but the feeling that we get in the
presence of an angel is like a wholesome, warm feeling.
So I think that an angel has already been visiting you,
my friend.

Speaker 4 (29:43):
You.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
I used to have an advice from one of my friends.
He says, that try to reduce talking with people in
the public because, to be honest with you, if you
try to eat in the suns silence in some respect,
as the wader could feel fine and never do anything

(30:05):
for you. Why because they feel it's greater than you.
But when you talk in something a better way, something
something like that, you could get hurt. While because he
feels weaknesses and he will put his failing on you.
That's happened with a lot of people. Not everybody do that,
but a lot of people do that officially. So we

(30:26):
got to get hurt. So that's why when you are
great or greater. Whenever you're greater, you're gonna receive more problems.
You're going to face a lot of matters. Like any
president in the world when they ever thought Trump or
the rest of them, they're facing tons of problems. The

(30:47):
Sometimes they feel the I want to get back to
my reality life or my normal life, and I cannot
because too much responsibility, is too much thinking, and even
that people don't say even thank you. That's I Sometimes
I have to rethink what he did is right or wrong?
If he's not one hundred percent perfect one not an
age or not an angel. So we are a human being,

(31:10):
so it's okay to have mistakes. Especially when somebody grew
up in age, the possibility that the mistakes or his
condition bad health condition increased, especially when we have facing
too much problem. That's the pick for the biggest nerve system.
So it's a pick for the whole body in general,

(31:31):
even for daily habits that's not it's okay. I believe that.
So it's time to give excuse for any person I
believe that.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
Sorry, mm hmm, hasan tell it. I'm so excited. Tell
us about your app.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
My new app. It's a training app. That app you
can help with yourself to get that training as an instruction.
But I started with cardio to use it for losing
weight and stretching. Stretching because help to increase the blood flooding,
to increase the recovery. Like when you do this one

(32:12):
or this one or whatever kind of stretching. It's really
important for the body because what we call the the
the I forget the namedicly SOI it's like insight from
this part of the bond. For example, when you do

(32:35):
it stretching, you make flooding for the white cells and
the red cells.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
We're talking about the cartilage. We're talking about cartilage exactly.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
It's like because the from here the production of the
white cells and D cells. So you make like that
stretching when you make flooding better, especially when you wake up.
Sometimes you want to make like that and then you
get active. If you didn't make it, if you didn't
make like that, sometimes you don't feely want to wake up.

(33:06):
But when you feel you want to make like that,
even with your fingers, like that, feel much better.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Yeah, yeah, you get the fluid, you get the body moving.
Now you're making me do it.

Speaker 2 (33:19):
You able to and make with better production, especially in
office working. We need each sediments to make stretching for
our body to increase the recovery, so able to production
a bit more productive, especially at work. It's simple tip,
but it's productive office jobs. If it mean sometimes do

(33:43):
jobs in my office here black writing, script or whatever. Production.
And by the way, I have something to you would
like to shed with you. I found it in a
locker restaurant. I couldn't believe it. Usually it's famous in Malaysia.
It's like a dish we presented in banana leaves. Such

(34:04):
a thing. It's uh like it's in banana leaves. It's
white right with shrimp. When we use the banana leaves
like a dish and we eat it in the streets,
I remember my childhood needs to be there.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
It's like that.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
Sorry, like this, it's a price. We eat it together
with bare hands. We don't use it, but it's like
I know it's more expensive than rides, but I love
it and I purchased it because how it's presented, because

(34:45):
it's my childhood memory.

Speaker 5 (34:48):
Yeah, that's so cool and presented as a dishes to
eat the rice and the main dishes like chicken and
beef and whatever.

Speaker 2 (35:00):
Oh yeah, so food. We call it taho.

Speaker 1 (35:04):
What do you eat that with? Do you just eat
it by itself?

Speaker 2 (35:09):
Usually we did, like in a with a family together.
We used to go on like some resturants. We go
with a family and the table to present this one
banana leaves and we eat it like that. And even
in Thailand still people prefer this one. But because people
nobody used banana lucy, that's why it's not common to

(35:29):
eat with banalis. That's why I found it expensive.

Speaker 1 (35:33):
Yeah, it looks really, it looks expensive. It looks so rich.
It looks like a ritual.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
I know that if we go too nice. I remember
at that time free to lice cost like eighty cents.
The big bag family size back, but at that time
it costs like almost fifteen dollars. From eighty six to
fifteen dollars is a huge different. I believe that that

(36:00):
these items is expensive, but it depends in each country.
Each country they have uniqueness because the local production or
anyway like that. Cool.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
So tell us more about where we can find your
new app, and about your.

Speaker 2 (36:19):
Book store a restore for the app, and I'm going
to share with you the QR code so you can
make a scannon do it directly. Plus I'm going to
share with you a code called Garuda that's going to

the time, but it's going to be for free all
of you guys. No need to charge. I know they
usually charged like five dollars, but for the code is
for free, no need to charge, because I believe that
the money is not the matter. After I had that
experience to my daughter, the money is data matter. The
doing the right situation or right attention is the master,

(37:04):
and the money is come by itself or the what
we need it will come by itself. It's not only money.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
Yeah, you're making me tear up. That's beautiful. I love that,
and it's so true. So many people focus.

Speaker 4 (37:20):
On the money and making money, but we need more
of We need more of what you're talking about in
the world, giving something to the world that's going to
help everybody.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
And then you're right. The money comes back to you
when it needs to.

Speaker 2 (37:41):
The money is going and come back. But the people,
if disappeared, they will never come back easily.

Speaker 1 (37:50):
Absolutely absolutely.

Speaker 2 (37:57):
