Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, welcome to the Power of Muscle Podcasts.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
And I'm Miles Beccha, your host of the podcast today
and I come from you as a place where I
just got a chance to speak to my workout partner and.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
In the podcast here we really want to highlight one
of the things.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
That has come upon from research and from experience and
the science is also back to that having a person
a partner in your life, in your focus for reaching
your goal produces amazing results. It actually does something which

(00:38):
you would you know you're looking at. It produces results
so backed by research and science meaning statistical analysis data
and also look at the experience. When you go and
you do a project with somebody, the likelihood of you
finishing that project is just higher all on higher. So

(01:01):
when it comes to the project of your your you know,
your training, your workouts, your conditioning, you know, gaining uh partnership,
gaining somebody with a like mind that's putting in an
effort that you're collaborating with, that you're sharing with. This

(01:22):
is where the true magic happens. We'll say, where the
true power muscle shows is that you're going ahead and
your you mentally feel connected to somebody as your partner.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
You know, you're on the same goal and.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Trajectory, you know, navigating this this process together. You're going
to make sure that you're having yourself uh, you know,
any any things that come up, you have a chance
to ask, hey, what are you doing about that? What
did you do with your you know, your nutrition last week?
I learned this, Do you already know that?

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Or you know, would you like to hear more about it?

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Any thing that might come up, you can you have
somebody to talk to about it. And that's that's emotionally connected,
focused connected. Everything is looking to put yourself together to
make sure that you and your partner are both striving.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Towards attaining the next level.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Right, so say if it's a if it's just you know,
you're doing it for the fitness challenges.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
This just came up with some of your.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
You're achieved level one, but you're looking to make your
point and gain, you know, move through level two and
a level two, you really are making a change where
your position of changing.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Getting equalization of your muscles.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Now you're trying to improve on them, improve on the
strength of them, and make sure that they stay equalized
as you go along.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
You've done you did your.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Testing on level one, You've gained some some muscle control,
and you realize that certain muscles are weaker on one
side than the other of the joint are weaker on
the right or's left.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
So now it's the time to.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Move those into position and focus on getting them all
balanced equalized in strength, gaining that muscle equalizer position so
that you can then push forward and start accelerating your output,
accelerating your overall physical strength, overall muscle metabolism.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
And this is going to be exciting to do with
a partner.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Now, what we want to make sure you do too,
is that you could also have you and your partner
could also team up with another.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Two people and sort of create a team.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Right, And we've done this a lot in our centers
and our fitness centers.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Is that we.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Get, you know, two people who have already partnered up,
we get another two people partner up their team. That
team now can check in with each other. They could
be sort of you know, competing or focusing on helping
another team. Right, So you could have multiple teams in
your setting. And we do this a lot in the workplace.

(04:09):
As we set up you know, basically a team of four,
and another team of four and another team of two,
whoever it might be, and just watch your progress, check
on each other, focus on helping each other manage the
things that come up. Because the statistically right, you just
don't change your metabolism overnight.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
You just don't change that muscle strength overnight. So you
need to.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Stick with this long enough.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
And the more people you have around you on this project,
the better they enjoy it. They're trying to attain a
better level for themselves.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
You are too.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
You want to try to get a personal best or
you just want to try to get back to you know,
where you were after say an injury, and you can
now do that so much better with your partner and
with your team. Okay, so the magic happens with partner.
So make sure you if you don't have a partner,
if you if you're trying to go it alone, okay,

(05:06):
just realize there's only so much you can you can
use for technology for you know, your internet tracking on
your apps or whatever you might have it. But you
need to want you want to. I want you to
get a partner now. I want you to find somebody
that you can communicate with on the phone at your
fitness facility in your neighborhood.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
You meet up regularly in your neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
You maybe daily you go for a walk with that person,
or you meet on the on the weekend and review
how your progress has been going, whatever it is. Get
a partner, make sure you and your partner, maybe even
find two more people, create a team, and that way
you're all moving towards that same destination, which is to

(05:48):
be a personal best. You know, to have your your
expression of your muscles and expression of your body be
at it's it's it's best it can be, and then
maintain it right and then you can and be an
example to others of how you are now able to
maintain that strength endurance output that is that is enough

(06:09):
strength for two right, So that's our main goal is
to stress relief.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Right.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
Take this also as this is not punishment as people say,
it's not punishment for being out of shape or being
you know a little bit overweight. And I think that's
it's stress relief. Listen, we do a lot every day,
we do a lot of each week and throughout the year.
So you want to focus on this for stress relief,
for that mental that mind muscle connection, that mind muscle Memory,

(06:33):
creating that muscle memory, using that focus and building yourself
to a high enough level where you're strong enough for two.
You need to help somebody out, you need to rescue somebody,
you need to be there for somebody. You're strong enough
for two physically and also gives you that mental strength
as well. So thanks once again for listening to the
