Despite a hopeful beginning, including a job offer and plans to live with his father, Clinton’s story took a dark turn when he vanished following an encounter at a friend’s house, where his stepfather Jeff last saw him peering through blinds. Clinton had a history that included a drug possession charge and an outstanding arrest warrant for missing a court date, but his sudden disappearance left many unanswered questions. His family firmly believed he wouldn’t have left voluntarily, especially since he was excited about upcoming fatherhood and left behind his paycheck.

Investigations revealed drug activity at the friend’s house Clinton visited, linking it to methamphetamine distribution, and suggested Clinton might have been using heavy narcotics, possibly leading to paranoia and erratic behavior. Despite extensive searches and theories ranging from voluntary departure to drug-induced disorientation or even foul play, Clinton’s fate remains unknown. LaDonna along with Amy Smith, participated in search efforts and are working on a documentary to bring attention to Clinton’s case, hoping for closure and justice.
