I can see you've written out detailed notes for "Episode 1" of a "Fast Food in Moderation Podcast"! You've listed 8 different fast food orders from various restaurants. Here's what I'm reading:

**Your Fast Food Orders:**

1. **Weekend breakfast routine** - High protein breakfast with Kodiak cakes, sugar-free chocolate chips, berries, and chicken sausage

2. **Wendy's** - Dave's Triple (no mayo, no ketchup) with fries and Sprite Zero Sugar

3. **Sheetz** - Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Quest Chips

4. **Five Guys** - Double Bacon Cheeseburger with medium fries and Sprite Zero Sugar

5. **Chick-fil-A** - Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Grilled Nuggets and Mac and Cheese

6. **Pizza Hut** - Large Meat Lovers Pizza with wings and vegetables on the side

7. **The Habit Grill** - Santa Barbara Char (no mayo, no avocado, no cheese)

8. **Royal Farms** - Four Piece Chicken with fries, coleslaw, one biscuit, and a Canada Dry Zero Sugar

This looks like a practical guide to your fast food choices! Are you actually planning to make this into a podcast, or is this more of a personal food journal? I'm curious about the "moderation" aspect - it seems like you're making strategic modifications to keep things balanced.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, everybody, this is a new thing. I'm gonna do
the Fast Food and Moderation Podcasts Episode one. Here's your host,
Alan Marshall Graham. So today I'm gonna talk about it
is when I get fast food only on the weekends,
I eat a high protein breakfast before I go out

(00:24):
at noon. I do codiac cakes with sugar free chocolate chips.
I go for Lily's and bake and Believe chocolate chips
with some berries and chicken sausage on the side with it.
Because wine, I eat fast food mostly on weekends. It's

(00:47):
about balance. You have to balance it out what it is,
what it is, because you know why, if you don't
have a high protein breakfast, you're not gonna see results.
Like it's gonna make you like binge and binge and
that's not a good thing. But I think berries in
chicken sausage will fill you up easily in my opinion,

(01:09):
because you know why, moderation is very important on weekends.
Like everything in moderation is actually fine in my opinion,
Like don't demonize carbs. Don't do that because you know
I demonized in carbs is like unhealthy to me in
my opinion, because if you demonize carbs, like carbs are

(01:30):
for fuel glidogen, and it's for glucose too. In my opinion,
it's just like I think berries and chicken sausage with
Kodiac cakes, which is actually really good to me in
my opinion, Like I usually do that in the morning
sometimes on weekends. It just depends what I'm eating on

(01:51):
the weekends. It just depends what it is. It's about balance.
It's just about balance in my opinion. And next I'm
going I talk about is my go to order at
Wendy's is a Dave's triple with no mayo and no
ketchup and fries with a sprite zero sugar. This is

(02:13):
my go to Wendy's menu menu item because why I'm like,
I fit it because you know, I'm like, I cut
sauces in half because it cances out, cancel cancel out
the calories in my opinion. So it's just my opinion,
because you know why I'm I cut out sauces completely,
and I'm down like one hundred and twelve to one

(02:36):
hundred and thirteen pounds now. But I started at two
forty this year. Now I'm like at two thirteen. That's
like twenty six pounds or twenty seven pounds down, which
is actually really great because you know, I enjoy fast
food on weekends like most of the time. In my opinion,
I like cooking at home, but if I'm on the go,

(02:58):
the macros are not that bad in Wendy's. Like you
can get a grilled chicken sandwich, you can get a
baked potato, and you can get their chili, and like
if you want to bake like naked baked potato, you
could do that too. But I'm a burger guy, but
I stick with chicken most of the time because you know,

(03:18):
I like read meat. It doesn't digest that well. But
you can go for like plant based meat or anything
you want to in my opinion, but Wendy's is mostly
my like third go to. I like, it just depends
what you what you have at home in my opinion.

(03:40):
But next I'm gonna talk about as my go to
order at Sheets is a buffalo chicken sandwich with quest
ships on the side with it. Okay, Sheets are like
very macro friendly my opinion, Like they have grilled subs,
they have chicken tenders. Chicken tenders are actually pretty macro

(04:00):
friendly in my opinion. It's just like it just depends
what you get on them. In my opinion, I usually
go for a ranch like seasoning that's that actually slaps
in my opinion, but I usually go for the hogi.
It just really depends what it is. I usually get
a half a hogi and some question ships on the
side with it, which is actually pretty filling to me

(04:22):
in my opinion. It's just like I think sheets is
underrated in my opinion, have you guys been to sheets?
You guys have to go right now and get this
order in my opinion, Buffalo chicken sandwich like yellow mustard
and buffalo sauce. Go for that my opinion, Like I

(04:45):
usually make a spicy chicken sandwich at home, but if
I'm on the go, I will go for sheets like
chicken sandwich and do buffalo and yellow mustard. That's actually
my go to order. But I usually do mozzarella sticks
or hot mozzarella sticks. But those are like six hundred

(05:07):
and eighty calories. It just depends like what I'm eating
through the day. But they're curly fries like they slap, Like,
are they better than Arby's. No, Arby's is really good,
but it just depends what you like in my opinion.
And next I'm gonna talk about is my go to
order at five guys a double bacon cheeseburger with with

(05:32):
keramaized onions, tomato, lettuce, and yellow mustard, and that's it.
With the medium fries, always get casion. Casion is all
always on the go in my opinion. In a sprite
zero sugar, okay, sprite sugar zero sugar vanilla, it slaps,

(05:53):
it instantly slaps. It tastes like like electricity static in
my opinion, but you know, it tastes like colect tasty static,
like whipped cream. It like it shocks your tongue instantly
in my opinion. And next to I'm goin to talk
aboutters my go to order at Chick fil A. Chick
fil A is very macro friendly, like don't knock until

(06:16):
you tried Chick fil A, the grilled chicken sandwich and
grill nuggets in their medium mac and cheese. Their mac
and cheese slaps, but it's instantly, like very DEBI like
dairy heavy, but I usually eliminate dairy in my opinion

(06:36):
because you'll get backed up instantly. But dairy's fine in
moderation in my opinion, dairy's fine in moderation, but you
can't have it all the time. But like Chick fil
A is very macro friendly, but the sauce is adds
up the calories instantly in my opinion. But Chick fil

(06:57):
A is really good. It's always a ten out ten
because you know, Chick fil A is always always gonna
slap in my opinion. And next I'm minute talk, but
is okay pizza you can have a moderation, but my
go to order, my go to pizza order, it's a

(07:17):
large meat lover's pizza. Okay, bear with me, with some
maybe maybe garlic, parmesan or cajun that would be really
good in my opinion. But and I do vegetables on
the side with it because you know why you need
to get your micronutrients like vitamin C, vitamin caveam, iron

(07:39):
and potassium in my opinion, on the side with it,
because you know why pizza like you can overconsume. But
two pieces in moderation are actually fine. Do some veggies
and do some wings with it. That would be fantastic
meal in my opinion. But next minute, but is my

(08:01):
go to order at the Habit Girl. The Habit Grill,
it slaps, but I usually like cut out mayo and
cut a half avocado. I don't eat avocado or mayo
no more. I cut the calories on that. But I
get the Santa Barbera char with no mayo and no

(08:22):
avocado and no cheese. If I want cheese, do I
want it? No? It's just like it saves up the
calories in my opinion. But if you go to Habit Grill,
there's Santa barbarichar get no mayo, no avocado, or you
could do no cheese or with cheese. It's your option

(08:42):
in my opinion. But Habit Girls a ten out of ten.
It's instantly better than five Guys in my opinion, because
you know why, five guys is expensive as shit, no
matter what it takes, they're very expensive. But their burgers
are really good, and their fries are really good. Cajun fries.
Cajun fries are a little bit better than their regular

(09:03):
fries in my opinion. That's just my opinion. And last
I'm gonna talk about is my go to order at
Royal Farms. Okay, let's not demonize Royal Farms. Royal Farms
slaps no matter what it takes, like they're doing their
job instantly. I think I think me and my dad
went like last weekend to like Royal Farms. Royal Farms

(09:27):
actually slaps in my opinion. I do a four piece chicken,
know what I do? I do the thigh and I
do the like chicken breast. That's instantly like pure protein
in my opinion. With fries and coalslaw that's you're choosing,
and one bisc and a Canada dry zero sugar soda

(09:50):
that's instantly my go to. And is it really good? Yes?
It is? Hell yeah it is like is a macro friendly? No,
But if you're on the go, this is actually okay
in moderation. Fried chicken is okay in moderation in my opinion.
And that's the last question I talked about. I'll see

(10:12):
you tomorrow for the Fast Food and Moderation Podcast, Episode two.
