happy little family and a ride with me. The mom

(00:43):
This is the fast Food in Moderation Podcast, Episode ten,
your host Alan Marshall Graham, And today I'm going to
talk about it. Who has the better fast food breakfast?
Number one? Chick fil A. Chick fil A has very
great macros on their breakfast. I usually get the breakfast

(01:06):
eg white grill. I usually get two of them. That's
five hundred and eighty calories five hundred and eighty calories
with the fruit cup on the side with it. It's
like it's really good. It's like fifty grams of protein
instantly to start my day. And I think it's like
very elite in my opinion. And next I'm gonna talk

(01:27):
about it is Burger King Breakfast. I usually get the
eggnormous brito, but not anymore. It's just like I like
to McDonald's sometimes, but Burger King Breakfast is fire. I
would have it once in a while in my opinion.
And next I'm gonna talk about it is I hop
I hop is really really good. Their pancakes are really good.

(01:49):
I want to try their pumpkin pancakes very soon. In
my opinion, those would be fire with some chocolate tips.
In my opinion, that will be pretty good. And next
I'm gonna talk about is Bob Evans. They need to
bring back the cinnamon chip pancakes. Those were fantastic. They
should bring those back in my opinion. And next I'm

(02:12):
gonna talk about is McDonald's. I haven't talked about McDonald's
in a good minute. I think McDonald's is okay, but
their breakfast is very good, like I usually get the
the like the mcgriddles. The mcbriddles are really really good
instantly in my opinion, like the mcgriddles are pretty elite.

(02:34):
In my opinion, they're pretty elite, Like the mcgriddles are
like the most underrated like breakfast item in McDonald's right
now in my opinion. And next I'm gonna talk about
it as Taco Bell. I only had Taco Bell breakfast once.
It was pretty decent, like I wouldn't get it again,
but it was cheap. It was like five dollars for

(02:58):
combo meal. Which is not that bad in my opinion
if you're sticking on to a budget in my opinion.
And next, I'm gonta talk about its Golden Corral. I'v't
been to Golden Coral in a good minute. They have
fantastic breakfast items. You can have fried chicken for breakfast,
which is insane to me, but I think that's an

(03:19):
elite combo in my opinion, fried chicken for breakfast say less.
I'm actually fine with it. Chicken and waffles, let's do
it in my opinion. And next I ment to talk
about it is BUCkies. BUCkies is really really good in
their breakfast item and lunch items too. I like BUCkies like.
I think BUCkies is underrated in my opinion, an underrated

(03:42):
gas station like breakfast items in my opinion. And next
I'm going to talk about is Wah Wah Breakfast. Wahwah
breakfast is really good, Like it's very unappreciated because you
know why Wah Wah and BUCkies are competing together, which
is actually pretty good. But while it's a ton of items,

(04:03):
but BUCkies like it's a grocery store and like and
a gas station, which is actually fantastic to me in
my opinion. And next I'm gonut to talk about as Denny's.
I haven't been to Denny's in a long time. I
want to go to Denny's this year and next year maybe,
but I don't know. It just depends on the on
the people in my opinion. And last a minute talk

(04:26):
about is Scramblers. Please check this place out right now,
because you know I, me and dad went. Me and
my dad went to Scramblers like before, like Labor Day weekend.
It's just like it was really good. It was instantly
really good. I got the cinnamon like roll pancakes with

(04:47):
chocolate chips in them, and I tried there bacon and eggs.
Those were fantastic. If you go to Scramblers, I recommend
this in my opinion. And that's the life. Last question
I talked about, I'm gonna do the wrestling podcast to
Bionogram episode one hundred and sixty three in a little bit.

(05:10):
Stay tuned.
