So today I'm gonna talk about is you can have
pizza every Friday. You don't have to give up your
pizza Friday because pizza is a food that we enjoy

time and time again. Enjoy the foods you love. I
get a market side pizza with and I do a
protein and veggie on the side with it. It it
like to make it more enjoyable and filling. You can't

cut out pizza out of your diet because you why
like its sustainability. It gives you a really good progress
And it's just like you can't avoid carbs because carbs
are good for energy and gldagen two. In my opinion,
like I do it every Friday because you know why,

time or any other day. In my opinion, it's just
like more sustainable for me, and it keeps my energy
flow and I do a really good digestion walk like
after I eat my food. It just depends on my
day in my opinion. But it's just my like sutainability

and it's just you have to live life more in
my opinion, just get a little bit loose in my opinion,
and next to I'm in a tuck. But is PSA,
don't give up on pancakes. I do Kodiac cakes and
Walmart Goodn't Gather protein pancake mix. I do sugar free

chocolate chips in the protein pancake batter. I love chocolate
chip pancakes. They are my favorite breakfast food of all
time because you know why chocolate pancakes can be like
be good food or bad food. But I do an
egg scrambled now with my Kodiac cakes to make it

more sustainable and more filling and more enjoyable. Do I
enjoy it time and time again? Yes, I do, because
you know why, like pancakes can be like a dense
carb but Kodiac cakes are not that dense to me
in my opinion. But I think Kodiac cakes and Good

and Gather protein pancake mix is actually really good. It
tastes like the same thing but different in my opinion.
But chocolate pancakes are my favorite breakfast item and brunch
item too in my opinion. Like when I got the
cinemarole pancakes from Scramblers, I added chocolate chips to that

because you know why, I like chocol chips in any
pancake batter in my opinion, like, which is pretty good
to me. And next I'm going to talk about is
don't give up burgers and fries because we are human
and we want to enjoy our lives more. If you

guys give up burgers and fries, like please please don't
do that. Cus why it's for stainability and fat loss
progress and weight loss progress, because you know why you
can join like you can have burgers every single day,
but sometimes fries like if you find in peanut oil,
that'll be okay in my opinion and moderation, But I

think fries and burgers like get a bad rap because
why like they do ones like beef tallow from Buffalo
wild Wings instantly, but like I think beef tallo is
a little bit better than like vegetabil and canol oil
because you know why people demonize on seed oils. Just

have your seed oils, guys, okay, because you know why,
I like it makes it more sustainability and having more
like progress. In my opinion, It's just like like I
was about to give up burgers, but no, you cannot
give up burgers because why it's for sustainable weight loss.
And you could do a veggie on the side, and

you could do some potatoes or sweet potatoes too. I
haven't had sweet potatoes in a good minute because why
sweet potatoes have a lot of vitamin A and a
lot of micro nutrients. But I like regular potatoes a
little bit better than sweet potatoes. That's just my opinion.
People are different. And next I'm gonna talk about is

I do the eighty twenty rule because it works for
me and other people because we can enjoy we can
enjoy our lives more. Because you know why the eighty
twenty rule has helped me out since twenty twenty two,
I didn't give up my favorite foods, like I mostly

whole foods and twenty percent on the weekends, I eat
whatever I want. Because you know why, I'm making more
progress right now, which is actually pretty good. It just
depends what I eat in a day instantly. If you
guys want to see a podcast what I want to,
like a full day of eating, I'll give you that
my opinion, I'll make a podcast out of that. Right now.

Maybe I think the eighty twenty rule is actually a
very good tool because you know why, like eighty percent
of the time we're eating whole foods and twenty percent
we can eat whatever we want and fits in our macros.
In my opinion, and next I'm going to talk about
it is you can enjoy fast food and moderation. You

can have burgers, pizza, hot dogs, and other dudes to
like ice cream, cake, pies, and brownies and cookies too.
It's just like this is for sustainability in my opinion. PSA,

don't cut out sweet treats or other stuff because you
know why, I'm it's gonna lead into binge eating a
lot of them, and like, are we gonna get down
on ourselves?

Are we still gonna make progress for ourselves? Yes, that's instantly. Yes,
cause why brownies, cookies, ice cream and cake are my
favorite sweet treats. Cause why it's sustainability and it helps
my progress with that sweet tooth. In my opinion, I

usually have a sweet tooth in the morning. I usually
have like Kodiak cakes and I put the Kodiak cake
granola in it. That curbs my sweet tooth instantly in
a flash. And last I'm gonna talk about it is
it's a controversial Chick fil A versus Slim Chickens versus

Raisin Canes. This is a tough one for me because
Slim Chickens is a little better, but Chick fil A
is really great too, But Raisin Canes don't season their
chicken and fries too. Okay, I like raisin Canes. I

meant I like Slim Chickens and Chick fil A at
the same time. But Raisin Canes just do not season
their chicken properly, like they usually under season or like
not overseason at all. But like sometimes Chick fil A seasons,
they're better really well. But Slim Chickens, like they know

how to season chicken really really well. And I think
it's controversial, like I think slip Chicken is a little
bit better than Chick fil A in my opinion, and
Raisin Knes and Chick fil A as always, And that's
