Mayo just gives me the ick so so bad, but
I just stopped eating it completely in my opinion. And
next I'm going to talk about is Starbucks spinach ant
spittach feta and egg white wrap. This this is actually

a pretty good cheek code if you get one that's
like fifteen gramps protein probably, but I don't know, it
just depends what you like, in my opinion. And next
I'm going to talk about is Dunkin Donuts the egg
white bowl and the veggie egg white sandwich. Never tried

them before. I want to try them so bad, but
I don't know. Like Starbucks in talkin Donuts, they're almost
the same thing, but different they sell different things in
my opinion. And next I'm going to talk about is
Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich and the Junior Deluxe cheeseburger and

Wendy's ground beef Chili. I never tried their chili before.
I tried their girlled chicken sandwich it's pretty good. And
their Junior DeLux cheeseburger. It's pretty small in my opinion,
it's really really small. That's just my opinion. It's very small.
But I never tried Wendy's chili. Maybe someday I'll try

it my opinion. And next I'm gonna talk about is
Chick fil A. Chick fil A, you can go like
three different ways with this grilled chicken nuggets, maybe the
mac and cheese medium, and maybe a grilled chicken sandwich.
That's actually a very better healthy option in my opinion.

It's a more healthier option. And next I'm going to
talk about it is Chipotle Buratable. I tried to Chipot
breedable and it's very filling. You only can have like
woods serving in it because it's a lot of food
for a lot of calories. But Chipotle has reasonable like

portions in my opinion, Are they better portions? Probably not?
But is it way better than like Taco Bell? I
don't think so in my opinion, I don't think so.
And next I'm gonna talk about is Panera bread, Green
Goddess cop salad and the Asian Sesame chicken salad and

a Caesar salad with chicken and a menitranean bowl. Have
I had this before? No? Because you know, I like
making my own salads at home. It's just like like
Panera bread tastes like hospital food. It tastes like hospital food.

Do I like Panera bread? No? No. It gave me
the bad stomach ache obviously, but not in a good way. No,
not in a good way. Like did it give me
the runs? Yes? It did. That's Tami, sorry about that.
And next I'm gonna talk about is Taco Bell. I

can go three different ways with Taco Bell right now,
But I don't know. It's just like it just depends
what you get. It just depends what you get. It's
just like I like, get the grilled cheese burrito with
know rice and add potatoes and that'll be pretty good

and without the sauce. That's a very good game changer.
In my opinion, it's a very good game changer. But
I think three or four soft tacos will fill you
up for many and less calories. And next I'm going
to talk about is pant Express mushroom chicken and string

being chicken breast and broccoli beef and the black pepper
Angus steak. Instantly, I think I think pant Express is
a cheat code on their protein obviously, but I think
pant Express is really good with their like they have

a good portions, and they had to know how to
weigh their food out exactly. In my opinion, they're know
how to weigh their food exactly. And next I'm gonna
talk about is last thing I'm gonna talk about is McDonald's.
Oh crap, Okay, I don't eat McDonald's that much no more,
because you know why, like E Coli in the mcdouble

or something or like I think it was E Coli
in probably the double quarter pounder, and that's why I
stopped eating McDonald's completely that's just my opinion. And like McDonald's, okay,
the egg white muffin and the classic cheeseburger and the

double cheeseburger, like you're gonna have the ketchup and like
in the in the mustard, that's actually okay for calories.
And it's just like, don't remove the buttons because you
know why, you have to enjoy your food that you like.
Because you know why I don't eat these like low

calorie things. I eat high calorie things because you know why,
it helps me, helps me with more of my progress.
And that's just my opinion on that, in my opinion,
