I can see your podcast notes for Episode 7! It looks like you're documenting a "Fast Food in Moderation" approach with some interesting meal choices. Here's what I'm reading:

**Episode 7: Fast Food in Moderation Podcast**

**Day 1:**
- **Breakfast:** Kodiak Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes and Egg Scramble (70-80g protein)
- **Lunch:** Dave's Double (no mayo, no cheese, no ketchup) - noted as "Really Good"
- **Dinner:** Leftover Marketside Pizza and Chicken Drumsticks with peas on the side
- **Dessert:** Ice Cream Bar
- **Snack:** Jolly Time Popcorn (high volume, great snack)

**Day 2:**
- **Breakfast:** Same as Day 1 - Kodiak Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes and Egg Scramble

**Final note:** You mention being a "Full-time Foodie only on the Weekend Because I enjoy Food"

It's interesting that you're tracking your fast food consumption while maintaining high protein intake (70-80g just at breakfast!) and making modifications like removing mayo, cheese, and ketchup to keep things more moderate. The weekend foodie approach seems like a sustainable balance!

This is the Fast Food and Moderation Podcast, Episode seven.
So today I'm going to talk about it is a
normal day, full day of eating for me in moderation
and no restriction because you know why, restricting yourself can
lead into binge eating, which is not good in my opinion.
But let's start. For breakfast, I had Kodiak chocolate chip

(02:55):
protein pancakes with the egg scramble. Okay, in the egg scramble,
I put in chicken sausage and iceberg, lettuce salad and
one egg now is it. It had seventy to eighty
grams of protein for breakfast. I frontloaded my breakfast to

(03:15):
seventy to eighty grams protein because you know why I
go out on weekends and like, do you want to
restrict yourself? Hell no, Hell no, because you know what
restricting yourself like leads into like a binging cycle in
my opinion, because you know, if you want the cookie,
just have the cookie if you want, in my opinion,

(03:37):
But seventy to eighty grams protein, it keeps me full
and energize for a really great workout I do shon tea,
hip hop and abs. That workout is nothing but the truth. Instantly,
I usually do forty two minutes to like thirty minutes
of like instead of cardio. Is actually pretty good for

(03:58):
like mental insanity in my opinion, And next I'm gonna
talk about it is for launch. I had today was
a Dave's double with no mayo and no cheese and
no ketchup. It was really good. I had large fries
with it and a sprite zero sugar instantly, one of
the best foods I like in my opinion, like I

(04:22):
have it in moderation because moderation like stains your weight
loss in your weight loss goals. In my opinion, restriction,
it's just it's not a thing in my opinion, like
everything in moderation, in my opinion, everything in moderation. That's
just my opinion, in my two cents. And for dinner,

(04:44):
and for dinner tonight, I'm going to have leftovers like
leftover market side ultimate meat pizza and chicken drumsticks with
some peas on the side with it. And for dessert,
I'm going to have a ice cream bar. Man. I
have a sweet tooth, you know me, I have a

(05:06):
huge sweet tooth. Instantly I go for like ice cream cones,
the real ice cream cones. If I want to go
for like a low calorie dessert, I would go for
Halo Top. But I like high calorie ice cream. It
just helps me the most in my opinion, to curve
that sweet tooth. I like. That's just my opinion. That's

(05:27):
my two cents. And next I'm gonna talk about it
is for snack today I had I'm going to have
Jolly Time popcorn. It's high volume and it's a really
great high volume snack. Man. I've been eating popcorn on
my weight loss journey for a long time, like since

(05:49):
twenty twenty two, because you know what, I needed to
be a little bit snacky. But I think Jolly Time
Popcorn helped me out because you know, it sustains my
hunger a lot. And like if you get hungry all
the time, if you want to like a granola bar,
add some strawberries to it, because you know, why have
strawberries or high volume instantly in my opinion, because I

(06:11):
love strawberries. I put in my yogur bowl, which is
a really great breakfast in my opinion. And next I'm
going to talk about is the next day, I do
the same breakfast Kodiac cake, Kodiak chocolate chip, pink protein pancakes,

(06:32):
and a egg scramble. Now what this is my high
like like my like my like high protein breakfast. I
really really like. It's very good. It has seventy to
eighty grams protein, which is actually pretty good. It's going
to keep you full for a long long time before
lunch hits in my opinion. And last I'm going to

(06:57):
talk about it is I'm a full time foodie only
on the weekends because I enjoy food. Man, I've been
a foodie for a long time, since twenty twenty two,
because you know, I like, I do exercise, and I
enjoyed things in moderation instantly, it's sustainables for your goals

(07:17):
because I've been doing this since twenty twenty two. If
I go out, I'm gonna go out. Am I gonna
stick to my calorie range? Yes? And my original calorie
range when I was like two hundred and eighty two
hundred and eighty five pounds, like I was like doing
two thousand calories a day. That was just not healthy.

(07:39):
It was not sustainable to me in my opinion. But
but in twenty twenty five, right now, I bumped up
my calorie deficit calories to three thousand and four hundred calories. Instantly,
it's working for me. It's like like pound or two
pounds and a half weight loss. I think that's really
good for me. It's just like it's just works for me,

(08:01):
Like what works for you works for me. And next
I'm gonna like and that's the last question I talked
about a reminder, enjoy your food on the weekends, don't
BINGI just have things in moderation and just live your
life the way you want to. In my opinion. And

(08:23):
that's the last question I talked about. I'm going to
do the Fast Food and Moderation Podcast episode eight in
a little bit. Stay tune everybody, and eat your food
and get back on track. Okay, it's not the end
of the world. Okay. See ya.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
