Unconditional Love & Lovability

In this episode, I share the concepts of unconditional love and lovability. Do you know that love and loving never hurts? Loving is the opposite of hurt. When we think we can protect ourselves from being hurt by not loving someone who we want to love, we’re just hurting ourselves ahead of time. And when we think our lovability is related to whether someone loves us or not, we’re getting it wrong. What if we can have unconditional love for ourselves and also practice it for others? What if our lovability has nothing to do with how lovable WE are - we’re 100% lovable - but more to do with someone else’s ability to love us?
