Your Manuals Are Getting in Your Way

In this episode, you’ll find out how your relationship manuals may be creating problems for you / getting in your way. What are relationship manuals? They’re basically instruction manuals that we have in our minds about how others are supposed to behave and how we are supposed to behave. However, we don’t usually tell others what all our instructions are for them, yet we still expect them to know what they are! And for ourselves, our manuals are likely unquestioned or we may even be unaware of what they are. When we become aware of our manuals, we can then start to drop them, if we want. We may see that dropping these manuals can change our relationships for the better.
