Da den aarhusianske instruktør Kasper Bisgaard først læste om Green Bank, havde han en idé om et ”før-teknologisk paradis”.
Men både han og instruktør Mikael Lypinski, der har fulgt byens liv i tre år til dokumentaren ”Den sidste stilhed”, opdagede, at livet i den såkaldte ”stillezone” slet ikke er så paradisagtigt endda.
