Sono appena tornato da Barcellona, dove ho partecipato all’evento in prima persona, e quello che ho visto ha completamente cambiato la mia prospettiva su dove sta andando la nostra industria.
Il tema di quest'anno era "The New Age(nts)" (La Nuova Era degli Agenti). Non stiamo parlando di agenti di viaggio tradizionali. Stiamo parlando di AI agents, di intelligenza artificiale che sta riscrivendo le regole del gioco.
Se pensavate che l'AI fosse solo una tendenza temporanea o un nice-to-have per il settore travel, è il momento di ripensarci. Quello che ho visto a Barcellona è chiaro: l'AI non sta arrivando nel turismo. È già qui. Ed è diventata il sistema operativo dell'intera industria.
Nei prossimi 25 minuti vi porterò dentro questa trasformazione, con storie concrete, dati rilevanti e soprattutto con quella percezione di essere davanti a un cambiamento fondamentale per la nostra epoca.
