Nella puntata di oggi Marta ospita nuovamente Alberto e Francesco per parlare di temi militari con un taglio un po’ diverso rispetto alle scorse puntate. Verranno presentati alcuni testi letterari egiziani, datati dall’Antico Regno all’epoca Ramesside, nati in ambienti diversi rispetto a quello reale e non imbevuti di ideologia ufficiale. Attraverso di essi si cercherà di avere un’idea più ampia di come la società egiziana abbia percepito la guerra e la vita militare in genere. Dalle autobiografie di privati cittadini, alle opere narrative, ai testi redatti nell’ambito delle scuole scribali di epoca ramesside, sono queste le fonti che ci offrono punti di vista nuovi per osservare il “mestiere delle armi” presso gli antichi Egizi.
