Meet Tim Smith, your not-so-average small town private eye from upstate New York. Author Donald Westlake, the mastermind behind the gripping Parker novels, introduces this unique character who shares a friendly bond with the citys high flyers, including the City Council and the Mayor. But Smiths relations arent just about camaraderie - hes sitting on a treasure trove of their darkest secrets, not that he has any intention of exposing them.
