Speaker 1 (00:02):
Are you ready to level up?
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Do you wish to live a life of options and
not obligations? You've gone to the right place. Thank you
for stopping on by to hear knowledge nuggets from Coach
Fergie and his top tier guest to help you lean
into your ultimate human potential.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
Now let's level up with Coach Fergie.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
Hey Varsity Squad, Welcome back to another powerful edition of
Level of Conversations with Coach Fergie with time to Shine
today Coaching. I'm your host, Scott Fergson, blessed to be
your gap coach specialized in performance mental conditioning, working with
business leaders, entrepreneurs, entertainers, athletes, CE suite and students to
help them bridge their success gap to live a life
of options and not obligations. On this platform, we are
stoked to bring you high performers. We're not just chasing
(00:41):
an attainance success, but redefining it through providing above and
beyond service. We're going to do a really quick coaching
knowledge nugget and I was blessed to be coached to
become a coach by Trevor mo Ed. He was Russell
Wilson's you know the football players, you know mental conditioning
coach along with other athletes at the top of.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
The food chain.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
And you've always told me, and what I really pass
on to my clients is, you know a lot of
people say, Fergie Man, you're always positive, You're always positive,
and they're like, how do you get over negative thinking?
When I say is you know, positive thinking does not
work one hundred percent of the time. But what does
work one hundred percent of the time is negative thinking.
So here's the deal. Most people live in their either
positive fantasy or negative doom, but the most elite performers
(01:21):
they stay neutral. Neutral thinking doesn't ignore the facts, it
doesn't sugarcoat reality or drawn in emotions. It says, here's
where I am, Here's what I can control. Now, what's
the next right step? Whether you just blew a sales call,
miss the shot, or crush the wind, neutral thinking resets
the emotional change and keeps you mission focus. It's not
about the hype, it's about the habit squad, It's not
(01:42):
about what happened, It's about what happens next. So whenever
you're facing today, don't spiral, don't pretend, go neutral, own
the truth on your next move, and level up and
talk about leveling up. This guy the I'm about to
bring on is legitly one of my first friends here
in South Florida. He befriended me at a networking eve
and we've went deep diving into kind of.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
The health and wellness field. And talk about the deep diving.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
My good friend here is Zach, a bold entrepreneur who's
not just changing lives, he's optimizing them at a cellular level.
A Palm Beach County native, adrenaline junkie, tactical training enthusiast,
and proud follower of Christ who puts faith at the
center of everything he does. Zach's not your average business owner.
This guy's building an empire in the healthcare space. He
launched Andrew Jennis back in twenty fifteen, Happy ten Years,
(02:29):
a powerhouse clinic specialized in homeown replacement, theority therapy, and
what's helping people regain energy, vitality and performance.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
But he didn't stop there.
Speaker 3 (02:37):
Zach also owns a cutting edge medical lab in New
Jersey and his companies are blazing trails coast to coast.
At the heart of his journey is his wife of
six years, Jacqueline. His biggest supporter business confidant and the
one who keeps him grounded as he levels up in
life and business, whether he's offshore fishing, diving into Florida waters,
or elevating lives through science and faith. My good friend
Zach Reek, he's on a mission and you're about to
(02:58):
hear what fuels him in.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Brother. I've known you ten eleven years, Bro, It's insane.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
It's crazy. Like literally you I think I made through
your brother Ben. Yeah, and he's like, hey, I mean
talk to Scott and this is It's awesome. Man's blessed
that you.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
You know. I know you're busy, dude, So carving time
for you is not easy. Bro. You'd happy to do it, man,
happy to do it, happy to be here. Man, I
love it.
Speaker 3 (03:17):
And you know what you're optimizing people at to sell
your level?
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Right? So what was the.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Defining moment that made you realize that home on therapy
could be a game changer in people's life.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
I'll tell you what, dude. So I was actually in
a in a training with a physician, and I was
actually working for somebody else at the time, and I
didn't even actually understand quite what I was doing. This
was eleven years ago. I hadn't really found my way,
but I remember where, like I remember where I was
standing in this room, walking down to this room where
(03:46):
I was training with this doctor, and I said, holy cow,
if this is done well, this is a great thing.
And that for me, it was just a pivotal point
in my in the start of my career where I
started to believe in now what I was a part of.
And it was if hormone optimization, because that's that's really
(04:07):
what we're after, right, there's hormone replacement therapy and hormone
optimization are basically the same thing. But for me, it's
a little bit of a deeper dive to really truly
optimize hormones. And it was if this is done well,
this is a really great thing. And this was I
did this. This was twenty fourteen, So there was still
a negative it was ABU. Yeah, yeah, there was this
(04:28):
negative stigma that that was completely around it. Now it's
this mainstream thing where everybody's doing it. It's more widely accepted.
There's your primary care doctors starting to become enlightened to
the fact that it's a healthy option. So there's but
then it was nobody was really thinking about it, people
were looking at it in a different from a different
lens than they are now.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
Yeah, and you do a lot for the heroes, so yeah,
very much. You know, I believe you have hormones for
heroes or something like that. So how did your faith
and kind of personal values shape your decision to sport
vetterr ends and first responders?
Speaker 1 (05:02):
So here's what I love about first responders, firefighters, you
know all of them, military, firefighters, police officers. What I
found is there there some of the easiest people to
deal with. I appreciate everything they do on that line, absolutely,
but just from what I saw about the type of
(05:23):
client that they were, right, they were kind of people
that I liked. Right, you did what you said you
were going to do, and you gave them an honest price,
and they were super easy to do.
Speaker 3 (05:34):
If they trust you, they're going to follow a protocol.
They followed because they're used to that.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
And here's the other great thing, especially the cops and
with firefighters, right right, you take care of one of them,
did they go back? And then they're like and they're
like little schoolyard girls where they just like talk about
it amongst each other. And it's great because it's like
you get one and then you end up with five
or six of their buddies or whatever it is. Right, So, man,
I'll tell you what, Thank God for them because when
(06:01):
Andrew Genics was first getting started. They are actually a
reason for Andrew Jenics's success, right. I think if that
would if I wouldn't have had that them focused on
them as a client, tell I don't know that Andrew
Genics actually would have made it past the first year
and a half, two years.
Speaker 3 (06:17):
Yeah, I remember you brought that up to me. I
remember it was that the old dirty Martini. We were
there for Carl Woods memory is running from Mayor and
like that, and we were holding signs and then we
went to this and he's like, and you said, you're
you know for y're a veteran. I'm like, yeah, it's
like I'm really wanting to dig into that world, the
first Responding world.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Man, that was the best movie you made, Like you
just said it, Well, you know you were actually a
part of that. Yeah, it was. I'm a client, so
it's but no, no, I mean as a part of
the idea the concept of hormonees for heroes, because I
think you were doing houses for so yeah, I kind
of played off of you a little bit. Cut. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:48):
Man, this, like.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Most of my great ideas I've I've borrowed from other everything,
you know, we get it from somebody.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
We get a good idea, you know, Like my coaching
is a regurgitation of a guy named Brian Kane Trevor Moet,
who I answered, you know, talked about earlier, that mentored me.
And then you know you have a little Tony Robbins
sprinkled in there, and that you pull something a step
from everybody. That's excellent. That you're open minded and that's
why you're growing it. Like everywhere I'm driving now, be
driving down ninety five pretty much once a week, I'll
(07:18):
see androgenis wrapped vehicle. You have like ten of them
out there or something.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
We got a few. That's impressive, dude, that's awesome.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
So you run clinics in you know, uh in Florida
and a lab in Jersey, right, So how do you
maintain consistency and quality and culture across such diverse locations.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
Yeah, it's tough, dude. To What I focus on the
most is culture pouring into my staff. Love that managing
people from one thousand miles away is incredibly difficult. What
I found is that you have to find the right people.
You want to pour into the right people, and you
have to pay the right people the right amount of
(07:57):
the right people are expensive. Yeah, it's I've come to
that conclusion. And the other thing too, It's what I've
found is slow to hire and quick to fire. So
if somebody's not right doesn't make them a bad person,
it just means that they're not right for that position,
maybe the culture. So you got to get them out
as quickly as possible, because the culture, to me and
(08:19):
both of my companies, is the most important thing. Right,
Andrew Genics is a little bit easier because I'm here,
so after managing people from one thousand miles away, managing
people where I can sit down with them on a
daily basis, it's a lot easier. We'll put it that way, right,
and I just have real candid conversations, and I think
a lot of it's in the hiring process. I say, look,
(08:42):
my objective is for you to earn more money than
you've ever earned. Right, I want you to grow professionally,
I want you to grow personally. Most of our conversations
are going to be cool. I'm a pretty jovial guy
in the office, but we're also going to have some
real conversations that you're not going to like. So I
kind of set that expectation right off rip so when
that time comes, people aren't blindsided by it. They understand, Hey,
(09:06):
this is the relationship, same team. I want to be
cool with you because I show up here every day too.
I want it to be an enjoyable place for me
to go to work. Absolutely, But at the end of
the day, are our objective is to deliver the very
best service to our clients at every single interaction. Love it,
and my job is to make sure my staff does that. Yeah,
(09:26):
because there's competitors.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
One thing I've noticed is your guys's customer services above
and beyond that. And I'm a big believer in you know,
also like praising them in public, Like you have these
clips of like ten years all this huge I remember
if it was just you, Paul, and like I don't
even think Jacqueline was there. It was just like a
couple of you dudes. And now look at you guys.
I saw the TikTok. It's like, man, there's like fifteen
twenty of you guys hang out. Guys look like a
(09:49):
big family, and I see you praising them in public,
but when you got to reprimand them, you kind of
take them behind closed doors and be like, yeah, brother.
So how about Jacqueline Man, she plays a key role
right behind scenes. He's sure a moment when her support
shifted the trajectory of your business.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
Dude, There's been a lot, right, I would think where
she was the glue that held androgenics together. So I've
been sober for six years, love it. Before I got sober,
she made sure the office was dude, because I'm a
drinking and being out at bar still three o'clock in
the morning, living a worldly life, unhealthy lifestyle, and she
(10:28):
would be the person opening the office and it's like
I'm like dragging in there at noon. So right, Andrew
Jenis wouldn't even exist if she if God didn't bring
her into my life. Yeah, man, I mean, and even
to this day, she still supports me at She's been
able to step down, thank God, but she still supports
(10:48):
me on a level at home where I get to
focus all of my efforts on growing our family businesses
and continuing to hopefully move us in the right direction.
Did the great thing about her, Man, she trusts me
to do what's in the best interest of our family.
Love It, meaning me and her. She's always there to
(11:11):
support me. It's just been awesome.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
Even married six years. But you were together probably for
a couple before then.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
I'll tell you what, man, So our relationship moved kind
of quick. So she came to work for me. I
did the thing where you date your secretary, right, I
did that. Yeah, yeah, it's cool, look all on it.
So she came to work for me in January, like
April of that year. We were dating. By December of
that same year, we were engaged. I met her, I
(11:40):
fell in love with her, I met her family. I'm like,
this is what I want, and I knew it right then.
I decided I was going to marry her. And then
we got married in twenty nineteen, and we got married
February ninth, twenty nineteen. I got sober two days after that.
Love It and I used to remember you and I
just had a conversation. We were driving to look at
a property.
Speaker 3 (12:00):
This is what you said. What do you think is Jacqueline.
I'm like, she's top notch at the front desk, dude. Thanks,
he's awesome. You're like, I think it was like that
works and squad. We're gonna throw it real quick to
my good friend Steve Austin from Revolution Mortgage. I'm just
blessed to have them sponsored the show. He's gonna give
you a really quick market report. They're gonna come back.
(12:21):
We're gonna take questions on optimization of your body and mind.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Thanks Scott.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
Steve Aston here with the Revolution Mortgage Dynamic team with
your mortgage market recap for the week of June ninth.

favorable CPI report on Wednesday, followed by PPI and jobless
claims on Thursday. These are the kind of economic data
points that will keep mortgage bonds and rates moving in
the right direction.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Slow and steady is great to see.
Speaker 4 (12:45):
Having stable weeks of overall positive movement with supportive economic
data will continue to help buyers. Next week, we'll be
hearing from the Fed and their decision on rate cuts.
We don't expect any surprises here and it's likely the
Fed will once again not be making a cut.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Hey steve thinks for the market report, Things i'm looking
a little bit better out there on the mortgage side And.
Zach so you go from tactical training to diving to.
Entrepreneurship what parallels do you draw between kind of adrenaline
fueled activities and running a high stakes healthcare.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Company, DUDE i love, Competition, YEAH i, do, MAN i.
DON'T i. THINK i like things that push me, mentally
push me. PHYSICALLY i like things that are. Hard that's
WHAT i love about sports, man sports. Too it's funny
people ask, me, like you don't watch. SPORTS i don't
watch any, sports BUT i love. SPORTS i love everything about.
Them you'd rather go watch, it, DUDE i love them.
(14:52):
RIGHT i loved how hard it. WAS i loved the.
TRAINING i love the. FAILURES i love the. Wins AND
i think that's WHAT i like, about you, know between
EVERYTHING i do outside of my life and then also about,
work even part of like working. Out it's the physical,
strain it's the mental. Strain SO i enjoy all of.
Speaker 3 (15:11):
It love that you kind of marry them together and
there's harmony within, it because a lot of people are, like,
oh it's balance it.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Out, no it's like.
Speaker 3 (15:16):
Harmonic it's like you do the fun, stuff but you
also have to be in shape to do, it so
you get optimized.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Yep and keep the hormones. Right love.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
It so like telemedicine and virtual, visits they're kind of, growing,
Right so how's androgenics leveraging digital care and what's next
for kind of virtual hormone.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
Optimization so it's kind of, crazy. Man SO i used
to offer a lot of services in various different. States
we had other doctors that were But i'll tell you
what WHERE i actually pulled back from doing, that, okay and,
said you know, What i'm from. HERE i want to
serve our. Community SO i actually got rid of almost
(15:56):
two hundred clients from others down a, state, wow, okay
and pull back to focus on servicing our. Community and
it sounds, crazy but it was one of the best
business DECISIONS i ever made because we were actually able
to grow our influence right. Here so do we incorporate
telehealth in our? Practice, yes in the state Of, florida
(16:16):
we're allowed to do. It when you start getting in other,
states you got to go by state laws and there's
a lot that goes into, it especially when you're dealing
with controlled medications like, so, yeah we want to make. Sure,
look we've been around for ten. YEARS i want to make,
Sure i'm around for another Ten so we run things
probably a little bit more conservatively maybe than, most right.
Man it's WHAT i find is that when we focus
(16:38):
on here and our marketing effort is, here it's really
helped us grow our, influence Right and for, me one
of my pastors will, say consistency builds, trust and trust builds,
influence and we're looking to have a positive influence right
here in our. Community. Right, LOOK I i was born in.
(17:00):
County i'll gladly Try Palmage. County i'm not leaving. There
so how my business operates and how we service our
clients here means more to me than.
Speaker 3 (17:10):
Money AND i love that you really like went all
in on that in a sense because during the time
That i've known you and you've had the doors open
On North Lake, boulevard it's like there's so many flat
by night clinics and no disrespect to, them but they
didn't run it with the passion and the service that
you guys, do and they. Close, yeah And i'm sure
you probably scoop up some of their workers here and
(17:31):
there and stuff like, that you.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Know so so let me ask you.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Something so clients often, Speak your clients often speak about feeling,
reborn feeling, great and when they go through your protocol,
There but what's been the most life changing patient story
that you've.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Witnessed did they have an impact on? You, yeah they all.
Do i've had the privilege of being able to do
this for the past. DECADE i can tell you that
that someone will come. In we had a guy come
in the other this Guy nick lost like over seventy
pounds and they come in and they're a vibrant and they're, like,
MAN i have energy to play with my kids. Again,
(18:09):
YEAH i can go to, Work i'm working, Out i'm coming.
HOME i have time for my wife and now it's
starting and especially you know men and women we. Treat
but me as a man of, FAITH i look at
as we have to be the example for our. Household
SO i have some men that come in to, like
now That i'm living a healthier, life it's starting to
(18:29):
have a positive fact of my wife and my. Kids
so as a man of, FAITH i love that that
hits home for. ME i can tell you this, man
as many times As i've heard these great stories from people,
like it still feels like the first time every. Time
right WHEN i Hear i'm, like this is still just as.
Awesome that's.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
Awesome, Yeah and you know what they, say you know
what my mentor told, me do what you love in
the service of people that love what you.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Do what it means LIKE i love, coach you, KNOW
i love serving. People but the people that see me doing.
Speaker 3 (19:03):
It SEE i love. It, Yeah and that's WHAT i
see in. You it's like you love what you, do
BUT i see you love what you. Do so that
trust was, influence, right AND i had that Trusting that's.
Beautiful so let's we'll shift it over to kind of
like like bioidentical. Hormones you, KNOW i did a little
dive on you, this, yeah you, know because you've came so,
Far like so your bioidentical, hormones, peptides body, sculpting you,
(19:26):
know how do you kind of prioritize that innovation without
losing sight of.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
Ethics and safe patient care because you, know again it
was really taboo WHEN i met.
Speaker 3 (19:35):
You, yeah it's getting more, accepted but, like how is
that red tape and what do you do to make
sure you stay ahead of the curve where people are
all this is safe And i'm good with, This, yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
For, sure SO i did something different than probably most
of other. Places AND i remember it being a pivotabal
time in my early. On so WHEN i first got,
started all these other clinics were open and they're offering
all these different, services and ALL i was doing was hormon,
optimization which WHEN i say, that, right it's a hormon
optimization and. PEPTIDES i kind of use those interchanging way
(20:06):
because they both just kind of go hand in. Hand.
Dude that's all we did for nine. Years so everything
THAT i my staff is highly trained in that they
all trained with the same provider who he's a world
Renowned he's been doing it since the, eighties so he
was kind of like one of the forefathers if you
want to talk ABOUT. Bhrt all of my systems were
(20:27):
built to manage and, treat you, know patients or clients
for hormone. Optimization so that was our key. FOCUS i
didn't want to be a jack of all, trades, RIGHT
i just wanted to be a master of my. Craft, yeah,
man and have the confidence to, say, oh if do
you guys offer, This i'm, sorry we. Don't this is
(20:48):
what we, do but we do this better than everybody.
Else and if you want, This this is the place to.
Come right if you need a one stop shop for
every one of your health, needs we might not be
the right fit for. You you might know somebody that
can go, to but it's, like that's not. Yours that
has played such a big role in making sure that
(21:11):
our treatments are, safe that they're. Effective, look because hormone
optimization is a contact. Sport, sure, dude you got to
be in contact with these. Clients you got to be
following up with them because a lot of what we
do is treating the, blood is using the blood work
as a reference and as a. Range, dude most, importantly
it's treating the. Symptoms so we have this, philosophy if
(21:32):
you listen to the client long, enough they will tell
you everything you need to know on how to treat them.
Hormonally SO i wasn't smart enough to offer a bunch
of different rings not a long. Time, now as we've
grown and WE'VE i feel that we've really perfected a.
Service now we've started to expand into some other things
like vitamin. Infusions we built out you, know we tripled our,
(21:57):
footprint which has been a. Blessing. Man it was just
a true Testing it To god having a plan for
my business that was bigger than. Mine we're getting into
some body, sculpting which is pretty. Cool we had this
in Sculpt. Neo it's one of the ONLY fda approved
devices to simultaneously build muscle and burn body fat at
the same. Time it has a functional side of. It so,
(22:18):
yeah we've been able to implement some other, things but
not lose sight of actually our core focus and who
we are and people who got to do the.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
Work that's one thing we kind of talked. About you,
know some people will go through the optimization with, you
but they're not doing the. Work And i'm not saying
run to the gym and do, it but be, active
go for, walks take the dog for a, walk be. Active,
like how do you kind of counsel those people that
are really Like, zach you know this isn't working when
you know that it's working if they did the, Protocol,
(22:46):
like what do you kind of say with?
Speaker 1 (22:47):
Them but it's, them you know WHAT i? Mean, YEAH i,
Know and, look we try to approach it with one
hundred percent truth and one hundred percent, grace, right, so
but you got to be honest with. Them, sure and
if somebody comes in and they're five ten and they're
two hundred and eighty pounds and you ask them how
their nutrition is and they say pretty. Good you have
(23:08):
to have a real honest conversation because if it was pretty,
good you want to be too eighty at five to
ten and then your body five percentage is twenty five
percent or. More so it's it's just kind of having
those honest conversations in the most polite way possible and encouraging,
them like to start moving. Right, yeah maybe you're not
(23:29):
running a, marathon but try to get ten thousand steps
in a. Day start to focus On, look we have
chat ept now you can plug in everything about your
body and you could spit out a, meal plant for
you on a daily, basis a little, workout, Right and
that's it. Man so it's it's we tell people. Too it's,
LIKE i don't want you to come in and give
(23:51):
me money and not get. Results that's not WHAT i.
WANT i want you to come in and we deliver
a great service and you, say all, right this was
a great value to my life AND i love.
Speaker 2 (24:01):
It.
