(00:00):
Well, Dennis Quaid, Dennis Arena, and I'm probably gonna give you the
next one after that, and thenI'll take a couple because I didn't.
I did my own research and Idid bring my notes upstairs. Well,
this was just about informing everybody aboutthe actors that are doing okay. So
so Dennis Quaid actually just put outa gospel album for the Sinners. He

(00:22):
did, Yeah, he wanted torelate to everybody. We actually got to
see him perform live at the PatriotAwards exactly. So. So Dennis Quaid,
he's he's got an album and hiswhat I should have written the name
of the band, It's Dennis Quaidand the Carrieline Dennis. I'm so sorry.

(00:44):
I I will I will get backto that, I promise, but
no. So, Dennis Quaid justput out a new album and he's been
putting out great music. He's actuallyone of our our dear friends. Who
is it's his pr He's with AdkinsPublicity, so he's Scott Akins. And
so I get to see a wholebunch of stuff about Dennis coming through,

(01:06):
you know, when he's gotten meprotests and stuff coming on. That's why
I first found out about Dennis wasbecause of a press release that I had
received. Okay, but but thenext one, like, huh he did
play Jerry Leelu. Oh that's right. He played Jerry Lee Luis and Gray
Balls a Fire yesterday. Google overhere. Yes, yes, I see.
I don't remember that stuff until youbring something up and then I'm like,
oh my gosh, I know that. And Dennis Quaid is one of

(01:29):
those those actors that I feel like, he's very, very versatile, and
when he plays a bad guy, like you hate the bad guy, you
just you know he when he playsa funny guy. Did you see cave
Man? Oh, don't tell me. You haven't seen no, man,
I think I have. I thinkOkay, maybe I haven't. Oh,
it's quite in the Sharks. DennisQuay in the Shark. Okay, but

(01:52):
he was in John's three, youknow, yes, yes, yes,
yes, that's actually how I willremember that from now on. You are
going to watch cave Man with three. I was at Barbera back and he
was and that was like stealk yourbutts at the camera body. He's like,
look at me, look at mOkay, but you had a pip.

(02:13):
Yeah, he had a pimple doyou want? He said, Mom,
don't talk about it anymore. Butreally, these these actors that are
doing music. Billy Bob Thornton's anotherone. I actually haven't been to a
show and haven't haven't actually been ableto have a band. Billy Bob Thornton.
Yeah he does. He he doesfull blown music all the time.

(02:37):
I knew he played music, Ididn't know he had it like his own.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah he does that for sure.
Okay, take the next one.The next one is yes, I
just I don't want to keep talkingabout but you have to. Yeah,
okay, and we're going to talkabout Vision Quest for a second. Crazy
for you. Okay. That moviekind of flopped. It was a double
feature with Desperately Seeking Susan, whichwas also a horrible movie. But I

(02:59):
love them both because I was aMadonna fan back then. Get into the
groove. I was an Aiden Quinnfan, was I was not. He
played the same character in every movie. If you watch him in Practical Magic,
his tone never changes well, andhe always talks like this. I
love it, he says, AndI just I like the guy with the

(03:22):
tan. Yeah, okay, Ican see that and he glowed in the
dark. In that movie, hecovered his Johnson and desperately seeking Susan with
a cat to spy on Rosanna Arquettewhile she was getting changed. And I
remember being so grossed up by that, and I was like, youw so
not not that I don't like it. And Quinn I always complain about people

(03:46):
that he always talks like this.I love it. And Bob Dylan speaking
actor and so sorry for all thoseAidan Quinn fans out there. He just
who was the same guy? Yes, well and so so. But Madonna
was desperately seeking Susan. That's that'sa movie that was so bad that I

(04:06):
loved it. Who's that girl?Oh God, that was even worse that
That one was even worse, ButI loved it. When she was like,
he goes the guy's name was Loudonand he got sent to the hospital.
She's pretending to be his wife, and they're like, what's his name
and she's like loud In and they'relike last name. She's like clear,
it's so Jesus. It's just soyou have to love it. You have

(04:29):
to you have to love it.It's so bad. That's like the movie
Hiding out. They're just running methe same where you have seen that with
just in that one John Cryer,it John Chids, John Crier. He's
pretty ducky, right, Okay.So and when he's registering for high school
to hide out from the bad guys, right, he's like registering in high
school and they ask him what hisname was, and he saw a can

(04:50):
of Maxwell house. He said Maxwelland then they said your last name,
howser. It was just I'll neverfor that. George Glass from Brady Bunch.
George you never saw that? OhI might. I watched Brady Bunch
all the time. No, JanBrady made up a boyfriend and his name

(05:13):
was George, and she was lookingaround the room for a last name and
she's like Glass, George Glass, and so yeah, it's like that,
okay, all right, all right. So anyway, Madonna did lots of
different movies. She did a VitaNo Don't Correfect. Oh my gosh,
that was the one movie I snuckinto c and I regretted it. I
was like that, of all themovies I didn't have to pay money for

(05:35):
to see, I chose this one. Yeah I didn't. Yeah, that
one, Oh it was It wasnot a good movie. I didn't know.
My friend Fawn and I went andsaw that at the Victorville Mall in
California. Oh I used to shockthere. Yeah yeah, all right,
take the next one too, becauseI'm going to tell you this is a
person I personally. I just goahead talk about Farmers Drison. She was

(06:00):
great and meet the Fockers. Yes, okay, that I do like that.
She was so I thought she wasadorable. I loved it. She
was a sex therapist and she was, you know, a ji on Jack
Burns back, and she was tellingpeople to use their like their their uh
I forget what it was some kindof matt that the woman thought it was
like yoga mats. But she wasteaching him how to like have sex and

(06:24):
being elderly, which I you know, kudos to people do that with.
But she was. She's talented.I can't see her singing without now Robin
Williams and missus doubtfire when he gotdressed up as Barbara streisand and he crossed
his eyes and was singing. That'sall I see now when I see barbar

(06:48):
Streisman. However, fun fact she'smarried to James Brolin. She was Josh
Brolin's father, and Josh is stillbranded on the Goonies. And I still
have like a you know, you'renot alone because we had comments on that
episode that other people like Brandon Ohyes, se see, yes, my
sister did, do I know whenyours was was mikey right, okay?

(07:09):
And and uh he was he playedlike in Lord and Lord R. Yeah,
and he looked a little like ahobbit by that point, I still
love him. Well, Josh stilllooks hot. Yeah, I know,
you know he does, he reallydoes. It's kind of not fair.
Why do some of the guys likeWilliam Zacha, Billy Zapka, why do

(07:30):
they age and just keep getting pretty? Men get character lines and women women
get wrinkles. It's always battling andmen get better and women just you know,
I don't know, yeah, anyway, it's it's just it's just not
fair. You know, it's notit's not it's not fair. But you
know, you know I'm dealing withI know, I know, all right,
son. Another actor that well, another musician that you guys all know

(07:55):
if you love country music is TimMcGrath and he has done some of me
movie definitely. He has done somegreat, great movies. Tell me which
one you liked him, and I'llgive you the one that's my favorite.
Oh the goad to give you mine? Yeah, I give me yours,
Okay, because I really liked theseries that he did, The Yellowstone like

(08:16):
pre series that he did was likeeighteen eighty and eighty three. I didn't
watch that when I did it.I think that is probably so far one
of I just thought he was sogood in that. Well, he is
a great act I mean he's he'sso good in everything that he's done.
He's so good. But my favorite, and this is gonna seem so cheesy
compared to eighteen eighty three for Christmases, I have not seen that one yet.

(08:39):
Okay. Oh, I know,I know, I know I told
you down and maybe I know we'redoing Christmas in July. You know how
many hours you're gonna have to bestuck with me to make me watch all
these movies? Yeah, I don'twatch it on you and I have to
do all of that before you'll watcha really fun young one of my dearest
friends I've known Michelle for I've knownMichelle since she was sixteen. I think

(09:01):
I'm like four years older than her. Her darling daughter Brittany is in that
movie and the major scene and she'sone of the cows. Oh okay,
And and so I love that movie. Every time I see it, I'm
like, oh my god, it'sBrittany and Michelle and I just I love
that family so much. And andhe was Vince Baughn's brother in that movie.

(09:22):
And they're all adapt different places theywere conceived. They have really what
was the other one they had,Oh my gosh, Dallas, and I
cannot remember. Oh my gosh. This is the only time that she's speechless.
No, I feel like, no, I'm like Cindy Bradey Sarran right
now, you know, like Idon't know what I'm talking about. Orlando

(09:46):
was Vince Vaughan. He was reallymad about that. And then there was
another one. But the day it'snot a very glad now Orlando, she
was like Orlando, but he didn'ttell his girlfriend rees Brotherspoon his real name,
because yeah, by like Brad. But they all had places they were
named after the places they were conceived, and Orlando was the funniest one.

(10:09):
But Tim McGraw was one of thebrothers and they were like doing like piled
drive moves and like wrestling him andthe kid like his son like would get
upset and peel his pants off andstreak outside and stuff. It was just
really, so you're gonna you're watchingthat movie? That is a good one.
Well. I did really enjoy himin the blind Side. I haven't
seen that all the way through.I haven't seen it every time. Three

(10:33):
kids, five animals and a doorbell, and I've been But it's not
okay that I haven't seen movies. No, No, that's the one that
I got halfway through that I startedwatching yesterday yesterday or maybe two days two,
and I haven't gotten through that oneeither, But I will see I
will all right, all right, all right, Christmas is worth it.
I should watch it. I knowit's so funny. Okay, so next,

(10:56):
all right, where are we?Okay? Timograw, Kenny Rogers.
I don't know what he acted in, but I love his music. Okay,
Well, just the commercials that hedid were great. He was just
except I have a story. Ohtell me your story to have another,
go ahead, tell me about thecommercials first, because I don't remember when
he had his chicken place. Yeah, his chicken do you remember the chicken

(11:20):
in California, it was Kenny RogersRoasters Roasters. Yeah, such good chicken,
great corn bread. Oh yeah,I love Kenny Rogers Roasters. But
okay, do you say he's theone that started the trend with all of
the the artists then would you say? Would you say it goes back to
him? Because I remember, youknow, Toby Keith did the bar and
then like other artists started doing bars. Now it's like everybody does it,

(11:43):
but Kenny Rogers he kind of originated. And then you had the Newman saladist
Newman. Yeah, so I thinkthere might be a correlation. I'll look
into that. We'll have to lookat that. Next we are music and
food establishment. Stupid fun fact formy fellow Big Barriansky. When I moved

(12:03):
to Big Bear after my divorce inlike twenty eleven, I went to I
used to go out with my friendsand my friend Don, my friend Brent,
and my sister, and like allmy good friends from Big Bear would
show up with shoot pools seeing badkaraoke and they were just trying to like
get me out of my front becauseI had to move with bad karaoke,

(12:24):
always bad karaoke. I don't seegood, You'll see you'll be able to
see this, and we would goto Oh my gosh, it was at
the airport. And I can't rememberthe name of it right now because anyway,
I'm Cindy Brady, and I willremember it by the end of this
podcast. Anyhow, the point isthey had this Kenny Roger or Kenny Rogers

(12:46):
like painting in the women's room andit was really ugly, and it was
so ugly. I would buy it. Where do I stick this? And
nobody sees it. One night onenight I walked in and I don't know,
but I'm like, you can't leavehere without kissing Kenny. So we'd
all like because his lips, hewould look like he was looking down.
He was like this. It wasugly. I'll give a picture to Tommy

(13:11):
and he can post it. Andso I would drag people literally into this
bathroom to go kiss Kenny. Ohdear. So there's pictures of all these
people like looking up and kissing Kenny, just going, you know, kissing
Kenny, including my ex husband whocame to visit the kids, and we
ended up going out for drinks andthe women's restaurant and I dragged him.
I made him. I dragged himand I made sure we clear we cleared

(13:35):
it out. But the worst partis someone stole Kenny out of the women's
room because I wanted was there lipprintson it at all everywhere? No,
maybe that's why they took But butthe thing is is most people just like
would look up at it and likekiss it. But I made everybody kiss
Kenny. It was just like thisweird tradition that we all started. And

(13:56):
and all my best friends up there, you don and my sister somebody up
there in Big Bear still has andwho's got kissed Kenny? And I didn't
know why. And I say,I could use on right now. I
don't know. My sister would probablyknow the name of them. That's a
racial comment. But it's closed anyway, it's gone for years. But but

(14:16):
they helped me get through that timeby going and seeing karaoke, shooting some
pool and kissing Kenny. So KennyRogers story, Oh my gosh, it
was my only Kenny Rogers story,I mean, aside from you know that
was that was one of the artiststhat I listened to all the time because
I'm Daddy's girl. I went withmy daddy everywhere and he had it on

(14:39):
the eight track, and you know, we just listened to the Yeah,
it was Kenny Rogers and Neil Diamondwere the two favorites that my dad and
I would listen to listen to onthe road. And then like when we
would do other road trips, likeI was fourteen and it was just my
dad and I went camping for aweek, and you know, then we
went to Zuri and we went togo visit his family. Misery. We

(15:03):
went to Misery for a week tovisit his family. They may they may,
I know, I know with thecity spelled like Nevada, they call
it Nevada. Who the people inMisery? Yeah, but anyway, No,
So when when I went with mydad the other road trip music was

(15:26):
calling me bad bon Jovi and Yeahand Elvis and so it was like,
you know, but those were ourthose were our those are our songs.
Yeah. For me. When Iwas with my mom, I was BJ
Thomas, Michael Bolton and Barry Manalone. Oh my gosh, so my
mom, I told you was JohnDenver, the Carpenters. Uh. In
the car with the kids, itwas some Disney and then it was a

(15:50):
lot of like yello, oh yeahyeah, talking woman. The kids knew
the lyrics to that song. Theycould walk. I love that. It's
my favorite. I love that.Okay. I don't know if you know
the next one is an is anactor or not as well? I absolutely
do not. Well, I'll we'llhave to see if we can. We
can post this. I know wehave it on our Center Stage Magazine YouTube

(16:12):
channel. No, we don't haveto go through it. We're going to
be her. No, I knowthat's what I'm saying. You guys,
we just scratched there so many thatyou want, and then I'll follow it
down to the next one. Iknow. Okay, Well, well,
I want to mention Travis Tritt becauseTravis Tripp when he did the all in
for the Gambler Like tribute show forKenny Rogers that we did the red carpet

(16:33):
for, we we got Travis Trittto tell us a story that he had
with Kenny Rodgers, and the storythat he shared was quite quite beautiful.
I just I loved it. SoI'll see if I can find that.
If not, just go on toour YouTube channel at Center Stage Magazine and
we'll find it. And Duke isgreeting somebody else at the door right now
every time. Okay, he takeshis job very serious. I know,

(16:56):
at least the right. So I'lljust mention like two more myself. I'll
just pick two more and then wecan do whatever you can pick, however
many more you want a million,I know I have a million. But
my two favorites that are on here, aside from you know, Mike Keanu
Reeves is obviously John bon Jovie.Okay. The very first movie I saw

(17:18):
him in was Moonlight and Valentino.Okay, his opening scene to this day
cracks me up. It was themost hysterical thing. He was telling Whoopy
Goldberg thought he couldn't hear what isit called. It's called Moonlight and Valentina.
It's the movie, yes, WhoopyGoldberg, Barbara Hershey, Gwyneth Paltrow,

(17:38):
and then the girl from Romancing theStone help me. Okay, she's
in it as well. And Johnwhen did that come out, because that
was in the mid nineties. Itwas in the mid nineties. But his
opening scene, if you guys haven'tseen it, it just his opening line
just cracked me because I've ever heardof that movie. Who Goldberg. My

(18:00):
brain is like trying to I haveit and smell of the fire because I'm
trying to but see, I onlyhave it on VHS. I don't know
if I have I have, Ihaven't transfer. Okay, okay, well
we to DVD or whatever. Youwe'll figure it out. We'll see if
we can find it. Watch it. You have to watch that. But
if I have to watch that, she has to watch Christmas Story and she
has to watch more Christmas. Ohyeah, oh she's watching it. Maybe.

(18:23):
Oh no, you're watching it.Okay, I'll watch it. I
don't take video of myself being tortured. It's fine. It's such a good
movie. I don't know. No, I don't know. Missy, stop
that you judge. It's a greatmovie. Okay, all right, Well
so then the other one, theother actor, So moving on from John

(18:45):
buch Of. If you guys haven'tseen that, maybe go look up Moonlight
and Valentino and and just Whoopy Goldbergthought he was deaf and she's trying to
explain something to him in the waythat she does. It is hysterical because
his line, his opening line, just I was in tears. It was
so funny and I don't want togive it away, so I'm not going
to. But then the other oneis see Thomas how Okay. I didn't

(19:06):
know he's saying, oh okay,I went to the show last year,
well a little over a year ago. He he's fantastic. Oh my gosh,
I love him. He's energetic,he's fun, he's a great songwriter,
and just watching him grow and develop. But but come on, pony
boy, and he's still like whenyou talk to him, I am he

(19:30):
was. He was really great inthat movie. I actually just saw it
for the first time, like notlong ago. I know. I mean
I think I saw when I wasyounger, but I don't really remember.
I think it might have been likebits and pieces. Was no, no,
no, no, no, nono no. I have not seen
the new Red Don. I'm aboutto. But see Thomas Howe was one
of the ones that when I readone of my like bop magazines or teen

(19:52):
Beat or whatever it was, andI found out that he married Raydon Chong,
he did uh huh. I cried. She was in Quest for Fire?
I cry, kid, did yousee Quests for Fire? No?
I didn't have you seen Side Out? What's that? It's a volleyball movie
like Beach Volleyball with him, Okay, and I have to watch then you
have to watch it. Okay, well you know what, y'all keep track,
make us a little quest for Fire. Okay, it's terrible, but

(20:17):
you know what. But so thosewere my next two that were my favorites.
And and see, Thomas haw hasgot a great music career. So
everybody at home go look him upon social media. He's been doing all
he's been doing all kinds of toursof like The Outsider's House and all of
these things. He does, speakingengagements at schools. He's it's they'll screen
the movie at the school, Ithink, and do talking about it and

(20:37):
everything. It's great anyway. He'sa he's a great human being. And
he was just in the Netflix seriesObliterated. They only did one season,
but it was like The Hangover meetsI don't know, something naughty it was.
It was naughty and it was funand I loved every bit of it.
I will tell you, though, just be careful because you may see

(21:02):
a little bit more than you've bargainedfor. But I still love my set.
Thomas Hollan, he's a he's ahe's a good guy. We love
him to death. We've interviewed himand met with him, and my husband
talks to his wife and it's there. He's good people. They're good people.
We love them. Well, I'mskipping down to Mark Wahlberg, Okay,

(21:22):
and Lord forgive me. But Ijust always thought I had a boyfriend,
well the kind of boyfriend for likea second and a half in the
nineties that resembled him. I thoughtthat was very cutie Worries, a little
cavalichies and he was really cute. And and Mark Wahlberg when he came out
with Boogie Nights, I have notseen that. I know, I know,

(21:48):
I've seen like a couple of scenes. I favorite part of the movie
was when he was trying to getan album deal and Marky Mark Mark Wahlberg
was trying to he was singing andhe was recording this song and I forget
they his name. He was inStepbrothers. He's like a character actor.
He's kind of be a Neanderthal forehead. He's doing Boogie Knights as well.

(22:11):
He wasn't Will Ferrell, he wasthe other one in Stepbrothers. I don't
know if he's seen it. Ihave seen the steps the other brother and
step brother. Yeah, so hewas the one that was just in the
show that he was on your TVdownstairs. Yes, okay, one that's
not Will Ferrell. Yes, okay, I just don't know. And it's
the funniest thing because they go intothe studio and Mark Wahlberg was singing sowap.
He's like, you got the Dutch, you got the bow, And

(22:34):
it was like the funniest thing ever. And I'm not even doing it as
bad as he did, and I'mdoing it bad because I can't sing,
but there was something so ridiculous aboutit that that was my favorite part of
the movie. And the movie's reallydark. It's about the porn industry back
in the seventies, and it's it'sreally ugly, and that's why I never
watched it. But it's never wantedto movie. But it's a good movie,

(22:56):
has a good soundtrack. You know, it's it's good movie. But
but it it That was like oneof my favorite things. We're just saying
in that because but Mark Wahlberg loveis acting like him when he was with
Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. You know, I always thought he was
really talented, good, vibrations, good. He was just adorable. So

(23:18):
and then my other one that I'mgoing to choose hair would have to be
Let's seeks so many, there's somany of you guys, there's there's just
as to live in Newton, John, because I just love her. And
she did Did you know that shedid background vocals on John Denver's like Flyaway
and no Songs? I did notknow that. Oh yeah, she told
me. Did He's shake in theSun Dot? He did? She did

(23:40):
background vocals for John Denver. Sheon top of doing Grease and Xana Do
and Tool of the Kind. She'slike, I don't know, I just
I've always had like such a softspot in my heart for for her.
And and can we just talk abouthow sexy her video for Physical was like,
come on, she was sexy.It was no she like and just

(24:02):
I don't know. I just mydad wouldn't heard the tape, and I
thought it was about working out andmy dad album cover like all the boys
come on, they're all so perfectand so beautiful. And and I cried
when she passed away. And andshe married Nikola Tansey, who was just
absolutely gorgeous too, And what abeautiful couple. And he was in Greece

(24:22):
too with Michelle Pfeiffer. Yes,so you know, funly, and he
was also in Xanadu. He playedthe young Geene Kelly in the scene where
they were dancing, and he wasthe guy that was playing the flute that
ended up being her husband. Andthen they had the daughter Rose. But
I love Olivia, So that's mylittle story. So okay, you didn't

(24:42):
she have the most beautiful smile too? She really did. She was just
angelic. She was so sweet, beautiful woman and man, you know,
boy did she fight the fight forthat cancer. Oh she did. I
feel like we definitely have to likemention some of these other people that maybe
you didn't know they had a musicalcareer, like Bruce Willis. Oh yeah,
Bruce Willis had and I have him. Yeah, I have his album,

(25:04):
The Return of Bruno. If youguys, you guys can still stream
it. I believe you can stillstream it on on all of the platforms.
But coming right Up is one ofmy favorite songs on that album.
It's so good. You know, there's a movie where he's naked. You
can see him at a pool.Okay, Jack Flying Oh, I forget

(25:25):
which one it was, but youcan look it up. I mean,
I'm pretty sure I've seen Bruce Willisas asked before. No, no,
this is frontal Okay, all right, well you go Bruce. It was
like and prayers for him, bythe way, he's no the frontal dimension
going on. Oh my gosh,I feel it's it's sad and his whole

(25:47):
family just prays to all of youguys if if anything out there, just
awful. But I've always liked BruceWillis. Oh I love yeah, I
love him. That. That wasanother one that you still listen to with
my mother. That was fine.In fact, I stole her tape.
You did? Did I started? But some of these other artists that I
don't know that people realize did actingand singing, like obviously Jared Leto thirty
seconds to Mars right, Johnny Depp. But you also have Kevin Costner.

(26:11):
Kevin Costner has and he's been doinghe's been doing performances and getting he's been
getting more into his music career,I think in this last couple of years
specifically, and it's it's been alot of fun to watch. If you
guys go look at him on socialmedia. Go follow him on social media.
You'll see a lot of the musicstuff. And I think my favorite
from him is Yellowstone. Yeah,I still like Robin Hood Yellowstone, but

(26:37):
Robinhood, like how much he lookedlike I just everything about that movie was
just so much fun. And thenChristian Slater was in it. And when
Christian Slater, I'm saying there wasa rich man from Nottingham. He tried
to cross the river with a dope. He chripped on a rope. Now
look at him, shitter. Thatwas my favorite part with that whole movie.
And I would have say it ifI felt like I could sing theater.
Oh that movie was great. Goodmovie. And then ellll cool Jay.

(27:02):
You know he's on one of thosecrime series like Special Victims. You
know, you know, Gene Simmonshas been a million things. He was
on everything from Robot Chicken to theFamily Guy. And he was in Why
Him. You know that the parentswere I don't know that one another Christmas
movie? Okay, all right, all right, funny and the parents were

(27:22):
obsessed with kiss and I'm not gonnagive it away, but but they played
at the end, I was Madefor Love and you baby, A fun
So which one John Stamos Evans,What was the one with all the metal
spiders? Was that runaway? Yeah? That was Tom and Cynthia Rose.

(27:44):
Cynthia I knew Cynthia Rose was Sowhat was the one with the John Samos
in it? Were they like hidingout but they protect him in Vanity?
Weren't they like? And he didsomething with an apple? Remember he like
kept eating an apple. He keptgrabbing an apple in that movie. He
was like so sexually frustrated by Vanity. He kept grabbing an apple and eating
it. Did you like the textthey sent you with that song for woman?

(28:06):
Answers? Oh my gosh, she'scan you can you please tell everybody
that they need to look that up? And then look what was it?
What was it called? It was? Carrie sent it to me. Hold
on, you have to pull itup on your text because you guys have
to. It's just so interesting. It was so funny. And okay,
that was the other movie, NeverTeam to Die with Cynthia Rhodes and no

(28:27):
not Oh John Samue's a Vanity Yeah, yeah, okay, never, I've
never seen that one. Yeah, there's this one scene that's just I can
I mean, is that hard toimagine Jean Zimmons playing a transvestite singer.
It just doesn't surprise me where it'snot showing up. Okay, well you

(28:49):
take the list and grab a coupleand I know where that thing is and
you sent me all right, sookay, all right. The next one
would be like Joey Lawrence. Ido yeah music career, but I know
he put out an album or two. Yeah. I loved him when he
was a little Lawrence brothers. Itis so cute. Do you watch them?
They have a podcast and they dosocial media. Oh my god,

(29:10):
you have to watch them. They'vealways been so they're so and they do
all these little like movies together. And there was one movie where it was
a Christmas movie and I think Isaw maybe last year or the year before,
and two of the two of thebrothers, it was Joey and then
the next what was his brothers? Is it Matthew Lawrence, Matthew Joey And
there's another one Okay, so itwas Matthew and Joey that were in this.

(29:33):
Well, all three brothers were inthe movie. I remember there was
a there was a it was likea love triangle and they were both dating
this girl and she didn't know theywere brothers, and neither one had told
the other, and then they kindof like figure it out, and then
they're like both fighting for her throughoutthe movie. It's really cute. It's
a cute movie. It really is. Oh, I have to see that
one, Okay, and then WillSmith is another one that's really great.
Oh, that's that's and he did, you know, obviously the Fresh Prince

(29:56):
of bel Air. And then didMen in Black? It to me?
And Tommy that's why I said it, Yeah, it was to both,
It was to both of us.Cherry sentence to me because I couldn't remember
the name of it, and shewas like, it's a woman answers.
It's Vanity six. The girl answers, the girl, a girl, a
girl answer, the girl answers, and the girl that answers the phone is

(30:17):
actually prince. So you don't wantto miss this is so funny. It's
so funny. Jimmy there, andthen you guys this song because it's like
picture two feuding jealous of each otherwomen because they want the same guy,
and then so they're just just theirback and it's just yeah, and the
fact that it was prince doing thegirl like you can only imagine where this

(30:40):
was good. It was great, look it up, great fun, it
was super fun. Okay, nextone, Oh my gosh, I could
go with this is too I know. I went with well, I love
Adam Sandler. But Adam Sandler waslike, come on, well, oh
my god, starting out and saidit in no opera man, remember the

(31:03):
one you did Fergie? And hewas like, friggie because there's pictures ever
in the news with their boobs exposed. I laughed so hard I lost speed.
You're taking like opera mad. You'rethe one that makes this post.

(31:23):
I don't. You are not afraidto do these mimics. And you see,
it's like I have nos about beinga dork. I loving I can't
dance. I look like an unfoldinglaunchair, but I own I love it
and I just like to have fun. And I don't give. I don't
I don't care how I love,how I sound, And if somebody doesn't

(31:44):
like it, they can turn itoff. And if you don't like it,
if you like it, then you'refree to hang Exactly, I tiptoeing
around society that I'm just like tothe point if you don't like the way
I sing. I don't. That'swhy she wants to do a karaoke show.
And Missy is like, no,I am getting her warmed up on
prosecco hoping that she'll do it tonight. But we'll oh, girl, girl,

(32:05):
well, we'll see. Maybe we'lldo it for answers. Hey,
we'll have Tommy do the girl part. I could do it. I could
do a Tenacious D song or something. You could do whatever you want.
But yeah, okay, So AdamSandler, Jack Black, you guys,
they're both phenomenal, and they havethe voices that if they wanted to do
an actual, dead serious music, they are so talented they could. They're

(32:31):
comedians, they are funny people.Jack Black, I think he's and I'm
going to say it, and everybodywho knows me knows he is one of
the sexiest men alive in my opinion, everything about him. He he is
confident, he is funny, heis sweet, he is so talented,

(32:52):
and I just I think he's sexy. Yes, I think all those things
are sexy. Yes, I thinkconfidence and talent and and humility are sexy.
Jack. I love you. Idon't care if you read but I
am not a homewrecker, so Iwill not go You know, I know
you're merit happily. It's I havemy list. Don't worry. We all

(33:15):
have a list. We should.Who's on the top of your list?
I can't tell you, and that'ssome ship. I'll have to think about
it. I'll come back with thatone. Okay, I have. I
can tell you my top four rightnow in order. Are they all famous?
Yes? That that's the only freepast list you get. They have
to be famous. You can't.You can't do a non famous free pass

(33:37):
list because it's too easy to obtain. They're still humans. It doesn't matter.
It's in a fantasy world. It'sa free passage, you know.
That's the thing is when don't lookat them because they're it becomes problematic.
Yes, it becomes crowded. Butsee, I have my list knowing it's
never going to happen. They're stillmarried. Only one of mine is okay,

(34:00):
so go okay, So you getyour three that aren't so I get
my three that dart Canna reeves.Oh, but you're taken. It does
not count. Oh no, he'spretty fine. He's canaries on my list.
I don't care. I'm not toookay and I'm number three. Is
Chad Kroeger go back? Oh yeah, yeah, you love Chad. You
want his pasta? I do wantto Chad spaghetti. You know what,

(34:22):
he's a pretty person. He isgorgeous. He is a beautiful man.
I don't know why he's so much. And then I don't care what you
all call me. I don't evencare. I am a Disney Mom and
I was a Puma because I wasyep. I freaking love Zach Evron one
hundred percent. He makes when hecries in a movie, I freaking cry.

(34:45):
He cries when he cries in amovie. I cry. Really,
yes, well, I don't care. He's a great sensitive man. He's
such a great actor. He's sobelievable. Oh even Ted is Ted Bundy.
He played Ted Bundy too, andI was like, oh, it

(35:06):
made me want to love Ted Bundy. I remember, you know when when
the first Ted Bundy movie I sawI was in love with that actor at
the time, but that scared mea little bit. He was a really
good Ted Bundy. But I wasn'tlike I was too young, probably,
but but zac Efron made me wantto love Tede. There is Ted Bundy
was Mark Harmon, Yes, that'sthe one. That's why I sayd he

(35:28):
was. It was scary, hewas very real. Yeah, he didn't
make me love Ted Bundy. Itwas but Zach did. I liked him
in Dirty Grandpa. Oh, thatwas one of the best. Have you
seen that awkward moment? Oh?Oh, but the Bee? No,
the awkward moment. Okay, we'lljust we'll have to you guys. It

(35:49):
was so good with the Bee.I'm not saying he's not an attractive guy
and that he doesn't take good careof himself, and I love his acting.
I'm not saying that, but Ijust there's like a very short period
every year where we're in the sameor not every year, but once in
a while we're in the same decadefor a moment, for a moment brief
minds that it doesn't happen very often. That's why you don't like him on

(36:13):
your list. That's why he's noton the list. Baby. Yeah,
well he's not for me. He'sa baby. He's not for me.
He's a baby for me. Wellyou got you got my you got my
second, third, and fourth, all right, so oh hello, all
right, Yeah, all right,So I'm gonna go with Marilyn Monroe for

(36:35):
Old School. Yeah, all theiconic stars. That woman a gentleman for
Blondes, had a merry millionaire, the seven year ch bus stop. I
was raised on a lot of MarilynMonroe movies, and I just found her
beautiful and sweet and talented. Andyour story makes me sad. I was

(36:59):
gonna say the whole Joe Dimagio havingto claim her body because it sat unclaimed
after away. That was just awful, so awful, so sad. But
before having that, and then anotherone that I watched every make Thanksgiving to
it every year. Actually it's twomovies. It was Doris Day and her

(37:20):
son was Terry. Helped me out. Tommy Doris Day's son, the one
that Charles Manson would say to me, she knew I wouldn't yep Terry anyway.
They were going after him because hewas music producer. Car Carry would
kill me right now. And theywere going after him because he wouldn't sign
Charles Manson and they were going tokill him. And then you know,

(37:44):
the family went and actually murdered Tommy. Yeah, the gal, yes,
the beautiful I apologize because that's it'sfreaking real, and I apologize. I
just don't know what happens to me. And there's a lot of people when
when when you're talking about it outsideof the cameras, it's one thing,

(38:05):
and then you get in front ofthe camera and you're just like and all
of a sudden, you're like deerin the headlights, or like you're back
in high school taking that math quizthat you swore you studied for, but
your mind just went blank. Ohyeah, you're naked. Actor's dream.
It's horrible. In any case,Doors day, I watch by the light
of the silvery moon and on MoonlightBay all morning. When I make Thanksgiving
dinner every year, and it's ahabit or a tradition, I should say

(38:28):
that I got into from the momand and that's like a that's a memory
that I hold in my heart andmy kids I'll love it and we want
it. By the time everybody wandersout, the food's already cooking and the
smell wakes them up. And thenI'm usually by the end of the second
movie. But but it keeps mecompany in the morning while I'm cooking.

(38:49):
That's awesome. Me happy because Ilove we have a family of night als,
So you do have a family ofnight alls. I enjoy when I
get to be here for you know, some of those nights. It's fun.
Fun, it's fun. You havethe best girls. There's so much
fun. And then the last timewe were here late, we were playing
the song quiz. The song quizon a TV or whatever. She popped

(39:13):
up. We were talking about thison one of the videos or something,
and my Alexa heard it and shestarted playing song Quiz and I was like,
play song quiz. Yes, itis so much fun. And some
of them are mean because they justgive you like this, like the instrumental
part of a song, and you'relike, you can't you don't get any

(39:34):
lyrics, you can't get any voices. And you're like, oh I know
that, Do I know that?Yeah? Yeah, And it's awful,
and I feel like you're stupid.I am just not nearly as good you
and your daughter and Tommy were kickingmy butt all over the place. I
could Arianna, was it two thousandsor was she doing good? No,
she was actually doing eighties and shewas well two thousands too, yeah,
because they were raised on eighties music. But they're really good with the two

(39:57):
thousands. Yeah, and I'm not. I'm not. I'm horrible with that.
So so as far as the iconicstars go that did music and movies,
yeah, I have to say.I mean, there's so many amazing
women out there, but one ofmy absolute favorite people. She is one
of my heroes. I looked upto her growing up. I based my

(40:19):
life on her. Like a lotof the things that I get myself into,
I think like she does to getout of them. And I'm going
to credit her with all of thosefun, exciting adventures that I've ever had
in my life because Lucy Oball asLucy just was fantastic entertaining and taught me
so much about how to be agood, fun, adventurous human being,

(40:45):
no matter how many mishaps you havein life. Smile and laugh and you
know when you're when you're a kidand people are like trying to say,
you know, what do you wantto do when you grow up? What
do you want to you know? What is the meaning of life? What
is life for you? What isyour I finally had figured out that my
my center, my purpose was tojust make other people laugh and teach them

(41:08):
at the same time. Through mymedical journey, through my divorce, through
my custody battle, through car accidents, through all of these things that I
have experience. Like, you know, if you don't turn it into a
funny story as you retell it toyour friends one, they're just gonna either

(41:30):
pity you or tune it out.You don't want either. You don't want
you don't want that, and wewant right. And when when you make
them laugh and they're imagining you dothese crazy things, it makes you feel
so much better about the experience youjust had to go through. You like,
go to South Park later and youmake everyone a starve. But you

(41:50):
do it in a cartoon. Yes, you do turn it into comedy,
but it's exactly and and if youcan't get through yourself in this way,
and you can put it out therein a fun way like a cartoon or
in a story in a book andgive the characters different names or whatever,
Jane do John Doe Jay. Wait, they can't sue anybody. I'm exactly

(42:14):
famous, exactly, so they knowwho they are. Hey, I there's
there's one in my past that definitelyneeds a spot in one of these one
of these cartoon shows. Yeah, anyway, but it's funny, but it's
also very therapeutic to you know,to plot those things in a cartoon.

(42:40):
But I got some stories from myyouth that are self parkworthy. Oh for
sure they're gonna they're going in.For sure, we all don't. But
but no, I'm with you onthat. And I mean, and you
can design the character so that itlooks like the person you're really portraying,
but totally give them a different name. Oh yeah, you can do that,
and you don't have to admit anything. And I've got some stories from

(43:02):
my youth that would make it trueyour toes curl. But but you know,
and some of those people are alreadystories from my adult food. It's
not like I can consued by deadpeople, so I'd be all right.
But again, you know, thatis trying to be fascinating anyway, So
sorry, I need some water. No, it's fine, But those things,
those entertaining things. I don't thinka lot of people realize though,

(43:24):
that when they're putting those stories out, they're putting those, you know,
vulnerable moments of their life out there, and they're doing in a way that's
comedic or whatever. They have noidea how many people that is really helping
on the other side, because thereare some people who are so stuck in
the experience that they're in and theydon't feel like they see the light at

(43:47):
the end of the tunnel. Theydon't feel like there's a way out.
So when they can hear a storyin Southwark Park play that relates to theirs,
they can laugh at it and knowthat they're not alone. Youpisodes of
south Park where I was like, whoa, yeah, like they got that
from somewhere, but they made itfunny and I was like, oh,

(44:08):
so that's why Lucy Lucille Ball isalways going to be my top pick,
always one of my and I callher, I call her, well,
she's my sister from another mister,my my one of my best friends.
Who's she's my sissy, She's mydon she loves lunch, She's from Big
Bear, you know, since wewere the high Grasshopper and loves Lucille Ball.

(44:30):
So whenever I think of her,I just think of Donn. And
And actually the night that I gavebirth to my oldest daughter, after I
got my epidural, I fell asleepto I Love Lucy and woke up to
I Love Lucy and just wanted tokeep sleeping, and they woke me up
to deliver, but I just wantedto, like hang out much. I

(44:52):
love Lucy. I was like, can you come back? You know?
And I loved it. Just soothedme. It soothed me because I grew
up on I Love Lucy here inthe the intro and the whole thing,
and it just it does something toyou. Well, and you know,
every episode there are so many funnymoments and for me, I know we
were going to talk about this onanother episode. We were gonna we were

(45:13):
both going to tackle some of themedical things that we've both been through stuff.
There's been some stuff, for sure, there's and and those that know
us quite well know what those are. But but quickly a year a little
over a year ago, I hadhad a big, major surgery that I

(45:34):
didn't even know was possible. Andto this day people ask me, you
can live without without that organ?I was stunned when I found out that
you can live. Yeah, butfor walking miracle as far as I'm concerned,
and I'm just grateful you're here.Well, thank you. I I
did get good news from my surgeonactually a couple of days ago, so

(45:57):
We're going to talk about that ina whole other episode. But what I
wanted to say about that was,so I have the entire I Love Lucy
Show series on DVD, and thenwe also had this demand channel that was
twenty four hours of I Love Lucy. So during my recovery, which was
no joke, you guys, itwas. It was a very difficult recovery

(46:20):
twenty four to seven, Lucy wason my television because it was the shit.
It was one of the only thingsthat kept my mind busy, busy
and in a happy place because itwas so difficult. It was Lucy and
Matt Rife. Because when I'd wakeup two thirty three o'clock in the morning

(46:44):
and everybody's asleep and I am inI'm in so much pain and I can't
move and I can't I'd put onMatt Rife and I would laugh and it
would just it wouldn't take away thepain, but it would easy enough to
where I could eventually relax, tryto fall back asleep again. And I'm
so sorry for crying. You guys. This has been such a crazy,

(47:05):
crazy journey, but yours too,and we both went through it so close
together. We did it was didit was your saying mine, Oh,
yours was not nothing. Mine wasnothing. Yours was not nothing, not
at all. But we will talkabout that another episode, you guys,
because we really want to do somethingthat's informative. I'm so proud of you,
Thank you, and I love you. I love you too, and
I'm glad you're here. And I'mruining my makeup. She's okay, beautiful,

(47:30):
we need we need to wrap this, wrap it up, all right,
So tell me one more favorite. All right, I'm gonna go with
and you know, some people mightgo, oh my gosh, but Miley
Cyrus because I love Miley. II have a little story about that.
My my oldest daughter, Katie, was a huge handa of Montana fan.
It was back we lived in Arizona, you know, first marriage, whole

(47:53):
thing, and I used to listen. It still makes me cry when I
hear the intro because I think aboutthe girls dancing rand friend the television too,
you know, and they still doit. They do. I was
here last week and then I makefun of him, but they listened to
the Jonas Boners too, so Iwould have the Jonas Boners. Excuse me.
I just went to a Jonas productscalled her. I called them the

(48:13):
Jonas OONERSNI and I'm going to hellfor this. But I have a side
story. So there was an awar show with that song where he said
he was walking on broken glass soos or whatever, and he walks out
and it was awful, and I'mgoing to hell. And Joe Jonas goes
walking out and walks through this glass, plate glass window and he's wearing a

(48:37):
white suit, and I have tosay, he was so professional. He
fell on broken glass, but hewas bleeding through this white suit and he
was singing It's like I'm walking onbroken glass and while he's like dancing around
with glass in him, which sucks. But there was something so funny about
them to me that I laughed theentire thing because the guy fell. That

(48:59):
was the Arizona No. I watchedthat in Arizona. No. In Arizona.
The girls loved watching Hannah Montana andKatie had the whole Malibu dream house
thing that she had was like thedollhouse. And we had every hand of
Montana thing known to many roller skates, clothing, memorability, we had it

(49:20):
all. And the little ones werefollowing in suit with their big sister.
And my ex husband was like goingout of his mind because he hated all
that stuff. He wouldn't let himlisten to Justin Bieber. He was just
like he barely tolerated Miley Cyrus. So so it was but the sweetest thing
happened. Okay, so we wouldwe watched the show and and step and

(49:42):
Katie, I'm wearing something up justto show you afterwards. Katie was very
into the into the show and intoall the Hannah Montana stuff and and they
had a lottery for five thousand peopleto go to Disneyland her sixteen years.
And my ex husband went online andhe was like the fastest guy on eBay,

(50:06):
Like he would wait until like thelast two seconds and then swoop in
and steal like somebody's bid or whatever, like he would outbid them in the
last minute to get what he wanted. Well, I don't know how he
did it, but he got twotickets. So I drove her from Gilbert,
Arizona to Disneyland and Katie and Ihad a magical night going to Miley's
sixteenth birthday party at Disneyland and metcelebrities and had a wonderful night riding the

(50:30):
rides, and it was just areally special memory for me. Even though
like she ended up writing like bigfake fallacies on stage and dry humping Teddy
Bears and weird weird stuff like that, that Miley that I remember was a
different person and it became grotesque. So my memories are kind of compartmentalized to

(50:52):
that time with that, and itmeans something. And then my dad died
right after that, and she Caitlynlearned how to play her little Miley Cyrus
guitar and saying I miss you athis funeral. Oh man, and it
was it broke my heart. Shewas learning how to play I miss you,
miss your smile. But I stillshed it to every once in a

(51:12):
while. It's gonna make me cry. Now, Oh no, that's so
sweet. That's okay. So didyou get to take her to the Best
of Both Worlds Tour? Now?I didn't take her to the concert.
I just took her to Disneyland andokay, things. We had a lot
of different weird things going on.That's kind of the story of my life.
There's always weird stuff going right, stet to navigate through. But no,

(51:36):
I did not, Okay, Soyou know, you guys, when
concerts go on sale and tickets arelike outrageous and you don't think you can
go, you wait till the weekof the show. You sometimes wait till
the night before because they always releasemore tickets. So these people were spending
five thousand dollars for nosebleed seats.Right two days before her Best of Both

(52:00):
Worlds tour, four tickets came upnext to each other on side stage and
it wasn't even like the toppest youknow, level no, And I paid
like forty bucks a ticket for that, and I got more tickets right.
No, there is like when you'rea concert person, you guys gotta talk
to somebody who goes all the time. But always always always go ahead and

(52:20):
get your your seat that you canget that's available, just to guarantee that
you get to go to the show. But constantly check back in, especially
if the artist is performing more thanone night. Go that first night because
they have the stage setup right,so they know how many extra seats they
can have, so then they're gonnarelease those seats for the next night's show.
I got row in front of thisstage on Jovie in Philadelphia because he

(52:43):
was playing back to back show.I don't know what was wrong with me,
but I need to follow your leadon. Oh my gosh, I'll
help you. I love I scoretickets like you don't even know like that
over the years, yeah you nevergot tickets like that. Well okay,
And they always go, oh,your friends or your you know, yeah,
yes, and then they throw youin the middle of the area exactly

(53:05):
well or further and let me tellyou which is fine. I mean,
it's a freaking and please don't beoffended. I'm just there for the music,
so right exactly. I say thisall the time. It's an affectionate
term, so it don't be offended. But I am a front row whore.
I don't want to go to aconcert unless I'm in the front or
I'm watching from side stage or writeyou know, backstage or something you know.

(53:27):
Once you well, I am,I am. Sometimes she knows so
many people. But sometimes those artistsjust pay attention because they'll sell VIP packages.
And Nicol Beck did was like eighthundred and fifty bucks. I got
to go backstage, I got totalk to them, I got to have
my pictures taken, and then Iwas side stage. I have a picture
of like Chad right here, likeright above me. He like jumped over

(53:47):
my head. I bought tickets foran idiot ex boyfriend for eight hundred dollars
apiece for George Straight, which Idon't want that. I became a fan
that night in Martina McBride, butI wanted to get in to Oh Martina.
I met her at I've never mether, but she's so sweet.
I became such a huge fan anduh so it's sixteen hundred dollars for two
tickets. Didn't get to meet Georgewait to say, I know this is

(54:12):
me, This is me and myJonas Brother's concert with my girls. Look
at how little they were. Iwas in the like maybe too. That
was like my second Jonas Brothers thing. Yeah, yeah, they were.
I am never calling them that,by the way, all I've ever called
them. I can't call them anythingelse here. There's no offense meant by
that. It's just I'll show you, guys. But we can post the

(54:34):
picture. We will, We'll postit somewhere, I'm sure. But yeah,
so it was just fun. Fun. It was fun, I know,
But I like their music though.I like the year three thousand.
I know all the songs because thekids listened to them incessantly well and their
music as they've grown. That's what'sfun about being a starting out as a
Disney mom, right because you gotto watch Miley grow up, and you

(54:55):
got to watch you know, Nick, Joe and Kevin grow up. But
Miley was a little hurt crushing becauseshe went from this girl next door to
yes but something very different. ButI will say one of the things that
I truly admired about Miley was howmuch she gave to the trouble, how

(55:16):
much she did, how much shedid for for for young girls in need.
And and I I as a momwhen you see other parents who have
kids and they're not doing what theyshould do in these poor children or suffering,
and then they end up doing youknow, Miley has a soft spot

want to grow up and do thingsdifferent and you're exploring and you're doing and
then you're freezing so much criticism,Like most musicians don't go out and do
that. Oh I get it,I get it, but I what I'm
