About Jef (in Jef's own words):
I'm a former software engineer who used to struggle at communication. Talking with computers didn't help me to #makeconnections, quite the contrary. And talking in front of a crowd, that was too much for me. I felt my career and success blocked not because of my skills, but because of my communication. So I decided to gain these skills at all cost. After a few years, I became the president of #Toastmasters Strasbourg, the biggest public speaking and #leadershipdevelopment club in the region of Alsace, France. I left tech to become a #coach to help all those talented people who are feeling blocked because of their #CommunicationSkills.
