Speaker 1 (00:04):
Welcome. My name is Sina's the same four and this
is my guided meditation for building confidence and nurturing self
love and the session will explore affirmations, visualization, and inner
child work to deepen your sense of self worth and acceptance.
You'll leave this meditation feeling empowered, connected to yourself, and
(00:25):
full of love. Let's begin. Take a moment to settle
into a comfortable position, either seated or lying down. Gently
close your eyes if that feels good to you, and
allow yourself to let go of any distractions. This is
(00:46):
your time, the time to nurture yourself, to connect with
your confidence and the love within you. Place one hand
bentally on your heart and the other on your belly.
Take a deep breath in, feeling your belly rise as
(01:10):
you inhale and slowly exhale, feeling it softened and release.
Let's do this together a few times. Inhale deeply, filling
your lungs with fresh energy. Hand exhale slowly through perse slips,
(01:36):
releasing any tension or doubt. Again. In heal deeply and
slowly exhale one more time. It's Inhale deeply and slowly
(02:09):
exhale with each breath, allow yourself to settle into this
moment of stillness, this moment of care. As you breathe,
remind yourself you are a human being, not a human doing.
Your worth does not come from what you do, but
(02:31):
from who you are. And you you are love, you
are kindness, you are compassion. Take a moment to let
these words settle within you, to feel their truth. Your
presence in this world matters. Your being is enough. Now,
(02:57):
let's take a moment to guide your body and to
reli station one breath at a time. Begin by bringing
your attention to your feet. As you inhale, notice any
tension there, and with your exhale gently release that tension,
allowing your feet to soften completely. Next, shift your focus
(03:29):
to your legs. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, feel
the muscles and your legs relax, letting go of any
tightness or discomfort. Move your attention to your abdomen, breathing
(03:53):
filling your belly with fresh energy, and as you exhale,
allow it to soften, releasing any tension or holding there. Now,
bring your awareness to your chest. Take a deep in
(04:14):
hell and as you exhale, feel your chest open your
breath flowing freely. Focus now on your shoulders with your
next in hell. Notice any heaviness you may be carrying
(04:38):
the weight of other people's judgment, the weight a fear
of failure, perhaps the way of even your own judgment
towards yourself. And as you exhale, let your shoulders drop,
releasing that weight completely. Shift your attention to your neck
(05:04):
and jaw inhial deep, please and as uxhale, allow these
areas to loosen, softening with ease. Finally, bring your awareness
to the muscles around your eyes. Breathe in gently, and
(05:29):
as uxhale, feel and relax, letting go of any attention.
With each breath, your body becomes lighter and more at ease.
Held in a sense of calm and self acceptance, there
is nothing you need to do right now. Simply breathe
(05:51):
and be. Now, imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror.
You see your reflection looking back at you. But this
is no ordinary reflection. This is a version of you,
filled with unconditional self love, confidence and kindness. Notice their eyes,
(06:20):
their warm, compassionate and understanding. This reflection knows your worth.
Take a moment to connect with this reflection. Now repeat
these affirmations after me, either silently or out loud. I
(06:47):
am worthy of love and respect. I trust myself and
my path. I am proud of who I am. I
(07:15):
honor my own needs. I am enough just as I am.
Feel the power of these words as they flow through you. Now,
(07:39):
look deeper into the mirror. Behind this confident reflection, you
see someone else. You see your inner child, a younger
version of you, filled with innocence and curiosity. Notice how
they smile at you with the trust and love. Imagine
(08:04):
kneeling down to their level, holding their hands and saying,
I see you, I hear you, I honor you. Let
them know that they are safe, loved, and that you
(08:26):
will always care for them. Take a moment to smile
at your inner child, to thank them for being a
part of you. Feel the connection between you and your
(08:48):
inner child and your present self. Recognize that your worth
is not tied to your achievements for what you do.
It comes simply from who you are. In you, You
are love, your kindness, your compassion, your presence in this
(09:09):
world has value. Just as you honor the needs of
your inner child, honor your own needs right now, in
this moment. Know that you deserve, care, attention, and love. Now,
imagine yourself in a place where you feel truly at ease,
(09:30):
a space that feels safe and nurturing. Maybe it's the
sunny meadow, a cozy room, or quiet forests. Engage your
senses here. All your senses feel the warmth of the
sunlight or the softness of the ground beneath you. Hear
the soothing sounds around you, birds sinking, leaves rustling, or
(09:54):
waves crashing. Let the save comforting space amplify the love
and confidence you feel within. This is a space you
can always return to. As we come to a close,
(10:24):
take a deep breath in feeling your belly rise and
the slow controlled exhale through per slips, releasing any remaining tension.
Let this feeling of self love and confidence flow through
your entire being. Know that you are worthy, you are enough,
(10:50):
and you are deeply loved. When you're ready, begin to
bring gentle moved back into your body. Wiggle your fingers,
stretch your toes, roll your shoulders, and when it feels right,
(11:12):
gently open your eyes. Carry the sense of love and
confidence with you, knowing you can return to it whenever
you need. Thank you for taking this time to connect
(11:34):
with yourself. Remember you are a human being, not a
human doing. Your worth is inherent your love, your kindness,
and your compassion. This t
