(00:01):
Hello everyone, Happy New Year,January first, and I'm tired and jan
the least cranky and everybody else.Oh, oh, here we go.
It was a long day yesterday andit's been a long time since we recorded
(00:24):
yes Now today we got a veryspecial people with us here. Besides Elly,
introduce yourself. God, I'm AndrewDio Cadlosi. You know he's my
uncle. Dah Jen that's my aunt, and I'm with my cousin and half
sister, Jason and Bella. Andmy experience with Ellis o'car pretty cool.
(00:49):
You know, she walks around, she poops every now and then. You
know, she cries sometimes, butI mean she she's just she does her
own thing. Bella has been stayingfirst year that Bella is doing New Year's
with us. So she's holding acat right now. And that's Jason Hill.
(01:15):
We talk about. Well, Elliealready got what her fifth getting her
fifth teeth. Oh did did youguys open Ellie's Christmas present? I don't
know a Christmas present? Oh?He gave him with Bell's gifts yesterday I
gave Yeah, you open Elie's guestdon't know what you're saying that it's close
(01:42):
you guys are talking cold like it'sclose. It's close. It's close close,
as you guys can see, Alliedoesn't talk yet, but we got
a lot of good, good, good good. So Ellie is now seventeen
(02:05):
months she I believe the last timewe recorded is right before her first birthday,
right, so she is now.You know, she knows what she
wants, we'll put it that way. She's very She wants headphones right now
because she wants to put Whenever shetries to get a bottle, she like
(02:25):
goes to the fridge as it yeah. Oh, today she grabbed the milk
jug by the handle and started holdingon it. But she still will not
say thy. Yeah, so she'snot really talking much. We had her
first birthday and that was a success. We did Ellie and one dr Land
(02:49):
for her one year birthday. Oneoh listen she separated into so that was
a lot of fun. And thenwhat else did we do with Elae since
then? Let's see, her hairhas gotten really long a lot of she
(03:15):
has this habit where well today isa bad example, but normally she usually
keeps her sleeping schedule with me andJason, meaning take a nap anywhere between
twelve and two if Jason is home. If I'm home, I'll put bed
between twelve and two. She'll takeher nap, not a problem, go
(03:36):
to bed at seven thirty, maybeeight o'clock that night. Somehow, whenever
she stays with Grandma or Grandma Debbiesor Mom, she just sleeps like a
five o'clock in the afternoon, wakesup at seven, and then who knows
what time she goes to bed.Oh to day though, I remember Mom
(03:58):
was struggling like a week ago becauseshe couldn't get her to sleep at all.
She was like even brought her toher room, was watching Frozen.
That's today again, like I broughtshe woke up. I went to bed
at three last night, and thenshe woke up at eight thirty this morning,
by eight, by twelve, Itried to put her to sleep.
(04:18):
By twelve forty five, I wascrying bringing her outside, and then Jen
took over her. I took anap. Oh my god, I tried
to put her to sleep too.And she really just loves to spend time
with the ladies. When she's withthe ladies, she doesn't want to sleep
(04:39):
because Grandma was here earlier too.So let's see we had we had my
birthday, bell last birthdays in twodays. She's gonna be double digits.
Ten, she's gonna be ten.Yeah, I know she's tall for her
age. You gotta watch her asshe's gonna kick it. No, oh,
(05:00):
she's gonna be bad. She lookstwelve. She's gonna kick your ass
if you don't watch it. Boy, she's your same. Oh, but
physically she will mop the floor withyou. So let's uh, all right,
let's go back. My birthday wasin September. Did we do anything
(05:21):
for my birthday? That's why weneed to write down everything and record.
We went to Bill Gray's for mybirthday because Jason joined volleyball was a they
had some donation things. We wentthere for my birthday and okay, oh
yeah, Jason did volleyball for theseason. Jason never usually does what the
(05:46):
e serious. I don't usually geta kick for my birthday. No,
and I did not. Jason startedvolleyball, which he normally doesn't do sports.
So now we are that same.He loves it plays that every parent
is running around here and there.M h, I don't find that fun.
(06:08):
I thought it was fun. Jasondon't join band no matter what you
do before, because in high schoolyou're gonna have to do marching band and
it's gonna suck. That's why Ididn't. I was like, who marches
with an instrument energy? Me?Yeah, But he's saying is that in
high school. You started marching marchingband in high school, and you're gonna
(06:30):
have to like you're gonna get backat school like you're gonna get closer.
It'll be like some crazy lates haveat night. And then we had Halloween
and we dressed Ellie up as astrawberry in a strawberry. She found her
(06:55):
own strawberry costume and What's upon aChild and she loved it, so we
got her that, and then meand Jason and that's Ellie knocking the door
to be lit out Carlouse. WeI got us all red sweats and I
put seeds on them, and theythought they were watermelons, but we were
(07:17):
I just didn't know what they were. I forgot. We were doing costume
for Halloween, and then I wassick for Halloween. So Ellie did not
like Halloween. She was terrified ofall of the people who costumes she was
not. She was terrified strangers holdon with her screaming to pass. He
(07:43):
just wants to leave. Okay, all right, and we're back. We
got a bottle for belly. Yeah, so okay. So we were talking
about Halloween. She was terrified astrangers. She was terrified of the costumes.
What about Thanksgiving? You gotta getcloser because I don't know if the
microphone is getting to you. SoThanksgiving was fun. She loved all the
(08:05):
foods. That's one thing with her. What was it? One thing she
didn't eat one time? Tomato?Tomato. Aside from that, cheats sparagas
onions. The other day she gota mushroom from the pizza, made it
on its own. Oh my god, pizza gotcha. Andrew Tucker to the
(08:37):
cat another baby. The cat's here. Yeah, I got the other cats
here. So let's see what elsewith So we did Thanksgiving? Oh,
we have no parties. Christmas Eveit was a party. Oh, they
(08:58):
get together. There are your mom'sgot So then that was with the other
cousins on Jen's side of the family, who is also there's an and on
that one he is what eight nine? I think? And then does he
does he look like no? Not? Even this other one is cute your
(09:28):
hands because you're seventeen, because hesaid, okay, okay, so let's
see. So then Ali got Christmas. She really didn't know much about Christmas.
(09:50):
She did start to understand how toopen presents after you know, the
press were done. But she gota lot cute things she has, Like
Daddy said earlier, Carlo said earlier, her hair is getting super long.
Can't really get into a ponytail yet, but it's close. She now has
(10:16):
her so she's got six teeth.Five, she's getting both of these next
next to the front two front teeth, she's getting both of the top ones.
So she's got six teeth now, which is really good because she loves
to eat all the time, likeshe eats everything. She's gonna be an
(10:37):
emotional leader at this point. Let'ssee, we are now able to see
Alex's kids, my nephews every month. They're coming to visit. Yeah,
Bella and David, they come into visit every month. Now we got
(10:58):
to see them more than once.Where they came the weekend off Christmas,
so they spent a day before Christmas. And now they came for New Years
to spend it with Andrew with herbrother from Florida. They haven't seen each
other like a couple of years. So then we decided since they're all here
(11:18):
that we would do fireworks again. We used to do fireworks every year on
New Year's and we stopped probably intwenty nineteen. Yeah, that was twenty
twenty. Was probably we blew themoff on twenty twenty. Then the world
shut down and then we didn't dothem since then. So this was a
lot of fun. It's been fouryears. Yeah, well then the fireworks
are because they're like a continue oftradition in Minezuela. We celebrate New Year's
(11:41):
over there with firework and big timethe parties until the morning. So at
the very least with the fireworks, two minutes show firework. It was beautiful.
Listen, I missed. I hada missculation with one of the pieces.
(12:01):
Maybe is one of my nieces ornephews or son would come out and
actually helped me with it. No, I came out right, and you're
like, nobody everybody stopped. Idon't even know what I'm doing. Let
me figure this out and then Ican tell you. But everybody took off.
Yeah, because we gotta leave youto your own own like going around
(12:24):
and saying what is this? Whatis this? And just moving things around.
For moving it doesn't help me betteranyway. You see, that's what
I deal with because one of thefireworks that I connect, I connect everything.
There were over ten boxes of fireworksconnected, and they only remember the
(12:45):
one that he was out of sink. No, I'm saying my favorite.
Awesome, it just didn't end myfavorite fire if it had just ended at
the last one, which was myfavorite, were like a bunch of just
the at the top, like justin the air, and it was like
covering literally everything. I know. That's the idea that was for everything to
(13:07):
end there. And the whistling onesshould not have stayed for two minutes afterwards.
They should have stayed through in thewhole time. That should have started
right towards the beginning. Yeah, that was supposed to be the two minutes
that was supposed to start at thebeginning and end. That really messed it
up, But it was still awesomebecause there are many people around here.
(13:33):
Actually, Debbie just sent a textmessage this morning that one of the other
neighbors was like, oh my god, thank you for the fireworks because it's
nice to have them up clothes overhere. Oh my god, And now
that we don't have that tree inthe backyard, we should now before we
(13:54):
did it to start celebrating the newyears. Then COVID came in. It
didn't feel like it was a celebratingyear because even though the we didn't weren't
affected by even though that we werenot affected by COVID, a lot of
people, a lot of people weredying, so we weren't going to be
celebrating. And then the following yearwas just us on twenty one, and
(14:15):
then twenty two it was like,eh, I mean it's still going over
twenty one, we lost your dad. Twenty two, it's like they didn't
really feel like celebrating. Still. We couldn't see the kids at that point.
This year we were able to seethe kids again. We got you
here, like it's a whole differentscenario. So we weren't expecting you to
(14:39):
be here because we didn't know whetheryou were coming or not, because you
weren't saying anything. We didn't knowthat we were gonna be able to have
you guys for Christmas, because itwas supposed to be the weekend before that.
Everyone's going to be listening. This'sgoing, who is he talking about?
I'm talking to the kids right now, looking at Bella, looking at
David. It had no clue Iwas going to be here or if Bella
(15:03):
would be here for that weekend withDavid, and then we were you know,
they were able to come for NewYears as well, which normally is
a one a month visit. Soand they're staying up for four days,
three days, three days. Yeah, three nights and four days, and
so we believe that that's a celebrationreason. Hence the two trips to Pennsylvania
(15:28):
one for see, if we wouldhave just kept the one trip, he
would have just been half of theend been. So Dave, Andrew and
I took a trip yesterday the firstanother like four hour long trip back in
(15:48):
round trip. Yeah, we boughtfor some more fireworks and right like a
lot and that little video to beable to just see what it is.
But you don't want to sweep, let me pusse it. Wow, that
(16:18):
was second break because hell broke loose. Eleanor is extremely tired. She will
not go down. She's just crying. So we had to move rooms.
Yeah no, she's like yeah whatshe does Yeah, like she's just fighting
it right now. So one otherthing that happened that we had talked about
(16:41):
is huge, is I opened upmy own wax studio. Yes, Jennifer
quit her job and open her ownplace. And it's been what two months?
Yeah, we opened on October fourteenth. It's called wax Castle in Brockport,
New York. Yeah, right then, and yep we uh so if
(17:07):
you want to come see me anything, waxing men women from your eyebrows all
the way down. So that's beenthat has been something very huge this year.
So there was a reason to celebratealso, Yeah, I mean Jennifer,
it's this was a huge step forher to be able to go on
(17:30):
her own. It's only business workeror business owner, you know, it's
like a big difference exactly. Yeah, I'm stress free. It's fantastic.
Mmm. You got to choose yourown hours. Well, if you need
to leave because something came up,you don't have to be begging somebody else
to see if you can go takecare of her. You need to take
(17:52):
care of you, just go doit. So I tend to work six
days a week and I sit thereand even when I don't have clients,
I sit there just in case I'vewalk ins and hopefully by the summertime will
be busier. We'll hire I'll hiresomeone new. Well, I mean you
started and literally beginning of winter.Although this winter in Rochester it's weird as
(18:18):
hell because we had as yeah, like just had a coating of sugar that
we got last night, and wehad a Christmas fifty three degrees. It
has it was like the six warmestChristmas Is that we had and since started
(18:41):
recording the dates in New York, the six Women's Christmas. So yeah,
basically not smart to open up awaxing salon right in the middle of winter,
but you know, I have greatclients and I have you know,
the Greek community, So that's whatI was getting to like, even though
you open in winter, you're stillgetting new clients every week, and you
(19:07):
know, like the business is startingto actually move forward and not getting stuck
in one place or something. Sothat's really good. So that's yeah,
like there's a lot of reasons thisyear to do the fireworks and it was
really good fireworks and my Facebook pageif you guys want to go see it,
(19:29):
my mom shared them too. Andthen how was school with you?
Bella? Well, there you go, that's bella story. Are you learning
anything? You said you're in band? Yeah, what are you doing band?
What do you play? Also, they oh you play the flute too,
(19:51):
right, tuba, that's totally notI don't know, well what I
see siblings are in band. Imean the flutes is a very pretty instrument.
It is. Yeah, it's likereally elegant. Amanda took flute for
a little bit. Yeah, Jasontried the French horn. Oh yeah,
(20:12):
and I also tried the trombone.Well when you tried, that was more
like you signed up, brought theinstrument home and forgot about it. Yeah,
that was Jason's in school. Ijust wanted it. It didn't work
(20:32):
out, so oh then you know, kind of like with a piano.
Listen his face right now. It'shard getting into an instrument, okay,
because it's like I felt like whenI had to take an instrument home,
(20:56):
Oh my god. Look look, practicing on your own is a whole different
thing, right because because with thetuba, with my situation, I couldn't
take it home. So I waslike, I just play a lot in
class, but if I if Iever had to take it home, I
like, I never took it home, right, So then I played trombone
like my sophomore year, and Iwould take it home and I wouldn't touch
(21:18):
it. You know, it's liketouch the school Laura at home. That's
because I had to touch it atschool. I had to. So fan's
an easy a. I'll tell youthat. So you're graduate? When did
you graduate? During May? May? Four? Holy Andrews from Florida and
their their school ends in May.Wow. Up here in New York,
(21:40):
we end in June. But didn'tthey start earlier? Yeah? I started
lucky. Yeah, well it's thesame thing, same amount of time.
I literally have summer like that isour summer is literally summer mm hmm,
like the day after summer bro letout. Yeah, So the what grade
(22:04):
you're going to? Bella? Fifthgrade? Jason is going to night Ye?
Wow, you're going to high schoolnext year. It's crazy and we
got no you know what's crazy. We got one walking into high school and
one that is not even going intokindergarten yet. H Yeah, it's really
(22:27):
crazy to think about. I wasthinking about that the other day, like,
what time she's in first grade?Jason is gonna be graduating, We're
gonna be starting all over again.Literally, Jason is going to be gone
and it's gonna be like raising achild all all over. Yeah, it's
still that's right. You will payme Rent, I'll play run. It's
(22:51):
gonna be half everything. Okay,we're a couple. We're counting us one.
What do you mean ha ha haha. When you go to a
hotel, do you pay for theroom or for the people living in it?
I am a single euler person euler. You lost me on that one
(23:17):
singular, single person single. Sothat's kind of how we even got into
this whole. Well, you guysare a couple of you both own your
own separate businesses. You have differentoccupations. Each occupation pays for its own
(23:37):
self. To find yourself a couplewho can help you pay for it,
I don't know what to tell you. Find yourself a boy for my girlfriend
to help you pay their bills, but they're not living in my house?
A Laudio. So what else hashappened this year that we should mention Bella
(24:08):
and David? We took him toNiagara Falls during Alex's anniversary and we did
with them what we did with you, And because we still got some of
the ashes remaining and we took thoseand they were able to drop him off
on other Niagara River as well.So you all got to do that.
(24:32):
That's awesome. I'm glad that youguys got to do that. And then
there was our first trip. Thatwas our first trip to see in the
falls too. Yeah, awesome andfree. Mm hmm. That was one
of the few day cold days.Well we've been getting cold. It's been
in the thirties and stuff like that. Tomorrow's going to be in the forties.
(24:56):
Yeah. Again, like I'm wonderingif we're going to be having us
summer this year. It's gonna befine. Make it's so weird. Yeah,
So that's what that's our that's oursix month recap. Yeah, like
I don't know. It was sobusy, so busy opening up the place
(25:18):
and Carlos at all of the constructionfor me, so it's not even like
you know, yeah, that waslike construction and cutting down trees in the
backyard. Now we gotta go backto the studio and do more construction over
there. Like, yeah, it'sa lot of work. There's a lot
(25:41):
of projects to good time. Whendid you get the cats in August?
Oh, we got two cats.Yes, good thinking, so we did.
We got two kiddies. We gotthem in the middle of August and
I went to go get one.I kept telling Carlos, go to I
need a cat. I'm getting mea cat. I'm getting a good kid.
(26:03):
I'm doing it, and he waslike, no, you're not,
No, you're not. And thenI did and I came home with one.
But there was one that was socute there, and I was like,
couldn't I couldn't decide between the blackone or the black and white one.
So I came home and Jason andCarlos fought over who was gonna snubble
the kiddy. So Carlos looked atme and said, go back and get
(26:25):
the other one, just like Rockyand Stolla. Wasn't it when we got
two do dogs? I were supposedto get one you mean Rowdy? Yeah?
Yeah, that This one was onYouTube. So we have two kiddies,
but it's always nice to have twoof them because they keep each other
unentertained. No, they are insane. They are a little insane. They're
(26:48):
so cute. So we have Binksand we have Oreo. I if anyone
has ever seen Hocus pocus Binks isthe black cat in the movie, and
for thirty years of my life,I've wanted a black cat named Banks,
and I finally got him. Andthen after we got the kitties, we
had a very terrible situation and wehad to put down Stella and Ginger.
(27:14):
Yeah, Stella attacked Ginger. Idon't know where. That was the craziest
thing. And Bumper left because ofthe kiddies. Oh yeah, and then
a lot of canine and feline dramain our house. Yeah, so we
had we had to put down Gingerbecause Stella attacked her, and then we
(27:36):
had to put down Stella because sheattacked Ginger, and we have a baby
at the house and we can't havethat kind of When we're talking that she
attacked she, I'm just gonna mentionthat she preferred she hit along and basically
there was no Gingers lungs. Sheripped open and so we had, you
(28:02):
know, it was really bad,to the point where thankfully I was just
arriving home when that was happening, and I I like, I'll try to
grab Stella through the neck and pullher out, but I literally had to
put my hands in her jaw andpry her job and to release Ginger out
of it. It was very, very scary. There was blood everywhere.
(28:26):
It was very sad. We wealways we love our animals more than anything,
and it's very sad lose them, and losing them like that is even
sadder. It's very scary, youknow. And Stella could have just turned
on any one of us at anytime and we just wouldn't have known.
(28:47):
Well. And I mean, didn'tyou say that they were just standing next
to each other and no, Stellajust ran at her like so. And
that was a third time Stella attackGinger. It was she had attacked her
twice. But there were those thingsthat you didn't know if they were like
games coming and getting out of handor what. But now wasn't she slowly
(29:15):
getting worse with her behavior? No, not really. I mean we always
had issues with them, like gettinglike Titan likes to pee on everything,
doesn't matter what, Bastard's always peenon something. Stella had. The issue
was she was escape artists every shegot out from everywhere. So that was
(29:36):
the biggest problem with her because youwill come home and she was outside the
fence. Ginger. It was justthe barking like any tiny dog. It
was just bark bark, and Stellawas a boxer pet. So and then
once we got Binks and Oreo thetwo cats, the two cats we have
(30:00):
Bumper and Sonic. Bumper decided thatI never seen Bumper that mad he has
seen and all kinds of crap andthen just took off left for about six
weeks and then came back for aboutthirty seconds, which is what it took
him to see the cats before hetook off again. Yeah. Yeah,
(30:25):
he's been staying with another neighbor. They reached out to us through a neighborhood
app and apparently now the neighbor moveddown the street to another house and the
cat doesn't want to follow him there, so who knows where he's taying.
I saw him like last week,I think it was. Yeah, Bumper
(30:45):
is very angry with us, andwe thought he was dead, like we
didn't know that he was still alive. We literally thought that he was dead.
So the neighbor, yeah, somehowfound us and he has made like
this little cat house with a heatingpad in it for Bumper to sleep in
because it's winter, and leave thegarage door cracked open so that he can
(31:07):
get in and out of the garage. But now that neighbor has taken in
another stray cat and Bumper doesn't likeit, so he goes over to another
neighbor's house who has the same setupfor him, with a little house and
a heating pad. People are reallynice, because who the hell does that
for a cat that you don't knowwho belongs to friends. He sometimes comes
(31:33):
home to say, hi, seeif the cats are still here, and
he sees them and then he leaves. He just yeah, he's not happy
with us. Yeah, And thenbump Sonic doesn't care. Yeah, Sonic
doesn't mind them at all. He'sjust like, leave me alone and we'll
be fine. So yeah, Imean, there's been a lot of updates.
(31:56):
That's I mean, that's been it'sbeen busy. Like we literally went
in Jennifer's like, you know,it's been months and months since we have
done anything. We should go spenda week in you know, at the
lake or something like hang out forthe weekend. And we did it.
And the day that we arrived thereor the day that we're supposed to leave
(32:21):
to go do this whole thing, that's when the situation was Stiller and Ginger
happened, so you don't have togo because everything is paid. You can't
lose your money just for that. And then at the same time you feel
sad because of everything that happened. She was just too old. We had
(32:44):
to put her down to sleep becauseshe was just in too much pain with
arthritis. So now we only haveone dog. They make four cats,
which well three slash four. Idon't know right, I got one two,
(33:08):
three, Oh, I got liketen hairs out of his You're supposed
to tell him to guess, andthen you keep going until he guesses the
right number. Andrew has a mustacheand he has like Johnny Depp starting up
his goatee. No, no,Yeah, that's pretty much all of our
(33:32):
updates for now. We're going totry our best to at least once a
month, at least once a monthget a recording out. Who's really busy.
Life has been crazy for you guys, and so one thing after the
next, that's pretty much how weroll. And so yeah, at this
(33:53):
point, fireworks were a success.Everything seems to be rolling back onto the
good territory. Hopefully twenty four willbring great things, yes, and hopefully
we'll bring him to you too.Whoever is listening, we wish that you
have a wonderful year. Not tobe confused with believing that nothing bad will
(34:15):
happen, but they will have thestrength and ability to get over it,
to think through it, and toget past it. More good than more
bad, you know, try tomake the most out of whatever comes,
because usually bad comes in a lotmore abundance and a lot more frequent than
good. All right, you wantto I just want to say goodbye bye.
(34:40):
Thanks for listenings. Everybody wonder whathappened to Jason. He's been here
the whole time. Yeah, it'sreading TikTok Bella
