Speaker 1 (00:03):
And we are live. Oh, we're live with the Nontendo podcast.
Me and Fry Biscuits, Bingle my buddy, my partner in crime.
Some might say, yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna cut this
music out because I'm in control of it. Bingals cutting today.
He's in control of that. So we'll see how that goes.

(00:23):
Starting a little early too. Off the rip. There is
so much guilt coming guilt. I have guilt. I am
so guilty. I feel an intense amount of guilt. I've
actually been very anxious about doing the podcast, but by
no means let that affect how you feel about certain

(00:43):
recent events, especially if you're a live feel free to
ask any questions or let me know how you're feeling
about things and what you want to know and what
you want to hear. I'm gonna take these off because
I'm it's weird. Sometimes I like hearing myself and sometimes
I don't. But I'm anxious, so I can't decide to
do one on and one off. Yeah, I usually to

(01:04):
be able to do it first Off the rip. There's
a lot of things I want to say, and it's
in regards to the video I uploaded today, which was
called I faked a Nintendo directleak to investigate how room
is spread online a very long title. I wanted to
make sure the title was extremely to the point of

(01:24):
what the video was, with absolutely no clickbait or flair whatsoever.
So immediately while watching you hopefully get the sense where
it's going. And if you saw the video, if you
didn't see the video, I'd recommend going on watching the video.
It's a good video. I I worked, not that the

(01:44):
amount of work that goes into it matters, but I
need you to know that I worked extremely hard on
that video. Weeks and hours of editing and a lot
of cramming yesterday because I really wanted to put it
up yesterday before everything today, and I just couldn't get
it done in time. Unfortunately, it was up till late,
and I am confident that it's one of my favorite

(02:05):
videos that I've made. I'm very proud of it. Every
now and then I get like this little creative bug
in my brain where I have a cool idea for
a video that's kind of like outside of the norm.
I've done it a few times, this one, for example,
so there's a lot of confusion and let me before

(02:26):
I get to that. I wanted to start by saying
I'm sorry. I'm off on a tangent because I'm very nervous,
but I'm very sorry. I am, and I want to
talk about it today because you know this. It started here.
You guys are the ones that were the guinea pigs
for this, which we'll talk about that, because not how
I saw it to begin with or how I ever

(02:47):
saw it, it's just how it became because I'm dumb.
I didn't think through things correctly, but it was at
the expense of the podcast, and I want to talk
about that and why why I decided to do it
and my thought pro at the time. But I want
you to know that I'm sorry and that I love you,
and that the podcast is very serious to me, and
I am serious on it. I joke a lot, yeah,

(03:09):
but I don't lie on it. I don't lie. And
that was a lie. I made that up. I fabricated
that for a video idea that I had that you've
seen now that I'm very proud of, and I think
it turned out exactly how I my beyond my best
of hopes, I think is how it turned out because
I didn't know before doing it that I was going

(03:30):
to start researching and learning about biases and figuring out
why leak spread, how leaks spread, be able to see
the train of a leak spread in real time. That
was like best case scenario, you know. The more likely
case scenario I thought at the time was that nothing
would happen, that it would get lost in the episode
and no one would talk about it and everyone would forget.

(03:51):
That's honestly what I thought would happen, and it's not
what happened. It honestly was pretty buried in the podcast.
That was the idea, you know. I had a whole
part in the video that I and I'm gonna look
at Chatstone. I had a whole part in the video
that I cut out because I was just rambling so
much about my reasonings, which it didn't My reasonings don't
really matter at the end of the day. The results
is what mattered. I decided, And the video was already

(04:13):
so long. But another part of my plan was that
I wanted to leak it in a way where it
was buried, almost like how leaks get buried online. And
the best way that I could figure me leaking something
that would get buried without a lot of traction is
if I hit it in a very long podcast episode,
if I kept it a couple of minutes halfway through,
that's the closest I can do to burying a rumor online,

(04:35):
because if I tweet it, it's its own tweet. If
I do it in a main video, it's a main video.
If I make it the title of an episode, it's
the whole episode. So it was an episode about Donkey Kong,
and the idea was to bury it inside and to
see if I can recreate the grounds of a leak.
I miscalculated my influence, Wasn't.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
It like towards the end of the episode two like
a little bit past the halfway point that you buried
it and a half in.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Yeah, it was like towards the end. We did a
two hour episode. Yeah, it's usually like we're usually done
by then. Yeah, usually out. And also, Bingle had nothing
to do with it. I had nothing to do with
a church. The way you said that did not sound
like you actually had nothing to do with it. He
had nothing to do with it. I told him after
what I was planning, him and Kim and Uh and Uh.
Him and Kim were the only ones that new and

(05:22):
then I told Bob a couple of weeks ago, and
he was like, oh, what I was going to say
about this? Though, I've seen some comments from people because
a lot of I I don't what I was gonna
say is every now and then I get a bug
in my brain for like a creative video idea, and

(05:44):
I don't know why my brain goes in this way,
but like, uh, you know when I when I got
this early. I am not someone that leaks things. I've
seen people online say that, like you've lost all credibility
as a leaker. No one's going to believe your leaks. Again,
I have never leaked any thing in the house, not
one time. You didn't even tell me about that until
like a couple of days before. I didn't say a word.

(06:07):
I had nobody two weeks early, two weeks And when
I say two weeks early, I don't mean two weeks
before it came out. I mean two weeks before Nintendo
announced it. When all we had online was some blurry
photos of maybe an O led Zelda switch was coming,
but Nintendo did not confirm it. No one, no one
had talked about it. We saw one blurry image. I
had it in my house. I refuse to leak it

(06:30):
because it's not mine to leak. It's Nintendo's thing to announce.
It's Nintendo's moment to have. It's not mine to be like, haha,
I got one early, here's mine, and take that moment
away from Nintendo, and take that moment away from other
people that react to things online. It's just it's not
It wasn't mine to leak, and I don't leak things.
In fact, I would challenge the audience. I'll put one

(06:51):
hundred dollar bounty. I'll do a thousand dollar bounty. Find
something that I've ever leaked, other than this fake leak,
which I didn't leak, which was a rumorbout it. It
was a rumor. Thousand dollar bounty, you find anything I leaked.
I saw people saying that I leaked this, which I didn't.
I waited until Nintendo announced it, and then I posted
my video ten minutes later. But I didn't leak it.

(07:15):
Nintendo announced it. And what was the other thing people
were saying I leaked?

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (07:20):
People were like, oh, you had the three D print
of the Zelder switch. I saw that comment a lot.
Oh sorry, the switch to switch to the switch to Yeah,
I didn't leak that. That's I doubt I got. I
literally got that file because someone else leaked it.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
It was being spread all over the internet. It was
it was on Twitter, there was a read it.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
There was a there was a girl who did a
video with that three D model like two weeks before me.
Like I was lated to that because it took me
forever to get a hold of one. That wasn't. That
wasn't my leak. I didn't leak that it was already leaked.
I just made a video about switch to U hype,
and in that video I was like, and also, look
what I got. So yeah, I challenged you the leak

(07:59):
on roof. That's true. To be fair, you did show
it on stream early. I didn't meet kid, So what
you're referring to there in chat is I showed it
on stream. I had it next to me but out
of camera frame. As soon as it got revealed on stream,
like the Nintendo announce it live on the direct that
we were watching, I went, oh, that's cool like that,

(08:22):
and I brought it into frame the second the second
after they did it right, and then I dropped my
video ten minutes later. But I did not I did
not leak that I've never I'm not someone that leaks.
I hope you're okay. Would this is a super chat
from little cherry Berry. I'm sure you are crazy anxious.
My heart is still palpitating. It was a great experiment,
not just for games but the spread of general misinformation online. Yeah.

(08:44):
I'm kind of all over the place, but I want
to stress it. I'm not a leaker. I don't get information.
I've never leaked anything before. If my credibility of as
a leaker is shot, good, But because my whole I've
been so outspoken in my career about how I hate leaks.
They ruined things. I can I say something, Yeah, Okay,
you didn't leak anything. I know. I know I keep

(09:04):
calling it a leak. I do know it was a rumor.
Now I got to retrain my brain. That's what I wanted.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
And you also even said, I don't know if I
trust this source. Take it with a grain of salt
or whatever you said.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Yeah, look, I one thing I really hope my video
doesn't do. I tried really hard, especially not towards the
tail end, to make it clear that I don't fault
anybody that covered the leak or anyone that talked about
the leak, or once the misinformation or the story changed
and things spread around online, people covering it. They're just
doing their thing. They're just doing their jobs, and they're

(09:36):
confirming to their own biases and they're getting excited for
something that I said. So that's fine, and I want
them to keep speculating. I think speculation is fun. I
talk about rumors all the time. We recently looked at
a fake leak that I knew was fake, but I
wanted to talk about it anyway because it's funny. It
was that big four chan one, and I told everybody,

(09:57):
I'm like, this is so clearly faked, but let's laugh
at it because it's to talk about talking.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
About sunshine, sunshine.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Crazy dumb stuff. So yeah, I'm not faulting anybody for,
you know, talking about what I did. But Bingle, you know,
the point you were making is I did try really
hard in the moment to be really careful with what
I was saying, and to not say how I knew,
to not say where it came from, to not say
anything other than like, here's what I heard. That was

(10:26):
the whole thing, Here's what I heard. And then yeah,
that's that got twisted, as you saw in the video.
But the idea was to clarify. The idea was that
I hate gaming leaks. They always ruined things. We've been
talking about leaks a lot lately lately. It was mostly

(10:46):
on my mind because the switch to got ruined and
I feel like that deflated that reveal so much for people,
And it's just something that's been on my mind, you know,
it's been I've been thinking about like how much leaks suck.
And then I had an ide I was like, can
I find a way to make a video to stop
leaks or to like you know, that was the base.

(11:07):
That was the first thought in my brain. And then
it you know, it was like going backwards from there.
I was like, well how do I do that? I
would need to see how a leak starts? How do
I find a leak and then track it now, you know?
And I was like, well I could leak something. And
so I just had this this It was such a
it was like, let me just try. No. In my brain,
I was like anytime I've ever like said anything on

(11:29):
the podcast or like you know, talked about rumors or
anything like, it never goes anywhere no one pays attention
to me anyway. Yeah, So I was like, no one's
going to pay attention. I've never, you know, never made
news hard articles other than one time when I blew
up a switch battery. So I was like, it's just
going to get buried in the podcast, but let me
give it a shot and then I can make my
video if it works. And it worked, and I, as

(11:52):
you see in the video, was immediately pissing myself because
I started to realize the weight of what I had done,
which and I said in the video, and I'm mean
it now. If I could go back in time, I
wouldn't do it because I feel horrible, and I felt
horrible the whole time. But I did do it, and
it worked. It worked way too well. People got really excited,

(12:14):
which is where all of my guilt came from, because
I never ever thought about that. I never ever thought
about people actually getting excited. And then I was like, well,
I got to make the video. I got to commit
because I can't back out of this. I'm not going
to backtrack. I'm not going to lie and say that
there was any other motive other than what there was.
And we recorded the reason. We sat here and recorded
the reason. Now, I almost we almost forgot. Well, I say,

(12:36):
you had no idea, I had no clue what was
going on. I almost forgot. We left the room. We
were like, we hadn't. Fortunately we hadn't packed up yet,
because if we had packed up and I had to
reset up, it would have been so obvious that we
reset up, because things would have been a different place.
But we were walking up and I was like, oh, no, wait,
come back down, I got to tell you that I lied.
You didn't even tell me that.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
You would say, like you told me, You told me
right there and then as you were sitting down that
you lied. Yeah, you have my genuine reaction of you
mean like you lie, And I'm like, oh, yep, I'm like, oh.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
And you were so excited for the leaks too, I
thought I was.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
I was kind of highed for it, Honestly, I was.
I was just looking forward to, like metaphor being on
the way I want me to.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
But do we get we get, we get reloaded, we
get what's it called persona three reloaded. I'm gonna read
a lot of these comments, but yeah, anyway, I'm still
trying to go on my apology tour here. I don't
need you to know. I cut out so much apologizing
in that video. That was actually Kim's first uh. I
had about ten people watch the video beforehand. Everyone liked it.

(13:40):
Everyone was like, it's a good video, which gave me
a lot of confidence in it, which I'm very thankful
for because I almost didn't want to post it. But
what Kim's first criticism was, you're apologizing way too She said,
It's not that serious. She's like, it's not that serious.
You're apologizing way too much. So I cut out. I
cut out maybe in the final edit, five to ten

(14:01):
minutes of just apologizing, which I don't mean in a
like I spoke for five minutes. I mean just hours
of apologizing over time that made it into the video
that I was like, you're right, I've apologized like fifty times.
I do.

Speaker 2 (14:15):
I do, really, I mean, I agree with Kim. I
don't know if I should be saying that, but I
kind of agree with with Kim on that one.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
I mean, I agree ultimately because I caught out all
the apologizing. But there's two there's two minds that I'm in.
One I'm really proud of the video, and I believe
in the video, and I believe in myself, and I
believe what I did was for good reasons, and I
believe that I followed through in the best way that
I possibly could, And I believe that ultimately my plan

(14:44):
was to to help stop leaks and rumors. And I
think if people actually watch this video and take it seriously,
there are some things in there that will help stop
or at least curve some leaks and rumors. So I'm
very proud of what I did, and I don't regret
it in that way. I do wish I had gone
about it differently. I could have tried spreading a leak
anonymously to begin with, to be honest, it probably just

(15:07):
wouldn't have gone anywhere, and then I would have ended
up doing what I did anyway, if I really wanted
to commit to the video. But the part of me
that feels horrible is the part of me where like
it's all good for other people like you and Kim
and everyone else that watched it, to be like it's
a great video, like it's a good idea. It's another
thing to be me and know that like people will
lose trust in me no matter how many times I

(15:30):
try and explain why I did it or justify it,
it won't matter to some people, and that's okay. It's
not okay, but it's okay that you feel that way,
and I don't harbor any resentment or upset. I feel bad.
I feel bad that I did that, And if you
lost trust in me because of it, I need you
to know that it's eating me up. It will always
eat me up, and I hope I can win back

(15:50):
your trust eventually. And yeah, if the video didn't do
anything for you, so you just got lied to and
then the video for you sucked, that's who I'm apologizing to. Mostly,
I'm very sorry. And then obviously everyone that got excited
and animal crossing fans I had. I really never I
never envisioned like random TikTok, not random TikTok is that

(16:12):
sounds mean, but you know I didn't know them, That's
what I mean. People I didn't know on TikTok making
videos about it, like excited, like these animal like cozy
cozy creators and stuff, And I was like, oh no, yeah,
I never envisioned that. Actually, I always envisioned like articles.
I was really hoping I would make it to articles.
I never thought I would make it to like a

(16:33):
ton of videos and people getting excited. I just didn't
I can't stress enough. I didn't think the I didn't
think the uh, the effects of it going viral. I
didn't think that through. I was like, I hope it
goes viral, but I didn't think about what that meant.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
This just goes to show you animal crossing fans are
starved for new content.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Look, I don't know if it I don't know if
it helps. But Kim's like the biggest animal crossing fan,
you know, like me too, Like I'm I'm so excited
for animal crossing. That's why I picked it because I
was like, man, I hope we get animal crossing next month.
I had I had one of our close friends. I'll
out them, you know, Matt and Kayla. Yes, Kayla is

(17:15):
a huge animal crossing fan. Matt came over the week
after that podcast and he was like, you know, Kayla's
so excited for that direct that animal crossing leak. And
I told him. I was like, tell her, I am lied.
Oh my god, I can't have it. So Matt actually
knew too. I was like, I can't have her thinking
that anyway. Sorry. I I feel like I shouldn't keep

(17:40):
apologizing because the more I do it, the more it's
making it seem like I did something really wrong and
really like I yes, I agree with I agree with that.
I think if you and I don't think, it's not
that it's it's it's not that serious.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
The only thing you're guilty of, if anything, is wasting
some people's time and a lot of time.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
And then you know another thing is like my moment,
as I predicted on the podcast didn't go viral like,
which was never what I wanted anyway, people, I saw
a lot of people saying, I guess Rent do I
guess he just needs the money. The podcast makes no money.
There's no revenue in the podcast. That was not the idea.

(18:21):
It was never for money. I also don't make money
through revenue, not that it matters, but sponsors make the money,
not the revenue. It was never about that. I don't
know what tangent I was about to go on. I
got sidetracked because I saw that.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
A lot like right, if anything, I think this snowball
go Sorry.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
I was sorry to cut you off. I was going
to say the moment itself never took off in that way.
It was you know, the Reddit thread, and it was
the tweets, and it was everyone else talking about it,
and it took on a life of its own, and
now everyone is sharing this leak online. So now that
it didn't happen, people are upset at me because of
all of this, which is still my fault is it

(19:01):
is still my fault. But I understand, especially so if
you're not a fan of me, and that's something else
I do not consider, and something else entirely here is
I do believe most, if not most, I'll just say
most people that watch me the podcast and the main
channel and watch the video and watch my content will
get it and be okay with it. But it went

(19:24):
so much further past me. It went hundreds of thousands
of views past me, into people that don't know me,
into people that do know me and don't care about me,
to people that do know me and hate me, like
it went into all these different ways. So while there
is probably going to be I would hope most of
the people in my audience that understand most people in

(19:46):
general won't because they don't have that care. They don't
care about me in that way, which is fair, which
is again, is not something I ever considered when I
did this. I figured, oh, I would film my intention
and then show my intention and everyone would be like, oh,
that's what he was doing. Yeah, but that's only the

(20:07):
people that watched me, Yeah, not the thousands of people
that saw the leak online. And I never thought about that.
That's what I was gonna say. Sorry I keep interrupting.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
Also, it's it's also like you said, like it started
to snowball, and I think when it went from rumor
from online outlets to then YouTubers started to say leaks,
confirmed leak, confirmed source, and then that's when I found
the video really funny, is like everybody's like confirmed leak,
confirmed source, and then it would cut back to you

(20:39):
and it would just be like I did say that,
it come back to me, but you actually said there.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Again, there is no shame to the creators because it
spired out of control and it was a whisper game
that got it ramped up more and more until what
I said wasn't really what I said anymore. But my favorite,
one of my favorite moments of the episode of the
video is when uh, the guy is like and he said,
he's very confident, and then it cuts to me saying

(21:05):
I'm skeptical. That does make me laugh every time, and
it's not at that person's expense. He probably just heard
that I was confident someway.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
I also want to point out too, it is I
think it's fun to speculate about rumors and stuff, you know,
And I think when people get way too emotional that
to we're a point it becomes fact, or people start
to really believe that it's fact and start lashing out
when they're high, is just brought down. Yeah, sucks, but

(21:36):
like I still find it, I don't know, fun to
not say it rumors, but to speculate about it.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
And that was never the intention to stop that because
I do that all the time. I find it fun too,
we all do. And why well, it's a whole psychology
part of the video if you want to look into it,
which is why I like the video and why I
think it's so not to boast my own toast. But
I knew if I was going to do this, I
had to do it right. And I can't tell you
I wrote three different scripts. I kept editing and changing

(22:04):
and it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Yeah, anyway, I'm
going to stop, and I want to read the comments
people are saying, Uh, there is I do one final time.
I am will say sorry, and I just want you
to know that I am. But at the same time,
when I did it, Uh, it was supposed to be
more of a of a bit than a lie. It

(22:25):
was not supposed to be like a lie, like a
malicious like I am lying right now. It was supposed
to be like I'm doing a bit for a video,
and uh, you know, once it went viral, it became
a lie. Yeah, it became more than a bit for
a video. It became a lie. And it was a
lie that was being spread by a lot of people
and they didn't know they were spreading a lie. And yeah,

(22:47):
and then and then I lied. You know, it ended
up being that I like so uh yeah, I could
have all the good intentions in the world, and hopefully
you understand the intentions, but if you don't, I'm not
I'm not gonna try and convince you any more than
I you have because I don't blame you. You feel
how you want to feel.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
I think those people are going to feel the way
they feel no matter what you're saying.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
Is and I'm done. The last thing I'll say i'll
move on to this is that I know that, no
matter what happens, I will hear about this for the
rest of my career yep, here or there. And the
reason why I know that is because, again I want
to stress, I did actually, one hundred percently get this.
I think it was this actual one, this UK one,

(23:28):
this O led switch two weeks early, and in fact,
now that we're so far removed from the moment, I
think I can finally reveal how I got it. And
I've never actually said this before. It was just some
store in UK that got a bunch off a truck
and a fan happened to know me that worked at this,
that didn't work at this, a fan happened to know

(23:50):
me and hooked it up. And I think it's pretty
obvious that that was the case. That's blessed, that's what
happened with that. I did get it two weeks early,
but there was no way I was going to make
a video about that and share that leak, so I
kept it secret. I made an unboxing, I got the
unboxing ready the second Nintendo revealed it themselves. I dropped

(24:11):
the unboxing and it blew people away and it was
really cool. A lot of people on that video said
this has to be fake. How could he do this?
That got my brain ticking At the time. I was like,
wouldn't that be crazy if it was fake? And I
tell you sometimes I just get this really weird bug
in my brain where I'm like, that would be a
cool video. How would I do that? And I start

(24:33):
working backwards and I ultimately got to the point where
I was like, I'm going to make a video where
I'm going to make it look like I faked getting
that switch. Because also that video went viral. I had
a million views, so I was like, how do I
follow that up? So I made a video saying I
faked getting the OLED switch early and if you watch
that video, it's me. It was satirical. It's satirical, and
it's very boast my own tongst, but very well done

(24:56):
because I even had Bob messaging me when it went live,
yelling at me, I can't believe you fooled me and
you were lying and you didn't get that switch. It
was If you go back and watch that video, I'm
really proud of it. But in the last couple minutes
I reveal, of course, that I was lying. I'm like,
I'm lying about lying. I never faked it. This is

(25:16):
just a fun goofy video. I got you, it is real.
I just thought this video would be fun. But to
this day, I still get people say I can never
trust him again since he faked getting that O Leed switch.
He betrayed my trust with the fake o led Zelda switch.
I saw people today on the video saying, oh, he's
lied again, like when he lied about the fake Zelder switch. Yep.

(25:39):
It's never going to escape me because it's my fault
for not getting to the point sooner. I made a
ten minute video with the last two minutes worth of truth. Yeah,
but I know that this is what's going to happen
on this situation too. I know, and you'll see it
as well for years from now. For forever from now,
you'll see people talk about how I.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Lied, didn't hold the phone, didn't you have didn't you
get this at packs? Now?

Speaker 1 (26:06):
I didn't get it at packs. I showed Bob pictures
of it at packs. I got it. It was being
shipped to me while I was at packs. Why Oh okay, No,
I was gonna say he literally saw it like he
saw a picture of it. Okay, he saw a real
picture of it that I convinced him in the video

(26:26):
was just the leak's pictures, but they weren't. They want
my pictures. Yeah, yeah. And then I also there's also
like to you know, other like weird things I've tried
to do in the past. It's weird because I don't
make videos like this. I make pretty normal reactionary content.
But sometimes I get a bug in my brain to
do something really creative and I just want to follow

(26:48):
it through. And then the other time recently I tried
doing that was when I tried to do the wind
Waker stream and I tried to make it it was
really dumb. And this one I do regret and I
shouldn't even bring it up, but I tried to make
it look like in the thumbnail that something was wrong,
that I was being stalked. And then you wear and
then like thirty seconds in another me, jump scares appears

(27:11):
in the video and I yanked myself out of the
video and then it cuts it just I disappear like
I edit it in a way where another this is
a wild It was like a year ago, Yeah, yeah,
this is okay, gangs me out, I disappear, and then
I have this whole green screen, like I built this
whole thing where I'm like walking around and avoid looking
at videos of me. And I ended up deleting that

(27:32):
video because people were like, you shouldn't clickbait being stalked.
That's a serious issue. And it was just one of
those things where again I leapt into some I had
this idea and I leapt in and then I'm like, oh, no,
you're right, And when you thought it through, it was like, yeah, yeah,
so I have a history of this is what I'm saying.
So I deleted that video. I'm not deleting this video.
The other one was actually like that's not okay, especially

(27:53):
when I've been so open about like mental health problems
and issues I've had in the past. To do stalking
in that way, it was insane thing to do. I
did not think it through. Actually, the video is up.
I just changed everything about it. I changed the title
and thumbnail. It's just now it's just wind Waker announcement stream,
I think, is what I Yeah, the the you can't
watch it, but yeah, anyway we can. Sorry, we can

(28:17):
get off of that I just wanted to explain my
thought process behind it, and I ultimately I hope the
video does good, you know. I hope that uh you
know uh YouTubers and myself included, I'm gonna make that
shift and that change. I know that there's videos I've
put out where I've said fake uh or sorry, I've
said a leak instead of rumor when it's a rumor

(28:38):
and not a leak. And I know that I've done
that subconsciously in the past because leak is a much
more clickbaity word than rumor well yeah the game well,
because it implies something is real. A leak implies there's
something to see, and I think all the YouTubers knew that,
and I know that, and that's why in the past
I've said leak and not rumor, because leak is more conger.

(29:00):
But the thing is, when you use the word leak
when it's a rumor, you're misleading what it actually is,
as someone in Prime's video pointed out, and as I
pointed out in my video, and that was a big
revelation for me, not only in my video because I'd
never thought about it before, but as a creator, because
I will be making that change moving forward, and I
hope other creators that watch the video that we're in
it make that change too. They don't have to because

(29:21):
it's their life and their careers and you know, they
can do whatever they want, and if you know, they
do whatever they want. But if they do this, it
will help not spread fake leaks or rumors in the future.
And yeah, there's other things too, And I'm just as
bad about clickbait sometimes as anybody. So again, I really
want to stress and I stressed it in the video

(29:42):
or they didn't do anything wrong. Love them all. They
all had wonderfully nice things to say about me and
their videos. They all said I was trustworthy, that I
make good content, almost every single one of them. Yeah,
so I love them all. Okay, I think I'm done,
okay about that, not done with the episode, nor is
that okay. Yeah, although I will take questions, I said

(30:05):
I would, and I've ranted a long time. I will
take questions, but I'm done with my rant. I'm going
to read super chats to begin with Albino, thank you
for the five little cherry Berry. Hope you're okay with
I read that one, and thank you Haunted Toasty with
two hope you're doing good friend. Also bingle smells, it's
so true and unfortunate. Ninety one game a boy with

(30:28):
a five. Hey, you know, I just want to say
I enjoy your content. Don't let all this leak stuff
get to you. Keep doing what you do. I appreciate
your honesty. Thank you, gamer boy. Joey sixty four with
twenty in super chat. Glad I can finally catch an
episode live. Haven't been able to watch since I went
to too many games and met you. Appreciate the encouragement
on podcasting. Also love the new video and the idea
behind it. Keep up the great work. Thank you, Joey

(30:48):
Albino Rhino Events Center. That's a name that is a
name with five? Would you said? Don't take my word
for it. The Reddit telephone game is to blame. YouTubers
lie all the time, but you're the first to come
to it. I will say that no one's to blame, like, honestly,
no one's to blame. Reddit didn't do anything wrong. I
hope I made that clear in the video. I know

(31:09):
I said it at some point. I don't know if it.
I hope it's clear in the video. Reddit just took
what I said and posted it to Reddit. They made
it look like God, I'm not realizing. Maybe this seems
like I was mad at them, but they made it
look like a leak. They did do that, but that
wasn't their intentions. I never meant to imply that they're
taking it maliciously and trying to turn it into something

(31:31):
else that it wasn't. They They even linked the podcast
episodes people to go and watch if they want to.
And I know I left that in because that was good.
You appreciate it. That was good. Yeah, yeah, they didn't
do anything wrong. It's just and my point was, once
they did that, now it looked like a leak, and
now it looked a lot more real, and the context

(31:51):
was removed from what I said. And you're right, the
telephone game from there sparred out of control. But no
one's to blame because of all the biases that I
talk Yeah, confirmation bias, emotional bias, that's the video, Yeah, right, like,
no one's to blame. No one's to blame, literally, no one.
There is no one to blame. I mean, the person
to blame is whoever does a fake leak just to

(32:12):
get clicks, which in this case could be seen as me,
which is why people are mad at me, and I
understand that, but that is the only point where someone
is wrong in all of this. It's more about how
can we change the way we react when we see it?
And another part of the video was how can creators,
specifically YouTube is in this case because of what I
noticed in my research, like I'm some kind of scientist,

(32:35):
could change some things moving forward, and I will be
making those changes. That's the point of the video. Star
Screen with ten. This isn't the first time this happened,
and ign person made fake leaks but hit them privately
until they were announced, then unhit them on Twitter to
prove the same thing you did after people saw them.
Please send that to me on somewhere. Please send that

(32:57):
to me. I want to I want to see that
I had no idea about that munching munch laks with
a five. Heyward, I do have a question for you.
When do you think we will get another direct You
want to ask me that right now? They will not
just be third party. I want to hear your thoughts.
As always, anytime I tell you anything I think, it's

(33:17):
just what I think and what I'm speculating. And what
I'm remembering. I've never ever said I've heard something before,
So I will answer your question like I always do.
I think, what do I think? I'm kind of hoping
if we can talk about the Partner direct for one second.
I'm kind of hoping that Nintendo have so much planned

(33:38):
for a direct that they couldn't fit everything in with
a partner showcase, so they just did that separate and
another big direct is coming. They don't usually do them
in August. But here's where we're getting kind of messy now.
Nintendo almost always do a summer direct, yeah, almost always,
And they haven't done one because you can't count the
Partner one, so we've actually missed June and July. They

(34:02):
don't ever do one in August that I can recall.
We'll have to look it up maybe, but I can't
recall an August direct. We're about to start a September Yes,
September we almost always get one because we usually get
one in June and then September. So there's two ways
of thinking about it for me right now, and I'm
just speculating. I don't ever know anything one it'll default

(34:23):
to September. Yeah, And we got the September one. Two.
We haven't had the Summer one yet, and there's still
so many games coming out, and September is pretty close
to when a lot of those are supposed to be
coming out, that maybe the Summer one is pushed back
to August. I'm just speculating. I'm just speculating, So I mean,

(34:44):
and obviously I hope that. I hope that we're getting
one sooner rather than later, because if you saw my
first direct video today, I wasn't super impressed with the
showing that we got. So yeah, I hope. I hope
one's coming sooner rather than later. But if not August,
definitely September.

Speaker 2 (34:58):
I was kind of happy that we that we got
Final Fantasy Tactics remastered.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
That might be my favorite thing from the whole video.
I was sick.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
But also the the the last two games that were announced,
because I'm a g RPG fan that uh, what is it?

Speaker 1 (35:14):
Elliott? The Elliott game kind of looked cool. Oh yeah,
yeah it did. I think the Elliott game looked more
cool than Octopath. I did too, Yeah, because like I've
we've played, I feel like we've played so many of
these HD two D like turn based strategy style games RPGs,
but to get an action RPG that looked like Chrono
Trigger kind.

Speaker 2 (35:32):
Of yeah, it kind of looked like Chrono Trigger. I
thought we were like, is this Chrono Trip.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
It was like, yeah, I think, I honestly do think
Elliott looks way more fun than Octopath right now. Also,
Build Build the Build the Delphia. It's like the city
he's from. I can't stop thinking about it. It's called
build build a Delphia or something. Oh yeah, yeah, it's
like Philadelphia, but build Adelphia. Also, uh Manzahona World's right

(35:58):
at the start. That was a huge one. Yeah, yeah,
that was pretty well, we'll get into it. We have time.
Let me. I'm when I finished reading these, but masahno,
well stories was huge. Yeah. Okay, so Cary with a
twenty dollars super chat would folks will take anything too
seriously right now? Because the Switch Too is slow starting off.
I know. Yeah, there's also, like you were talking about this, Bengal,
there's so much hate around the Tender right now and

(36:21):
the Switch Too, and people are already like sending so
much hate my way because I'm just covering Switch To stuff.
So this was really just open season for them. This
just gave them an excuse to be mad at me,
which is fair. I will again, I will take whatever
comes my way. I did it, I got to own
up to it, and ultimately I knew I knew I

(36:41):
had good intentions. I was proud of my video. I
automately decided to post it and own up to it.
But all of that aside. I knew that people were
still gonna be mad at me no matter what, and
I was ready for that. And that's my fault and
I accept that. I accept that I'm not gonna try
and change your mind. I've said that already and I'm
sorry for that. But the video slapped. I think it slapped.

(37:05):
I thought it was pretty good. Thank you, take a
stance and move on. Your platform is reaching more folks popularly,
increasing can't please everyone. Thank you. Carry I'll also say
that interest in the partner direct was really low. Usually
when I do a direct reaction video on my channel,
it's like my number one out of ten. Every time.
This was like eight out of ten. I also think

(37:26):
maybe because I was like, this could have been an email,
people were like, oh, I won't watch it. Then that
was the title of my video. This direct could have
been an email. Maybe my direct wasn't very exciting, but
it wasn't very exciting, so I didn't really know what
to do. We'll say, but then this next video also
isn't doing very well, so it might just die out
and no one will know that. I lie.

Speaker 2 (37:45):
I'm curious too if the fact that we're in the
majority of the games announced all on key cards. Yes,
I wonder if that plays into it too, Like, yeah,
there's definitely a lot of things harshing the vibe right now.
And I added to mc quiz knows where the two
people need to chill, just drive on through it. Thank you,

(38:06):
little cherry Berry. At least you didn't use a ukulele.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
Honestly, though, wouldn't that have been awesome if part what
was it epilogue? My apology to it? What if it
started with me, Kim has a ukulele and you're singing No,
I could have just gone to play it and then
been like nope, epic with a ten what. I understand
the anxiety over this experiment, but I love the experiment.

(38:31):
But I have a question. Don't you think people would
have believed you because they know you aren't the type
to do this? Yeah, I went into that in the video.
That was the authority bias that I talked about, honestly,
and I'm gonna be honest with you. When I learned
about authority bias and everything, I was really starting to
realize I applied directly to me and what I had done.
And even though it's something that should be obvious, reading

(38:53):
it and learning about it, I was like, oh, that, okay,
that's what I did. That sucks, But I in complete
honesty with what you're asking and I'm gonna read it again.
Do you think people you don't think people would have
believed you because they know you aren't the type to
do this, honestly, No, I thought the opposite, like, and
I mean that honestly. I thought that because I'm not

(39:14):
the type to do this, no one would believe me
because like Nate the Hate for example, and think about
how many people didn't believe him and were doubting him
this time when he's been right so many times true,
Like his whole thing. Nate's whole thing is being right,
and people doubt him almost every time he says anything,

(39:35):
and he's always right. True. I thought that this would
fail with me doing it because it's me, and because
I never do this, so why would I do it now?
Who would my source possibly be? All of a sudden,
I think I'm too close to me and my life
to know that I don't have any sources and no
one's ever approached me about anything, And I, yeah, I

(39:58):
think the I think the opposite clearly happened, where people
clearly believed it because I don't do it, which is
the opposite of what I thought.

Speaker 2 (40:04):
I don't honestly would happen. Didnate even cover what you said? Like,
did he even cover exactly what you said specifically?

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Nate? Yeah, no, no, no, he's had his own stuff.
I also also give me hold on one second. People
are saying audio cutting in and out? Is it? Well,
I don't know. Only one way to find out. I'm
I'm on the pod right now, so it does sound

(40:40):
fine for me. However, YouTube has a huge, a huge
streaming issue where the audio will start doing that on
a stream and you have to refresh the stream, close
the browser, open it back up, refreshed the stream, and
it should fix it. Yeah, that should fix it. So
if you can hear me, I'll say this one more time,

(41:02):
Refresh the stream and it should fix it. There should
be no issue with the audio where we are fine
on our end. I believe you cut out for a moment.
Refresh the stream.

Speaker 2 (41:12):
Okay, I'll refresh it. I mean it's on obs. It
is showing that we're fine. I can hear that we're fine.
I hear it in my headset.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
Yeah, we're good. We're good. People are saying good for me,
So I am going to roll on through. Also, Iwana
in chat, I want to say thanks for your comment
on my video today. There was immediately. So this is
what happens often on YouTube is you'll put up a
video with a title and a thumbnail and whatever it is,
blanket statement, and you'll get those immediate comments because people

(41:49):
want to be first.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
Right.

Speaker 1 (41:52):
Sometimes it doesn't matter, but when it's on a video
where it's titled I lied, the immediate comment is going
to be I knew you lie, You suck, You've lost
all accountability. And also like it's a thirty six minute
long video, but in their head they might be thinking
he's gonna sit here for thirty minutes try and justify
his lie, or rant about why he lied, or like

(42:12):
no effort kind of like you know, they don't sit
there and see that. Like I've really tried, and I've
really tried to do something so that those comments come
in and then everyone else coming in thinks the same thing,
and they like those comments when they see them. So
the immediate comment spam was brutal. Yeah, I was having

(42:33):
a heart.

Speaker 2 (42:34):
But then but then eventually, like I said, like I said,
like it's you're gonna have people coming in from from
from Twitter literally spamming the hate.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
I know, yeah, it's just how it goes.

Speaker 2 (42:46):
But then you're genuinely people are gonna watch the video
and then like oh okay, and then people who are
really like fans and watched the podcast, like he recorded
this literally right after he said it.

Speaker 1 (42:57):
Yeah, And what I was gonna say is I wanna
one of her comments is now like the top comments,
and it's right, yeah, So the comments, the comments are
changing as people are watching the video, and I've noticed
people are going and I don't recommend doing this at all.
I'm not saying this so that you do it, but
I've seen people are then going back to the negative
comments and being like wait, watch the video. Yeah, And

(43:19):
that's that's in fact, if anything, just if you want
to say, just watch the video and.

Speaker 2 (43:22):
Those those same people too, And like I said, I
don't think. I think no matter what you say, would
like for.

Speaker 1 (43:27):
Science for science, for science, someone said in chat, But I,
like I said, I think no matter what you say,
those people that even wrote the negative comments, they'll even
reply back and be like oh yeah, they'll be like
no or like stop stop, you know whatever. I'm in
like a train right now of just thinking about the
human psychology because I went on such a deep dive.
I'll forget and move on, don't worry. But there's definitely

(43:49):
psychology there where like they immediately said something and now
they feel like they want to stand by it because
no one wants to be wrong or no one wants
to like when people start telling you you're wrong, you
want to double down and be right. Like that's I
think that's basic human nature. King, are you saying that
that's emotional bias? It's probably something bias. So you know

(44:09):
if you immediately drop a comment, you're gonna be looking
for them. I mean, it does go into what I said,
but you're gonna be looking for reasons to enforce your
own comment, to enforce your own opinions. So if your
first comment was like, you know, there was a guy.
The first comment I saw that blew up was you've
lost all accountability. And I showed Kim that and she
was like, well, for one, they mean credibility, true, because

(44:32):
that's literally what they meant. And two I haven't because
I took accountability. So I still have my accountability. If
I've lost my credibility, that's up to them or you
to decide. Yeah. But now after that, whether or not
you know the video helps with the credibility or not
is beside the point. They will be finding reasons to
enforce their opinion that I have lost by credibility. So

(44:54):
and that's the biases and that it works in all
forms of life. I know, and it's okay, it's human. Yeah,
it's okay. It's what I did. I did to myself.
This is wild and I love this casey with five
I trust you more. Now would thank you for saying that,
hell ya, thank you for this experiment in misinformation and

(45:15):
for the elon shade. You are so welcome. I will
always shade that man mayor Maury wait is that I
don't know if that's the guy or not. It was
mayor something that did the Etsy witch. Oh no, my
name was mayor something. No, but it got a fire
from them saying you got me bro I totally believed

(45:36):
it and wanted to. But it was a great experiment
on highlighted a flow lesson learned. Oh yeah, I think
it is. I think it's the Etsy person really, so
I'm not having the Etsy curse put on me. Oh
thank god, I wasted eight dollars, but thank god. You
gotta be careful sometimes I legitimately paid. I don't know
when it's gonna arrive. I don't know what I get.

(45:56):
I think, honestly, it's such a I don't want to
say scam. It's not a scam, man Maury, if you
believe in it, it's not a scam. But there's so
many witches on Etsy that you can pay to to
a protection spell, and it's the kind of thing where
they're like, okay, I did it. I promise. I don't
think I get anything. I think some people there was
one girl that was like, I break eggshells and I'll

(46:20):
send you a picture of the broken eggshells that are
part of like the seance or whatever. I didn't buy
that one, but almost all of them were just yeah,
I promise you're safe. No, no, no, you may still
be getting cursed. Wait wait wait not the same dude.
Oh no, okay, not the same dude. Different mayor. Okay,
man moury, damn it, I'm still on damn I'm still
on the hook. You're on the hook. It was mare something.

(46:40):
I don't remember the name. I should It's in my video.
Little but thank you either way, Little Josie with two
and if you do put a curse on me, I
have a protection spell. Good to clarifyed the double Yeah,
we got we got, we got it. I was lying
about it being a scam.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
I'll contact my local witch to theaster, who also is
not local but lose in the UK. Little Josie Animal
Crossing creator sounding so happy, broke me.

Speaker 1 (47:05):
I know, I know, I know me too, But I
called them at the end. Good, I apologize to their face.
Crossbay dead ass took one for the team to make
the video. My guy, thank you, Zelda with a dollar
random video editors. They had a partner showcase back in
August twenty twenty four. I just checked. Also, do you
need another mod here as well? Sure? Yeah? Probably? Okay,

(47:30):
So well, the partner directs out of the way, so
I don't think that. But you're right, I didn't know that.
I can't remember in August one, probably because it was
Partner showcase, George said in retrospect the stakes were never
really that high. It's just video games. I'm glad we're
all fed and clothes not to worry out this if
I can be so for real, Yeah, I know, I know,

(47:52):
I do. I feel it. Look, the reality is whatever.
Whatever the lie was about, it was a lie, So
it doesn't matter the scale of all of it. That said,
if we are to look at the scale of lies
that influencers do online, I do think it's a pretty
low on the totem pole. And I'm being very honest

(48:16):
about what I said and that it was a lie
and why I lied, and yet no one would ever
have found out like I could literally have just said
I was wrong.

Speaker 2 (48:25):
There are podcasts in the world, Okay, I don't even
want to mention them to draw attention to them, because
they have too much attention as it is. Who who,
uh guess like their audience to believe in a lot
of different shit.

Speaker 1 (48:38):
Do we want to talk about them? There are two
people in chat and I've seen it a few times
saying unsubbing. Also, there's one person in chat that said,
what a loser. I don't know who they're talking about, though,
But to anyone saying unsubbing, that's okay. Yeah, if you
feel that's what you need to do, I don't blame
you at all. That's what I'm saying. Please do that.

(49:00):
And I didn't mean to show you away. That's not
what I meant to do with my hand. Please do that,
and I am sorry you feel that way, but do
what you gotta do, and I it's it's okay. I
will accept it because I did what I did LP
with a ten. Don't like the YouTubers who, once they
knew it was a partner direct still mention Triple A

(49:21):
Games and said, uh, didn't expect much, partner I'm trying
to click, won't let me click off. Sorry, I'm having
technical issues here. Didn't expect much. Partner directs are always
like that. After so disingenuous, gassed us up. I don't
know anything about that. I don't know you're talking about,
but you know I won't. I won't yock another creators
youm but thank you for the ten Baan with a five,

(49:43):
I feel less gas lighted. Okay, that's good. And Zaydan
with a five. I've never liked leagues and I do
my best to avoid them, So I really liked your experiment.
Thank you so much, Datan. Yeah, and it came from
a place of me hating them too, Okay, Um, all right,
cool cuckack coo cool um. Then if I can just
read chat and not just super chats for one second,

(50:05):
I know I'm doing a lot of reading chat, which
probably isn't making for oh I think it is for
an audio listen or like maybe just content. But I
need to I need you to understand that I really
want to take this moment to engage with you guys
and let you know how I feel and answer questions
because it's very important in this episode that everybody feels
seen and heard and safe here true, because yeah, I

(50:26):
did a thing, and it's important that if this whole
episode is just me talking to chat, that's fine too.
I'm okay with that. Wouldn't lie about anything. He took
a guess if I could be so for real about
that too. Everything I said is things that I really
I know will happen eventually. So there was an element

(50:48):
to it where I was like, well, I shouldn't say
I know, because that sounds like I know, I don't know,
I think right, you know, dest Stranding. Nintendo Studios help
develop the stranding too. Metaphor Atlas is putting all their
games on the Switch. That one seems like a no brainer.
Metroid getting a release dates obviously going to happen, Animal
Crossing will eventually happen. We will get another one. It's

(51:10):
one of the best selling games on Switch. Of course
we'll get another one. They were all things that I
felt would probably happen pretty soon and early on. So
I did, you know, take a shot on that side
of it too, where I was like, well, maybe there's
enough chance I'll be right here, which wouldn't have changed anything,
and I still would have put the video out, but
it would have been a nice feather in my cap.

(51:31):
It also would have helped people not get upset. I
thought it would have been because me knowing you, because
like I thought, it would have been really funny if
they did announce of most of the stuff that you did.
I gotta be honest, My thoughts and feelings are usually
pretty close, but this time I got blindsided by a
partner direct and as soon as I saw that, I

(51:52):
was like piss because half of my stuff couldn't even happen.
But I was I was picking things I thought in
my heart would happen and hope would happen, mostly because
and I didn't think this far ahead. But I was
thinking that ultimately, if I came forward with the lie
and all of the things, or at least some of

(52:13):
the things I predicted came true, it would soften the
blow a lot. These people would be like, well, at
least we got them kind of cool. That would got
it right. When I was dying, I told you this
just didn't happen.

Speaker 2 (52:25):
I also told you, no matter what, like if you
would have when you do this video, even if everything
you said came true, people would have said, no, you lied,
you obviously had a source.

Speaker 1 (52:35):
Or that was the flip side. There was actually there
was a while, no matter what, there was a while
where I was worried that everything I said would come
true because then no one's gonna believe me that I lied. Yep,
even with footage of me. It's that there's no way.

Speaker 2 (52:51):
That's why I said. I thought it would have been
really funny. If it did come true, yeah.

Speaker 1 (52:56):
It would have been funny. It also would ruined the video because,
as I said in the psychology part, it had to
be a fake leak or it to work. It had
to be a fake leak. As soon as it's real,
it doesn't work anymore. So I didn't believe you when
I started listening the games that would be announced, subscribers
know you would want to share that experience with us

(53:18):
in the direct one hundred percent. I would never leak
anything that I had, and I'd never have done. There
was one time back when I was living it to
in Texas and then not the last house, but the
one before that. I remember someone did message me and
claimed to be an insider and said that they're the
same person that shares things with I'm not going to

(53:41):
say someone else who's right a lot, and they were
trying to give me insider info. But I don't do leaks,
so I wasn't like. I was curious for me and
I wanted to know for me, but I didn't know
what I would do with the info. But this person
was like they would say things like I hope you're

(54:03):
excited for something coming that starts with a C. It
was so cryptic. It's so cryptic. It's like they I
think they would have told me if I guessed it right,
but they wanted to play a game with me where
they like where I guessed, and I just didn't reply.
I feel, you know what that feels like, the like
a psychic like you know, like a psychic like I'm getting.

(54:23):
I'm getting someone who died. The name starts with A
then just keep going. They wait for a reaction. Yeah.
I do think that person was actually an insider in
some way, because I do believe they help those other people.
But I just wasn't interested. I was like, I don't
want to play games with you, and also I can't
do anything with it, so just tell me or not.

(54:47):
But other than that, you know, big tender pulling strings.
LP says, damn, dude, your credibility isn't worth playing with
it like that. I mean, I I will agree with you,
as I've said a hundred times, if I could go back,
I would have definitely done this differently. It's just this
is how I did it, and yeah, I did what

(55:08):
I could with what I did. Mayor Maury, I actually
feel really stupid now. It's really sinking in that. I
totally felt for it, all right, Well, don't keep saying
that I don't.

Speaker 2 (55:18):
That was not Wood's intention. It really was not as
intention to make people feel dumb. It was just a
high It was to highlight, uh, just how rumors can snowball.

Speaker 1 (55:29):
Oh here's something too, by the way. On that note,
and this was part of the video, and I could
even prove it. I could bring footage next week or
I posted if anyone cares part of the video. And
why I felt I had to be the one to
leak it and put my name to it before I

(55:50):
understood really what I was doing is that so often
when people leak things, there is no accountability because there
are none. They're behind four Chan, they're behind shell leaks,
they're behind Twitter, anonymous accounts, so on and so forth.
But so often when fake leaks spread, they get out there,
people believe them, they run rampant, and then a month

(56:12):
goes by, and then of course it never happens. But
people forget about the leak. They forget they heard it,
you know, because it was a flash in the pan.
They don't know the name of the person. They just
move on.

Speaker 2 (56:24):
And maybe also a lot of the times too. The
YouTuber who shared the leak is usually targeted.

Speaker 1 (56:30):
Well, no, I'm not even talking about that. I'm talking
about the anonymous people that share the links and they
get forgotten about and there's no accountability and people don't
realize they were falled because they forget and they move
on and it doesn't matter. But I knew if I
did it, there would be all this accountability on me,

(56:51):
and people would not forget, and I also would make
sure they didn't forget because I would remind them with
my video and everyone would realize they got fooled. Everybody
would suddenly realize, oh, I believed a fake leak. Why
did I believe that? And I tried to teach you
or show you why you believed it. So that was
honestly part of the whole thing. And I talked about

(57:13):
it in the video and then cut it out because
I gave so many explanations and the end of the day, again,
all the explanations in the world don't matter. It's the
results that really mattered. And I gave the main explanation,
but part of it was I knew that me being
the guy meant there was a ton of accountability in
that people wouldn't forget and they would feel burned, or

(57:33):
they would feel lied to, or they would feel like, oh,
I fell for a fake leak, and they would remember,
and then moving forward, maybe they wouldn't again and we
could break this cycle of people believing fake leaks. So
if you feel a little folled, I guess it was
the point, but not really the point. And then they said, oh,

(57:53):
one hundred percent, it's taught me to fact check more.
Don't worry. I know it wasn't your intention. Thank you
Mah for saying that. I appreciated Zeudi. Hey what I
commented on the video? And I know you won't have
the answer, but I wonder how many people were encouraged
to purchase a switch too because of your rumor. It
would be interesting to see the stats. I do think
that's not in any way accountable. And also it would

(58:14):
be a lot of like people just saying that they did.
And I don't know how we would check that, but
I can't imagine many people. I was never too worried
about that. I don't. I can't think of a time
anybody has ever dropped a rumor again, an unconfirmed rumor,
and people have rushed out to buy a switch because, oh,
they might give me a date for Metroid that I

(58:38):
already knew was happening, or they might reveal an animal
crossing next month. Like I just think that is if
anyone actually did that, I have to imagine it's pretty
slim numbers and not for nothing. But if if you
did buy a switch too because of it, you will
like it. I mean, it's the switch too. If you

(59:00):
want the things I said, those things are going to happen.
The only one I'm like, not one hundred percent on
is maybe desk stranding. Yeah, I don't jet stranding. I
have no idea. It being Nintendo Studios, it makes me
think that. But I also don't think anyone's rushing out
to buy a switch to because I said des stranding
is on the way. No, I think it's most likely
animal crossing is what we're talking about. Yeah, yeah, it

(59:22):
would be more about amal crossing, and you know animal
crossing will happen. I actually it's say one comment someone
was like, oh, I got the Nintendo Switch online because
you said that Pokemon was shadow dropping, and it's like, well,
it is coming. Yeah they did, didn't They say? Yeah,
I mean if you bought it preemptively, like you bought

(59:43):
it before it's even out. Anyway, it's still not out,
but it is coming and it will be soon, like
they said it's coming, so you're okay, I mean, it's
still coming.

Speaker 2 (59:52):
I don't see them ember putting like mainline Pokemon games
on like game Boy Advance. I don't know if I'll
ever forget that, but I can definitely see them put
in like cow Colise or like gall of Darkness on GameCube.

Speaker 1 (01:00:03):
They well, they are, they announced it. Yeah. Random video
editor says, if you need another mode, I'll take it.
You're going to do a Patreon stream? Yes I am,
and I'll mudge you right now. Standard mode. There you go.
Be good, be good with it. You didn't lie about
any upcomings out a game, so no harm done. Uh TBF.

(01:00:25):
Animal Crossing runs better on the switch to anyway, says
I wanna thank you saying that. Uh. Someone said, do
you have they tagged someone? What facts are you disputing?
They tagged A Jacks, So let me scroll up. And
I just I really, I know I might be beating
a dead horse for people that understand what I'm doing,

(01:00:46):
but I just I really want to get ahead of everything.
I think the Jacks comment might have got deleted because
I don't see it, so I don't really know what
they might have been saying. Unfortunately, I'm trying to look
like sometimes you can see their whole chat history if
you click on their names. That's a shame. Yeah, I
don't know. I was gonna I was gonna respond to
whatever that was, but I guess it's gone. High Today's

(01:01:08):
my birthday? Can I have a shout out?

Speaker 2 (01:01:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:01:09):
I am yours today? People? Whatever you need true money,
you need, you need advice, what do you need? I'll
give you anything today, my my heart. My wallet is open,
not really for the money thing, unless you can find
something I leaked. That's a thousand dollars right there. Oh
my god, that's open. That's that's contractually binding, Highwood. Today
is my bea day? Can I have a shout out?

(01:01:31):
Is that Caid? Did I already already read that? Am
I having a stroke? Yes? Happy birthday? Is that Caid? Why?
Why doesn't this guy just say it was a stupid
idea as a grown man to lie to animal crossing
and Pokemon fans and stop trying to justify it. I've
said it's a stupid idea multiple times. I've said it

(01:01:51):
so many times. I'm not sure what being a grown
man has to do with it. But uh, yeah, I
need a job, says skateboard Turtle DM. The DM my email.
Let me know what you Let me know what you got, like, Oh,
you got some skill? Can you do tiktoks? Oh my god?

(01:02:12):
Oh that that might seem like I'm trying to replace Max. No,
I just need help with other tiktoks too. Can you edit?
What can you do? Let me know? Nintendo save us
by giving us a new game? Yeah? Hi would I
would love to be a mode. I've been watching the
podcast for years. I love this podcast so much. Thank you, Ashton.
I'll take it onto advisement. Wasn't it you who leaked
the July direct date? Nope? There was what fly direct date?

Speaker 2 (01:02:37):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:02:38):
This one recently? No? Maybe I don't think anyone leaked
that the date they announced it. Yeah, I don't think
anyone leaked announced it themselves. Nate the Hate Uh, I
guess you could say leaked. Now that we know it's
not a rumor anymore because it came true, it might
be a leak. Uh. Nate the hate leaked that the
direct was happening, but we didn't say when. Wow am

(01:02:58):
I being replaced? No? Okay, uh TBF, the partner direct
was great. Let's talk about it. Let's move on and
talk about it. I think I've done the best I
can here, and I love you guys so much, and
I appreciate you all so much, and thank you for
understanding and watching the video. And I hope that good
comes of it. I really hope something good comes of it.

(01:03:20):
But as I said, I've only ever made the news
one other time and now twice, and I doubt this
video will make the news. So it just depends how
far my community can spread it, or at the very least,
if my community stops falling for so many fake leaks.
I helped my community. So the first time you made
the news was hilarious. I know, I don't want to
talk about it. Also, the first comment on the podcast

(01:03:47):
today in the chat was my head canon is that
this is all Bingle's idea and you can't convince me otherwise.
That's from Hosel Full and it's true. It was not
my idea. I promise it wasn't my idea. It really was.
He really had nothing. You can't say, because then my
chat's gonna run with this and say I came here.
If your chat runs with it, that's funny. Yeah, my
chat will that's funny. Yeah, because it's it's a lie

(01:04:08):
and they know it. They just with you. Yeah. All right,
let's look at the actual direct. How long have we
been lying bingle? Does it say over there? Uh? I
think we've been life for like an hour and seven
an hour? Nine? Oh my god, Oh I'm so sorry.
Oh I rambled? We were Do we even have time?

(01:04:29):
We can go over it quick? I mean that was
a twenty five minute direct. Do we need to take
twenty five minutes to talk about this? I don't think so. No,
I mean why I already made a video I guess
on my main channel if you want to watch that,
but you can cut to my screen here. I don't
know if the audio is working with you? Got it? Yeah?

(01:04:50):
I think the audio is. Yeah, worry, deactivate and activate
that that bad boy. All right, let's look at the
Partner showcase from today July thirty first, twenty twenty five.
You know, crushed it. We might even need audio to
be honest to begin with. Yeah, I know it's so silly.

(01:05:12):
Sorry about that. To begin with, we had Munsterahanta Stories three,
and I think in my if my recollection, this was
the only game in the whole thing that truly looked
like it was a switch to game, like just clean visuals,
crisp frame rates, obviously not like a super graphically demanding game.

(01:05:33):
It's very cell shading cartoony. Also, there's so many games
now that just look like Breath of the Wild. To me,
this just looks like Breath of the Wild. It's it's
cell shaded. It's like cel shaded Monster Hunter Breath of
the World with a guy falling, free falling, and then
I guess gliding you could say, but probably more flying.
And he's also in like a blue Tunic outfit like link.

(01:05:54):
What is happening? But wait that it wait that's like
the high rel crest and everything. Oh my god, what
was happening?

Speaker 2 (01:06:03):
It looks like the Knight's armor almost from breadth from
from Breath of the Wild. That's link, dude, It's Master
Hunter Link.

Speaker 1 (01:06:10):
That's link. Yeah, this is the only game I thought
really looked like it was utilizing the switch too hardware.
I mean, for as much as we could see of it. Anyway,
it does look very Breath of the Wild and Tears
of the Kingdom in its world design. But yeah, uh,
and I'm excited. I played the first two. I really
like the second one. The first one had some things
to figure out, and I think they did in the

(01:06:31):
second one, Bengal. I was watching your reaction stream and
by the way, Fried Biscuits reacted to this today as
we did on YouTube. If you want to watch that,
thank you the moment of link it below. I link
it below. And I saw you also had the same
opinion of this. Oh I did frame rates, frame rating.
I mean we're probably at about twenty. It looks like Yeah,

(01:06:51):
also I saw pop in here. You see that yep,
pop Right, There's literally like three things on the screen.
One's a cactus and it popped in, Like what are
you rendering so hard that you can't render in that
cactus on the left. Yeah, it looks like they've done
the game in the engine of the remasters, and it

(01:07:12):
just looks really bad and what not. Well, can I
say bad? It is bad? Fair, It's not bad. It
just looks like a PlayStation two game, which is what
it is. Yeah, it also looks like it's running sub
thirty fps or thirty ufps just well, yeah, you know why,
it's because it's a Switch one game. Like the second
thing shown in this event wasn't even a switch to
game already back to Switch one. That also means that

(01:07:33):
there's no upgrade path to this game. Is there. I
don't know, it might come later. It seems to me
like there's no current support. And I said this on
my Live I think, but I think an issue that
we're having with this partner showcase is Nintendo were so
stingy with who they gave development units to. It was

(01:07:53):
only like really trusted brands and partners and very few
like that was a big I heard a lot to
publishes and developers complaining they couldn't get a switch to
dev unit. So a lot of the people that want
to put their game on the switch they had to
wait till it came out and then start developing for
it like everyone else, almost like a YouTube. They didn't
get a review copy. I mean, like obviously Capcom got

(01:08:16):
one because they've made this sick game, and yeah, like
Octopathic squad Enix definitely got one. But you think people
behind Katamari Reroll got one.

Speaker 2 (01:08:23):
No, it's such a it's so I feel like, like, yeah,
that was on the PlayStation two originally, right, but like
I feel like there's such a Japanese or a Nintendo
coded game.

Speaker 1 (01:08:33):
They should have gotten key. I don't know what the
other answer is for them not having a switch to
version ready. Hey, you know what, and this doesn't even
come out for months at least the Campfire game got one. Yeah,
we're going to talk about that. I don't even know
if they did or if they just added in camera
really quickly, because the game is the game, true, the
game looks like this wash than this. I think it

(01:08:56):
was still sixty fps though, Oh you'd help just dance.
Also Dragon Ball, uh, sparking zero. I was a little
underwhelmed by. Uh. They said it's coming to switch too.
I don't know if it's coming to Switch one. I
think I said one in two. I can't remember. But
you can go back, I actually can. That's the whole

(01:09:16):
thing I can do. Yeah, Switch one answer. Yeah, I'm
hoping this is the Switch one gameplay because the environments
look a little rough, but the character models specifically have
a lot of like that jagged edges and low resolution textures.
And I can't imagine that it's that taxing of a

(01:09:37):
game that spirit bumb looks sick though. Yeah, it looks dope.
I tried playing this when it came out and it
didn't stick for me, but I definitely have to try
it again. Have you ever played like the The Ten games? Yeah?
And I love them. It's not it's not like that
it's supposed to be. I don't know if I just
don't remember what they were like, but uh, it didn't
feel how I remember. I also really liked the Raging

(01:09:58):
Blast games and and I thought those were like the best,
but people don't think so. I don't know why I
thought that. Everyone else seems to hate them. Then Plans
versus Zombies, Do you have anything to say about that? Uh,
it's a game, It's definitely a game. Then uh ea Sports,

(01:10:18):
Then pac Man, which looks great. Pac Man I was
actually pretty excited for that. Looks fun. Switch and Switch
to me and Bingo's favorite thing of the whole thing,
Final Fantasy Remastered. Yes, this is actually cool and it's voiced.
It's voice acted this time. Yeah, I've been waiting to
play this and I'm glad I did. I almost started

(01:10:40):
it several times, and I'm so glad I didn't. This
would be a great way to play it, and obviously
play it on Switch one Switch to King. Final Fantasy
Tactics is one of the best Final Fantasy games. That's
what everyone says. One of the best Fantasy games, one
of the best Tactics games, and in general just one
of the best games. So freaking good. Yeah, I need
to play it, but so to three Relove who we've

(01:11:01):
already played it. I played it. I played the hell
of this. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm only halfway through,
but I'm going to finish my PlayStation play through. Yeah,
and I really have to. It's it's so lengthy. You
don't want to start. No, it's not the kind of
game you want to start again. No, A lot of
things got put on hold when baby came true. Yeah,
uh Hiro Warriors, Age of Imprisonment. I was blown away

(01:11:23):
to see this because my brain did not even compute
that this that this classified as a partner. Yeah. I
actually lost it for a bit. I'm like, why is
this show? Why are they showing this? Yeah? It looks good, Yeah,
it looks really good. I'm excited for it. I really
liked Aga Calamity, So I have high hopes here for
this to be even bigger and better. I'll say that

(01:11:43):
the tone is very different. I remember the first time
I saw Agia Calamity, it was very goofy and like
the little egg guy, and it had like time travel
you could tell, was kind of like he came from
another time and it was like a spin on it.
And it was good for they said it was cannon
and then after they said it wasn't. But I remember
it was supposed to be cannon and then it wasn't. Canon.
I don't know. This looks very canon and looks very

(01:12:05):
serious and almost depressing. So it's definitely a different vibe,
but I'm still definitely interesting.

Speaker 2 (01:12:12):
It's a way, it's a way more serious vibe this
time around two oh yeah, and like we we actually
get some context of that imprisonment more because like I
felt like I didn't get enough, Like I didn't like, yeah,
we we seen what was going on in Tears of
the Kingdom, like with the memories, but.

Speaker 1 (01:12:28):
Well it's the same thing with a just oops, well
it's the same thing with Age of Calamity. We needed context.
Everything did go through memories, uh Madden, Then everybody's favorite
campfire game. This unfortunately became kind of the meme of
the show because it's a switch to game for one

(01:12:51):
and it is, uh, we don't lose power again, I
hope not. It's been thunderstorming all day. I mean, it
doesn't seem like it's right now. It seems so ams calm.
That confused me. I'm glad that that flicker was so
short that it didn't cut things, because if that flicker
was even a second longer, it could have cut everything.
I know. Um, yeah, I mean it's I mean again,

(01:13:13):
I'm sure it's fine. I'm sure it's cutec and vibey
and fun. But it's and I talked about this in
my video, but when you're going into a partner showcase,
the first one, and they're also the first direct that
we're getting Pulse switched to, you're really looking to find
reasons why you bought the console. That's I think the
main thing. And I think it's also kind of like

(01:13:34):
what investors are even looking at to see, like are
people excited? And then like what's the trajectory of the year,
So to get a partner showcase that Zelda didn't even
give us a launch date it said winter. Yeah, so
to not get a launch date for that up until
this point and to get like plants first zombies and
we're trying to see things that convince us it was

(01:13:55):
a good idea to buy a switch to right now.
And then we get to like Campfire Wilderness game they're
using cameras and it's kind of like not doing it.
It's just I can't explain it. It's not hitting.

Speaker 2 (01:14:07):
I I know, I this might like this game looks
silly and just like because of the cameras, but I
think it would just be a funny stream thing.

Speaker 1 (01:14:19):
So it would be and we'll definitely do it one time.

Speaker 2 (01:14:22):
Yeah, you do it one time and we tell fake
ghost stories and see who has the best one or something.
Hopefully it's it's cheap, because this is definitely a one
time play.

Speaker 1 (01:14:30):
I just I'm not buying it if it's more than
forty bucks. Forty I was about to say ten. I
was literally like five, maybe ten dollars for this one.
I think it's gonna be twenty twenty is like the
you're pushing it the max you're pushing it. Yeah, we're
pushing it. This is more than twenty I will be
blown away. Stardey Valley is fifteen dollars. I love story.

(01:14:53):
Everybody does. You can't justify that, um anyway, I'm sure
it's cuteeseeing fun. Also, obviously I didn't expect to get
Ludwig in the in a direct trailer. That's really cool,
but yeah, there he is. Oh my god, yep. Oh
Apex Legends. I actually kind of like this one because

(01:15:16):
a big, a big thing I've been talking about and
wanting is developers of games that already have a Switch
one game supporting Switch to going back and fixing their games.
It just makes sense.

Speaker 2 (01:15:27):
I mean, Apex was an ugly port.

Speaker 1 (01:15:30):
It was really ugly, it was really unplayable, and the
fact that they've gone back, I mean, they already did
the bones of it, so why not make it playable
on Switch too, especially when it's like a free to
play game and people's gonna spend micro transaction. Yeah, but
this is what I'm hoping for, like Witch A three,
is that they'll invest the time and they'll they'll take
those older games that didn't run that well and fix them,

(01:15:51):
even if the games came out a long time ago.
So uh, it's cool to see Apex getting supported in
that way, and it looks really good. The switch to
version is August fifth, which is, oh, pretty soon. I'm
now realizing that's like five days. Oh yeah, it's Saturday,
next Saturday, and dive into that. I think it's sooner
than that. No, five days, five days. Day is Thursday,

(01:16:14):
So Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Tuesdays Tuesday Tuesday. Sorry,
we can stream it on Monday because we get it
from the Australian shop. This one I liked. This is
kind of where I'm talking about where even if you
don't really like the look of the game, it's not
for you. At least it's showcasing something to Switch one
probably couldn't have done. We're running it pretty good frame rates,

(01:16:34):
it seems, I'm not sure if it's thirty or sixty,
but a lot of foliage, a lot of gauss and
blur in the background, and like lighting effects and shadows,
and you know, a lot of things happening that wouldn't
happen on Switch one. And I also like the concept
of this game. This game looks cute. It's got a
cute name. It's called Hella. It's a little mouse game
you can play with three friends, three friends, four of

(01:16:57):
you total. That one looks really good actually, and I
I would definitely check that out with Kim if not Bingle.

Speaker 2 (01:17:03):
Oh and someone in the chat said, the Campfire game
is fifteen bucks.

Speaker 1 (01:17:08):
Good. Yeah, that's really not too bad. Yeah, I think
I think it's already out. Oh yeah it was really Yeah,
it's really today. That makes sense. Yeah, fifteen's fine. Yeah,
that's fine, that's fine. I'm okay with that. Five is good,
but fifteen is fine. Okay. Yeah. Uh, this is Star
Wars Outlaws. I've actually been I don't want to say

(01:17:30):
looking forward to this port, but sure. I only played
it one time, and it's when they had me play
it early, like a month early, and I hated it.
You played this game a month early. It was like
almost two months early. You be soft. I told this story,
but you'd be soft. Had me call in to some
like Discord channel and open like this weird app and

(01:17:51):
they streamed the game to me and then like you
have four hours run wild. After thirty minutes, I said,
I gotta go. It was that bad. It was pretty bad.
It was pretty bad. It was pretty boring. I'm not
gonna I love Star Wars.

Speaker 2 (01:18:06):
I'm a I'm a fan of Star Wars, and I
when I saw Outlaws and was like, you'd be soft
as making it, I'm.

Speaker 1 (01:18:12):
Like, oh, well yeah. I mean the game got seventy
five on Metacritics, so it's not like the best. It's
not the worst, but not the best. And obviously it
upset a lot of people just didn't like it. My
cat's coming down and screaming at me. My issue with
the demo I played is they wanted to like crammel
the story down my throat. And I was sat there
for thirty minutes, forty five minutes, watching cutscenes and talking

(01:18:33):
to characters, and I asked the guy that was helping
me with the experience, how much longer till gameplay? And
he said, you got a bit to go and I
was like, he was like, oh, I can we can
stop this and I can just put you in part two,
which is like flying the ship. And I was like, okay,
let's do that. And then I flew the ship and
then it was more story and I was like, oh,
that's that's good. I'm good. Damn, come on, hey, buddy me. Anyway,

(01:18:59):
I think this is a really good portable game, so
I am looking forward to playing it portable. You never
come down here, buddy, Uh, Kronos, this one looks sick. Yeah,
this game, actually, this game, I'm very interested in this gin.
This is what we needed. More of, more of this,
more experiences that are like, oh, this is what we

(01:19:23):
got to switch to for you better cut to you same.
He head butted the mic twice. I'm just gonna blast
through this. That one looks sick. Then we had your
Cuza obviously that's cool. Then we got a montage of things, Uh,
it doesn't matter really. Then we got the final announcements,
which was the Elliott phil Phila Philibildia Philibildia. I think

(01:19:49):
it's called actually not Philadelphia Philibildia. I think cut to
you four screen go just chatting there you go? You
know what? Just no, he left. I was gonna say,
just sure that. Don't even worry about the gameplay. And
as we already talked about earlier in the show, we're
both excited for the Elliot one because it looks like

(01:20:10):
a corner trigger style game with action combat. And then
the other one is Octopath Traveler three, which or zero
I guess.

Speaker 2 (01:20:18):
I know I know some some people are going to
be very excited for Octopath Traveler, which is cool.

Speaker 1 (01:20:22):
Yeah, everyone in my com in my chat was like
is this Octopath when it was Elliot, and then they
were like, oh, it's a new thing, and then they
immediately got Octopath, which is cool. It's like a whiplash
for Octopath fans. If you're not an Octopath fan or
a fan of this style, you can just cut to
the cat. At this point, we're missing all the cat goodness.
I think he's jumping to me. Yep, cut to you. Yep.

(01:20:43):
There he is bouncing between pets right now. She's so sweet.
Elliot looks, oh, shure that sorry. Sorry, Well now everyone
knows that we got one hundred and seventy seven dollars
of of super chats today, which is pretty nice of everybody. Yeah,

(01:21:04):
Elliott looks sick and uh off the path looks fine.
I still need to finished one. I also find it
a little bit over one. One. Oh wow, not even two?
Did you play two? You didn't play two?

Speaker 2 (01:21:18):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:21:19):
Oh you got so much to go. Yeah, I think
that's it. I think uh I have to peel. We're bad.
It's it's it's been an hour and twenty. I think
we've said everything about the two things, and we do
have to do a bonus episode for Patreons. And we

(01:21:39):
started at six today so that I could get out
all the other videos I made today. So Bingal has
to go home pretty soon. I do, so we don't
want to push that. You were almost not on time
last time. You almost missed the train last time. Yeah,
so we should probably hurry up here. But guys, thank you.

Speaker 2 (01:21:56):
Last last week we were we finished early. Oh the
week before that, I was almost not on time. Oh okay,
remembering I was trying to rush back on. Yeahs back all.

Speaker 1 (01:22:07):
Right, guys, thank you Bingal for being here. Bingle, do
you have do you have anything you want to say
or you want to add about anything? Oh? It was
amid direct, okay, all right, um, yeah, I agree with you.
Oh my god, Simon, you're so distractingly sweet. Uh, thank

(01:22:28):
you all so much for listening today and watching from here.
I'm hoping it's just business as usual, you know. I don't.
I'm hoping there isn't like a world where I need
to make some kind of follow up video about everything.
I'll talk about anything else. I really don't want to
I really just want to keep on making my normal content,
keep doing the podcast, keep making my videos. I have

(01:22:52):
a video ready to go already that's just a normal
Etsy video with Kim, and uh yeah, I'm hoping that
this is just it. I did my experience. People hopefully
understand it and we can move on ultimately. I said
to Kim, I was like, if people I said this
to her today before I uploaded, if people want to
cancel me over this, to be honest, if that's if

(01:23:14):
that's what I've done to myself, I'll just go spend
time with Stinky Joe. You know he's a baby right now. Well,
I'll just get to know him and I'll I'll find
something else end of the day. You know, that's all
that matters. Yeah, that's fair. I also also think it's

(01:23:35):
a video game. It's it's a rumor. It's a it's
a rumor. Yeah, and then I'm just going to keep
making content as normal and hopefully everything is okay. I'm fine,
and I I do. I do need you to know
I will never do this again, like not a joke,
not a lie. Hold me to it if I do it.
If I do this again, if I lie, to you again,

(01:23:55):
intentionally like that for a video. I will give every
single person a thousand dollars. Just just give me your
binding contract, take me to court, take me to law.
If I ever lie to you again, God damn it.
Sign me here, buddy, intentionally mind you for a video,

(01:24:16):
you know, for a goof and a gaff and you
find out, well you catch me or I admit to it.
I will give everybody a thousand dollars like I am
never gonna do it again. It's not worth anything. It
made for a cool video one time, but I don't
want to be the guy that everybody's like, is he lying? Now?
That's not me. I'm not gonna lie to you again.

(01:24:36):
I promise. I'll give you a thousand dollars and you
can come slap me in the face in person. You
can line up and you can all take shots. Damn
I can't. What else can I say to like, really
enforce it. I don't know, I don't know. Just believe
I just you don't have to just uh tar and
feather yourself. Yeah, I'm telling you the truth. All right.
I'll stop. I'll delete my channel. I'll delete my delete

(01:24:59):
whatever channel it is. I'll stop. Making videos. Oh, I'll
never make a video again. If that happens, share and
share this, and if it does happen, share this moment
and be like you said, you do it. Really, I
don't know what else to do, but yeah, I will
find other ways to make fun, creative videos like the
fake switch. And and to be clear, the fake switch

(01:25:23):
thing was different because I was lying about being honest.
But when I fit the fake switch, I said this
to yeah, because he's like, it's like when you fake
the switch, and I was like no, because that time
I was lying about something I was honest about. And
then I came clean in the video that it was
a prank. This was me now being honest about something
I lied about and it sat for a month. So

(01:25:45):
it's the reverse, and it's worse. So the reverse I'm
never gonna do again. Will I ever? Will I have
a prankier and trickier about something I don't know? I
might do that, I might do that I don't know
in that in like this context, not in the other context.
Does that make sense? It makes sense? Okay, I still
have to have some fun, Yeah, yeah, but I'm not

(01:26:05):
going to do anything like this fair Um, no long
term schemes fair enough, okay, yeah, all right, okay, I
love you all. We'll be back next week with an episode,
and I hope you enjoy everything today. And yeah, if
you didn't watch the video, go watch it. It's one
of my best ones. I think, thank you Bingle for
standing by my side here and anytime you accidentally got

(01:26:28):
roped into this. But you're a believer the whole time
and it means a lot to me. So thank you anytime,
O kid. Yeah, and I love you all. I can't
can you hit the Patreon scroll button? Actually hit that one?

Speaker 2 (01:26:39):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:26:39):
I have the music too, ill simon your hair as everywhere?
All right, guys, I can't tell you to do anything,
done all already. I'm definitely not going to ask you
to become a Patreon today, but for the Patreons we
already have, We're about to do a bonus episode over
on Patreon, and make sure you catch that. If you're
already a Patreon, cut you you get rid of the

(01:27:02):
Patriot scroll. It's important. Yeah, just just just stay on
you for now. I love you all so much. I
really am sorry. And you're also sweet and perfect and
beautiful and light. Comment and subscribe if you want, you
don't have to, and go check out bingals stream. I'm
just stolling time, okay, okay, cuts some missue, Okay, bye

(01:27:27):
unless you want to say anything. No, I'm good. I'm
all right. Bye. See yeah. I love you. Have a
good one. Catch you later, see you see you now.
Bye bye, have a good one. I don't have the
it's fine, don't do it. You're all special and sweet.
You're all great. I love you all. Okay bye,
