Speaker 1 (00:02):
Welcome on in to the non Tender Podcast, Episode one
hundred and forty. Thank you all for being here. That
music is too low. Now, it's too low.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
It's too low.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
I want to cover your beautiful voice. Welcome on into
the Nontendo Podcast. Everybody so excited to have you here,
and look off the rip. I'm gonna let you know
there's a lot of changes happening around here now that
Ham's gone. I had to introduce somebody new. I had
to bring in a new Ying to my Yang, a
(00:33):
new Ham to my wood. But I think I figured
it out, and I think I've got something even better
than ever before. So I'd like to introduce you to
the new Nontendo co host.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Welcome on in.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
Yeah, shock, are you surprised? I mean, no one saw
it coming. All right, you get the intro.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
Because of this, I fired yourself and show your shame.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
I messed it up.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
He literally said, oh, what's so loud and just turned
down the intro music. I was like, yeah, the intro
music was probably loud.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
I blew it, guys, I'm sorry, Kim.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Thank you for being here. Uh you want to you
want to talk about anything?
Speaker 4 (01:35):
I think we should talk about in the room.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
We don't have to talk about that yet. Is Kim
loud enough? Is my co host loud enough? She could
always be loud. The answer is always no. So oh, echo,
what do we echo?
Speaker 4 (01:51):
Somebody's saying echo, there might be something open.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
It's fine.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Now there probably isn't an echo. But let's let's pause.
Let's do a whole channel rip. Let's just pull the
handbrake and check for do you hear an echo? No,
I don't hear an echo, super echo.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
I feel like you're you're gas lighting us.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
It's completely fine, there's absolutely no issue. Great, okay, So
here's the thing. I have a sty on my eye,
which has actually gotten a lot better through the day,
and I think it's because I've been wearing this keeps
the strain off, like helping my eye and be it
phillless stress.
Speaker 4 (02:31):
That movie where Kurt Russell had the eyepad. You're kind
of giving that.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
Skip from New York, China, Escape from New York. All right,
So here's the thing, everybody, I don't have to really
wear this. It is helping, but I don't have to
wear it. Here's the thing, everybody, Ham's gone as you
may or may not know. So here's what we're gonna do. Uh,
kimberly Tune is going to help out as much as
she possibly can as a new host, so that every
(02:57):
week I have somebody so to do that. We've moved
the show to six pm so that Kim's mom can
come over and take care of stinky Jim or sticky
Jim Jim like he's forgetting what HANMD called him, so
that we can be here with you guys, which means
we get a little bit of a break, although not
really because of the way you have to work.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
Yeah, it's weird the breaks now are still doing something else.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Yeah, we were talking about that last night. Literally since
we've had the baby, there hasn't been a break.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Now the second he takes an album like oh good,
I can do the dishes.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
You don't get a break. If he goes to bed,
or if Kim's mom comes over to take a shift,
that's like our chance to now clean the house or
to do something like productive that we've been putting off.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
So yep, maybe maybe got a break, But is there
a positive, like you guys get to talk more because
I know you guys weren't ships so.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
Sometimes Yeah, we've the last couple of nights he slept
in the room, though, so we we didn't.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
The last couple of nights. We've been trying to do that,
but last night we didn't sleep.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Oh I'm saying that podcast gives you a reason to talk,
Oh a chance.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
I mean, this is it's a little different. Still, it's
not the same as getting it down and talk with
my wife. You know, I'm in a room with my.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
I mean, what do we have to talk about right now? Anyway?
How many would you like?
Speaker 1 (04:05):
I could talk to you.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
I miss you.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
I could have a conversation about something good because.
Speaker 4 (04:12):
You right now?
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (04:13):
Cool?
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Oh? So much echo again?
Speaker 2 (04:16):
It sounds like every time I switch to myself there's
an echo.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
But let's let's pause. Let's all right, let's figure that out.
I'm too tired for this guy. Max. Mike is echoey.
Cut to your mic, cut to you, cut to whatever's
messing up? Check it and see yo yo yo? Is
this echoy purple shirt? Echoes? All right? Now, you're gonna
have to wait because I have to wait for YouTube
to catch up. It takes a long time. So much
(04:44):
sounds I don't still wait if you haven't switched yet.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
All right, still waiting.
Speaker 5 (04:53):
Okay, okay, there's an echo.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
It's just when we cut to me or cut to us.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
Okay, always something with these chords.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
I'm telling them, you are sorely missed. Right now, all right,
hold on a second here again. Uh no, all right,
I'm gonna have to cut to the camera.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Hold on.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Testing what Uh wait? That didn't do it? Oh, I
know what it's doing it.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
It's fixed. It's fixed, guys, Thank you would for fixing it.
I'm still learning, guys, got the training wheels on.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
I'm extremely tired. I put out a video yesterday. I
put out a video today right. The reason why the
podcast is live is because I only just got the
video like an hour ago from my editor, and then
I had to fix and edit while everyone was here,
and then I was uploading it and I was contractually
obligated to put it up today. But also it's one
week of switch, was the video, so it had to
(06:09):
be today.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
So I was stuck.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Uploading that right before we went live. And I was
also last night at like eleven pm, I was shooting
another video for the weekend. Yeah, I'm kind of I'm
burnt out. I'm kind of burning the candle at every end.
Picture a picture a candle that has like seventeen ends.
Speaker 4 (06:27):
Picture a circular candle, and then light it on fire.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
All of them are burning.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
And then last night we didn't get any sleep.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
It was bad.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
So at seven am we finally gave up, and you
just got out of bed and took care of him
for a few hours, and then I slept, and then
I came and took him so you could sleep for
a few hours.
Speaker 4 (06:44):
Yep, Oh, it's yeah, it's a lot. I don't again,
I don't know how people do this with multiple kids.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
I also match, you're doing great. Yes, yes, thank you.
I mean the intro thing was a bit weird, but
the other thing wasn't your fault. I think it makes
it fun. Yeah, make the more issues the better, the.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
More practice I get, I promise, I'm still getting into
the swing of things.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
It's been a while since i've cut like normally.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
We will.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
We'll get there. Also, hid to Bengal, who's here here?
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Hello?
Speaker 1 (07:14):
So yeah, quickly let me sorry. I know we're getting
pretty far in here. I want to talk about the
switch too, but yeah, let me just wrap up my thoughts.
So We're gonna go live at six from now on
on Thursdays. That's Eastern time, so three hours later than normal.
Kim's gonna host it with me, and then Max and Bingal.
These guys have an open invitation to come down any
(07:35):
week they want. It's a little harder for them than
it was for him because there's trains and ubers and everything.
But Max is trying to maybe look into maybe a
solution for that.
Speaker 5 (07:43):
Maybe maybe I am gonna try my best to get
over my fear of driving.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
If you did that, it was so of all of
our issues. But I'm not going to put pressure on
you because I went through a period of being scared
about that when we first moved here. Yeah, and I
know how daunting.
Speaker 4 (07:58):
In the city. I couldn't do it. Oh my god,
I worry. I learned in Manhattan it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
Well, you kind of just have to drive across the
highway on the bottom bit to get out. It's not
as bad.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
My story of driving Manhattan, how I learned My uncle
was too drunk and he forced me to drive.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
It's kind of like when you throw a kid into
a lake and hope it knows how to swim. Isn't it.
Speaker 1 (08:19):
When you get out and drive fee you just go
across Statton Island, right, Yeah, that's pretty easy. Yeah, yeah,
that's not too bad. It's not driving through Manhattan.
Speaker 5 (08:27):
No Manhattan, I drove. Yeah, I used to drive through
Manhattan and it scared the hell out of me.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
Everything, even riding shotgun. It's terrifying in Manhattan. Because it's all.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
Right, sorry about all that. I can't I can't say
this enough. I was very stressed when we went live.
I'm gonna calm down. Let's focus on in because the
switch to is out. Oh yeah, I've been playing it
a lot, Bingo has been playing in a lot, Kim's
been playing it a little bit over the last couple
of days. And Max doesn't have one.
Speaker 7 (08:56):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
You did play one today because they played on the
train on the way up, which, by the way, is
there some story there? You kept saying you were waiting
to tell me. Oh oh, Bengals show everyone your switch to.
So apparently apparently Max was flabbergasted.
Speaker 2 (09:14):
This is how this man transports his switch to on
the public.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
That's not too bad. You don't have a case yet. Case.
Speaker 2 (09:23):
I just think it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
Tell me and I have this for you.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
No, I got it. I got it for I'm gonna
cut the catch.
Speaker 6 (09:32):
Now.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
The reason why I gave you that, you haven't you
need to cut and show. The reason why I gave
you that is because one I got it for free,
and two I don't want it because I want my
satisfy one. And by the way, I'm replacing that when
I get the satisfies one, and I'll give you the
beat him up satisfy one. Look at that, but that
that will hopefully get you home without having to glad
(09:53):
wrap your switch in clean film.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Yeah, this is nice. This is real nice. Thanks man,
You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Okay, let's dive into some switch talk. Kimberly, where do
you want to begin?
Speaker 6 (10:08):
Who?
Speaker 4 (10:09):
I don't know? Do you want to talk about like,
I mean, you've done videos on like your first thoughts
on it and everything.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
Yeah, I've done a lot of videos so so far.
The videos I've done who did the unboxing? I did
first impressions of Mario Kart. I reviewed every single accessory today.
I uploaded one week with the switch, and then over
the weekend you're gonna get me reviewing every single switch
to launch games.
Speaker 4 (10:32):
I was wondering if the launch games was gonna yeah next.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
That's the next video that I'm doing is being edited
right now, and while I've been doing all of that.
By the way, I don't know if I even told
you this. I think I might have. The switch to
has officially sold three point five million, yes, which is crazy.
And you can show this. You can cut to my
screen here. Here's a graphic that Nintendo shared up on Twitter.
Over three point five million units within the first four
(10:58):
days worldwide. So you know, I don't know why, but
let's just give a round of applause. Let's just clap
for the billion dollar company as an example here cut
away for a second because I want to go back
to my dog as an example here of what that
looks like per day. I don't have that because I
(11:23):
copy and pasted the same thing. Hold on, let me
grab it. I put it into our discord. I just
copy pasted the same link that someone did a comparison
of what that What that means? Uh bp beep bbb beep.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
What was it to like other console launches? Beep? Yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
I saved it this morning, and apparently I didn't save it.
Apparently I lost it.
Speaker 4 (11:45):
I know the PS four wasn't even close to that
on its first week.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
I thought I put it into a doc. I guess not,
I guess I messed up. Oh wait, no, it's right here.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
Sorry about that screensharing You ready?
Speaker 1 (11:57):
No, okay, you can now all right? Someone did this
over on Instagram. How fast did it sell? So this
is breaking it down per day. So obviously we don't
know exactly like how many PlayStations were sold in the
first four days, because we didn't really have that information,
but we did know in the first sixteen days, and
then for the PlayStation four, and then for the PlayStation
(12:18):
five we knew within the first month. So someone essentially
just calculated it broke it all down. So the switch
was eight hundred and seventy five thousand a day. The
next closest is PlayStation four with one hundred and thirty
one thousand, and then obviously if it was mean to
even put steam Deck on there, about two thousand a day.
(12:41):
I mean, that's breaking it down over four years, so
the launch window was probably better. But total this and
this is the funny thing that everybody that I was
trying to in so many videos, I was trying to
explain it. People telling me that the switch to is
going to fail because of the steam Deck. The steam
Deck in total, in the last four almost five years,
has sold three point five million.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
The switch To did it in four days.
Speaker 5 (13:05):
I to buy the steam Deck, like, I don't want
to go to Steam to buy like hardware.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
Yeah, you can't get it at a store.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
I think, can you get it? Can get it best Buy? No, Yeah,
I think it's just it retailer.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
You got to wait for them to ship it to you.
Speaker 4 (13:20):
It's only in Japan, it's available at retailers consensus. That
is still that hurts the sales big time, I would
imagine for sure.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
Now some people try to point out that PlayStation five
is a different case because it was during the pandemic
and there was a chip shortage. But again, this is
going over the first month, and it it kind of
I don't think that matters in the grand scheme of things.
Speaker 4 (13:45):
I feel like it still would have gotten outsold, but
I think the numbers would have been better.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
Maybe they would have been better at launch, but again
this is breaking down the first month, so yeah, you know,
and also like if the PlayStation five was in a
position to sell that many I think Sony would have
figured it out.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
Yeah, maybe it's hard to say. With a chip shortage.
There was a huge demand for it. I know that
because like people were getting super.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
There was I do remember that being demand. Yeah, it's
was a thousand.
Speaker 4 (14:15):
It was insane looking on Facebook marketplace.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Well, I think another thing to think of there is
like the Switch has sold what one hundred and fifty
million or something like that. Yeah, and then the PlayStation five,
I don't know how many they've sold, like one hundred
and twenty millions something, not even actually, I don't think
it's even that. How many cut away for a second,
you got it? How many ps fives have sold? Total?
(14:42):
So they've sold eighty million PlayStation fives. It's pretty good.
But then again, we have the switches first month here,
and it's almost identical to PlayStation five's first month. And
then the Switch went on to sell one hundred and
fifty million and the PlayStation hasn't. So I don't know
if that was I don't know if they have had
(15:03):
What I'm saying is I don't know if they had
more stock, if it would have been that different. Like
maybe double can be given double maybe because that's that's
still two hundred thousands diminished the switch.
Speaker 4 (15:13):
But I feel like a lot of people buy two switches.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
I mean, yeah, there's of.
Speaker 4 (15:18):
Kids, because that's more of like a family contress.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
There's a lot that goes into Nintendo's success, and that's
all definitely part of it, and as much as people
a lot of people on the other side of the
fence were clowning on it only having one game or
like Mario Kart being eighty dollars. I can't stress this
enough that Mario CTT eight Deluxe is one of the
best selling games of all time. It's sold like sixty
million units. Like you couldn't really have launched with a
(15:43):
bigger banger, Like, yeah, obviously a portion of that sixty
million is interested on trying to play the next one
at launch, you know. So yeah, three million of that
sixty million were interested in playing the new Mario card.
I mean, it's just kind of obvious. So and it
has a deal, so I feel like a lot of people.
Yeah the deal also the deal was also smart by Nintendo,
(16:04):
also a little scummy, but it's limited time, so like
until full you can get Marioko for fifty bucks. Essentially
in the bundle, So that's forcing well, making people feel
like they may as well just get it now and
save thirty dollars then waiting until like Christmas or something. Yeah,
and it makes sense too also, like you know, I
(16:24):
don't know when the PlayStation five dropped, but I think
dropping the switch to in summer with like summer break
and just like summer sales and everything is a great
time for video games and portable Yeah. Nintendo just has
a lot going for them with this. And I think
it's just cool to see this launch be so insane.
And I made that video about everything I was right about,
(16:44):
and if I could edit one thing in there, it
would be me saying that the switch to launch was
going to blow the Switch one launch out of the water.
I said that so many times and people always like, well,
I don't know, because breadth of the wail.
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Yeah yeah, yeah, Well shows you guys.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
No, it as shows you guys, just shows me, shows me
being a small, little little man.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
Oh by the way, uh.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
The camera, the Pirana plant camera was available online at
Target today, so I bought it and that's going to
get here on Saturday. I'm excited for my Pirana Plant camera.
Just wanted you guys to know that I managed to
get that.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
Is that Nintendo branded?
Speaker 1 (17:24):
Or is that that's the Hoary one okay? Which hory
is like they work directly with Nintendo One accessories and
it's it's about as official as you can get without
it being the Nintendo.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
Yeah, do they own them or is it just like
a collapse?
Speaker 1 (17:36):
No? I don't know what the deal is with that.
Speaker 5 (17:39):
Yeah, you know, I'm excited for the itoy games we're
going to get with Mario Party.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
Let's hope. I feel like you're lying. I am, I am,
I am. Are you going to play them with me?
Speaker 2 (17:50):
Though? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (17:50):
Yeah, I gotta get a camera.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
Though, Yeah you do?
Speaker 4 (17:54):
All right?
Speaker 1 (17:55):
What else do you want to talk about? Any of
the misinformation?
Speaker 2 (17:58):
Bengal?
Speaker 1 (17:59):
I know you were complaining about that it's too much, okay.
Speaker 5 (18:04):
First off, that any little potential thing can brick this thing.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
An everything is gonna blow this thing up. This has
so many fels.
Speaker 5 (18:14):
I am, this is literally a threat to my life
every second that you have it, every second that I
have it. But no, like, honestly, I've been reading about
how this every little like voltage thing can break the system.
Putting a MiG switch can break the system. Obviously it
was debunked real quick with I.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Think Nintendo is not gonna brick your system. No, they
don't want you to not be able to buy games
like trust me, they want the money. They're not gonna
take it away from you. The only way it gets bricked,
I believe is if you actually stop moudding the software.
Even then, it's not even then they probably won't.
Speaker 5 (18:52):
What already is someone monded their switch and it didn't
get brick.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
It's it's gonna be. Okay, it's gonna be. It's one
of those things like when like online with YouTube, Nintendo's like,
you can't show our footage. We own our footage, but
everybody does it. And then Tendo's like, well it means
fine because it'll help us get sales.
Speaker 5 (19:09):
But you know there was a time where they weren't
fine with it. No, there was a time. It was
a dark time.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:16):
No, also there so there is kind of there is
a battery issue right now that we can talk about
to start with, not this one though, not this fake one. Sure. Yeah.
I actually my brother joined my twitch chat the other
day and he was like, did you know that the
switch batteries are exploding, and I was like, where did
(19:38):
you hear that? And I got it from I stemmed
it to this. So there was a Reddit user switch
to swallen battery, check the backs of your new switches, which,
like I was trying to explain while I was live too.
But this is this is how things happen. One guy
has one thing happened, he shares it to Reddit, or
(19:58):
he shares it to Twitter. It starts blowing up and
getting likes, and then news articles see the tweet and
they're like, oh, this is getting traction. We're going to
write an article with buyers beware switch battery explodes, because.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
Of course people are going to click on that.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
But now everyone only sees the dexterto Twitter headline of
exploding batteries. Nobody reads an article, and now all of
a sudden, switch to batteries are exploding.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
Ye.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
No, this guy's battery does look like it's about to explode,
but unfortunately that's the nature of these, like lithium batteries,
they explode.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
I don't know, it's summer.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
Maybe this guy went to the beach for five hours
and they just left it in their heat, you know.
But this, as far as I can tell is the
only actual report. However, there is an actual issue with
the battery that I updated people about today in my
YouTube video that went live as this went live. So
if you're watching this live, you probably haven't seen it
(20:58):
or you're having to pick what to watch. Apparently switch
To batteries are displaying the wrong percentage charge. Okay, So
when I first got my switch to and I started
playing Cyberpunk, I was playing it for forty minutes handheld,
and it went from one hundred percent to it telling
me it was on low battery in forty minutes.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
Okay, so I'm not going crazy like I was. I
was playing like Tears of the Kingdom, and the whole
thing went yeah, like one hundred percent right down to
like forty percent.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
And real quick. Yeah, here's the thing. If you if
you let it keep dying, it'll get to one percent
and it'll let you play for like an hour on
one percent. Yeah. Oh, so it's reading wrong. I might
be overcharging it then at this point, No, well I
think it maxes out at the right number. Okay, I think, Yeah,
I think I don't know. Well, here's how you fix it.
(21:48):
And I showed it in the video and if you're
listening play along at home or you can watch my
YouTube video, you make sure you have the most recent update.
Then you turn it off. Then you hold the volume
up and down button at the same time, and then
you turn it back on. Keep holding the volume button
and then it'll enter its system reboot menu. When it's
(22:09):
done that you fixed it by default because going into
that menu for some reason apparently resets the battery correctly.
So then just turn your switch to back off, turn
it on, and you should find it's displaying correctly now.
And it did work for me because the first thing
I tested was Cyberpunk at one hundred percent. I played
for almost two hours and I ended at like thirty
(22:30):
five percent, and I didn't get the low battery warning.
I wonder if it's just like an OS reboot, it
just reboots the whole it just recalibrates it. Apparently, going
on Nintendo said if it doesn't work the first time,
to keep doing it, and then if it just isn't
fixing it, you might need to get it sent in.
I heard there's also another fix to literally let your
switch die, like let it die out. So I saw
(22:52):
that one and I was telling Kim about this where
you charge it for like three hours, you keep it charged,
and then you let it die. Apparently that was a
fix for the switch one battery. Oh so you can
find that on Nintendo's page. And that confused me too
because I was like, I ain't doing all that, but yeah,
apparently that's what the switch one. That's what Bob told me. Anyway,
I don't know, I'm not doing all that. I'll play,
(23:13):
I'll play on one percent for an hour. Yeah, then
do all of that for sure. So yeah, I don't
know if you showed this screen, but yeah, Jake randal
Over on Twitter was tweeting about this lets you play
on one percent. Uh, this says for twenty minutes, but
I think my allege would vary depending on what you
were playing. And Nintendo has it's an official Nintendo article
(23:35):
that they put out and telling people to do the
boot menu to fix it. So yeah, that's the first
weird thing we've had with the switch to There's always
something weird with console launchers.
Speaker 2 (23:47):
We were literally talking about that in the train. You
were trying to show me. We kept checking the battery
because you were telling me that you've had battery issues.
So yeah, I really maybe you should do the reset thing.
You can do it. What's your battery at right now?
Speaker 4 (24:00):
I have it off?
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Why because I turned it off because I didn't want it.
Speaker 2 (24:03):
To fix it?
Speaker 1 (24:04):
Fix it right now?
Speaker 2 (24:05):
Turn it on?
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Fix it live? Because when I fixed mine, I jumped
from like eighty five percent to ninety five percent. So
what do I do? I just put it in reboote.
Actually you could have just hold you could have just
done it then. But let's see what your battery is
at first. It's eighty five okay, good, all right, so
turn it off. Wait, make sure it's up Is it
up to date? Show the screen? I think so.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
I think it's friends at home.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
Well, as long as it's up to date, this will work,
which it should be if you're playing online recently.
Speaker 4 (24:31):
Yeah, I was playing Now Your Court last night.
Speaker 2 (24:33):
We're not going to be on Wi Fi right now.
We were playing Marrio Carte on the train, right.
Speaker 1 (24:37):
It would just we'll just do the fix. So you're
on eighty five percent? Yeah, turn it off, powering down,
Turn off right now?
Speaker 2 (24:44):
Power power powering down.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
King, let me know when it let me know when
it's off, guys.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
Okay, So then what do I do now.
Speaker 1 (24:50):
I so hold the plus and minus and turn it
on and turn it on, and keep holding the plus
and minus and keep holding it, holding it, and keep
holding it, and keep holding it, and keep watching this
live and keep holding it. Guys are watching and continued. Okay,
you fixed it. It's fixed.
Speaker 2 (25:06):
That's it. Turn it off.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
You have to hold the pie button. So he's in
the boot man. You know he's turning it off off.
He's turning it off, turning it off. We all taken notes.
Turning it off. The suspension is killing. I'm holding it
cutting it off. Do I just hold it down? Let
me press it again. I don't think that's something happened.
Then up, you put it to sleep. He broke it.
(25:30):
It's broken.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Okay, there we go. Okay, tell us your battery percentage
when it comes.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
To mine jumped up, but Kim's didn't when I fixed hers,
So we'll see.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
We'll see.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
We'll see if it jumps up on us.
Speaker 4 (25:41):
It went down.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
So what.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Well, well now it's now this is the action. Yeah, yeah,
hopefully it's fixed now, Well it could have been.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
You won't know.
Speaker 5 (25:52):
Powering down your system and powering it up again kills battery.
Speaker 2 (25:55):
I know that.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
So when I when I went to fix Kims, she
was at one hundred percent and I wanted to drain
it a little to get a percentage, And I literally
just played Mario Kart for five minutes and they got
down to ninety three percent. It's like, all right, that's
good enough, now I'll fix it. All right, Well, let's
let's talk about some fun stuff that. I mean, there's
more misinformation we can talk about. But Kim, you've been
playing a little bit of what Mario Kart and Hello Kitty?
(26:19):
So what are you What are you enjoying so far
with the switch to what are your first impressions Mario Kart?
Speaker 4 (26:23):
I think it's really fun.
Speaker 1 (26:24):
You're liking it more than I thought you would.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
Well, yeah, because there's more to do in this one
and you get to like practice on the tracks and
stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Yeah, you're kind of a collectible queen.
Speaker 4 (26:33):
I do. I love getting all the stuff.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Yeah, you were like you like when we play like
Yoshi's and stuff like that.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
You have to find everything.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
So adding that into Mario Kart, it's kind of cool
because it's kind of something that Nintendo is known for,
is like these games were collectibles. Right, Mariokatt never had that,
but now they do in the open world. It's not
that exciting. And also it's really like the collectibles, I'm
that exciting, and it's not it's not easy to find
them or keep track of them, I should say, because
no like list, but there's medallions you can find, there's
(27:03):
puzzle squares on the ground or something. And then obviously
all of the challenges that you can do.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
Yeah, and then you get like the characters in the
cars and stuff.
Speaker 1 (27:12):
And I also like the challenges are cool because I
was watching you do one where you had to be fast,
which you were struggling with. But I watched Kim go
from not knowing how to drift or charge boost or
do tricks to after half an hour of trying to
do this challenge, she was tricking, drifting and and doing
all this and getting way. But I was watching you, Yeah,
(27:34):
I was watching you progressively get better at the game,
even though you I don't think you ever actually beat
the challenge because it was really it was it was
a hard one. I was trying to tell you, like,
for your first first time really playing Mario Kart and
trying to do a challenge, I wouldn't have started with
that one, but you did not want to start that.
Speaker 4 (27:50):
There were different levels of difficulty. I was just.
Speaker 1 (27:54):
Like, there's some that I can't do. There's there's there's
because I told you how. There's like wool running and
grinding and flow.
Speaker 4 (28:00):
Yeah, there was one with coins I couldn't do because
you had to.
Speaker 1 (28:02):
There's ones where like it'll want you to walk, grind
and like hit certain checkpoints and I'm like, I can't.
Speaker 4 (28:08):
I can't figure how to get.
Speaker 5 (28:09):
On the way I got it. I gotta start doing that.
That's like sounds a great practice.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
It is good.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
It is good practice. I'll say that the open world
is I mean, it is a little lackluster, but the
challengers are more robust than I was expecting because they're
all around the world and it's not just like they're
they're all very different. I did one where it was
like race down the highway in checkpoints and it would
like give me a truck. At one point it gave
me a helicopter that I could go in and fly.
(28:33):
Oh that's cool. There is actually some pretty cool challenges
in there. I do have my gripes with the game.
What everyone does. It's eighty dollars. Well, that's my first
Why is it eighty? That's my question? You know that
is that's me and the Batman outfit. But the other
thing I get it really annoyed. So when you're playing
(28:55):
online or Grand Prix, right, you race to the to
the next course. Yeah, but you spend only one lap
on that course? Might going crazy like you only like
yeah sometimes yeah, because you spend half the race getting there. Yeah,
if then you do one.
Speaker 5 (29:08):
Lap because sometimes getting there is really boring. It's just
a straight line. I'm on a highway man.
Speaker 1 (29:14):
Now, when you do Grand Prix, yeah, do you do
all three laps or is it just online you only
do one? Because I think maybe online that's like a
short attention span thing.
Speaker 4 (29:23):
I think no.
Speaker 5 (29:24):
Because we were playing right uh on the train, Yeah,
and we only did like one lap on a particular level. Yeah,
it was only only certain levels you get the full experience.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
And Grand Prix it was only one lap each. The
other one feels like you're just passing through. The thing
that bothers me. The one thing that bothers me is
I feel like they didn't innovate with the items much
at all, and like, yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:46):
There's no need.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
The actual core racing gameplay feels very samey other than
the grinding and the wool running, which like it, but
who does that it adds, So that whole part does
add like a skill ceiling though it is a big
skill now.
Speaker 5 (30:02):
Like sometimes when I'm playing online with randoms, it's someone
is like so far ahead and there's no way of
me catching up because they're just insane.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
Yea all the skips, yeah, I mean for me, it's
mostly just the items. I feel like they didn't really
introduce anything really new.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
I didn't notice anything. You're the only thing did they
used to do the thing where they would like turn
you into a different character.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
No, so that is new.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
I like that and it's it's fun, but it doesn't
change the gameplay. You just play as someone else.
Speaker 4 (30:28):
For a little bit. The only new thing that.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
I so there's that there's the giant Mushroom, which which
apparently it's old but it's come back.
Speaker 4 (30:37):
I've seen the mushroom before and it's fine.
Speaker 1 (30:40):
I like the mushroom, but it is essentially just like
getting a star power up or the bullet bill stronger
knocking people, or a bullet bill that you can control. Yeah,
and then you have the ice flower. But to me,
that's just like a flower flower. It's the same thing
as a flower. You know what item they should have added?
You going in that truck in free roam? That's did
you hear me saying that on stream?
Speaker 2 (30:59):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (31:00):
So that was my thing is like that truck. Have
you been in a truck yet?
Speaker 4 (31:05):
No?
Speaker 1 (31:06):
Okay, So in the open world there's like semi trucks
and you can drive up into the back of one
and you can become the truck. Yeah, why is that
not in the races at alts? It's so cool.
Speaker 4 (31:15):
They're in the races and they have ramps.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
Why couldn't you just why can't you be the truck?
That's such a cool power up? And also I was
thinking if for whatever reason they didn't want to put
it into like the actual Grand Prix races, you race
down like the highway to get to the next course,
So why isn't there like a truck that you can
And think about this too.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Every time you get.
Speaker 1 (31:35):
An item in Mario Kart, you have to roll over
like the little item box. This would add a unique
item where there's a moving truck NPC truck and all
the players have to try and race for it to
compete for it, because the first one there gets the
item gets to be the truck. And then you could
have like, you know, like when we go to the
arcade Kim and we played the pac Man Battle Pong game.
(32:00):
You're like hitting like one pong back and forth, and
then like all of a sudden, it drops like a
hundred of them. What if sometimes there was like a
convoy of trucks and out of nowhere there's like twenty
trucks and everyone's racing for their own truck, and now
you have all these trucks racing down the highway.
Speaker 4 (32:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
I don't know. I just feel like that the game
could use something new and unique like that.
Speaker 4 (32:18):
I think with the introduction of like the other vehicles,
they could have done something where you could use them
in the races.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
Even like there's a helicopter in the game that you
can take over. Oh really, Yeah, there's even a UFO
and it's a UFO Apparently, why are those Why aren't
those introduced.
Speaker 2 (32:34):
Into the racing? According to Chat, there are. It's a
super rare spawn, but the truck does spawn.
Speaker 1 (32:43):
I feel like, well, that's really cool, but I've never
seen it and I've played for a long time.
Speaker 2 (32:48):
How rare are we talking here? Several people have said
it so.
Speaker 1 (32:52):
Well, I need it fact checked and also if it's true,
I need the rate up.
Speaker 5 (32:56):
I feel like this is like when when Chat would
tell you, oh, the sticker star is a real thing
in Mario Party and it's just.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Oh that you can get me in the first red
and blue if you like move around a truck. Yeah,
well that was also truck related. Oh my god, what
what were you gonna say, Kim?
Speaker 4 (33:11):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (33:12):
Okay, you're gonna say something sorry about that? Well I
do on its face value. I really like Mario catt
It's fun.
Speaker 4 (33:20):
I like how many characters they've added.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
Yeah, I like how goofy the characters.
Speaker 4 (33:24):
Some of them are ridiculous. Some of them don't even
have arms. How's that gonna work?
Speaker 1 (33:28):
Yeah, Kim was laughing about that.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
I unlocked a Dolphin for you today on the train,
and I was laughing at the fact that like floats above.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
But a Dolphin bike. It's like that character as a bike.
You do the Dolphin on the Dolphin bike. I think
that's how you unlock the Dolphin. Because I was playing
with the Dolphin bike and then I got Dolphin.
Speaker 4 (33:48):
It might be I didn't. I couldn't get the Dolphin
for the life of me.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
Yeah, it's a cool character. So here's another thing about
Mario catt that people are complaining about. This person said
over on Twitter one hundred and fifty CC on Mario
cut World a few times last week, and it was
kind of hard to beat the CPU to the point
where I rage quit the game and started playing Cyberpunk.
I haven't gone back to Mario Kart Steal. So apparently
(34:12):
there's this dynamic difficulty system. Bob pointed out one thing
in here to me specifically. I can't remember what it
was the news that he thought was crazy, but just
essentially how the how it's like a dynamic difficulty I
guess so it depends how good you are, Like the
game gets harder or something the more you win. I'm
(34:35):
not sure. I mean, we could try reading the article,
but who likes reading.
Speaker 5 (34:38):
CPU the CPU this time around? I mean people can
complain about it. I actually like that they're kind of
a challenge.
Speaker 1 (34:43):
So a few users found out the game has a
dynamic difficulty system. It seems the game adjusts the difficulty
of the CPU depending on how often the human player drifts.
The more you drift, the faster the CPU players become,
and the better items they get.
Speaker 4 (34:58):
Oh well that would explain why they keep gett those
stupid blue shells because I've been practicing.
Speaker 1 (35:02):
Been practicing, your drift annoying, So that's dumb. I think
maybe maybe is it dumb is that they're just gauging
how good I don't know it could be.
Speaker 5 (35:14):
But like the way I get first place now with
the CPUs at least is I don't take first until
last minute.
Speaker 1 (35:21):
Well that's what this is from Lonely Goomba over here
on Twitter front. Running is so bad in this game
that I'm literally breaking so I don't overtake. I won
the race by doing this. I'm thinking it's generally a
strap to not be first under any circumstances beyond the
final stretch.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Yeah, wasn't that a strategy? And eight I thought that
was a strategy.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
And because it's a strategy, and a lot of racing
games like Crash Team Racing too, because something that these
games employ so that you don't get too far ahead
is rubber banding. So when you get too far ahead
of NPCs, it'll rub a band, snap them back, and
it will essentially speed them up and make them faster
so that you're not you know, racing on your own
(36:00):
on the hardest difficulty, because, like think about it, no
matter how good you get at this game, no matter
how fast you go or how many like skips you do,
there's always at least one MPC on your heels. Yeah,
you know, it's it's almost impossible to get too far
away from them.
Speaker 2 (36:14):
That's like in real life in NASCAR, what's that thing
called where it's like that there's like a wind tunnel
when when you're right behind somebody who's a little faster
than you and you.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
Can use you can do that in Mario cut. Did
you know that, No, you could do that in real life. Well,
if you sit behind a cart, you get a speed boost.
Sitting in the wind tunnel? Is that what it's called.
I don't know what it's called.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
Get you get less air resistance, So that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
Yeah, do we have any thoughts on that? On the
difficulty being artificially depending on how good you are?
Speaker 4 (36:43):
Oh so much. I would just like more of a
variety of items because I'm telling you every five minutes,
I'm getting hit with a blue shell.
Speaker 1 (36:49):
It is so annoying, it's weird. I was playing that
game for two straight days on Twitch and realized I'd
never got the lightning ability.
Speaker 4 (36:58):
Yeah, I've never gotten it. I always get the same item.
Speaker 1 (37:00):
I don't know what the what the rate is on
the lightning, but I can't get it.
Speaker 4 (37:04):
I get hit once a race with it, but I
never get it myself.
Speaker 1 (37:07):
You're doing too good.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Bengal was saying that depending on the amount of coins
you have, you get a certain item. So maybe you
guys are like either have too many coins or too little. True,
I don't.
Speaker 5 (37:18):
This is what I've been here. That sounds like conject
on scootish a stream, you know. And then someone who
was training Scoot to get better because he was he
had a mentor Okay, he needs it, he really needs it,
and he was saying like, oh, if you have twenty
coins in first place, you have a better chance of
getting like the boom box and actual items instead of
(37:41):
a coin.
Speaker 4 (37:41):
Oh, I get the boom box all the time.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
You're so good.
Speaker 4 (37:44):
I did notice that one thing. I don't know if
you noticed this. Have you gotten it before?
Speaker 2 (37:47):
What the little boombox thing.
Speaker 4 (37:49):
Okay, if somebody's throwing a blue shell at you and
you hit it at the right time, it knocks the
shellf I told.
Speaker 1 (37:54):
You at Okay, I was the one that told you.
I didn't know that that boom box can get rid of.
Speaker 5 (37:58):
Every You can also spe away from the blue shell
at the right time.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
Actually, actually, if you're playing in single player, I don't
know if you know this game, if you press down
on the dpad, you actually go back in time. You
can reverse. So if you if you make a mistake
and you want to like go back, but the rest
of the game doesn't go back. The rest of the
game keeps going. So if you press the rewind right
as the blue sheell was about to hit you, you
can go back and then you can keep going. That's cool, Yeah, fun,
(38:26):
it's funny. You can't do it online, thankfully.
Speaker 4 (38:29):
That would be people would get so.
Speaker 1 (38:31):
That would be crazy.
Speaker 2 (38:32):
Now, there's an argument in chat whether that the little
wind tunnel I was talking about is called drafting or
slip streaming slipstream.
Speaker 1 (38:40):
It's slipstream. Slipstream sounds cool, Drafting sounds lame.
Speaker 4 (38:44):
You know what, I like?
Speaker 1 (38:45):
Slipstream bingle I bet you do. Bingle was talking about
a difficulty ceiling. I found this clip on Instagram today
of somebody. You're gonna be able to hear it because
I didn't figure out sound. But they're doing a tutorial
and they're doing like, no, just slip over here and
come up in this wall, like it's so easy to do.
But yeah, this is this is the difficulty ceiling that
(39:07):
we're working with now with players. Yeah, playing Mario Catt
and skipping half of the course with these crazy moves,
that's gonna be nuts. It is out of control. It
looks fun as hell though. It does look fun.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
It looks really funny.
Speaker 5 (39:23):
I'm like, I'm looking at this and not thinking like,
oh I need this to get I want to do
this just to be grinding and stuff.
Speaker 1 (39:29):
There's been a couple of times I've just done it
accidentally for a little bit and I'm like, that was awesome.
I feah, it's very tony hawky.
Speaker 4 (39:37):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (39:38):
All right, Okay, that's probably enough Mario Catt. Oh you
can cut away, so I can cut away?
Speaker 4 (39:47):
All right?
Speaker 1 (39:47):
Cool?
Speaker 4 (39:49):
All right?
Speaker 1 (39:50):
Do we want to what does chat want to talk about?
They have any questions? Because I put up a video
today with my my first week impressions and everything. So
IF's anything in that video I missed, they just have
questions about people that maybe don't have a switch to
when they're looking to pick it up. In the meantime,
we didn't get to laugh about this. I say, laugh,
(40:13):
it's very upsetting me. See this is old news at
this point. But did you guys hear that game Stop
was stapling the top of the boxes for the switches?
Did you hear about this? Kim?
Speaker 4 (40:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (40:24):
No, Uh so game Stop was getting the receipt, the
pre order receipt and they were just on the top
of the box. Now that sucks, right, But you know
what's even worse than that, Kim. The switch screen is
right there, so they were stapling into the switch screen.
How crazy is that? The incredible? How I'm sorry, how
(40:49):
brain dead do you have to be to be working
at GameStop and not know that people aren't gonna want
to you to staple into their new box that they're
spending five hundred dollars on.
Speaker 2 (41:00):
Yeah, yeah, no.
Speaker 4 (41:03):
Stickers. I know that's what I was going to say,
mebo boxes and I was like, that's going to ruin.
Speaker 1 (41:07):
I've had so many Amoebo tops ruined by pulling off
a stick at the game stop sticker.
Speaker 4 (41:12):
This is next level ambo imagine, you know.
Speaker 1 (41:15):
Yeah, And the whole point of amibo is like collecting
and the value keeping. Who wants to like buy a
present for their kid or something of a switch to
and give it to them with a stapled front?
Speaker 4 (41:27):
What was wrong with just taking part of the backing
off the sticker.
Speaker 1 (41:30):
And just you know, yeah, or like just not stable.
Speaker 5 (41:35):
Have you seen the memes coming out from this People
are just using a hammer to put a receipt on or.
Speaker 2 (41:42):
Like a hydraulic press. No, I wish I had some
of those. Can I say that we did talk about this.
We did when we saw the box opening, you know,
early we we did say, like, is that going to
be safe with the screen right there?
Speaker 1 (41:55):
Dude, I this is this is my actual box, and
it got dented. I don't know how before I opened
it it got dented.
Speaker 4 (42:03):
I mean that just happens those boxes.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
Literally, the screen is right there when you take it out,
it's right at the top of the box.
Speaker 4 (42:11):
Kind of a design flaw in the box.
Speaker 1 (42:14):
We were we did mention that that that we were
like a little nervous. That screen is Yeah, I don't
know why they made it so like compact like that
with barely any patting.
Speaker 4 (42:24):
Yeah, that is weird because the other one, the box,
is way thicker.
Speaker 2 (42:27):
I sent it in Chat.
Speaker 1 (42:28):
Oh okay, let's pull it up. Did Chat have any questions?
Speaker 6 (42:33):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (42:34):
Do we have one person that says, here's your receipt.
Have you found any voice memories and Breath of the
Wild or Tears of the Kingdom from.
Speaker 1 (42:43):
No, I've barely played it and I haven't linked. Have
you you linked the app? Have you found any of
those voice memos yet?
Speaker 2 (42:50):
There's voice memos?
Speaker 5 (42:52):
That's a numb Sorry, I was just I was just
using it to like give myself better items from my
other game Bingo.
Speaker 1 (42:58):
This is AI, is it?
Speaker 2 (43:01):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (43:01):
I can tell. Yeah, it's such a Look at the
switch logo, look at the games, look at the game
stop logo, and then just look at the person I
got fooled by. Look at the hair on this guy.
Look at that hairline. What's that little like Hitler mustache
looking hairline?
Speaker 2 (43:20):
Up to my god, you're a boomer. You fell for
the aim.
Speaker 1 (43:24):
I'm gonna play this to see what it is.
Speaker 4 (43:27):
Because the guy looks normal.
Speaker 1 (43:29):
I'm zero point zero zero seconds in on it, and
I knew it was a got confused. Let's play it.
Let's see.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
Let's see this non a.
Speaker 1 (43:41):
My god, it is so a ied out of its mind.
Speaker 4 (43:47):
Yeah, now I'm looking at it.
Speaker 5 (43:48):
Yeah, oh no, it's funny.
Speaker 1 (43:54):
Look at the way the receipt like melts and melts
into the ball.
Speaker 6 (44:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (44:00):
Yeah, no, I fell for it.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
You know what that Actually, when your mom was here
the other day, I was scrolling through Instagram and I
saw one of the AI reporter videos. And I've seen
a lot of people online saying like, hey, show these
to your parents so they know. And I showed it
to your mom. I was like, do you notice anything
weird about this? And she was like no, And I
was like, that's all AI. She was like really, And
then like in the next scene, like a shock comes
(44:27):
out of the water, and I'm like, yeah, see it's AI.
Speaker 4 (44:32):
Would have loved it, like Grandma.
Speaker 1 (44:35):
Your grandma would have totally fallen through.
Speaker 4 (44:37):
Her the National Inquirer. Can you imagine her with a
video of a person I used to send.
Speaker 5 (44:41):
I used to my grandma clips of video games and say,
look what just happened?
Speaker 1 (44:45):
And she's like, there's a there's a clip of someone
a little pink eating it showing their grandma a car
chase in grand theft auto and their grandma is like,
oh my god. She's like, oh this is so the
world's going crazy. We've told the story before. But your
grandma would have absolutely fallen for that, because she fell
for the thing where someone rang the house and was like, hey,
(45:08):
it's your grandson.
Speaker 5 (45:09):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (45:09):
I thought you're gonna talk about the Nigerian prince story.
Speaker 2 (45:11):
Oh yeah, that's that.
Speaker 1 (45:12):
But she was like, hey, it's your grandson. I'm in
prison and I need to be bailed out. I need money.
And she goes, is this wood and the guy goes, yeah,
that's me.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
Would oh my god, dude.
Speaker 1 (45:22):
And then she was telling your mom like he said
it was.
Speaker 4 (45:25):
Him, Oh so bad. Yeah, yeah, she was a gullible lady.
Speaker 1 (45:32):
M You can't seem to go anywhere online and see
anybody talking positively about Nintendo without seeing negativity in the comments.
Oh yeah, that's just the Internet. I have an example
of it that I'm going to find because I did
not copy it. I copied the same link into our
(45:54):
Google sheets for everything. Apparently everything's linking to the three
point five million because I'm just so excited about it. Sting. Okay,
here's what I wanted to show. So this was on Instagram.
I saw this while I was scrolling game. Is blown
away at how fast Super Smash Brothers loads on Nintendo Switch.
So you can see here that they pick their fighters,
(46:18):
says versus, and then they in a game. Yeah. Kind
of cool. Right, It's just a little article talking about it.
Every single comment Nintendo fans after buying a four hundred
of console just a load a seven year old game
and six six seconds faster than usual. Never been less
excited about a console launch. Wow, it runs old games
so fast? Did Nintendo write this post? I mean, it's
(46:39):
not like the load times were bothersome in the first place.
Just a gift of a bunch of ants staring standards
at this low. It's almost as if it's a stronger
console than Switch one people bought Switch to to play
a nine year old game. This is across the board
on anything I see. If anyone's nice, if anyone says, oh,
they show anything cool about the Switch to, all of
(47:01):
the comments are like this. It's insufferable, but it's it's everything.
Speaker 4 (47:05):
Now though, if you look at the comments of anything,
if someone's being positive in the video.
Speaker 1 (47:08):
All the comments it's always negative.
Speaker 5 (47:10):
Yeah, I know.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (47:11):
It's like every fan based like Star Wars, Marvel, like
they're always complaining, and it's.
Speaker 4 (47:16):
Just like patbid you enjoy anything? Exact, I find something
nice to say about anything.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
I know I was.
Speaker 1 (47:21):
I was saying this on my stream, but it's like
I hate the Internet and I miss days before it.
Like when I was a kid and I went to
go buy an N sixty four or a GameCube, I
didn't have the Internet telling me about the DRM terms
of service that I that I that I should look
out for because my console might get bricked or exploding
batteries or like all of these issues and all this negativity.
(47:43):
I just went and bought a console and I liked
Smash Brothers.
Speaker 5 (47:47):
I missed the days of like the game of Like
what is it when you when you're just telling someone
something and it just gets passed around?
Speaker 1 (47:54):
Yeah, telephone, just normal human communication.
Speaker 5 (47:57):
Like like people like like some crazy rumor would just
sprout out because of it.
Speaker 1 (48:03):
Look, I grew up with the Internet and like, like
you know, it became relevant when we were want in
our early teens. Yeah, so, like you know, and I
liked the Internet. I thought there's a little positives about
the Internet. I think the Internet was intended to be
a really good place, but I think we've had it
too long and it's not fun anymore, and everything just
gets ruined online. And I honestly feel like if you
(48:24):
just didn't have the Internet and you didn't look at
any of that, and you were just like excited for Nintendo,
you would have no issues with this launch.
Speaker 4 (48:31):
Yeah. I stay away from like all the comment sections
of stuff, and I'm doing pretty good. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (48:35):
Think, I mean you probably would have been like, oh,
why is that eighty?
Speaker 3 (48:38):
Now?
Speaker 1 (48:38):
I guess I'm getting that in a bundle and that's
the last time you would have ever thought about it.
Speaker 4 (48:42):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (48:42):
But now you're so mad about it that you're screaming
online about it and commenting about it and every thread
and forum like, I don't know, I don't know, just
the internet sucks. We can't have anything nice, no Now.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
I also maybe this says a lot about it how
I was raised, But I don't know, do you guys?
Don't you guys remember like in school, like your teachers
always being like, you're such a complainer. You're such a whiner.
Stop complaining. It's like I feel like kids, maybe people,
other people didn't get that, but I just feel like
you can get Complaining is normal now, it's the normal
thing to do.
Speaker 1 (49:14):
Did your teachers tell you that a lot? Yeah, they
did a lot. That might be that might be an
inner reflection, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (49:20):
Maybe it is. But I just thought complaining was bad,
is what I'm trying to say to.
Speaker 5 (49:24):
Somebody in my class used to tattle tale a lot
and my tea teacher literally pinned a tail on them.
Speaker 1 (49:30):
That's just good old fashioned school. And yah, you know
back in the day when you could be a teacher,
you know what I.
Speaker 5 (49:36):
Mean, put a tail right on them. They had to
walk around all day like that.
Speaker 1 (49:39):
It was really back when you could shame a student.
Speaker 4 (49:43):
Yeah, shame is extinct. Now you're not allowed to shame
anything anymore.
Speaker 1 (49:46):
You can't you can't slap them with a roller. Well
I don't know. Wow, Okay, yeah either. Actually I think
I think that was bad.
Speaker 4 (49:56):
I think shame maybe sometimes.
Speaker 1 (50:00):
Glad that ring the bell. I'm glad that wasn't the
thing in my time, because I would have got slapped
every day. I was such a menace.
Speaker 5 (50:07):
I got I got, I got it like a burn
on my arm, like the nun one time did this
to my arm.
Speaker 1 (50:12):
Oh, well that's the nuts. They go crazy.
Speaker 4 (50:14):
I think you should have reported that I did.
Speaker 5 (50:16):
My mom My mom almost beat the No. No, it
was really funny.
Speaker 2 (50:21):
Oh that's what. I don't know what's happening over there.
Speaker 4 (50:25):
We can get to by that that. I'm going to
need a minute for that.
Speaker 1 (50:28):
You take a minute because I forgot to thank people.
We passed one hundred thousands.
Speaker 2 (50:32):
I was waiting to bring it up. Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (50:38):
You guys really pushed us over the edge that last episode.
I mean, we got like two thousand or something. What
do you what are you waiting?
Speaker 2 (50:45):
I wanted to do this, but it's too late. There's
like a delay on this.
Speaker 1 (50:48):
This feels like something that I should you should lead
into I should we passed? We and then you would
I'd be like, oh, I have an announcement to make,
and then you.
Speaker 2 (51:00):
We're doing We're doing sound effects, guys, this is part
of the new show.
Speaker 1 (51:04):
Yeah, if you guys can think of any like good
soundbites from the show and things people have said, definitely,
if it's out of context, all the better.
Speaker 2 (51:11):
Tag me in the discord if you if you have one,
and maybe I'll add it to the show.
Speaker 1 (51:16):
Okay, I'm going to bring up our stream real quick.
I so I asked for questions. I don't know if
we got any.
Speaker 2 (51:22):
No, we didn't get I would, I promise you I
would have read them. Somebody did bring up your somebody
did bring up your H three.
Speaker 1 (51:31):
Shout out. Somebody did bring it up earlier.
Speaker 6 (51:33):
Here.
Speaker 2 (51:33):
Let me say if I can find it, I me
know if you can find it.
Speaker 1 (51:36):
I can't.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
I did find it. No, not that somebody brought it up.
I'm trying to look for that.
Speaker 1 (51:41):
Well, we can't really watch it because we have no
no audio passed through unfortunately.
Speaker 2 (51:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
I was watching H three, not this, not today's episode,
but last episode, and Ethan was talking about Mario Kart
and that he and his kids were enjoying Mario catt World,
and he was kind of like giving a little mini
review and he was like, yeah, it's really cool. They
made it so you can't fall off the edge now.
And immediately I was like, I know what's happening here,
(52:09):
because when you load up that game, it doesn't tell you,
but they're smart steering on by default kind of like
it's fine, but it is kind of like Baby's mode
because it will keep you away from the edges and
it will make it impossible to fall off the edge.
But if you turn off smart steering in the settings,
you'll fall off the edge. So I commented that he
had smart staring on making it so he couldn't fall
(52:32):
off the edge, and ab on the podcast, who is
a friend of the show and a friend of me
and we've streamed together before, read my comment out and
Ethan was not happy. He kind of he got pretty
upset at the accusation that maybe he was playing with
baby mode on. He was like, no, I just don't
go near the edges. But you said you can't fall
(52:52):
off the edge, which makes me, which makes me think
you may be gone near an edge at some point
to test it. But it's fine. It's a fine way
to play the game. It's a fun but plays it
that way. Yeah, he plays.
Speaker 4 (53:04):
It on auto.
Speaker 1 (53:08):
Yeah, I don't know why.
Speaker 4 (53:10):
It is really annoying when you fall off the edge.
Speaker 1 (53:12):
You can't you can't get the rainbow drift. Yeah, and
you also it makes it kind of impossible to grind
on wolves or like rails off to the side because
it'll pull you back. Yeah, why I can't Okay, yeah,
yeah yeah.
Speaker 2 (53:25):
I played with it on when we were playing because
I didn't know the courses and the free roaming. It
gets really confusing because it's like, I don't know where
the track is. Do you want to play the It
made me turn Do we have that clip? I do,
but I don't have audio. Oh okay, okay, this clip's
great too. I mean I can play it smart steering
on just to learn the courses. Once I learned the courses,
(53:46):
I'll probably.
Speaker 1 (53:46):
Turn it off.
Speaker 4 (53:47):
I might, but I don't know.
Speaker 1 (53:50):
Uh like this clip, Yeah, lean your mic into it,
all right, I'll give it a shot. This clip is
very funny. Who is this dspsp DS. I've been seeing
so many clips of him playing Maria Ka. He kind
of sucks at it, hunh.
Speaker 2 (54:04):
He sucks at the game.
Speaker 4 (54:05):
He plays every single game.
Speaker 1 (54:07):
Every clips I've seen him playing of this game, he'll
blame the game for what's going on. Every time he'll
be like, why didn't do that when he did it.
Speaker 5 (54:17):
If you're ever having bad games and you're doing bad
in games, just watch this guy, and you'll feel better.
Speaker 1 (54:21):
Can you see this, kim oh no as a scream protector,
now as a screen protector. All right, hold on driving this?
Speaker 7 (54:41):
What's going on?
Speaker 6 (54:43):
What the fuck?
Speaker 2 (54:45):
What the fuck? What just happened?
Speaker 6 (54:50):
The game put me in the wrong direction.
Speaker 7 (54:54):
The game put me in the wrong direction?
Speaker 4 (54:56):
Where is he going on?
Speaker 6 (54:58):
Thanks?
Speaker 1 (55:01):
Yeah, thanks Nintendo? Thanks a lot.
Speaker 7 (55:03):
I think there's a problem with that. Why did the
game put me in the wrong direction? And I stole
my item?
Speaker 1 (55:15):
That's good?
Speaker 4 (55:16):
I mean with the bike gets pushed over?
Speaker 2 (55:19):
Uh what meme?
Speaker 4 (55:22):
He falls? Always like, I can't believe you did that himself.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
I just it is. It's honestly something I would do that.
I would go, I would drive the wrong way and
be like, why did the game do that? It's very funny.
There are so many clips of him doing this. You
you sent me a funny TikTok. I don't know if
you want to talk about it.
Speaker 4 (55:42):
Oh yeah, yeah, with the with the snowman because he
didn't have any arms.
Speaker 1 (55:47):
Can I, uh, how would I find that TikTok?
Speaker 5 (55:49):
If I, then.
Speaker 1 (55:53):
Why are you doing that?
Speaker 4 (55:55):
Pulling that?
Speaker 2 (55:56):
If you did, we have some some questions.
Speaker 1 (56:00):
They're not they're not any like, okay, hold on, let
me play this first. No problem. So for reference, here
Kim was playing as the snowman in the game and
the snowman has no arms, so she she messaged me.
She was like, how's the snowman driving the car? And
then she sent me this TikTok and don't forget to
give it to.
Speaker 2 (56:18):
A crap dat.
Speaker 6 (56:21):
We got over the damn how's he pulling out.
Speaker 2 (56:38):
The list?
Speaker 6 (56:41):
I rarely get left speechless.
Speaker 2 (56:46):
I was left speechless by Batgun.
Speaker 1 (56:50):
I feel like someone needs to edit that. Someone needs
to edit that with the snow how's he driving that?
How's he driving that?
Speaker 4 (56:58):
I just I remember that video. I didn't notice the
pizza review.
Speaker 2 (57:01):
Go I want pizza now?
Speaker 1 (57:03):
Oh, I could go for a slice.
Speaker 4 (57:05):
We have so many pizza places.
Speaker 1 (57:06):
There's a newish pizza place down the road. They've been
open for like a year now. Actually it's good, but
they have this neon sign out the front of this
led sign, and the whole time they've been open, it's
been rotating a picture of Dave Portnoye and it says
please eat here. Oh yeah, and it's been it's been,
have they because it was like a year and I
(57:27):
was like, he ain't coming. We're in the middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania.
He ain't coming.
Speaker 2 (57:33):
You never know. The questions I have are silly.
Speaker 1 (57:37):
I don't know if you want it, but we uh
so we're on. We're on borrowed time because we have help,
and we also started late, and I'm also very tired.
So I honestly don't mind some silly questions just to
end us out here. Okay, all right.
Speaker 2 (57:51):
The first silly question is about the switch to Miss Lissa.
The one I thought was list list.
Speaker 1 (58:01):
The last yeah list was that that one stream? Though,
so she did hear that. I don't know if she was,
because she texted me during the stream.
Speaker 2 (58:08):
Oh great, Okay, No, I think that that was during
the bonus that we did that thing beg Anyway, she
asks if the switch to is crisp, clean and fun.
Speaker 1 (58:20):
Oh yes, I actually I said that in my review,
and then my editor cut out me saying fun like
he didn't know it was a joke. I was like,
why'd you cut out me saying fun? And I didn't
actually ask him, but I thought about it after. He
probably thought that it was a silly word to use.
He just cut it out. That's what I Justine said.
(58:40):
I was going to ask if that's what everyone was
meming on it.
Speaker 4 (58:43):
Yeah, capture bitter girl who reviews text for something nice about.
Speaker 1 (58:47):
I'm with you, queen. Yeah, we're with you.
Speaker 2 (58:49):
We're all with you on that one.
Speaker 4 (58:51):
Yes, I don't get it.
Speaker 1 (58:52):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (58:53):
The other one is how does Stinky Joe like the
switch to you have any cool Sticky Joe stories?
Speaker 4 (58:58):
And he's really bad at Mario Kart, but.
Speaker 1 (59:00):
Like he's only now sort of getting into his flashcards
of like little black and white animals, and like he's
just kind of staring at them.
Speaker 4 (59:10):
Like we now he has opinions on a couple of them.
Speaker 1 (59:13):
There'll be a couple of way, like his eyes will
get bigger. Who might giggle or he might say.
Speaker 4 (59:16):
Something to it. He likes to talk to the bear,
but he can't see too much right now. I mean
he does like the aquarium thing.
Speaker 1 (59:24):
Kim puts up an aquarium on the TV, and he
does also Last night when I was changing him, the
change table is right next to the TV, and Kim
had wrestling on and while I was changing him, he
was just staring at the wrestling and because it was
like three am in the morning, and we were like
trying to sleep. I just kind of left him there
for a little bit where when I went to like
I went to go pee and like get myself sort
(59:45):
of to get back into bed. And I came back
and he was still just watching that Beyonca girl with
the long hair. And I was saying to Kim, like,
I don't know at what point you're supposed to like
take the like not do screens, because I don't want
him to, Like I.
Speaker 4 (59:59):
Mean, I I think in some instances it's fine, like
watching an aquarium is not going to hurt his brain,
you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (01:00:05):
I don't know, because screens like like absorb their mind.
I don't want to. I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
I don't have a kid, so I don't want to
like tell you how to parent. But what I've heard,
that's all. I'm not an expert, but what I've heard
is that the important thing is like if they cry
for a screen and you don't want to give it
to them, don't, Yeah, because I've heard that like kids
who grew up as iPad kids are like physically fighting
their teachers for their iPhones. So it's like, as long
as you don't create that dependence I think that's what
(01:00:33):
the screen worry is the biggest screen word I will
say as new parents. And I haven't said this to
Kim yet, and I don't know how she feels about it.
And while I'm still going to try my best to
like not do screen time and not use that as
a crutch, I'm going to try my best. I totally
get it.
Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
Now, you're a.
Speaker 4 (01:00:49):
Single mom and you just want a minute of riot
so you can pee.
Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
I get like, he's not even he'sn't even at the
stage where we can do it yet because he doesn't
really understand what's happening. It doesn't help. But what I'm
saying is we're a month and a half in and
I wish we had something that would calm him down
for long enough that we could just have a minute.
And if for parents that's an iPad, I get it, sister,
(01:01:13):
I get it. I really do get it. Like what
we have is that swing chair that Bob bought us
from our registry that'll calm him down and quite him
down for maybe like half an hour, maybe forty five minutes.
But you're also not supposed to leave them in that
too long because they're next in a bad spot. So
you know, it's very like, yeah, we put him in that,
we do the dishes, and then we pick him back up. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:01:36):
Like I said, my friend has a seven year old
and they're very good about like, you know, when there's
guests over he's really into his switch and when there's
guests over there like okay, switch time's over, and he
obviously wants to switch time, but they're pretty good about
like easing him into taking the screen away. And so
I think what more is the thing is like if
they're screaming for the screen and you don't want to
(01:01:57):
give them the screen, I feel like that's what creates
the ad. You know what I mean is that they
know they can scream enough to get it.
Speaker 4 (01:02:03):
Oh yeah, as soon as they realize they can get
what they want if they do a certain thing, they're
going to keep doing that.
Speaker 6 (01:02:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
The funny thing is by the time he actually will
care about games and sort of be invested or interest,
it'll be playing them. It'll probably be like the Switch three.
Speaker 2 (01:02:16):
Yeah, the elon chip.
Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
But he will probably completely misswitch too, because I mean
like engaging it by like Billy's Kid, Like Billy's Kid
now is starting to get into playing like Mark. Well,
I guess he was doing it a couple of years
ago with Billy, but now he's like playing it on
his own and he's like eight now, yeah, so which
is crazy, which is crazy.
Speaker 4 (01:02:39):
He might get it at the end, he might.
Speaker 1 (01:02:42):
So he'll probably start to pick up if I want to, Yeah,
around like five. I'm guessing he'll probably.
Speaker 4 (01:02:49):
Give them the older console anyway, just because you know
they're gonna drop.
Speaker 1 (01:02:53):
I'm gonna start him on an e sell.
Speaker 2 (01:02:56):
Yeah, we've talked about that before.
Speaker 1 (01:02:58):
He's on the older I don't do ANYS for like
two months, and I'm going to be like, hey, buddy,
it just came out. Liquid just came out, Mega man X.
Speaker 4 (01:03:08):
That's what I was going to do with the cartoons,
you know.
Speaker 1 (01:03:10):
Yeah, it's because his perception of time. Yeah, it would
be so like he won't even understand that it's only
been two months. If I never really tell him what happened,
he'd probably get to like thirty and be telling people
that he grew up with any s.
Speaker 2 (01:03:23):
But I was there.
Speaker 1 (01:03:24):
Yeah, I remember when Supernintendo came out. I went to
the store and I got the n sixty four with
my dad. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's fine. I look forward
to that. Renee says, my question is not silly, Renee,
what's your question? Or so, how long have we been life?
Because it came.
Speaker 2 (01:03:43):
We got a one hour and three minutes.
Speaker 1 (01:03:45):
Okay, we can probably start winding down. I'm honestly very tired.
We're both very tired, and we got to do a
bonus episode. As much as I would love to go longer,
we do have to do and these guys have to
get home.
Speaker 2 (01:03:57):
Somebody asked about the Somebody asked about the weight the
weight switch. Yeah, if you have any comments on the oh,
I haven't noticed.
Speaker 1 (01:04:03):
I haven't noticed a weight at all, have you just
it honestly just feels like a normal switch.
Speaker 4 (01:04:07):
No, No, it's heav It's definitely heavier than my old one.
Because you handed me the new one.
Speaker 5 (01:04:12):
I was like, I don't know. It doesn't feel like
I don't know the regular switch. Almost feels like it's
like I got big hands. Yeah, and I feel like
I sometimes I'm gonna break the little switch. This feels
very premium.
Speaker 1 (01:04:23):
I'm still not over this. Yes, this is so much fun.
Speaker 2 (01:04:27):
This is great.
Speaker 1 (01:04:30):
Switch to AMR. Yeah, that's really fine.
Speaker 5 (01:04:32):
I honestly will take this out and play like this
with the with the you will the bone the what
is it the dog bone?
Speaker 2 (01:04:41):
The dog bone. Yeah, and just so I can keep
playing with the magnets.
Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
That's cyberpunk is really cool with Marster controls. You should
try it before you leave. It's really cool. Wait, there's
like I talk about it in my video. But yeah,
so you hold them like this when you play, and
then you can you aim and shoot like an actual gun,
which is cool. And then when you want to reload,
you go like this and it reloads. When you want
(01:05:05):
to heal, you go like this, and it heals when
you're punching, you like punch like this. So yeah, this
whole and I honestly like them a lot, like it.
It feels more organic to play that way. It's just
I prefer using the park control because the Proke control
is so nice. Yeah, the new one, I haven't.
Speaker 2 (01:05:23):
I haven't had any, like I said, honestly, my first
time playing was on the train with with Bengal, But
I will say that the joy cons feel more sturdy.
Speaker 1 (01:05:32):
Yeah, firm, Everything feels more quality, like a huge on
this thing. Yeah, I know, I like it.
Speaker 4 (01:05:37):
The size of an eminem you don't need.
Speaker 2 (01:05:39):
That dumb strap to the buttons. No, no, yeah, yeah, buttons.
Speaker 1 (01:05:43):
And even if you add in the strap that comes
with it, it doesn't add buttons. You still use this.
Speaker 2 (01:05:48):
Yeah, it's it's much. It's much like more firm in
your hand. It doesn't feel so plastic, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 1 (01:05:54):
What did Renee hit us with the question?
Speaker 2 (01:05:57):
I'm sorry, I'm still catching up a chat. I'm scrolling through.
Speaker 1 (01:06:01):
She just said my question is not silly, and then
she never told us the question. Well, maybe it was
the baby question.
Speaker 4 (01:06:07):
Maybe I think she asked the question before.
Speaker 2 (01:06:11):
I'm looking Renee, don't don't leave. Tell us here, tell
us your question.
Speaker 1 (01:06:15):
All right, I'm done. I'm so tired. I know this
wasn't the most energetic episode, but I am really, really tired.
I literally I do have a style on my eye
from being overworked and stressed and tired. And we did
not sleep last night. So apologies if the energy was
a bit low. But we are all very excited for
(01:06:37):
the Swish, I mean, Max, maybe not.
Speaker 2 (01:06:39):
I'm excited.
Speaker 1 (01:06:40):
I had a great time playing it on the train.
Speaker 2 (01:06:41):
I can't wait to play it some more.
Speaker 1 (01:06:42):
Actually, but I really love it. I'm having a lot
of fun with it. No regrets here, obviously, and then
we get Donkey Kong in like a month and like
four more nontendo episodes, we get Donkey Kong that pumped,
and then they just we didn't talk about this, but
they just announced we probably should quickly show this a
new Splatoon.
Speaker 2 (01:07:01):
Oh yeah, some people were asking.
Speaker 1 (01:07:03):
About the Splatoon two. I don't. I didn't want to
interrupt mouse controls for it. Uh, I imagine there will be.
Speaker 2 (01:07:11):
Yeah, right, there should be. There is motion control, so
I'm sure it's pretty easy to implement.
Speaker 1 (01:07:15):
The spinoff might even have been made in mind because
of the new motion controls and the new the new mouse.
Speaker 2 (01:07:21):
There was a Splatoon three update as well, so you
might be able to play it with mouse controls on
the update.
Speaker 1 (01:07:28):
You don't think so?
Speaker 5 (01:07:28):
No, no, in an update right now the Splatoon three updates. No, no,
you can't. Last night we tried it.
Speaker 1 (01:07:36):
Yeah, I'm not sure what I'm looking at here, but
this is some new spinoff of Splatoon Splatoon Raiders. And
then yeah, people are pointing out this comes out this year.
That means that this year we got a new Mario
cart a new Donkey Kong, a new Splatoon, a new Pokemon,
a new Zelda. Uh, and then a new Metroid. That's
(01:07:56):
all in the first year. How insane is that? That's
I also keep forgetting that we're getting a news Elda,
we're getting Age of Imprisonment this year, and then starttish
of next year. Uh, bloodsuckers. What's dust bloods?
Speaker 2 (01:08:12):
Dust buds?
Speaker 4 (01:08:13):
Yeah, bloods it's the new.
Speaker 1 (01:08:18):
Dark Souls game for Switch Exclusive. Yeah. I'm hype for Metroid.
I'm hyped for everything we've been waiting years for that.
There's not a thing in this lineup I'm not hyped for.
I'm even hype for Pokemon. I don't care. I'm excited,
not as excited as some other things, but I'm here,
all right. Wait, I gotta go, We gotta go, We
(01:08:40):
gotta get it out of here. Hit the music. Hit
the patreot, hit that music. I'm also starving, you know
what I mean? A little sandwich I threw together with
two bits of bread and some cheese.
Speaker 4 (01:08:52):
I'm not realizing. I don't know if I eat anything.
Speaker 1 (01:08:54):
I don't think. We don't eat anymore. We don't eat anymore.
There's no time to eat. Eat us guys. Everything we
eat now we order from Uber, like like once a day,
we will order dinner. There's no time to cook, there's
no time to clean, there's no time to eat, there's
no time to sleep, and I'm trying to I'm putting
out multiple videos in between all of this.
Speaker 4 (01:09:15):
Yeah, it's crazy. Yeah, I don't think I eat anything.
Don't have a kid, No, I have one.
Speaker 1 (01:09:20):
He's awesome, he's the best. I was thinking, Joe of
your own he could have come a year earlier, to
be honest.
Speaker 4 (01:09:26):
Well, he had his own schedules.
Speaker 1 (01:09:28):
Yeah, this wasn't the best time for him to show up.
You guys should have pre ordered. But there's no bad
time for him. He's awesome, he's the best. I love
him so much. All Right, everybody like comment and subscribe.
I appreciate you all. I gotta try getting that play button,
like you got to apply for it. I can't remember how. Yeah,
(01:09:48):
thank you so much Kim for being here and we'll
hopefully be here again next week. Really excited for that.
Thank you Bingle and Max for coming on down and
hopefully they'll make it back next week. Yes, yes, and
either way, the show will be back next week one
way or another. And we appreciate you, we love you
so much, and hopefully by next week I'll have more
sleep and we can have a bit more of an
(01:10:10):
energetic show. But yeah, I love you, Love you guys.
