Un po’ c’entra.
Le tegole scure si chiamano chiancarelle, e non a caso quello è il nome con il quale a Taranto indicano i dischi di pasta a forma di cupola per i quali la Puglia è universalmente nota, cioè le orecchiette. Nell’archivio della chiesa di San Nicola di Bari, però, è conservato un atto datato 1596 che sposterebbe a Bari l'origine di questo piatto conteso.
