Nancy is a member of the National Speakers Association and President-Elect of its North Texas Chapter. She was awarded NSA’s Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation which only 12% of speakers world-wide have achieved. Nancy has also been published in several journals and her book, “The 180 Rule for Accountability”, was published in 2013.
