is Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor. Bandido defends the
Ring of Honor Championship against Takeshka. I feel like the
don Kallis family needs some gold. Micah even if it's

I feel like there's been an up and down with Bandido.

a tournament wrestler. He is focused on the South, like

I'd hate to just come out the gates and agree
with you, but I think Takashna gets a WORLL titled

Fletcher and Ocada for succeeding.

Yeah, here's gonna be the issue. There are three matches
here that predominantly feature either people from Texas or people
just south of Texas. They can't all lose. So let's
operate under the assumption that we're right. Bandido's dropping the

title to Takeshka. What does that mean for the women's
Ring of Honor world title match where Athena, who's had
that belt forever, defends against thunder Rosa.

Thedest thing I can say, and I'm gonna say it all,
and the stupidest thing I will say, I'll preview. Okay,
a woman from Texas will win the Ring of Honor
Women's world title, either Houston's Athena or San Antonio's thunder Rosa.
So I don't know if that really matters much because
they both reside in Texas. Yeah, and I believe even

though you know thunder Rosa's from Tijuana, I just feel
like this isn't the moment, or maybe it is.

It's been the longest rain in Ring of Honor history.

The shock factor that would be pulled off would be incredible.

And don't we have a gauntlet match the following night
that sets up a woman for a world title shot.
So I'm not trying to project anything, but if you're
telling me that Athena's rain as Ring of Honor champion
finally came to an end, it wouldn't be the most
shocking time because she can rebound right away.

If I'm Tony, yeah, if I'm Tony Khan, if I'm
taking the belt off of Athena, it's to have her
make a splash on Saturday, and I'm gonna do a
long ass title reign with thunder Rows so much like
I did with Athena. We'll see if they do that.
I don't know that I have a good feel one
way or the other. I guess I'm gonna go with

Athena retaining, but at some point in time you probably
need to do something else with her, and despite this
long title reign she's had, So we'll see. You've got
the Ring of Honor Tag Team Championship on the line.
The Sons of Texas, Dustin Roads and Samy Gevara take
on the infantry. I don't see any reason to take

the belts off of Dustin and Sammy. I also don't
see any reason that they put them on them in
the first place, though, So maybe you do put the
belts on the infantry here. I kind of don't see
it happening, though.

during Aw's all in weekend, not saying he's going back
on his retirement, but he might be walking behind Darby

I don't think it helps in the long term. If

If Ospray and Strickland lose, they cannot challenge for the
aw World Championship for one year. If the Bucks lose,
they will be stripped of their EVP titles. The easy
thing here is for the Bucks to lose. The thing
that makes way more sense is for Strickland and Osprey
to lose and automatically two main eventters. You have a

logical reason of why they are not in the title picture,
and you can do a lot of things with them
outside of the world title picture and at the same
time utilize other talent, lift them up, do other programs
around the world title. As much as I love Osprey
and love Swarve Strickland, the moment this stipulation was announced

to me, it just seems obvious. This is how you're
going to elevate other talent. This is how you're going
to explain away Swerve and Osprey not getting title shots.
I love the idea of them not winning and not
being able to challenge for the title for a year.

Fatal flaw with what they did with Cody Rhodes was
he could never fight for the world title again. They've
corrected that flaw.

It's just a year, it's just twelve months, it's just
eight pay per views. And like you said, there's there's
plenty of cage matches, strange matches and.

But who were the bucks the cucks if they don't
have that EVP power?

And I look at this is a little different from
the Cody Roads situation because as best I remember with that,

you know, like, well, dude, it was your thing. Just
change your mind. Look that being said, I expect some
chicanery from the Bucks. I think it's too easy to

do ospray turning on Strickland after suckering him into agreeing
to this stipulation. Although you could certainly do that, I
hope they go a different route than that. I mean, obviously,
Swerve doesn't have to be happy after the match and
now he doesn't get a challenge for the title for
a year, but he gets why Osprey did it. It's

for the greater good of the company. It just didn't
work out. They got cheated whatever whatever. I mean, let's
entertain that the flip side did this for a second, Micah,
what if the Bucks lose? Swerve said that Ian Osprey.
They don't want to be the EVPs. They want the

fans to be able to decide. I mean, theoretically, if
the Bucks lose, do we suddenly remember that kiddie Omegas
and EVP as well. That seems to be forgotten these days.
Does Christopher Daniels, a former interim EVP, get elevated to

EVP status, Does a returning dude who likes to hang
out in the rafters. It's been retired for a year.
Becoming EVP. Uh does Brian Danielson becoming EVP? I mean,
there are a lot of different ways you could go
with that side of it as well. But you said something,

I don't know what the Bucks are without the EVP thing.
They've really leaned to into it heavy with the whole
spirit of seventy six thing they've been doing as of late,
and maybe that's all by design for when they lose here.
I don't know, But as as I think it is,

if Swerve an Osprey lose, you've got a lot of possibilities.
If the Bucks were to lose as well.

I think it's more likely that they keep that power
and that that helps still the dynamic with the Death Riders.
What could are the Bucks to the Death Riders If
they're not swinging that EVP power, they're just two weasels
that aren't as tough as you, guys.

unless you get back in they're good graces by interfering
in the title match and showing your worst to the
Bucks even without the EVP power, that's a possibility. Hell,
maybe that foreshadows the Bucks double crossing the death Riders

wants it or not, I don't know. And hell, you
could still do that even if the Bucks one, I suppose.
But yeah, I just think it's interesting. I think it's
far more likely Swerve an Osprey lose here. I actually
like that, But I don't know that it's necessarily a

foregone conclusion, But I think that does make the most sense.

There's endless possibilities, but I think they're going to keep
it simple. I think that, like you said, we have
now written two huge stars off of the singles picture,
and now you're able to elevate other characters versus now
the Buck's just look dumber like EVP is such ingrained

Yeah, yeah, you're probably right on that. Adam Cole defends
the T and T Championship against Kyle Fletcher, and if
there were ever a time to take the title off
of someone, it is Saturday in Arlington Tech. Adam Cole
must lose here to Kyle Fletcher.

We need some TNT prestige return to that title. This
has been a lot of build up. We said, how
can you reclaim all that aura that Fletcher had when
he went into his second main event with Ospray. Well,

let you become a champion. You take out Adam Cole.
I think it's a good weekend for the Katless family.

I think you are almost certainly right on that, especially
based on our earlier predictions for the Ring of Honor
and the Ring of Honor title match. Look, I don't
have anything as Adam Cole. I don't care that he
has the worst physique in wrestling. I don't care that
he's more pale than staying when Hogan decided he wasn't

ready to drop the title to a palass sting. I
don't care about any of that. It's just it hasn't worked,
and it's not necessarily all his fault or all AEW's fault.
Injuries certainly derailed the Adam Cole MJF stuff, which I
think had the potential to be really effing good. We

know that didn't work out, So it's not like I'm
anti Adam Cole. I just don't think any of this
has worked. His TNT championship run hasn't been good. I
don't like him out on Collision Commentary. Get the belt
off of him, regroup with Roddy Strong and O'Reilly, whether

it's Trios Championships, whether it's you're gonna chase Kyle Fletcher
for a while. Like, I don't think Adam Cole is useless.
I just don't think this title run has been good.
I think you need to get the belt off of him,
put it on Fletcher, give it to the Callous family,
and then try to figure out something else without him Cole.

Adam Cole has felt flat, He's looked flabby. It doesn't
feel like the crowd has really gotten behind him. Kyle
Fletch's work has been crisp, it's been clean, and it
feels like he keeps evolving inside of the ring.

Aw tag team titles on the line, their hurts syndicate
Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin defend against Jet Speed. That

Christian Cage and his son Nick Wayne.

You know, there are a few moments in history so
prestigious that you'll remember them wherever you were, But you
will remember where you are when you see the birth
of Nick Cage.
