Domenica 30 giugno 2024 presso il Museo della Stazione di Colonna si è svolta un breve cerimonia in memoria del 10 anniversario della scomparsa prematura di Ennio Arena uno dei fondatori. Erano presenti gli amici e i parenti, i quali l’hanno ricordato con le loro testimonianze.
Ennio era una persona di una disponibilità e generosità infinita, unita a doti umane uniche; grande appassionato e conoscitore delle vicende storiche della Seconda guerra mondiale, collezionista di mezzi storici, aveva fondato insieme alla famiglia il Museo Stazione Ferrovia di Colonna, divenuto una bella e solida realtà, punto di riferimento per tanti appassionati e fondatore del club “Highway Six”.
Per l’occasione, grazie al socio Luciano Alberghini Maltoni abbiamo intervistato Roberto Molle scrittore, storico, avvocato e Presidente Associazione Battaglia di Cassino, il sindaco di Colonna Fausto Giuliani, Paolo Damiani presidente del club highway six, Luisella Pasquali docente di lettere Istituto Comprensivo Don Lorenzo Milani plesso Tiberio Gulluni Colonna – Monte Porzio Catone.
