Myśląc o nagraniu odcinka na ten temat miałem w głowie dwa założenia. Po pierwsze, oddzielenie tej kwestii od otoczki politycznej, która niestety łączy się z art. 39 ustawy o zawodzie lekarza i lekarza dentysty. Po drugie, przedstawienie w ujęciu prawnym możliwych za i przeciw istnieniu tej regulacji. Takich też ustaleń dokonałem z gościem dzisiejszego odcinka.
Realizacja obu założeń okazała się dość trudna, bo polityka już bardzo mocno osadziła się w tej regulacji, a dodatkowo, z prawnego punktu widzenia, mamy wyrok Trybunału Konstytucyjnego z 2015 roku, który nie ułatwia sprawy. Ale o tym już szczegółowo w samym odcinku.
