Speaker 1 (00:09):
Hello everyone, and a very well welcome to all of
you and relaxive podcasts and I'm your friend and host
talking coach, soa, how are you, beautiful people, and how
life is treating you?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Everything fine at your end?
Speaker 1 (00:22):
Hopefully yes, and don't worry.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
You've got this.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
So the topic I've chosen today for you is that
I'm going to discuss brain fog. Why this brain fog
is there and everybody is talking about it? Do you
have any idea? Do you have an idea? You've got
to know about brain fog. It is a cluster of
symptoms confused and mixed with fatigue, mixed with trouble concentration span,
(00:54):
and then you are feeling tired all the time.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
It's not a medical tomb, but psychological phenomenon.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Okay, So if you don't address that, what will happen?
You will have many problems. May they be health related
or sleep related, or mental health related or harmone related.
And what can you do about this? We'll talk about
(01:23):
that later in this episode. So say where you are
or choose a comfy place and then listen to this podcast.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
With ease and calm and with.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
The understanding and awareness. Right, you probably have heard people
using this term. Do often brain fog, brain fog I do.
Sometimes my clients they also say, you know, they talk
about that they are having a trouble concentrating, and especially
students' youth. They're telling that. Sometimes they say that we
(02:01):
are getting through forgetful. Now there is there is confusion.
We don't know how to deal with all the challenges
coming up a way. We don't know how to navigate
the way. In the real world. We are two tens.
We try to be present, we can't. We attend college,
but we remember nothing. We go to university, but we
can't absorb anything. Everything is new, Everything is very troublesome,
(02:25):
and everything is.
Speaker 2 (02:26):
Too confusing, and we feel tired.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
So let's try to know what is causing all this.
Number one, too much screen time. Oh yes, you are
giving too much screen time to your devices. And now
here we go thanks to the AI, that time is
doubling down and people are having more confusions than ever.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
The brain talk is there.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
It's not an official diagnosis which I can give you
or something like that.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
It's the term.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
It's it's it's like, you know, having certain symptoms to intertwined,
and no matter how much you want to get rid
of them. They're there for you in form of an
incurable problem. So what could be the contributors to this
(03:27):
very state of mind? Number one, as I've told you,
is you are spending too much time on your additional devices,
receiving that, getting too much to digest information and everything,
(03:50):
trying to stay a very trying to say one step
ahead of others, and in that.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Losing your own self.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Too many distractions, you don't know how to just navigate
your way to them through all what is happening around you,
it is affecting what is happening inside you. Then there
are mental health issues would be number two, because sometimes
what happens is that there could be a PTSA past
(04:20):
life trauma from which you are now trying to move
on from. Could be anxiety, could be even aggression which
is triggering this very thing. So this is related to
many things, including depression. So for that, what can you
(04:44):
do to You can indulge into a healthy lifestyle. You
can alter your habits, instill positive habits, get rid of
the negative habits. Then there are it just in therapies.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
You can do.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Breathing exercises as well, yoga as well, mentagen as well. Right,
you can change your diet. Then there is a third
condition which could be there if there is a harmonal imbalance.
When a child grows from being a child to adulthood,
(05:25):
harmone changes there. The same goals when women is going
through a mini boss or pre minum boss period, and
the same is when the harmonal imbalance is there in
the body due to any reason, any reason. This could
contribute to several other things. Harmony issue is another major facture.
(05:51):
And if all of this is happening, you have to
check your blood chigar, your diabetes. You have to go
for regular checkups to see that what is wrong with you.
If you're feeling that so that's your cognitive state, it
remains insane and you can focus on your health and
(06:11):
mental health in a better way. It requires you should
take therapy. If you're feeling that you are suffering from
too many problems. Another reason could be that you are
not sleeping properly. Perhaps you know there are too much
pressures on you, which is why you are not able
(06:32):
to sleep properly.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
You're afraid of something.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
It could be any phobia, it could be any childhood's trauma,
or it could be that you are in a new
romantic pace, newly marriage or new couple. Even then you
can have sleep problems, right, so then you have to
address it. Who are Sleep leads to many bad things
(06:58):
and this effects again your health and mental health. One
more factor you can't ignore my devance, and that is
any allergy you want infection. If your immune system is
not working properly, your digestive system is not working properly,
and you're feeling that some allergic reaction is there, then
(07:20):
go to your health practitioner, seek health immediately, because if
you don't, this brainfall will take you over. And the
conditions would be like if you feel allergy due to
this confusion and this brain fag scenario that as you're
(07:41):
having you know, itchiness or having any allergy or infection.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
If you.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Are a person who is hypersensitive or there is hypertension,
then also this can be a reason to trigger all
this the brainfall. Sometimes also, and this is very important
to know, life takes us to such a path we
never imagined it can. When it happens, then we feel
(08:12):
chronic fatigue, like you know, someone did the wrong thing
or ended up in jail, or someone took a wrong
turn and ended up.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
Like with a bad.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Partner on an abusive partner of both, or a person
who can't understand you. So then what happens you feel fatigued.
Sometimes we get parents because we can't choose our family
who gives us nothing but mental stress more and more
(08:46):
in that's an area.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Also sometimes we get.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
Bullet at school level or college or even in universities.
This can add up to this fatigue syndrome two. And
also driving on roads full of cars traffic.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
This can also lead your do critiques intro. Now what
should you do?
Speaker 1 (09:13):
You should adhere to all the things I've said earlier.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
Alongside that, keep yourself.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Calm and keep yourself motivated, and tell yourself that you
can't change everything which is happening around you. Whatever is
happening around you, you can't change that, but you can
change yourself. Don't let everything affect you in such a
way that your own self is compromised. And you've got
(09:47):
to understand that if you let everything affect you so much,
then where will you end on different medications, on different therapies,
and how long.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
It's going to go whole life? Then?
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Have you ever really lived or passed only past life?
So do you want to be a live passer or
really want to live life. It's up to you and
you have to address that thing. Don't leave it unattended.
Next thing is if you're feeling pain in any body
(10:26):
part of yours, take immediate immediate help of your health
petitioner and sort of the reason what is causing that pain.
Don't take it lightly because it can lead further to
multiple situations related to mental health and physical health problems.
Then look at your nutrition. What are you eating in
(10:51):
a day? I look at your lifestyle, how are you
spending your day with positive thoughts and with what sort
of energy? And you know, people say that a person
is what they eat. So include Whitman's along with healthy food,
leavy greens and.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
Source of proteins in.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Your food source and supplements. How many supplements you want
to take and of what kind?
Speaker 2 (11:26):
This is up to you.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
And there are so many supplements today available in the
market and everything promises to make you better. So discuss
your situation with your Health British and let them give
you a solution. Let them prescribe you that very perhaps
violmin or mineral in which you were lacking. Right and
(11:54):
sometimes people create for a fish oil do yeah, Omega
three and all sorts of a megas including what including
them an hi oxidant another dietary supplements. So this is
how you can keep your brain fog away from you.
(12:18):
And if it is already.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
There, ask it to vanish of half.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
Because now you know what to do right Okay, exercise
and have a good routine. Change your lifestyle if you
have to do better, and then to best and take
a good food not the process one look out for
(12:45):
nutritious food. Take your uh these a dietary supplements. If
they're prescribed by your health pectitioner, take them with caution,
but do take them then.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
And don't be your own doctor.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Take the real help. And if you still feel that
nothing is working for you, that is the time to
take that APay. But first mentor your own self, coach
your own self, be your own therapist. Join these therapy groups.

one thing at a time, okay, and so good habits.
Speaker 2 (13:41):
Adopt what is being beneficial for you and quit what
is disturbing you.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
And if you can't quit, at least try to find
a middle way and try to stay away from that thing.
Speaker 2 (13:56):
And don't, please don't go near drugs or alcohol.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
Or smokes, because once you do that, then you seek
refuge and all these things, and this becomes an addiction,
and then addiction leads to several other major problems. It's
