Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hello, beautiful people, and a very warm welcome to all
of you, and relaxa podcasts and I'm your friend.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
And who are stocking coach? And so on?

Speaker 1 (00:17):
How are you everyone? And how life frustrating you? And
everything is going fine at your end?

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Hopefully? Yes? And you have got you You're okay, You're
doing fine.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Now today I'm about to discuss a very beautiful topic
which is close to my heart in a way, because
life is nothing but the labyrinth, isn't it, And we
try to find our way through it. So libyrinth is
kind of confusing, but if you find your way through that,

(00:52):
it's kind of a meditative path as.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Well, and in a spiritual way.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Deliberate journey is an ancient spiritual toom, a walking meditation
body prayer which can help you bring about personal transformation,
personal healing, and a shift in your consciousness. It literally
means that you have awakened yourself, the deep rhythm that

(01:25):
unites you with others and the sacred cells in your body.
Different civilizations before us. May it be Egyptian or may
it be the mythical king of Minus, Minonians and.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Other cultures too.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
They talked about Librinth, the literature which was found after
they were gone. There is quite an indication towards this
spiritual deliberate. So what is liberated spritually, especially single paths,

(02:10):
and which one wants to discover.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
It is not not only as a thing of beauty
going into riddles.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
It is meditative, It is mindfulness when you try to
find your life to do that, want to navigate your
life through that, it becomes more important, highly important. To
walk deliberate is to re enter devound or your past

(02:44):
journey or perhaps kind of a rebirth, a travel which
is inward right. And this is why this is so beautiful.
And if you see the cosmos, if you see this
and we see the galaxy, it's so many squirrels.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Over there, so many delibrins.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Yeah, universe has got so many riddles and librens. And
the same is for spirituality. So what does a libynce
symbolizes in spirituality? It allows your mind to focus on
your meditation or your prayer in a better way. That's

(03:28):
a journey to a predetermined destination, you know, just like
a pilgrimage of visiting a holy side for shrine or
the journey is through life from birds to spiritual awakening
and then of course what comes after life is death, right,

(03:55):
so it kn't of navigate our whole journey, which is
why I bene it's a flibberant. Walking and meditation are
always discussed. If you talk about what is the healing
power of librin, then let me tell you it enables

(04:16):
the body to come into consciousness completely. When you're walking,
you should find your own natural peace and that's how
your energy is flowing in that very direction where you
can escape this suffering. Right. And there is another thing

(04:41):
which is often asked, what is the fluid or fliberant
its scarp or fluid and the limp which is a
clear sort of a fluid which is found in the
inner part of our as membrane, the membraneous librin.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
It's quite unique. So delibrince is there in our very airs.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
The fluids in the body due to high potassium or
concentration that they can vary. So this is how important
this is. And if the balance is not there, then
we got a problem there once, which is why whenever
life off is you a riddle. You have to walk

(05:36):
through it but with the conscious mind and the balance
should be there. If it's not there then you are
not fitting it. Let me now tell you that people
do perform a labyrinth walk. Oh, yes they do, and
that is done for healing.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Mary books. Many lectures are available on that. I sometimes.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Tell my clients to do that to open their senses
to focus better, to process, to process better, to bring
the mind the e.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
To that very point where you.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Are spiritually connected and spiritually asking questions about different things
from your own self right, And this is what this
work is about. The essential advice is to enter, deliberate, slowly,
talmfully clearing your mind. You may do this by repeating

(06:39):
a prayer or whatever religion you belong to attand from
that religion. Now, I would recommend you to read a book,
and this book is written by Lauren Atress. The name

(07:02):
of the book is Walking a Secret Path. I would
try to just bring about the summary of this book
to you directly so you can listen it on the
Lexi podcasts or psyche Mind podcasts.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Well.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Coming back to labyrinth, in that very book, the author
defines the meaning of Librince.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
The author, who is a psychotherapist.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
And who also gave lectures widely on a labyrinth of walking.
She explodes the history and significance of the Amagh of
Librint and explains how you can use it to lead
yourself to your source of empowerment, transformation, wisdom, change and renew.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
So it's a very good book. You can read it.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
So how you can get to benefit of labyrinth working.
First of all, you've got to understand that you are
now starting a new journey, So prayer, pray, and then reflect,
further absorb the experience. Then continue that reflection in form
of prayer or journaling or meditating every day. You know

(08:25):
and you should have a faith in yourself and in
this very process that you will be healed. This can
bring about questions in your mind about expectations and goals
and how unpredictable targets can arise in life and how

(08:49):
you can.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Go with them.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
It can reflect and will reflect on your expectations and goals.
Even if you're a person who is judging everyone, that
is going to be there too for you, and judgments
may offer new peace, are several new outlooks, new horizons.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
On your life.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
So if you talk about the history of that, let
me see, as I've told you before, that Libyans did
existed in several cultures before us, in ancient Greek culture
and in Egyptian culture, and in several other cultures. In

(09:45):
Christianity liberals, walking was also used as an act of
repentance for sins. This is how much important walking in
a labyrinths was. Libyrins a found in many Gothic cathedrals

(10:06):
throughout Europe. So this is a whole sort of thing.
And there are a liberance society as well, which unless
the upcoming liberal seminars grow VOCs and lectures throughout at
least Unitis, but many other cultures they do the same

(10:28):
thing in their own way, forming their own small and
large social communities. There may be a local liberrince club
in your area. The spiritual season.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Is all these seasons. Why so because the spirituality is
at art mind and it.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Should be there for us, always offering us the guidance.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
Right are there with me? Still?

Speaker 1 (11:02):
No? So this is what deliberance of walking is and
how you can transform your life through it. It's why actively
getting involved in meditation, providing you to be a person
who really wants to transform oneself, and then adopting this

(11:29):
deliberate walking, trying to know the meaning of yourself trying
to know the meaning of the old subjects, trying to
know the meaning of what life is offering you, and
entering in a very divine path of liprine where you

(11:51):
shad away all the distractions, you're quite your mind and
you focus on strictual questions and prayers, and that's how
you find healing. So anybody who wants to try this
labyrinth of walking and really want to read the benefit

(12:13):
of this ancient path to inner basim more than welcome
they should do it. And it's a very divine kind
of an experience edited myself, so you can do it too,
And if there is any confusion even now, you can
