Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hello, and a very warm welcome to all of you
in Relaxed Podcasts, And I'm your friend and host talking
coach as how are you people, and how life is
treating you?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
How everybody is doing? Hopefully everybody is.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
Doing fine, doing good in life and at work, and
it's okay, You've got this right.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
So today I'm about to give you some tips.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
And these tips are for dudes who overthink, who are
kind of perfectionists. So if you fall in this category,
or anybody whom you know, you loved, ones, your neighbors,
or perhaps your siblings, they fall in such category, then
this is for.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
You, all right.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Have you ever tried that you are trying to bring
about a task into motion and it's taking.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Over long slog.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
You are rethinking and then trying to do it, then
rethinking and trying to do it. Then there are second guesses,
extra thoughts, overthinking, how to make it more better, how
to make it more better? And guess what all of
your time get consumed in that particular task, And.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
What about your work? What about your home routine? What
about your errents and your daily life?
Speaker 1 (01:41):
And how this is taking to all on your health
and mental health? And what about your sleep patrons. So
perform tasks, but make a decision about performing then quickly
how you can do that? Now, there are few tips
which you can follow. Number one, there should be a
(02:05):
clear cut criteria in your mind how you're about to
perform any ABC task. For example, if you are spending
hours searching for that perfection for searching internet and seeing
things and reading material how to perform that task and
(02:28):
not being able to deliver it still, then what.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
So have a clear.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
Mindset about what criteria you want to adopt, draw a map,
a blueprint of that in your mind if needed, you know.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Use your.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
Copy pencil and write it down. Journal the things so
you're desion making become is, and the solusion then will
arrive easier. Drop the one which you feel is creating
most of the friction, Adopt which is most important, drop
(03:15):
which is least important. And then following this criteria, you've
got to understand what is necessary and what is not.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
And then you can assign yourself a time frame.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
And perform this very task within that time frame. Okay,
this is how you will be able to manage your time,
not accurately but.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Close to that goodly.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
Then Number two, No, solution is permanent. You need to
understand that whatever solution is there in your mind, it
could be a temporary one because technology is providing us.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
So many solutions every day.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Now what might seems the last illusion maybe the first
one in the coming days, the inegial one. So what
is good enough for you right now? The version can
change to change your mindset according to that and feel
(04:21):
that it's a temporary illusion which you're offering. And with
the time frame and with the circumstances and whatever is
going on around us and around the globe, it will
change in accordance with that. Now, get the help as
much as you want, but pick up quickly that framework
(04:44):
of yours. Perhaps you want to post a favorite photo
of yours in that you want to take help of AI.
So instead of trying different models again and again and
again in reaching no where, adopt one madem and generate
(05:05):
that photo according to your prompt. Given prompt. Then, the
mindset of a person is temporary because we as humans
have short memory, you know. So the eye catching kind
of a solution which is there the first instinct follow
that it could be wrong at times too, But in
(05:33):
that way you are saving your energy and also your time,
and you can always realize those solutions and you can
often come up with better solutions. So it's a process
of growth of yours. Never let it slip. The third
thing which you should be focusing on is you don't
(05:56):
need to get distracted by so many things down. Sometimes
what you do is we try to achieve things in
a shorter period of time, and for that we kind
of forward the whole things, whether you like or not.
Instead of doing that, you know, when you have chosen
(06:18):
a path, then stick to that. Don't change your decision
again and again. Don't engage in useless verbal spat or
you know, verbal wars unnecessary. If you really like something,
if you feel that it is going to be this
(06:41):
very thing which is going to provide you this solution,
slow down thing twice, but don't take again and again
and again and again.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
It will only drain you down.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
So use your focus, use your concentration, use your attention span,
and you use your consciousness your awareness, and then do
what you have to do. There is no common pattern
in people that they can be persistent all the time.
But if you want to achieve success in life, you
(07:16):
have to be consistent because this is the only driving
force which can provide you the letter to success. So
consider consider abandoning that path which is hindering that, and
stepping on that path which is facilitating this scenario. Right
(07:38):
now here is the fourth step.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
What feels very easy. Never go for that.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Why am I saying so, Because in that way you
are killing your creative thinking, perhaps your ideology, perhaps your
exploring cell. You're going for something which is too easy.
You are not coming out of your comfort zone, and
your decision making is slipping away. So imagine any scenario,
(08:16):
whatever there is for you, and then picture it that
how this easy decision you're making about it right now,
without giving it much thought, would address this situation. Will
it be fruitful for you in the future or not? Otherwise,
think twice before taking any decision, but do not waste
(08:39):
time on thinking and rethinking and planning and replanning. It's
a wrong approach, right You can't know the outcome in advance,
so stick to fewer choices. But don't go for the
easiest one just because you don't want to come out
(09:00):
of that whole of yours because you want an easy life, easy.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Busy everything. This is not the right right approach. Quit it.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
And decision making involves a lot of time, so don't
overspend your time there now. Fifth and last tip from
my side, my dear ones, my lovelace, is that focus
on commitment, not on overthinking. If you have committed anything
(09:38):
to anyone, then do it overthinking and then missing the deadline,
overthinking and then listening from the other side, and then
regretting and then blaming.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
The other person.
Speaker 1 (09:50):
No, E or she gave me this task, and look
how they're behaving. Now, I did what I cout, but
they were not convinced. This is not my fault. Always
blaming the other person because you didn't fulfilled your commitment.
Now you want that the other person should take the
blame because you were overthinking, Perhaps you were too lazy,
(10:14):
perhaps you were reconsidering things too much and you didn't delivered.
And when the other person got angry because of your
lack of commitment not being able to deliver the task
in time, Now you're blaming the other person, not yourself.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Is this the right kind of behavior? Should you do that? No?
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Commitment is a thing which provides you good outcome, so
make it consciously when you commit to something. A dead
lion or a devote a time period to something, or
devoting an hour or so for something. Also, may it
be exercised, may it be meditation, may it be broadcasting,
(11:06):
may it be your wiety channel anything.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
Then keep that commitment.
Speaker 1 (11:14):
Instead of trying to express it again and again, if
thinking it in different ways, just.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Do it and leave the results on God.
Speaker 1 (11:28):
And have faith that universe and above all God will
deliver you your wishes. Your efforts won't go in vain,
they'll be fruitful.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
So to have confidence in.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
You, and don't waste time because time is very precious
in life. And if you waste your time, meaning you're
wasting your life. This very moment is not going to
come again, is it, So why waste it? Invest it
in good things, invest it in positive thanks so, positive outcome, success, abundance.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Whatever your wishes and desires are, you have them, you
meet them, and they arrive.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
This very thought, I want to end this today's podcast
episode and be meeting you in yet another very interesting
and exciting episode of Relaxa Podcasts.
Speaker 2 (12:28):

I've told you today, and guess what.

in time. Alrighty, and thank you very much for devoting
