Speaker 1 (00:07):
Hello, and a very warm welcome to all of you
and relaxa podcasts and I'm your friend and hosts can Collagen,
how are your beautiful people and how life is treating you?
Speaker 2 (00:18):
All? Fine? That turand I hope.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
So okay today I would like to ask a question
to you, can I okay? My question is how often
do you wash your bet sheets?
Speaker 2 (00:34):
M hmmm?
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Because this is something which is related with your health
and mental health, and if you're not changing your bet
sheets often, perhaps this is going to cause you so
many troubles that you can't even match. Now, this seems
(00:58):
to be quite a small thing, but it is spooky,
and talking about this feels spooky, right cliche, But we
have to talk about these things. These are not tablets,
so we've got to discuss these things if you want
to live a healthy life and if you want to
(01:19):
have a healthy mental state. Sometimes we see that our
bad lands they're fine and we don't see any thing
off with them, and we feel it, okay, fine, we'll
do the chores and what's the hurry and everything is
(01:41):
fine and it's going to be fine. And guess what,
I change my sheets just three days before. We feel
like that and we feel okay, fine, on weekend, I'll
do this. I guess what daily you're going out?
Speaker 2 (01:59):
Daily? You are sleeping in those sheets.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
The batlins, they can't speak.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
To us, can they?
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Otherwise they would have told us how dirty they are
because of our own sweat, our own hair problems, stand
ref facne and other stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
So idly.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
You should change your bed sheet at least two days
every two days, okay, and some say that at least
once a week, but I don't recommend this. You should
change your bed sheets after every two days, especially if
(02:52):
you have got skin problems and dandriff right, and guess
what happens if you don't change our petutes that often.
Do you know that we shed five hundred million skin
cells a day? Yes, this is a reality. This is
(03:12):
how our skin reads you in its cell. So many
of these cells are there on our beds, dead cells
and dead skin. And then there are dust myths.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Who are.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
Not only loving this thing that they are feeding on
these dead cells on your sheets.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
But in a way.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
They're surviving because of our nonsense, because of our careless attitude,
which is why it's important for us to acknowledge these
things that if you want to avoid allergies and esma
and eggsama and other skin diseases and pimple snack me.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
You must change our sheets.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
And if there is a chance for you that you
can like wash your bedding twice a week in hot water,
it's even better because this way these dust myths they diet.
(04:31):
Here we go another very important point. If you've got
pets in home, especially you know the ferry friends of us,
maybe a dog or a cat, then guess what they
go ours. They come in and they're feet are dirty,
their fur is dirty, and sometimes they have got dust
(04:58):
emets on them. So imagine if your dog has a
skin condition and your dog is sleeping with you, or
your cat has a skin conditioner and that is sleeping
with you. How cool we can beg a chance for
(05:22):
you to catch any disease which they got. They can
trigger the allergies in us, they can trigger the skin
irritation again pimple lackne quieter, blackhead and whatnot. So keep
your bets, but keep them separately. Don't make them sleep
on your bed. However, many people they say that okay,
(05:46):
if Ian would ever be let be, I will have
my bed in my bed.
Speaker 2 (05:53):
If you're that.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
Sort of a person, which is totally fine, then it's
your option. And then if you are having some kind
of skin problem or any other problem because of the
fur which is there because they their hair, they shed
off too, So then you.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Have got this choice.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
You made this choice, and they got to bear this
responsibility if there is anything wrong with you. Your pets also
can pass on a fungal infection called ring worm of
the scale.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
So if you are having your pets with you, then
it's necessary.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
For you to change your sheets even more frequently, right
and again wash them in hot water, use anti material
solutions when you are doing your laundry. Another thing is
(06:59):
our all sliva and dead skin cells and our own sweat.
Imagine you're coming, you're sleeping on your bed, maybe sharing
your bed with your partner, with your PFG, or perhaps
with your siblings. At times the home is very small
(07:21):
and the family.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
Can't afford many rooms. At times, siblings they share bets.
Speaker 1 (07:34):
It happens even in developed countries, and it's very much
a reality of the developing world. So at that time,
what to do? Change your pillowcases, often, wash your sheets,
because you have got a chance, a very higher chance
of getting the materia transferred from one person to another,
(07:59):
and then in a transferred this bacteria of dead cells
or sweaters liva on you directly. So never take chances
and change your pad sheets often. Last, but not li
is if you are having to many breakouts and you're
(08:21):
seeing the thing that no matter what you're doing, you
are receiving a very good skin care routine by your
dermatologists or your skin pectation, or you are having your
own very good skin caroutine, but acne is there and nothing.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
Is helping you to get rid of these.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
Very stubborn acne and then acne scars, and then white
heads and black heads, god knows what else.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
In that very case, the first thing you.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Should is ominous your own pillowcase. Next is your betgit
and then you need to see what sheets.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
You are using more than two or three days.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
What is the material of these sheets, say, polysa, cotton,
whatever that is.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Nothing is going to help you.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
And the only thing which can help you in this
scenario and which will keep this bacteria away from you
is changing your pillowcases and your sheets more often. You
know why I said so, because sometimes people ask these
kinds of questions that okay, fine, I sleep on a
(09:53):
sell sheet, so I'm not wonderable to acne you are
to acne is there? But there could be a hormonal reason,
There could be any other reason. Some people they say, okay,
we use all cotton organic sheets and they're very good.
(10:15):
How can they facilitate in our beings, bacteria and our beds,
and how I think it can be there for us using
these sheets. So no matter what kind of sheats you're using,
if you're not changing them frequently, if you're using them
more than two three days, and if you are just
(10:36):
a key on having your pillowcases on for even we
go more than a week, then what are you inviting?
You are inviting acade, don't you. You are inviting allergies,
don't you, And you are inviting diseases. And when you
don't look over, then what happens?
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Don't feel good?
Speaker 1 (11:01):
And then it gives you yet another excuse to feel
sorry about yourself.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
Then you play the victim hard.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
So instead of that, step off for yourself and do
what you have to do in the right way.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
All right, And here is a pro.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Tip for those people who asleep almost wearing nothing because
they feel comfortable that way. Are those people who eat
in their bed are those who are sleeping with kids toddless,
you know, and also pets. And for those who spead
(11:45):
a lot, they should change the bed sheet the bed
linen even daily if they want to avoid further problems.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Then when you wash your patchetes, let them breathe.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
In sunlight for a while, give them a full chance
to dry, and then fold them neat and clean and
put them somewhere which is dry and which is smelling pleasant. Right,
(12:27):
And one more thing, don't forget to use jump killer.
And if you're using white sheets, it's easy for us
to use jump killer like bleach. And if you're not
using white sheets, then you must use some other jump
killer while you are washing your bet chets.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
So that's it for today.
Speaker 1 (12:50):
And maybe for your comforters and blankets or your blanket covers,
you've got to wash them.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Once a month.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
If you don't use the top sheet, you have to
do that. What about the mattress bad you may ask
them at least wash it.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
You after two months.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
So if you have a bed skirt, then remove it
and wash it after every three months, and vacuum your
room your mattresses goodly, and do your laundry on a
daily basis, the silky bed bugs away alongside the bed
(13:45):
mets and will keep you beautiful because you won't be
having any allergies or acne, and will give you a
piece of mind with a different kind of tone and
you'll feel at is. It's like giving yourself a meditated
(14:06):
therapy in your bed through your bed. Support it by
your sheets, your bed linen, your pillowcases and your blankets, comforters,
blanket covers. Right, So think it this way and then
(14:31):
always live and aware life to keep yourself healthy and
to keep the loved ones of yours healthy, and then
live a life full of grace, abundance, self love, gratitude,
empathy and above all connect with your high purpose and
(14:57):
live a life which is healthy and happy, disease free.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
And this very thought dietic.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
You'll leave for today and be meeting you and yet
another exciting episode of psych your mind spot podcast.

mater ones and to bring you away something which you
