How Past Lives and Spiritual Experiences Impact our Mental Health with Kerie Logan

While there doesn’t seem to be any scientific consensus of past lives, the correlation between them, present-day conflicts, and/or emotional baggage is significant.  And the anecdotal stories include resolving problematic patterns that one has around behaviors, phobias, relationship, relationship difficulties among others.   In addition, we have individuals who when they have spoken about past lives or spiritual experiences are dismissed with labels of being crazy by people around them and professionals in the mental health industry and some are simply shipped off to the psych ward. So we decided it was time to take a look at what this was and how it manifests in people's lives.

Here in Western culture where so much is based on Christianity and white culture, we experience a pronounced dissonance. On one hand we are taught to believe in the bible and that Jesus rose from the dead.  The Holy Ghost is recognized as a witness of God and Jesus and confirms the truth.  And yet, we are told that ghosts are not real and reincarnation is the stuff of snake oil salesmen. We are taught that according to the bible angels exist, but if someone sees them, a psychiatrist will likely define that as delusions. There is nothing offered that explains those two opposites beliefs.

The other truth here is that not everyone is situated in white culture and we have the benefit of learning from others where reincarnation, ancestors, and ghosts are integral to their lives.

Award-winning hypnotherapist, Kerie Logan joins Bernadine to explain how our past lives or spiritual experiences may impact on our mental health.  Logan has spent the last 40+ years working with people using meditation, NLP, creative visualization, relaxation, inner child work and hypnosis.  She has won awards for her hypnotherapy work.  ReThreading Madness talks with her about the impact past lives and spiritual experiences has on our mental health and how we might be able to resolve them.   So if you have experienced past lives or angels in ways that have impacted your mental health this program is for you.

nations around Vancouver be seen. I'm your host, Bernardine Fox,
and this is this show that dares to change how
we think about mental health. Welcome to Rethreading Madness.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
When have ever been fir no, what the hell I'm
gonna do.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
When I can't see a fine away.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Under over?

Speaker 1 (00:43):
You're listening to Rethreading Madness on Vancouver co Op Radio
cfr OH one hundred point five FM. I'm Bernardine Fox,
and today I have the privilege of speaking with Carrie Logan.
I've got an issue that not everybody realizes has to
do with our mental health, and of course some people
believe in it and some people don't believe in it.
We're not here to pass judgment at this point. We're

(01:04):
here to talk to Carrie, who is an expert on
past life experiences and how that does impact on us.
So welcome Carrie. Can you tell folks a little bit
about who you are?

Speaker 4 (01:16):
Well, my name is Carrie Logan. It's spelled K E
R E. Logan and I'm a clinical certified hypnotherapist. I've
been trained in Michael Newton's work and Dolores Cannon. I
have have been a therapist for over twenty years. Have

(01:37):
been voted the best hypnotherapists for the past fourteen consecutive
years for Salem, Oregon. I coach people. I'm all around
the globe and I'm really passionate about mental health because
I believe and we all notice it. Right now, we're
kind of having a mental health crisis all around the globe.

(02:00):
Let's be transparent here, absolutely to address this area. But
that's the beauty is we're talking about it. We're not
stuffing our emotions down or telling people to suck it
up or man up. We're talking and we're being transparent
and vulnerable and that allows growth and change.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
It is true that my show has been around for
six years and when it started it was the only
mental health show on the radio in Canada. I think
it still is. On radio. People weren't talking about mental health.
It was still sort of an ugly word. But over
the time, I think COVID has something to do with this.
But over the last six years, it has morphed into

(02:44):
something where we are. It's a dinner table topic at
this point, which I think is unbelievably wonderful. Can you
tell us carry what is a past life? What does
that mean?

Speaker 4 (02:58):
So all of us here on Earth are spiritual beings, okay,
and we are having a human experience. And when our
bodies finally stop working and we, you know, we pass away,

(03:19):
our spirit leaves the body. It leaves the vessel, is
what I like to call it. It leaves the vessel,
and all that consciousness from that life experiences merges with
your spirit, and it also merges with the collective consciousness
as well, and so we can have lifetime after lifetime

(03:42):
after lifetime of all these experiences which we're really here
on this planet Earth to learn lessons, all right, So
what you didn't learn in a previous life, you're going
to learn in this one, okay. So that's why if
you've ever heard people say that there's polarity, we live

(04:03):
in a world of polarity, and the universe seeks balance,
and sometimes people need in order to learn a lesson,
they'll encounter a person that's a villain, okay, And that
villain will teach you forgiveness. If you learn the lesson,
that villain will teach you how maybe to set boundaries

(04:26):
and speak your truth, how to be courageous because maybe
in your past life you were very passive and submissive
and you struggle with things. So in this lifetime you
want to learn that. You want to learn that skill
and that ability. So everyone, yes, does have a past life,

(04:48):
and you could have a past life here on earth.
There have been reports of people that have had past
lives on parallel universes. Some people have even been an
animal before.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Or have.

Speaker 4 (05:02):
Been an alien, which sounds, you know, totally bizarre to
some people are like what, But some people have actually
reported that when they've had a session where they slow
down their brainway patterns and they have access to the
subconscious mind, and in that subconscious mind is all our consciousness.

(05:23):
All that information is there in the subconscious mind. Some
people call it the super conscious mind because you can
connect to that, and you can actually connect to the
collective consciousness. You can connect to anything. Seriously, I mean,
people channel and they connect to beings from other dimensions

(05:47):
all the time. And yes, some people think that's really
out there and strange, but The beauty of it is
when you connect to that big consciousness field, you get information.
There's information in there that can help you heal, like

(06:09):
recover from generational trauma, that can help you reverse a
negative imprint that's on your soul in this lifetime from
a past lifetime, a previous one. So if you're comfortable
I can. I'll share a story of when I was
going through my training and I was working with this

(06:33):
one young girl who was friends with my daughter. That
she was curious because she was only twenty one at
the time and she had already been in like five
car accidents. The first one was when she was riding
a bike when she was sixteen, another one she was
a passenger, the next one where she was driving. The
person just came out of the blue and hit her.

(06:55):
And I forget what the other one was. And when
we went back to her most previous past life, she
was driving a car and I got the intuitive hit
because I'm very intuitive, that her higher self, her soul,
warned her to slow down, and you're driving erradically, you

(07:20):
need to slow down. And she did not listen to
the advice and got hit by a drunk driver. And
when that happened. Her soul was so distraught and so angry.
She was like, it's not my time to go. I
wasn't ready for this. I didn't want to leave. I
had so much life to live. And her soul was

(07:44):
really stuck, stuck between that transition, and that's where that
imprint happened, because it was unresolved. And so I gave
her the warning that well, the warning that I hear
is the next time you're in a vehicle or you're

(08:07):
out and about, you need to start forming a stronger
relationship with your higher self, with your intuition. And when
you get these hits, you need to listen and you
need to say thank you, and you need to follow
their advice because it's here to you know, protect you.
It's your friend.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
And I just stoppy for a wh I just have
a question here. So she kept having accidents, were you
able to discern why she was having? Like what purpose
were the accidents having in terms of her past life?

Speaker 4 (08:39):
So it was it was unresolved because her spirit didn't
want to leave. And what happens is when there's what
we call an energetic split, part of that residual can
stay imprinted in the soul of of chaos, like for example,

(09:01):
people in a past life that have committed suicide by
shooting themselves in the head will in the next life
suffer with migraines. Or people that sometimes have had birthed
effects where it was when they've done past life regretsion

(09:22):
that birth effect is a residual of like a burn
mark they had in the past life, or a mark
across their neck. They've got rope marks, or their neck
was cut, they have lines across that it can be
imprinted on that actual new vessel that they go into.
And sometimes, I mean, this is just me thinking outside

(09:45):
the box. Sometimes I wonder if why we have those
things is for us in this life to fix it
and to repair it. So what I did with this
one woman, and this is interesting, is three weeks later
she was in a car with four people and the

(10:06):
person was driving erratically and she got the intuitive hit
you need to tell him to slow down, and so
she did. She told me to slow down, and he
didn't slow down, and he actually took a turn really
tight and hit a tree. The only person that got
injured in that vehicle was her, nobody else, And so

(10:30):
she got ahold of me and I said, Okay, this
isn't in my training manual, but I think I can
fix this. Let's I'm we're gonna do this and we're
just going to see what happens. So I had her
come back. I brought her back to that exact moment
where she hit the you know, the other vehicle hit her,

(10:50):
and I said, this time, I want you to listen
to your intuition, to your higher self. I actually want
you to see and feel your higher self as a person,
you know, like an angel. She saw it as an angel,
see it in the vehicle with you, telling you to
slow down and what to do. I want you to

(11:11):
really listen to it, imagine it as if it's real,
because our brains don't know the difference between imagination and reality.
And so she did. She imagined it, and the car
missed her. The guy actually was drunk, missed her and
went off the side of the mountain, and her spirit

(11:33):
literally just like blew up and was just this giant
angel of just glowing light and was saying to her,
thank you, thank you, thank you, and she was just crying,
and she felt this huge relief and release of that
energy that was imprinted and stuck on her and it

(11:56):
was this This was like fifteen years og. I mean,
it was this beautiful experience that she had and to
this day and I'm gonna knock wood on my desk,
she hasn't been in a car accident since.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
That's wild.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
Yeah, it is it. It's wild. And for me, I mean,
I remember telling you my story before I even you know,
got trained in this. When I was a child, I
used to have nightmares probably three times a week, four
times a week, of being suffocated by fat people, literally

(12:33):
having heavyset people crush me and I And it was
horrible because there'll be times I was trying to go
to sleep and I could literally feel the pressure on
my chest that that dream, that energy was coming upon
me and I didn't know what was going on. Sometimes
I would wake up crying and screaming and sweating. Lasted

(12:54):
for years, went on until my early twenties, when I
just did a generalized past life regression you know process
on myself, you know, healing from you know, past life trauma.
I saw myself as a little girl, around nine or
ten years old, barefoot looked like maybe in the eighteen

(13:17):
hundreds or early nineteen hundreds. But I was running to
this house and dirt floor, you know, time time for dinner.
I eat dinner, and then all of a sudden, I'm
in bed and there's a heavy set man on top
of me, crushing me, having intercourse with me. And I died.
And I when I had that whole vision come in,

(13:41):
I felt the weight of the body, all of that
that lined up with those nightmares. And what I did
was I forgave that memory, and I forgave that past life,
and I forgave the person, and I forgave myself as
that child who was trapped underneath that person. And I

(14:01):
just filled everything with love and I, you know, and
I release you. I release you, I release you. I
just did all this work on releasing it, and I
literally felt the energy lifting off of me. And at
the end, I felt amazing. But when I walked out
of the office, this is when I was starting my

(14:22):
hypnotherapy training. When I walked out of the office, one
of my coworkers was like, what happened to you? You're
white as a ghost, don't no, And I told him.
I was like, this was the most crazy, bizarre experience.
But they were just like wow. And since then I
haven't had any of those nightmares anymore. And I had

(14:44):
them all the time. I hated it. I felt like
plagued by it.

Speaker 1 (14:50):
So if I'm understanding, you're right, and I think I've
never quite understood this before. Just now about past lives,
is that when you say that the past life comes
up because there's something you need to resolve, it can
be resolved in that way. It doesn't have to be
a physical resolution. It can be an understanding, a forgiveness,

(15:14):
a recognition, a process rather than something they have to do.

Speaker 4 (15:21):
Exactly. Okay, yes, yeah, it can be. And the same
is with you know, generational trauma, because we can store
up to seven generations of trauma in our DNA. And
lately I've been working with a lot of people and
realizing that the habits they have, Like one gentleman I

(15:45):
was just working with has extreme anxiety, hypervigilant, And when
I was speaking to him, I said, do you realize
all of your mom's hypervigilance and anxiety and all of
that got imprinted onto you and you just carried it.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
There's a name for that. I think it's epigenetics.

Speaker 4 (16:09):
Yeah, But I told him, I said, you got to
look at it is you unintentionally and unconsciously just wanted
I said, why you got it is being that little kid,
seeing her suffer so bad with her mental health issues.

(16:30):
There's a part of you that wanted to fix it.
You wanted to help her, you wanted to save her,
and so in in a way, you just became just
as hypervigilant and anxiety driven to try to find a
solution for her. And you never did. So you constantly
felt rejected, You constantly felt abandoned by her. And and

(16:53):
this guy is just like, I'm going to be seventy soon.
And it was hard because he said he's never had
a sense of feeling safe and secure. And I said,
so let's work on that. Let's work on that. So
and I said, you're going to have to get to
the place where we're gonna got to do you know,
inner child work, and you're you're going to need to

(17:15):
forgive your mom, and that's going to be so hard
for you to do. But and he agreed. And because
he drives people nuts with his anxiety and you know,
always needing validation, validation like if someone doesn't return his
text message in ten minutes, he feels abandoned and rejected,

(17:36):
right and I and I said, you're you're draining the
life force out of people. You know, when when you
do this, you need to feel solid, grounded, safe and
secure within yourself because your energy is just scattered all
over the place. And so we really worked on him

(17:57):
feeling safe and secure, you know, solid like a tree.
I use the metaphor as a tree. And the tree
is you know, think of a tree when it's first,
you know, the seed is planted, it's stuck in the dark.
It's determined to live. It's it, you know, sprouts his
head into the light and it grows and it and

(18:19):
it is determined to be tall and strong and proud.
And so it doesn't listen to the rain when it
pounds on it. It ignores the wind when it threatens it.
It ignores the sun that just beats it on those
hot summer days because it's determined to grow. It's determined
to live instead of just wither away.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Right. I need to just stop you there, carry because
we need to take a little break. But we'll be
right back, folks.

Speaker 5 (18:47):
Young workers face many challenges today. Unaffordable housing, underpaid and
precarious work, and a rapidly changing labor environment. New and
young workers are also more likely to be injured on
the job. One of the best protections you have as
a worker is solidarity, in other words, a strong union.
Throughout history, unions have fought for the right to collective

(19:09):
bargaining better wages, benefits and working conditions, protection from abuse
by employers, and ending harassment and discrimination at work. For
more information on how to join a union, visit bcfed

Speaker 1 (19:27):
You're listening to Rethreading Madness on Bankrupt co Op Radio
CFR one hundred point five FM. I'm Bernadine Fox speaking
with Carrie Logan, who's a past life regression hypnotherapist. Did
I say that right, Carrie?

Speaker 4 (19:40):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
So. One of the big sort of you know, elephants
in the room, of course, is there are people in
the world who think all of this is hogwash, and
I've certainly run into them myself. I'm certainly somebody that
does believe in past lives, but I know that there
are people out there that don't. I also have recognized
that there's cultural differences in who believes in past lives

(20:06):
and who doesn't. So, for instance, our First Nations communities
here in Canada have a you know, it's in their culture,
it's in their spiritual beliefs. The ancestors, you know, that
people come back, that people are reincarnated, and all of
those things. Have you seen that cultural difference in other places?

Speaker 4 (20:26):
Yes, I have. Some people really honor the sacred relationship
with our ancestors and know that you can call upon
them to support you and to protect you, and also
you know, to watch over you and communicate with you.

(20:48):
And what I love about those cultures and those communities
is they're honoring people, you know, because all of us
have you know, our path and our journey, but there's
other people that paved the way for us here and

(21:10):
all their lives and show it's showing them appreciation for
their hardships because their hardships were a lot worse than
ours when we got to be honest about that. If
you watch anything about what it was like in the
eighteen hundreds of the early nineteen hundreds and stuff, it

(21:30):
wasn't easy. It was a lot of you know, force
and control and survival mode because it was survival of
the fittest, and so people back then had to you know,
suck up their feelings. They you know, women learned to
be quiet because if you spoke your mind, you got punished,

(21:54):
or you know, there was domestic violence and well, yes,
and women were seeing as property. So all of these
you know, honoring these people that were just trying to survive,
I think, and the sacrifices they made for us, I
think is is really it's it's important because there's wisdom

(22:18):
within them that we can we can access. We've we've
heard about that in ceremonies and stuff. And and I remember,
and this is interesting story that some people might find fascinating,
is there was one night I was really struggling, and

(22:39):
I was I was praying, and I was praying to
my ancestors, and I was praying to my my grandparents,
especially my dad's mother and my mother's mother, which were
you know, both no longer on this earth. I was,
I was asking them for help and guidance. My son
at the time, he was lying in bed next to me,

(23:03):
and I think he was maybe around four and a
half five years old, so we're around there and he said, oh, mommy,
there's a beautiful angel here. It's wings are going like this,
and he took his hands and he was flapping his
wings and he's like, and there's two other people with them,
and he's like, oh my god, it's so beautiful and

(23:25):
they have a message for you. And I was like,
who is it? And he heard the two people that
are there, and he didn't know these names and these
aren't common names. He said, it's Edith and Frankie. And
he never heard me say their names because they passed
away before you know, he even knew. So Edith is

(23:47):
my dad's mother and Frankie is my mom's mother. And
the message from them to me was everything's going to
be okay. We're watching over you, we're taking care of you.
And I was amazed because he saw this beautiful angel
and both of them there and I was literally just
lying in bed praying to them, talking to them. Wow,

(24:11):
and it we've all If you know anything about you know,
law of attraction. They say asking it is given, and
I was asking, and right there it was like, no,
we hear you, we hear you. We're here to help.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Can I ask a question, why do you think it
is that you're there? You're consciously asking for help and
asking them for help. But it is your son who
heard and saw them.

Speaker 4 (24:38):
I think. I think for a lot of kids, they
can see things that we we don't normally see as adults.
I mean, I remember when I was a kid around
his same age, I was out in the in the
in the woods doing a hike, you know, at some

(25:00):
and I saw an angel and the only time I
ever saw one. And it was pretty profound, you know,
for me, that experience. But as we get older, we
watched scary movies like The Sixth Sense, Yes, and we
don't want to see stuff like that. We really don't.

(25:21):
I mean, I remember one time I was before I
became a hypnotherapist. I went into grief support and I
was at a funeral home about to talk to a
family and I opened up this supply closet room and
there was a man standing there, gray, gray haired, bit

(25:41):
you know beard, blue light blue suit with a striped
blue and silver you know tie. And I looked around
and I was like, and then he was gone. And
I went upstairs literally to the funeral director, and I said,
who's in the cooler? This is I saw this person
in the supply room. He literally laughed and said, oh,

(26:04):
let me show you. He walked down the stairs opened
the cooler unzipped the bag and there was that guy
in that see. Yeah, but he was smiling at me, yes,
and you know he wasn't you know, mean or anything
like that. And I mean, I've heard so many stories
doing that grief support of you know, angry people, Like

(26:26):
when one young man committed suicide and was so angry.
The funeral director that lived above the building said she
could feel his anger and energy you know, in the
building and it literally gave her the creeps. And when
I first walked in the building, I didn't know. But

(26:47):
when I walked in, the hair on the back of
my hand neck stood up and I was like, who
is in here? Someone so angry and hostile? I can't
stand it, And like, ooh, this is what happened, This
is who came in. All that is residual energy. People
can some people can feel it, some people can see things,

(27:08):
some people can hear things. I just I say, you know,
go with it. But yes, as we get older, some
people don't don't want to see that stuff because of
all the Hollywood movies we put out there that make
spirits look you know, mean and evil or they're going

(27:28):
to hurt you.

Speaker 1 (27:29):
Do you think It's also because as we get older,
our armor gets thicker and thicker, as we gather it
up as we go through our days and we become
I mean I see children as being, you know, perhaps
more able to access that stuff because they don't have that.
But as we go through our days and we have
to focus on work and paying the bills, and we

(27:49):
don't have we don't have the space to sort of
drop into that space.

Speaker 4 (27:56):
It's true because we can't. Weren't. We're in a position
where a lot of us aren't having fun. We're not
we're not easy, we're not easy going, we're not playful.
We're more rigid. We're really you know, focused on this

(28:17):
is what I need to do to survive. And that's
the beautiful thing though, is a lot of people, let's say,
go into corporate America and think that's going to make
me happy, having this fancy house and expensive car and
this and that that's that's going to give me happiness,
and they realize it doesn't. Really, it doesn't. And so

(28:43):
when we kind of ofp and reflect on, well, what
what really is going to give me happiness? Is the
true question. Because you don't need to have a million dollars,
we have fancy car, be happy or a luxury.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
So what I'm getting from you is and is it
sounds kind of what I'm going to say is going
to sound like a dull moment. But there seems to
be a real connection between past life, reincarnation, spiritual realm,
and ghosts, like all of those things are part of
the same thing. Am I right? Okay?

Speaker 4 (29:25):
I think I lost you for a second?

Speaker 1 (29:26):
Yeah, our length? Where did where did you hear? Last?
I was just talking, Oh okay, all right, and I
waited for a pause and added my question. So let
me tell you what my question was. My question was,
and I it seems like a dull moment because what
I'm getting is that there's I'm gonna laugh at myself,

(29:49):
there's a real connection between past life, reincarnation, the spiritual realm,
and ghosts. Yeah, yeah, that's my dumb moment. Like, of
course that makes sense. So one of the things that
happens in the mental health industry is that people who

(30:12):
talk about past lives or being reincarnated, or even having
a spiritual experience, because people have those as well, are
often referred to, even in the DSM as crazy, not crazy,
not being a proper term. But that is what happens.
They're just counted as being insane. How often does that

(30:33):
happen that you are aware of.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
My personal opinion is we can't disregard anyone's experience. It
reminds me a lot of that movie that Jodie Foster
and Matthew mcconnie he was in. It was called Contact.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
I see that one, so tell us about it.

Speaker 4 (31:04):
Oh, it's a great movie. It's where she is a
scientist and is trying to find life on another plant
in another world and works at that, you know, in
some where they had those giant giant radio you know domes,
and she works there and she falls in love with

(31:25):
Matthew mcconnie, who is all about religion and he doesn't believe.
And what she does, well, she actually gets contact from
another world and gets blueprints to create this spaceship and
she actually goes in it and lands on this parallel

(31:46):
universe and has a conversation with her dad. Oh, so amazing.
And when she comes back, all the time that was
supposed to be recorded of her exp because she was
gone for hours was maybe like five minutes. And they
didn't believe her. No, we built this thing for you.

(32:09):
You know, you were supposed to come back with this data.
And she's like, I can't tell you I had this
profound experience. I have no proof, I can't explain it,
but it did happen. It was real. And so it's
the same thing is when people have profound spiritual awakenings,

(32:30):
you can't explain it. Sometimes you experienced it. It was
so amazing that it alters you. And I mean some
people can have extreme anxiety and have one profound spiritual
experience that just washes that all away and you see

(32:54):
the world, experience the world completely different. And I think
a lot of times when people want to do the
Past life regression is they want answers. So for me,
I did want answers when I actually paid someone to
do a session for me, because when I was doing

(33:15):
EMDR trauma therapy for myself, I witnessed my death when
I was about four and a half I think it
was about four and a half years old, and I
was killed by my older brother and it was and
it shocked me. It really shocked me, and I didn't

(33:38):
know what I was seeing and it was very strange.
But when I did the Past life regression. I ended
up learning that yes, I did die, and I did
go up to heaven, and when I spoke to our creator,
that only half of my soul wanted to come back,

(33:59):
and that I was being gifted this other spirit that
would come inside of me and that would support me
because of what my mission was and what my purpose was,
because all of us here when we come in, we
have a purpose, we have a mission, we have lessons

(34:20):
to learn.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
I'm going to stop you there, but when we come back,
I want to talk about that exact thing, so we'll
be right back. Folkus.

Speaker 9 (39:30):
The oceans of water. Save love.

Speaker 2 (39:36):
Love it.

Speaker 9 (39:42):
So I've got life.

Speaker 1 (39:44):
You're listening to recretty madness. I'm going to the cop
radio CFR one five at them. I'm Bernardine Fox, and
I'm speaking with Carrie Logan, who's a past life regression
hypnotherapist about all things past life, which is an interesting
topic because it does impact on our mental health in
ways that a regular therapist may not understand, and a

(40:07):
regular mental health people might consider you crazy if you
start talking about your past life or spirits or which
I find really odd that we live in a society
that is so in lots of ways Christian based and
believes in heaven, and yet if you're somebody who's talking
about going to heaven and coming back or talking with spirits,

(40:28):
it somehow that is not somehow acceptable in our world.
We haven't figured out how to reconcile one reality with
another reality. One of the big questions I have about
past life is what's the endgame.

Speaker 4 (40:46):
That's a really good question and a deep question, and
it ties in a lot with spirituality. The endgame is
for all of us to math three D human consciousness
and to be one with our creator again, to realize
that we are beings of light and love. We were

(41:10):
created out of light and love. And when you've heard
the saying the Kingdom of heaven, it is not a place.
It is a state of being where you embody a person.
You are the embodiment of a person that is feasible
and flexible. You're courageous, you're trustworthy, you're optimistic, you're accepting.

(41:37):
You're harmonious, you're merciful, you're forgiving, You love people unconditionally.
You're wise, you're peaceful, you're grounded, you're centered, you're all
of that, and you're spiritually connected with everything. There is
no separation.

Speaker 1 (41:54):
That's interesting because what you're describing in some ways, and
I'm not first nations, but it is sort of the
and I forgive me if I say this wrong, it's
sort of the spiritual basis for them is that they
are all one and the same with everything around them. Yes,
there is no difference between them and the grass and

(42:15):
the trees and the animals. They are all working together.
And so that's interesting that that's when you talked about that,
That's what I got. So the endgame is that we
all become these wonderful beings of light and join with
the human consciousness and then what happens.

Speaker 4 (42:34):
Well, and then what happens is you've you have a choice,
you like when you then, because we're all here on
this earth to live something and have our best life possible,
best life possible. And that's the hard part is all
the things that are stuck in three D human consciousness

(42:54):
weigh us down where we are. Bitter, anger, blame, shame, guilt,
despare anxiety, all of that weighs us down energetically as
a human being. It has been clinically proven. You know
where this spirituality in science aligns. And so when I
channeled Master the Upper Rooms, it lined up one hundred

(43:18):
percent with the work that doctor Hawkins did about the
map of clinical human consciousness. But I was told split
up into three parts, the three D, the four D,
and the five D. And I was also told that
it is considered the roadmap to the Kingdom of Heaven.
I know that might be hard for some people to hear,

(43:40):
but it is because we have a choice to live
heaven on earth or hell. And honestly, you're not living
when we're stuck in three D human consciousness where you're
struggling with all these mental health issues. You're not living
your best life. You're just existing. And so it's really
and that's what I focus on teaching people is how

(44:04):
to release the anger, the anxiety, the fears, the doubts,
how to release the generational trauma so then you can
discover your authentic self and so you can be connected
with everything instead of being disconnected. And I try not

(44:26):
to sometimes throw in spirituality in this area because it's
uncomfortable for some people, but we are we are cut
from the same cloth as our creator, and we've been
lied to and we've lost our way, and we've forgotten

(44:49):
the truth of you know who we are.

Speaker 1 (44:54):
And so.

Speaker 4 (44:56):
It's I mean that to me, our is our real
purpose because once we graduate, it's what they call I
think they call the Council, and that's a collective group
of people that have been here or spirits energy that
have been here on earth, but have evolved and achieved

(45:17):
the ascension process, and so they have a choice to
stay in physical form or not. And so some I
call it graduation. You graduate, You've learned the lessons you
needed to learn. You're no longer repeating those lessons. You
realize that others are merely a mirror of you, and

(45:41):
that what you make of your life is up to you.
And all the answers lie within you. They really do.
When we learn to quiet our minds and go within,
all the answers are there. So a good example before
we wrap this up is I'll give you is I
was working with this young teenage boy and he struggled

(46:04):
with this negative inner critic. He was always berating himself
and insulting himself, calling himself stupid, You're an idiot, and
he hated it. And I said to him, I want
you to close your eyes and I want you to
look at that part of you that beerates you, that
inner critic. How old are you and you said, I'm

(46:25):
about I'm about ten years old, eleven years old, ten
or eleven. I said, okay, I want to let you
realize that that little part of you is wounded and
trapped and stuck, and he's been screaming for your attention,
and you're being an authoritarian parent and you're yelling at it.

(46:47):
You're slamming the door in its face, and it doesn't
deserve that. You need to comfort it and talk to
it and say, hey, I need you to calm down.
I realize you're angry. Help me understand you. Why are
you so fearful right now? What's going on? What do
you need from me? And he was really shocked, and

(47:09):
I said, because you're yelling at it, you're telling it
to shut up, go to your room, leave me alone.
But no, if you talk to that part and you
connect to it, and you form a relationship and you
nurture it, it will become silent and it will no
longer feed you those negative thoughts because it's healed. And

(47:32):
the guy literally started doing that and he's like, oh
my gosh, the voice has gotten quieter. I know how
to talk to it, I know how to connect to myself.
And it was a beautiful thing. That's just one example,
you know, of you know, things that we can do
to help our mental health.

Speaker 1 (47:53):
M absolutely was that ten or eleven year old. Was
that a past life part of them or because what
you're describing is also in your child work, right, so.

Speaker 4 (48:03):
It is inner child and it was a wounded part.
But also he realized that some of it was tied
to generational trauma and past stuff that was stuck inside
of him because that was the way that and he
was and I said, like, you know, like your mom

(48:24):
never talks to you that way. He said yeah, And
I said, and your dad never said that stuff. But
who says that stuff? And this was the interesting thing.
I heard my grandfather talk to my dad that way.

Speaker 1 (48:37):
Interesting.

Speaker 4 (48:38):
So it could be passed down and passed down and
that's why I say, we can unintentionally and unconsciously pick
up on stuff. Oh yeah, and it gets imprinted in
us where we think we're stupid or we think we're incompetent,
or we think we're not good enough, and sometimes those

(49:00):
are someone else's.

Speaker 1 (49:02):
Yeah, So what you're saying then, if I'm getting this right,
is that if somebody has gone through inner child work
and understands it, they can also work with past life
stuff because they have the tools to do that. That's
pretty cool. What kinds of things should people look forward
to understand? And is it is it necessary to know

(49:24):
if it's a past life or something in your current life?
I guess maybe it makes sense out to some of
the details, but is it necessary to know? And if so,
what are the signs that you're dealing with a past
life or are there signs?

Speaker 4 (49:40):
Well? The biggest way is to sometimes there are signs, okay,
like the car accident one that was a very definite,
obvious wet flag sign. Like for me with the nightmares.
Not until I did it did I realize that that

(50:02):
was a definite, clear past life sign. I I didn't.
I didn't know what it was. And so sometimes when
we have things that we can't understand, or a therapist
can't you know, comprehend or a counselor has tried so
many like you know DBT or CBT, they've tried this,

(50:25):
I would I would explore. I would literally explore and
see where does this you know, where does this come from?
You know what was you know? Was I? You know what?
What is this connected to a past life of mine?
Is this connected to generational trauma? And that's the beauty

(50:47):
is when you go under that state of deep hypnosis
and you connect to your higher self and the collective consciousness,
you can ask all these questions, lots and lots of
lots of questions, and it's helped people understand. Like I've
had clients that have health issues born with you know,

(51:12):
birth effects or a condition, and they find out why
they had it and it was it was it was
you know, something in a past life.

Speaker 1 (51:21):
And how does that help them? I know that's something
like as dumb question, but how how does that resolve
things for them?

Speaker 4 (51:32):
Well? One, it answers their questions. Two, it brings about clarity,
and three it's helping them learn why they chose that body.
Why did they choose that body that would have this
health issue or this disability? You know, why? What?

Speaker 1 (51:57):
What? What is it?

Speaker 4 (51:58):
Because a lot of people will be like, why was
I born with cerebral palsy? Why was I born with
this birth defect?

Speaker 9 (52:05):
You know why?

Speaker 1 (52:07):
What? What is it? And therapy might tell you there
is no answer. You just have to learn to live
with it, kind of thing like this is this is what?
What is your life? But you're saying that, I'll.

Speaker 4 (52:19):
Give you, yeah, please give you a good example. Okay,
I have a client that was born with sarahl palsy.
Hates it, doesn't like it. It's so angry. And when
we did the past life, why he chose that body
was in that past life he had he was an angry.

(52:41):
He was an angry person. He was a not very
nice person, and he objectified people. I mean there was
there was lots of things that went on. But the
lesson he needed to learn in this lifetime was to
accept people for who they are, for all their different disabilities,

(53:02):
instead of making fun of them and mocking them because
he wasn't such a nice person. And the other one
he had to learn to have mercy and patience with
his own physical body and with his limitations. So then
you're saying that not being so angry at himself too
and other people.

Speaker 1 (53:23):
Right, So what you're saying then, as a spiritual being
coming back into a human body and going through life
lessons is to learn is basically to to learn. Just
one second, my my thing is telling me my my
audio is impacted by lack of resources. So maybe that's

(53:44):
me that's having a problem here. One second, I'm me
just close some things here. Sorry about this, h okay. So,
so what you're saying in terms of the you know,
being a spiritual body that is having a human experience,

(54:05):
basically that we're here to learn lessons, and those lessons
are being learned so that we can ascend to a
higher dimension. Am I getting that right?

Speaker 4 (54:16):
Yep?

Speaker 1 (54:17):
And and and our goal in doing that is to
get to the highest dimension so that we are one
with the collective consciousness.

Speaker 4 (54:28):
So you're you're basically what you're doing is you're freeing
your spirit, your higher self, your soul of all the
garbage it has collected over decades. You are taking out
the trash, You're removing the generational trauma.

Speaker 1 (54:52):
You are.

Speaker 4 (54:54):
Setting yourself free. You're connecting with everything that is a
lot in thriving in this universe. You respect and honor plants, animals, property.
You know, You're you're focused on peace instead of war.
You're focused on community, instead of you know, isolation and separation.

(55:20):
You're pretty much becoming, you know, like Jesus. And for
some people that would be like, ooh, you know, you
shouldn't say that, but no, that's what he I believe
he was really trying to teach us is to be
these better human beings, to not be so mean and

(55:40):
cruel and harsh to each other. He wanted us to
love one another, forgive one another, respect, and honor one another.
And even you know, as we were talking earlier and
we touched on narcissism, we can honor and respect those
people and still love them. That narcissistic, but we don't

(56:01):
like them, and what we don't like is their behaviors
and attitudes. But we want them to have a good life. Yes,
we want them to be happy and have joy, and
we can have compassion for them and learn to not
take their behaviors personally. So there's so much we need
to learn to be better human beings, not just for

(56:25):
ourselves but for one another. And when we all start
to come together, that's when we can change the world.
Because imagine what the world would be like if we
all mastered four D and even five D human contests
there wouldn't be war, we wouldn't have all this craziness.
There wouldn't be greed or all this stuff.

Speaker 1 (56:47):
We're just feeling You're right. It's been a fascinating conversation, Carrie.
And I know what I'm getting is that, you know,
dealing with past life regressions really is about it about
the sensational part of it. You know, was I Cleopatra?
Was I?

Speaker 4 (57:04):
This was I?

Speaker 1 (57:04):
That It's really about resolving really old stuff and focusing
on love and kindness and forgiveness and respect and pushing
your own sense of your own character of being forward.
I really have appreciated this.

Speaker 7 (57:19):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (57:20):
You've made it very clear for me what this is.
