Speaker 1 (00:00):
This meditation is designed to help you with anxiety and worry.
Begin by finding a comfortable position. You can be seated
or lying down. When comfortable, close your eyes and begin

(00:24):
to take a deep breath through your nose. Exhale slowly
through your mouth, Let your shoulders drop, let your jaw
and clench. Tell your body that it is safe to soften.

(00:52):
Now bring attention to your breath. Feel the cool air
entering your nostrils as you inhale, and the warm air
leaving you as you exhale. Let your breath lengthen, naturally,

(01:12):
not forced, not rushed, each breath, reminding your body I
am safe in this moment. If your mind begins to wonder,
that's okay. Imagine each thought as a cloud in the sky.

(01:35):
You don't have to chase or fix it, simply notice
and allow it to drift away. Now, begin to visualize
a soft, golden light above your head. This light carries
peace and stability. As it begins to pour down through

(01:58):
your crown. Lose gently through your head, your neck, your shoulders,
and down your arms, releasing tension, releasing control, and with
each exhale, imagine that light moving deeper into your chest,

(02:27):
your stomach, your legs, all the way down to your feet.
Let the light travel into the earth beneath you, grounding
you like roots of a strong, ancient tree. You are supported,

(02:55):
you are held. Now bring awareness to your heart space.
You may place a hand over your heart if it
feels right. Tune into the gentle rhythm of your heart

(03:15):
beat and repeat, either in a whisper or in your mind.
I release what I cannot control. I return to my breath.

(03:39):
I return to peace. If worry begins to surface, imagine
gathering those thoughts into a small, glowing orb, a ball
of energy that represents everything that you've been holding. Onto

(04:01):
everything you're holding that you do not need. Offer it
to the light. Watch as it dissolves, transforming into calm
and clarity. Stay here for as long as you need.

(04:31):
Allow your breath to be your anchor, the body to rest.
Remember you are safe, you are loved, You are guided.

(04:53):
I leave you with as long as you need, and
now must stay.
