Nicole Swartz is the founder of Sprout Law, a law firm dedicated to empowering women in business. Before founding Sprout Law Nicole worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission, and published legal research on crypto currency for the Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property. She started a skincare company which grew to into an international business in just two years - only to faced with near business ending trademark issues. Since then Nicole dedicated her life to trademark law and has been featured in Forbes, Girlboss, the Washington Post, and speaks at events such as Craftcation, Alt Summit, and South by Southwest.
