Después de hablar en los anteriores sobre lo vital que son nuestras relaciones para nuestro bienestar y para nuestra felicidad, de presentar la problemática actual en este siglo de la soledad, y de compartir diferentes explicaciones que se le han dado desde diversos campos de estudio a esta crisis de desconexión, vamos a compartir nuestra propuesta de lo que nosotros como individuos comunes y corrientes podemos hacer para aminorar este deterioro social y para fortalecer nuestras relaciones—las íntimas y familiares, y al mismo tiempo, para fomentar las conexiones con aquellos con los que convivimos pero que, aunque no tenemos mayor cercanía, son de vital importancia para nuestro bienestar y el de nuestra comunidad.
