O fenómeno de coerência cardíaca foi identificado nos anos 90 pelo @heartmathinstitute, e baseia-se no princípio de que o nosso sistema nervoso autónomo comunica directamente com o coração e controla a respiração.
Já dizia Aristoteles filósofo grego nascido a 384 a.C que "Educar a Mente sem Educar o Coração não é Educação".
Acredito que temos ainda um grande caminho a percorrer para que possamos estabelecer a verdadeira conexão confiarmos no nosso sentir e no nosso coração.
