he was pointing a gun at twoconstruction workers. They had well, he
feared that they were going to ruinthe grass on his lawn. Come on,

night, just this past Thursday.Two construction workers were leaving for work.
They had their trailer attached to theirtruck, and that's when they say that
this old man walked outside and hepointed a gun because he was afraid they
were going to ruin his grass.His name is Timothy de Mars. Oh,

Timothy de Mars told deputies that hewould shoot the construction workers if they

excavator, took it on a joyride. He took down a few power
poles and that's when he headed onover to the Walmart because he wanted to

then he drove through the wall onthe side of the Walmart. And

by the way, Florida construction people, be more careful with where you

to a Florida woman, Brittany.She was arrested doing one hundred and fifteen
miles an hour over a bridge onher third DUI charge. Oh my three

d UIs Florida woman arrested on adrunk driving charge. She got arrested early
in the morning. But she reallydid it to herself if you think about
it, you know, I mean, had she kept the speed cool,
who knows, maybe she would have, you know, not been noticed.
But Colleen Lloyd was forty six yearsold. She got arrested on it to

forty six got arrested on a duycharge. She was doing one hundred and
fifteen miles an hour over the BaysideBridge. According to the Penella's County Sheriff's
Department, they say that Colleen wasdriving a vehicle over the bridge and that's
sixty miles over the fifty five milesposted limits. Wow. Yeah, she
rinked a booze. She was unsteadyon her feet, she had watery and

glassy eyes. And according to this, the breath test show that she had
a blood alcohol of point one eightseven and point one nine zero, both
of which are more than twice thelegal limit in the state of Florida.
Brittany, that'll do it. Yeah, Colleen was booked into the jail on
a felony dy charge. Wow.But this is her third one. Yeah,

she got another one in twenty eleven, another one in twenty thirteen.
And you know Captain Cool for aboutten years, and she was like all
right, She's like, I'm dugood for long enough, I'm for a
dui. I'm due for another dewey. Well there she is. Yeah,

because she is doing one hundred andfifteen and she is very drunk. That

road. They were terrified every morningat seven thirty and ninth until then there
