He reminisces about growing up in Douglas and seeing Agents of the Border Patrol doing their jobs and thinking they were superheroes. While the road to where he is now had some twist and turns it was the respect for the job of the agents the directed him to be a Border Patrol Agent.

President Biden visits Arizona yet doesn't make a trip to see what it happening along the Southern Border. This could have been an Eye Opener for the Commander in Chief yet turned out to be more of an Eye opener for the ranks of the Border Patrol. Art explains about the Southern Border and how the Cartels are using this chaos as an opportunity for the transportation of illegal drugs and trafficking. The long term effects are already taxing not only the Agency but also Law Enforcement and the communities.
